Abstract

Absract: The purpose of this research is to know the relationship level of teacher education with achiement motivation teachers in teaching in TK Se of Bukit Raya Pekanbaru District. This type of research includes quantitative research with the type of correlation. This research uses correlational researcKh that intends to test two variables to determine whether there is a link between the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y). This research consists of 2 variables namely the level of education (X) and motivation to achieve the teacher. A teacher in a sub-district of Bukit Raya Pekanbaru which was made a sample of research consisting of 28 senior high School people, 12 people in D2, 9 people from D3, 24 people from S1 and 1 person in S2. More than half of teachers (63%) Have an accomplished motivation that is in the category of ' high '. It means that PAUD educators have a high achievement motivation in teaching in the KINDERGARTEN district of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. The result of correlation with the use of Chi Square test, the value of Pearson Chi-Square was obtained at 70.87 with Sig. 0.000. The research proved that the hypothesis that there was a relationship level teacher education with an accomplished motivation in teaching in kindergarten subdistrict of Bukitraya Kota Pekanbaru.Key Words: education level, achievement level

Abstract

Abstract: The study was titled Analysis of Error in morphology in the field Running Text on Tv One. This research aims to describe the form of language error in the field of morphology on running text on One TV. The method used is a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. This research data is Running Text on Tv One which amounts to 206 data. The results of the study found (1) 196 affix disappearances, (2) 1 sound that is supposed to be yield but not to be dissolved, (3) 5 sound removals that should not be yield (4) 0 replacement morph (5) 4 of Morph ratings Incorrect affix, (7) 0 improper determination of the underlying form, (8) 0 incorrect affix placement on the merged word, (9) 0 repetition of an improper compound word. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to get the relationship of arm andshoulder muscle power with javelin throwing result at the student of class XI SMK Kansai Pekanbaru. This studyuses quantitative analysis descriptive correlational approach. The population inthis study were as many as 20 samples. While the sample technique used is total sampling (saturated sample). Where all the population as the sample. After that, the data is processed with statistics. Normality test with lillefors testand correlation at significant level a (0,05). The analysis in the calculation between X and Y where Rtabel at significant level a (0,05) = (0,456). Then obtained for Rcount (0,863) > Rtabel (0,456), which means the hypotesis is accepted and the correlation between the arm and shoulder muscle power with javelin throwing result at the student of class XI SMK Kansai Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstrack: This study aims to determine the effect of government ownership and foreign ownership on debt policy both simultaneously and partially in transportation and infrastructure sector companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period of 2011 to 2015. The population of this research is all transportation and infrastructure sector companies which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2011 to 2015 where the data was examined by census. This study uses secondary data sourced from the company's annual report. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program (Statistical Package for Social Science). The results of the study indicate that government ownership and foreign ownership simultaneously influence debt policy. Government ownership partially has a negative effect on debt policy. While foreign ownership has a negative effect on debt policy.Key Words: Government Ownership, Foreign Ownership, and Debt Policy

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on consumptive behavior of college students. This research was conducted in the Department of Social Science Education University of Riau. The research using quantitative methods. The population in this research is student of Depertemen of Social Science Education University of Riau consisted of three Study Program (Economic Education, Civic Education and History Education) the level of 2015, 2016 and 2017 total 741 students. Sample was taken by stratified random sampling technique. Data was collected using quisioneries, then was analized by simple regression method. The research showed that there is an effect of financial literacy on consumer behaviour at students in Department Social Science Education University of Riau is 0.271 or 27.1%. 72.9% while the rest is affected by other factors that do not examined in this study.Key Words: Financial Literacy, Consumer Behavior

Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the background of the number of students in adolescence who do not have good emotional control, so they are on problems that harm themselves and others, the purpose of research to examine the effects of dhikr therapy on improving emotional control of students of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. This type of research is quantitative research with the experimental method using the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. The measuring instrument used in this study was the emotional control measurement scale consisting of 55 items before validity, and after validity there were 32 valid items obtained with validity of 0.491 and reliability of 0.792. Determination of the subject using purposive sumpling technique, and get 7 subjects from SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru who were identified as having low levels of emotional control. The data analysis technique used is the non-parametric statistical technique using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study prove that the research hypothesis is accepted. This is known from "Test Statistics", known as Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.018. Because the value of 0.018 is smaller than <0.05, it can be concluded that "Ha is accepted". Therefore, it can be concluded that there are differences in emotional control scores before and after treatment given in the form of dzikir therapy. Based on the calculations that have been done, 71% of the Pre-tests are in the low category and 29% in the moderate category. The post-test is 43% in the medium category and 57% in the high category. Thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that dzikir therapy can improve emotional control of students SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru.Key Words : dhikr, emotional control

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of tennis verbal learning model in increasing the learning motivation of VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 21 Pekanbaru. This research is motivated by problems found in the learning process which are seen as phenomena that provide awareness for teachers to always provide innovations in the selection and use of models in the learning process. The tennis verbal learning model applies the verbal abilities of students in understanding PKn lessons that are communicated directly by students. The formulation of the problem in this study is "How does the tennis verbal learning model influence the learning motivation of VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 21 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tennis verbal learning model on learning motivation of eighth grade students of Pekanbaru 21 Junior High School in PKn subjects. The population of this study was all eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 21 Pekanbaru, totaling 386 students and 78 sample students consisting from class VIII 4, VIII 5, and VIII 6. This research was conducted in March-April 2019. The technique of data collection was done by observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. The results of this study indicate in the experimental class with an average value for the high category that is 39.75%, the moderate category is 60.25%. While the average value in the control class has an average of 17.95% in the high category, the medium category is 78.20% and the low category is 3.85%. Based on the analysis of the different "t" test the two classes show t count> t table (9.38> 1.66) which means that there is an influence between using the tennis verbal learning model using conventional methods.Key Words: Tennis Verbal, Motivation Study

Abstract

Abstack: This research was conducted with the aim to find out the analysis of the use of bidikmisi scholarships and its effect on student learning outcomes majoring in PIPS FKIP Riau University. The populations on this research were 40 students and the samples to be studied were 40 people. Data analysis used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the largest use of scholarships is in the indicator of food and beverage costs and The smallest use of scholarship is in the indicator of transportation costs. Overall the use of bidikmisi scholarships had a significant effect on learning outcomes. But seen the indicator (type of use) there was indicators that have no significant effect it was the cost indicator of clothing and the indicator of transportation costs. Abstract

Abstrak: The background of this research is the problem of father's involvement in childcare in the Toba Batak Tribe of Ujung Tanduk Village, Laguboti Subdistrict, Toba Samosir Regency as seen by the father who gave full child care to the mother, busy father to make a living, every day always went to the tuak shop from afternoon to late at night. This study aims to analyze the involvement of fathers in parenting in the Toba Batak Tribe, Ujung Tanduk Village, Laguboti District, Toba Samosir Regency. The population in this study were fathers in the Toba Batak Tribe, Ujung Tanduk Village, Laguboti Subdistrict, Toba Samosir Regency who had early childhood with a total of 25 fathers. Because of the large population, a portion of the population is sampled, namely 6 people. The sampling technique is by distributing questionnaires to the father. Taking the subject by taking 3 fathers who value good involvement and 3 fathers who value bad involvement. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative to analyze the involvement of fathers in parenting in the Toba Batak Tribe, Ujung Tanduk Village, Laguboti District, Toba Samosir Regency. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use qualitative data in the form of a collection of tangible words and not a series of numbers and cannot be arranged in classification categories. Based on the results of interviews with fathers, stated that there was involvement of fathers in parenting. Can be seen from aspects of father's involvement that are quite good. However, there are several aspects of involvement that are not good, for example taking care of children, feeding, and bathing children.Key Words: Father Involvement in Parenting

Abstract

Abstract: This research was aimed to find out the ability of the English Study Program FKIP Universitas Riau in identifying the appropriate meaning expressed by modal auxiliaries. The population of this research was the first year students of English Study Program FKIP Universitas Riau with the total number of 111 students. The number of the sample was 34 students selected by using cluster sampling technique. The instrument to collect the data was a test in the form of multiple choice tests which consisted of 40 questions. The test was used to know the ability of the students in identifying the appropriate meaning expressed by modal auxiliaries specifically the meanings of permission, obligation, possibility and ability. The data were analyzed by classifying them into four levels of ability, which are poor, poor to average, average to good, and good to excellent. Based on the findings of the research, it was found out that the ability of the first year students of English Study Program FKIP Univeristas Riau in identifying the appropriate meaning expressed by modal auxiliaries was in average to good level with the mean score of 66.10. The implication of this research is that the second year students of English Study Program FKIP Universitas Riau had good ability in identifying the appropriate meaning expressed by modal auxiliaries.Key Words: Study, ability, identifying, modal auxiliaries
