Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and aggressive behavior of children aged 4-6 years in TK Raudah Park, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. Where lack of knowledge on how to educate children well also occurs in parents who have children behaving aggressively, so that participation and supervision of parents in child development is not optimally stimulated. As for the number of population in this study were 60 children at 4-6 years of age, with samples 60 children used saturated samples. The method used was Person Product Moment correlation to see the relationship between self-esteem variables and aggressive behavior. Data collection techniques are observation sheets using a Likert Scale. The data analysis technique uses a scale trial and statistical method analysis with the SPSS for Windows program ver. 25. Based on the hypothesis test obtained there is a negative and significant relationship between self-esteem and aggressive behavior of children aged 4-6 years in TK Raudah Park, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. This can be seen from the value of correlation coefficient of rxy = -0.315 and the significance level of 0.000 <0.05. The level of relationship between self-esteem and aggressive behavior is included in the strong category with a value of determination coefficient of 99%, meaning that self-esteem has an effect of 99% of aggressive behavior.Key Words: Self-Esteem, Aggressive Behavior.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to improve the learning process and the students’ mathematics learning outcomes through implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research with two cycle. This research was conducted at class VII5 of SMPN 25 Pekanbaru in the odd semester of the academic year 2018/2019. The subject of this research consisted of 40 students. The required data were teacher and students’ activities, collected by observation technique and analyzed by descriptive narrative analysis, and data of the students’ learning outcomes were collected by test and analyzed by descriptive narrative analysis. Statistic descriptive analysis showed that students’ mathematics learning outcomes improved from the basic score to the daily test I, from daily test I to daily test II. The percentage and frequency of students who achieved minimum completeness criteria was increased from the basic score with percentage 37.5% (15 students) to 47.5% (19 students) in the daily test I and 75% (30 students) in the daily test II. This research concluded that the implementation of PBL model improved the learning process and the students’ mathematic learning outcomes at class VII5 of SMPN 25 Pekanbaru in the odd semester of the academic year 2018/2019.Key Words: Problem Based Learning model,Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out how much personal education costs and motivation to learn about the learning outcomes of grade VIII students on integrated IPS courses at SMPN 3 XIII Koto Kampar. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using multiple linear regression analyses with the SPSS aid program. The sampling technique proportionate random sampling with a sample number of 66 students. Research instruments using poll. The results showed that the cost of personal education and the learning motivation of students both included in the medium category, while the results of learning in the category are sufficient. From the test results gained that the cost of education and motivation studied significantly towards student learning outcomes. That means that if the cost of education and motivation to learn high students, students ' learning outcomes will be good too. A partial cost of personal education has a positive effect and is not a significant impact on student learning outcomes. When the cost of personal education has increased, it will not necessarily improve student learning outcomes because of the influence of the cost of education is very weak towards student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, the motivation for learning has a positive and significant influence on student learning outcomes, meaning the better the student's learning motivation, the better the student learning outcomes.Key Words: Education, Personal Motivation, Learning, Learning Outcomes, Integrated IPS

Abstract

Abstract: This research is classroom action research which aims to improve the learning process and the result of learning mathematics by applying problem based learning (PBL) model. The research consist of two cycle. The subject of this research is student of class VIIb SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru in the second semester of the 2018/2019,which amountted to 40 students, there are 24 female students and 16 male students. Instruments on this reserach constisted of syllabus, lesson plans and worksheets, and instruments of data collection which is observation sheets and the test result sheets. The function of observation sheet is to obtain data from the learning process, while the function of results sheet of the mathematics learning tests is to obtain the results of the study. The data obtained are then analyzed by the technique of analyzing the data of teacher and student activities as well as data analysis of student mathematics learning outcomes with descriptive statistical analysis. On the knowledge competence, from the basic score of 24 students or 60% increased to 26 students or 66,24% in the first cycle and increased to 32 students or 76,92% in Cycle II. On the skills competence, the number of students who reach the minimum criteria of mastery learning from Cycle I of 16 students or 63,72% improve to 35 students or 86,85% in cycle II.. The results of this analysis indicate that the implementation of the PBL model can improve the learning achievement students of class VIIb SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru academic year 2018/2019.Key Words: Classroom Action Research, Problem Based Learning models, Learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: Based on observations from researchers in the field, Bolavoli from the Kuok District Team, Kampok District. The researcher observed that during the training and match sessions in the Kuok District Volleyball Team in Kampar District, the District was still not optimal. One of them is like a leg muscle when jumping when doing a smash or block. So when you do a smash or block is not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of squat jump exercises on leg muscle strength in the Kuok sub-district volleyball team in Kampar District. The population in this study was a team of 12 people from the Kuok District volleyball team in the Kampar District. The sample is a small portion of the population that is the subject of research. In this study the sampling technique was done by means of total sampling. The instrument in this study is a vertical leap. Based on the analysis and discussion of data, it can be concluded that there is an effect of jump squat training on leg muscle strength. On the Twc volleyball team in Kuok Subdistrict, Kampar Regency, it is proven by the results of tcount 4.723> t table 1.796 at α = 0.05. This proves that by doing squat jump exercises, leg muscle strength can produce better results.Key Words: Squat Jump, Leg Muscle Strength

Abstract

Abstrack: This Study aims to determine the influence of profitability and debt policy on dividend policy both of simultaneously and partialy at manufacturing companies of food and baverages sub sector which is listing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 until 2017. The population of this study is all of the companies of food and baverages sector which is listing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 until 2017 which data was examined by census. This study used secondary data sourced from company’s annual report. The data analysis technique used path analysis with the help of the program called SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The result of this study showed that profitability and debt policy simultaneously had an influence on dividend policy. Profitability partially had a positive influence on dividend policy. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to reveal about: the relationship of agility with football dribbling skills on extracurricular students of SMK Negeri 7 Pekanbaru. This research belongs to the type of correlational research (Correlation Research). The population of this study was 18 extracurricular students at SMKN Pekanbaru Pekanbaru. This study uses the technique of total sampling (saturated sample), the entire population used as samples. Based on the results of the research conducted on Extracurricular Students in SMK 7 Pekanbaru, it can be concluded that the correlation value or value of r count = 0.597> r table = 0.468. and the results of the significant level of the results of the calculation are known t = 2.974 while t table with dk = n-2 = 18-2 = 16 at the 95% confidence level is 1.746. Thus a conclusion can be drawn that: There is a significant relationship between agility and football dribling skills in Extracurricular Students of SMKN 7 Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by failure of Regional houseRepresentatives (DPRD) of Riau Province to carried out function of establi shing regional regulations, budgetary functions and supervisory func tions. This was indicated by existence of regional regulations that make it diffic ult for c ommunity, waste of budg et by regional government and DPRD. In addition, the f ollow up of cases pl ant waste was not responsive and other case s have caused reactions from community, especiall ystudents. In the student raises a reaction in the form of discussion, audience, carrying out demonstrations that indicate that there were injustice s and irregular ities felt by community. Therefore, the researcher raised the research entitled " The Perception of Riau University Students on Im plementation the Function of Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Riau Province 20 14 2019". The formulation of problem i nthis r esearch was how the Riau University Student's Per ception on Implementation the Functions of Regional house of Representatives of Riau Province. This research aim ed at knowing the Perception of Riau University Students on Implementation the Function of Regional H ouse of Representatives (DPRD) of Riau Province. 150 students were thesamples of this research that were taken by using purposive sampling technique, 15 repondents each faculty. The instruments of data collection that were done by using que stionnaires and interviews . 13 questions of question annire, 4 question for function offormation r egional regulations, 5 question s for budget functions, and 4 questions for supervisory functions. Based on the data analysis, student ’s percepti ons of impleme ntation the function of forming regional regulations were still considered good with percentage 74.17%, for budget function s it was considered good with percentage 70.13%, and for supervisory functions it was considered go od at 55.33%. The averageof three indicators above was 66.54%. A ccording to benchmark in the range 50.01% 75%. It can be concluded that the Perception of University Riau Student on the implementation of Functioning D PRD of Riau province was in Good category.Key Words : Students, Impl ementation of DPRD Function

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this study is that there are still many shortcomings in the PPLP men's takraw soccer team in Siak Regency, namely the lack of leg muscle power. The purpose of this study was to provide the Effect of Scissor Jump Exercise on Leg Muscle Power of the PPLP Sepak Takraw Putra team in Siak Regency. The study was conducted at the Siak Sport hall in Kualian street, Siak Sri Indrapura. This research was conducted from December 2018 to June 2019 with a frequency of exercise three days in one week. The population in the study was also a sample of the PPLP Sepak Takraw Putra Team in Siak Regency. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively, then the next research hypothesis was tested which had been submitted according to the problem, namely: "there is the effect of the Scissor Jump (X) exercise on increasing Power (Y). Based on the analysis carried out, the value of t counts between the initial test and the final test of Scissor Jump training on leg muscle power with t table at a significant level of 0.05 with degrees of freedom N - 1 (10-1 = 9). This shows that the value of t count (9.69)> t table (1,812) thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis states that there is the effect of Scissor Jump (X) training on the Power (Y) of the PPLP men's takraw soccer team in Siak Regency.Key Words: Scissor Jump Exercise, Power of Leg Muscle Power

Abstract

Abstract: The name H. Azaly Djohan is indeed very popular for the people of Riau Province, as a figure in the government who is a role model for the community. In his service in Riau Province, he has occupied many government structures, he is known as a firm leader, trustworthy and disciplined in various ways, he is also active in various organizations in Riau Province, and now he is the Chair of Kwarda Riau Province. He participated in fighting for Riau to become a Province in 1957 which held a congress aimed at making Riau province formed and separated from central Sumatra. This study aims to determine the overall biography of H.M Azaly Djohan. SH what is his role in the world of government and community organizations in Riau Province. using a qualitative approach, a type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. This type of research is field research, namely research carried out by direct involvement in the field to explore and examine data relating to the title. The respondents in this study were friends and colleagues H.M Azaly Djohan. SH. While the technique of collecting data in this study was conducted using two methods, namely: interview and documentation study. The results showed that H.M Azaly Djohan.
