Abstract

Abstract: This study is based on a student with such SMA Negeri 4 Bagan Sinembah that affect their learning outcomes, a tendency to not be eliminated discipline in students in order to achieve maximum learning results, acts of indisipline arrive late, do not wear school uniform in accordance with School, and many more. In teaching and learning outcomes that satisfy the student are required to discipline, both within the school and outside of school and living environment. The problem in this research is how the effect of the application of school to the learning outcomes of Pancasila and Citizenship education class X SMA Negeri 4 Bagan Sinembah. The study aims to determine the effect of the application of school to the learning outcomes of Pancasila and Citizenship education class X SMA Negeri 4 Bagan Sinembah. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 4 Bagan sinembah Disctrict Rokan Hilir with the population 128 people and sample 32 people. This File collection techniques were collected through observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Research result the effect of the application of school to the learning outcomes of Pancasila and Citizenship education class X SMA Negeri 4 Bagan Sinembah is significant or affected positively by Y =12,852 + 0,145X. In means constant value 12,852 of which means that if the application of discipline in school is assumed not to exist, then the result is worth unit students learn citizenship. The effect of the application of discipline in shool on learning outcomes can be seen from the regression coefficient which direction relations are positive signs that describe that positive relationship which means that if the application of discipline in schools increased by one unit then PPKn student learning outcomes obtained for 0,145 the unit.Keywords: Application, Discipline, Student Learning Outcomes2

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the increase ability to recognize the concept of numbers 4-5 years oldof children through the method of playing the media card numbers in kindergarten Maya Permata District Kampar Regency Kampar . This study is the kinds of research a class action or (PTK) is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action planning, observation / evaluation and reflection. Subjects are empirically 4-5 years old of children who are 20 children in kindergarten Maya Permata. The research data obtained through observation and data analysis was done by using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed lower method of playing media card numbers can improve the ability to know the concept of numbers on a group of children. It can be seen from the increase in the average percentage of children recognize the concept Numbers on the first cycle of 59.16%, which is in the category fairly and increased by 29.94% in the second cycle to 76 , 87% of which are in both categories. Thus, the method of playing the media card numbers can improve the ability to know the concept of numbers of children age 4-5 years in kindergarten Maya Permata District Kampar Regency Kampar.Keywords : Ability To Recognize The Concept Of Numbers, Media Playing Cards Figures

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the level of social interaction in the organization of the student youth association of Indragiri Hilir students for the 2017-2019 period in Pekanbaru and determine or analyze the contribution of indicators as a factor on the variables of social interaction in the organization of the student youth association of Indragiri Hilir students for the 2017-2019 period in Pekanbaru. The sample in this study amounted to 41 people using sample random sampling. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires containing 50 questions. Data analysis techniques use the SPSS program and percentage calculation. The results of this study indicate that the social interaction of student youth association of Indragiri Hilir students for the 2017-2019 period in Pekanbaru is classified as being seen from the indicators of cooperation, competition and conflict.Key Words: Social Interaction, Organization, Indragiri Hilir Student College Student Association

Abstract:                  This study Aims To Know How Much Influence Method Role Playing Against Social Skills Ages 4-5 Years On SPS Mahkota Dewa, District Sail, Pekanbaru. This research Consists Of Two Variables: Role Playing Method and Children's Social Skills. Proposed hypothesis in this study are the following: There is a Role Playing Against Method Effect of Social Skills Ages 4-5 Years On SPS Mahkota Dewa, District Sail, Pekanbaru. The study involved 20 subjects, namely 4-5 years old. Methods of data collection in this study using experimental. Data analysis techniques used in this study is a partial correlation techniques using facilities assistance program SPSS 17.0 for windos.The results showed no significant positive relationship between the independence of Mechanical Token Economy Against Children Aged 4-5 Years On SPS Maohkota god, District Pekanbaru City. Based on the test results after the child's social skills differences using methods contained 48.67% Role Playing Role Playing Method influence Against Child Social Skills.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to know the effect of personal education costs on the learning outcomes of social science education students of FKIP UNRI. The population in this study was the entire student of social sciences education of UNRI for 216 students and samples to be researched as many as 122 students using simple random sample techniques 10% error rate. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that student learning results of the University of Riau PIPS which is 2016 including satisfactory, accumulative category of personal education cost of students are included in the low and very low category, based on the results Research and analysis of data using simple regression analysis of Personal education costs (X) and learning outcomes (Y) can be equation Y = 3.046 + 0.00000003953 X where the research results show that X simultaneously affects Y. Results Coefficient of determinant (R2) is 0.252. This means that the influence of education costs on the outcomes of students of the University of Riau FKIP PIPS is 0.252 or 25.2% while the remaining 74.8% is influenced by other factors that are not researched in this study. Therefore, adequate education costs and precise objectives will improve learning outcomes.Key Words: Cost of Personal Education, Learning Outcomes

Abstract : Ma`awuo Bakuok lake is tradition catching fish using net instruments is done besed on deliberation consensus. This tradition is a tradition of ancestors that have existed for hhundreds of years that continue to be maintained and preserved to this day. The purpose of this study are, 1) To know the history of tradition Ma`awuo Bakuok Lake in Tambang distrik of Kampar Regency, 2) To know the factors that encourage pople in doing tradition Ma`awuo Bakuok Lake in Tambang distrik of Kampar Regency, 3) To know the custom rules and the implementation of witnesses in tradition Ma`awuo Bakuok Lake in Tambang distrik of Kampar Regency, 4) To know the process of implementation of tradition Ma`awuo Bakuok Lake in Tambang distrik of Kampar Regency, 5) To know what values are contained in tradition Ma`awuo Bakuok Lake in Tambang distrik of Kampar Regency. The metodh used of is stady is qualitative method. Data obtained from the interview then analyzed by using the language itself. Location of this stady in Tambang district of Kampar Regency. The research time begish a week after the proposal seminar until dagree seminar. Data collection tecnhiques used a tecniqhues of observation, interviews, documentation and literarur. The Result of this stady indicate that this tradition has existed saince hundreds of years ago, has a certain customary rules and sanctions, and this tradition has several stages starting from the stage before the implementation of Ma`awuo, the implementation of the event ma`awuo, until the stages after the event Ma`awuo.Key word : Tradition, Ma`awuo Bakuok Lake

Abstract

Abstract: Background problem in this research is the low student learning outcomes IPA, with an average grade 62.50. Among students of 20 people only 9 students who completed reached KKM with classical completeness 45%. Given the importance of learning science, then one way to improve student achievement in elementary school is to select methods appropriate learning. One appropriate method is used is a method of inquiry. The subjects were fifth grade students of SDN 29 Gravel Hill Bukit Batu subdistrict Bengkalis. Academic Year 2015/2016, the number of students 20 people, consisting of eight men and 12 women. The research instrument used to collect data in this study is the syllabus, RPPdan LKS. The Data Analysis technique used is the analysis of activities of teachers and students and analysis of student learning outcomes. Based on the results of data analysis Improved after the adoption of Inquiry Learning model looks at the teacher activity cycle I and cycle II at the first meeting 55%, 60% the second meeting, the third meeting 80%, and the fourth meeting of 90%. While the activities of students in the first cycle and the second cycle at the first meeting 55%, 60% the second meeting, the third meeting of the fourth meeting of 75% and 85%. Learning outcomes of the first cycle and the second cycle, the basic score indicates that finished only 9 or 45% and who did not complete 11 or 55%. At UH I, which completed numbering 12 people or 60% were not completed 8 or 40%. At UH II that all students completed 20 or 100%. The average value of students also increased, the average base score 62.75 student scores increased in UH I to 67 with an increase of 19.64%. While at UH II also increased the average value of student learning outcomes to 79 with an increase of 41.07%. Key words: Model Inquiry Learning, Learning Outcomes IPA

Abstract: This study Aimed to see if there was an effect of group counseling tothe increase of student empathy. The sample was a class XI student of SMK FARMASIIKASARI PEKANBARU who have low empathy numbered 30 people. In this study therewere five times treatment group roomates guidance begins with a questionnaire pretestand posttest questionnaire terminated. Reviews These results indicate that an increaseof students in empathy after the implementation of the guidance group contributions asmuch as 36.8%.Keywords: Empathy, Guidance Group

Abstract

Abstrack: Employee performance is a very valuable company asset that must be managed well by the company to give maximum contribution. The purpose of this study is to determine the facilities / infrastructure and organizational commitment effect significanlyt on employee performance at PT. Suri Senia Plasmataruna, PMKS Talikumain Rokan Hulu. The sample of the research is the employees of the company in the Maintenance Section, Sorting and Processes A and B totaling 83 people. Data is obtained by using documentation technique and questionnaire. Data than is analyseid using descriptive statistics: employee performance analysis, facilities/infrastructure and organizational commitment. The results show of facilities/infrastructure and organizational commitment significant effect on employee performance in PT. Suri Senia Plasmataruna. From these results expected PT. Suri Senia Plasmataruna can improve employee performance with one of the ways is to improve facilities/infrastructure and organizational commitment of employees. If employee performance increases then it will be profitable for the company.Keywords: Performance, Facilities / Infrastructure, Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the self directed learning of students in physics through the application of SQ4R model on the momentum and impulse subject. This type of research is pre-experiment research using one group pre-test post-test design. The participants are the students of X10 class SMAN 8 Pekanbaru with the number of 27 people. The pre-exeriment research instrument use self directed learning ability questionnaires. Descriptive analysis technique is used as data analysis technique. The results showed that the initial level of self directed learning ability of the students was at score 2.88 and after application of SQ4R model was at score 2.69. This study concludes that the SQ4R model does not increase the independence of physics learning on the momentum and impulse subject.Keywords: SQ4R, Self Directed Learning Ability, Momentum and Impulse
