Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improve the learning process and improve the student’s mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Approach. The type of research is the Classroom Action Research with two cycles. The research was conducted in studentof grade VII3 SMP N 32 Pekanbaru in the second semester of the 2015/2016 academic year with the subject of as many as 41 students. The research instrument are consists of learning devices and instrument data collectors. Learning device used in this research are consists of the Syllabus, Lesson plan and Student work sheet. The instrument data collector used in this research is consists of the observation sheet and math test. Technique of data analysis is analysis of narrative descriptive and analysis of statistical descriptive. Based on the result of the research show that, the learning process has improved and the student’s mathematics learning outcomes have improved after applying the Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Approach. The Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Approach can be used as an alternative in learning, because it can improve the learning process and improve the students learning outcomes.Keywords: Cooperative Learning, Think Pair Square Approach, learning process, students learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This research to determine to learn the function of lactat acid bacteria (LAB) in food. This research did among march until may 2016. Result from this research to make desaign course such as student worksheet in biology SMA. This research did by 2 phases, field research and desaign course learning. Experiment mode used in this research. Making yoghurt mango started by pasteuritation procces,colding,innoculate,and incubation. Result of this research are lactad acid,pH, viscocity,and fat level. Abstract

ABSTRACT : The problem in this study is the low mathematics learning outcomes 029 fourth grade students of SDN Sungaipinang District of mine. This is caused by (1) the teacher did not apply the model / strategies in the learning process, (2) the teacher does not involve students in the learning process, (3) the teacher does not use the media time learning process. It can be seen symptoms include (1) the student is not able to complete the tasks set by the teacher, (2) students do not want / are afraid to ask, (3) the student is not able to develop his ideas, (4) in a group of only a few students working. It is necessary for the study of learning with the application of the learning model with the nominal group technique. In a study with the application of cooperative learning model with the nominal group technique, students are required to think themselves in solving the problems so that students can provide the best answer without any influence from other people's thinking. The study is in the form of Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes 029 fourth grade students of SDN Sungaipinang Mining District of Kampar district. The results of this study indicate that cooperative learning model with nominal group technique can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes, namely an increase in the activity of the teacher and student activities. In the first cycle of teacher activity with an average 68,75% increase in cycle II to 83,75%, while the activity of students in the first cycle an average of 67,5% increased by 89,25% in the second cycle. Then, in the classical mastery learning in the first cycle is of 18 students, 10 (55,55%) students who completed, the second cycle increased to 15 (83,33%) students who completed. On improving student learning outcomes before the procedure, namely the average of 51,66, while the average student learning outcomes after the action is increased at the end of the first cycle replicates (59,72) and then increased in the second cycle (75,27). This means that the application of Cooperative Learning Model with Nominal Group Technique to Improve Student Learning Outcomes Math.Keywords : Cooperative Learning With Nominal Group Technique, Results Learning Mathematics

Abstract

Abstract : Problems in this study is the low of value the skills SBK for fourth grade students at SDN 145 Pekanbaru. For that we need to be improved in order to improve student’s skills. The efforts to repair by apply the drill method. This research is classroom action research. This research was conducted on fourth grade students at SDN 145 Pekanbaru academic year 2013/2014. Time of the research was conducted on 14 April 2014 until 29 Mei 2014. Subject of the research is fourth grade students at SDN 145 Pekanbaru which contains of 17 men and 19 women. Data collection techniques were used that observation techniques and training techniques. Data analysis technique used is the activities of teachers and students. From the value of the process and final value of skill to the make construction objects. The result showed that the average score of students was 59.31, has an increased on first cycle to 67.85. On the second cycle, the average score was 77.50, has an increased from basic score. From the explanation above shows that the application of the drill method can increase the skill of creating object construction on fourth grade students at SDN 145 Pekanbaru.Key Word : Drill Method, Skills Make Construction Objects

Abstract: Justification The study presented is based on the notion that it is the role of women in any major event (Cherce la framme). How the role of women in the novel work Megat Rida K Liamsi. Objectives Seek to describe the role of women. The role of women, we mean here is the task or action of women that occurs in the novel case. This qualitative descriptive study uses the theory of the role of women by Sugihastuti (2000: 113). The study lasted six months, from January to June 2017. Using the documentation with the new Megat source method. The validity of the data using tringulasi and discussion. The results of this study of the role of women as parents dominate the lives of men, followed by a role as a woman. However, the role of privacy of the less important. An interesting discovery in this study of women can benefit men. Successful women are qualitatively more successful than the presence of men. The role of women in general are usually just a housewife, but the authors found the women in the novel Megat Mean worker there as a history teacher and also became a doctorate at Umbai University. The conclusion of this study, in addition to the success of men due to the role of parents (father-mother) but also the roles of men makes women successful. The research data consists of 100 data composed of 6 female characters Each role consists of the role of women as parents, female / domestic, in kinship, in private, in the community, at work. Based on the results of the identification of women's role of each of the female characters that occur in the event that there are women who have a natural role as a man who exceeds kodradnya as a woman found in the novel work Megat Rida K Liamsi. The results of the study recommended to the transmitter, the bookstore, the library manager Riau University, to the researchers who will come.Keywords: The role of women

Abstract

Abstract: This research was designed to describe the student’s ability in comprehending descriptive texts and aimed to find out the students ability in comprehending descriptive texts for each component and the level of Bloom’s Taxonomy Revised indicated in the ability. This research was conducted at SMPN 38 Pekanbaru that collected April to May 2017. The try out class was VIII-3 (30 students) and the sample was VIII-1 (30 students) chosen by cluster random sampling. The result showed that the ability of the second year students of SMPN 38 Pekanbaru in comprehending descriptive texts for each component is in good level which the mean score was 61.7, however, the students have not passed the minimum score of the school which is 75. For the level of remembering; finding factual information the mean score was 78, finding meaning of difficult words was 40.7. The level of understanding (finding references) the mean score was 76. For the analyzing level; finding main idea the mean score was 55.3, finding restatement was 50, and the level of evaluating (finding social function) was 70. Therefore, this research suggested the English teachers to focus on the level and components that students still find difficulities and categorized them into poor level. Students should learn the components in descriptive texts and other text types. Further researchers are expected to find the standard guidance of classification of Bloom’s Taxonomy Revised indicated the components of reading comprehension.Key Words: Student’s Ability, Bloom’s Taxonomy Revised, Comprehending Descriptive Texts.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the problem of low learning result of IPS student of class III SDN 003 Binabaru Kampar Kiri Tengah. Where of the 24 students only 8 students who achieved the KKM value set by the school that is 75 for subjects IPS, with grade average grade of 60.83. Based on these problems, researchers apply ETH strategy to improve the learning process. The results of data analysis obtained the average value of daily replication cycle I 71.25, an increase of 17.12% of the basic score. Continued in cycle II the average daily repetition of students has increased again to 80.42. Before applied ETH strategy of student's classical completeness is 33,34%, then after applied ETH strategy on cycle I the total number of student which is complete up to 66,67% and in cycle II it has increased again to 87,50%. The increase in learning outcomes is supported by teacher and student activity where in the first meeting the teacher gets a 62.50% sufficient category percentage and the second meeting is 70.83% enough category. The first meeting of cycle II increased to 87.50% and the second meeting was 93.83% very good category. The percentage of first cycle student activity in first cycle was 54,16% less category once. second meeting 70,83% enough category and at first meeting of cycle II increased to 83,33% good category, second meeting 87,50% very good category. From this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of ETH strategy can improve the learning result of IPS student of class III SDN 003 Binabaru Kampar Kiri Tengah.Key word: everyone is a teacher here (ETH), IPS learning result

Abstract

Abstract. The background of this research is that the learning outcomes of students categorized IPS still low dikerenakan student still difficulty in accepting the lesson, the teacher is less engaging students in learning and teachers only use the lecture method, and students are less involved directly to determine its own penegetahuan. Of these problems need dilakuan Research Tindakn Class (PTK) with the title Application of Cooperative Learning Model Group Investigation. This research aims to improve learning outcomes IPS Grade IV SDN 002 Sintong Tanah Putih the number of students sebanayak 20 people. This research was done in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings premises once daily tests. Instrument collecting data in this research is student activity sheets and activity sheets daily tests of teachers and students. Results of the data analysis activities of teachers in sikl; us first meeting I was 60.7% and the second meeting was increased to 67.8%. on siklu II meeting I was 78.5% and the second meeting increased to 89.2%. Further analysis ahsil student activity in the first cycle the first meeting and the second meeting of 58.33% increased to 70.83%. at the first meeting of the second cycle and 78.5% in the second meeting increased to 91.66%. then the results of this analysis can be summed increased student learning outcomes, it also demonstrated an average student learning outcomes in dasart score is 65 and in the first cycle to 70.5 and the second cycle increased to 76.75. The thoroughness of learning outcomes in basic score 8 people (40%), the first cycle to 16 people (80%) and an increase again in the second cycle to 18 people (90%) can thus be concluded that if implemented Cooperative Learning Model Group Investigation can improve learning outcomes IPS Grade IV SDN 002 Sintong Tanah Puti Rokan Hilir Academic Year 2014/2015Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model GI, IPS Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: The research aimed to improve the achievement of learners on termochemistry subject in XI MIA class SMAN 1 Tanjungpinang. This research was a kind of experimental research with pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted in SMAN 1 Tanjungpinang the samples of the research were the students of XI MIA1 class as the experimental class and students of XI MIA2 class as the control class which were determined randomly after doing normality test and the homogeneity test. The learning process of experimental class and control class used scientific approach which was based on the curriculum in 2013. Experimental class was a class which was given the treatment that used cooperative learning model snowball throwing while the control class was not. Based on the result of data analysis test, we obtained tcount ttabel 4,27 1,67. It meant that the use of cooperative learning model snowball throwing could improve students learning achievement on termochemistry subject in XI MIA class SMAN 1 Tanjungpinang.Key Words : Snowball Throwing , Learning Outcomes, Termochemitry

Abstract

Abstract: The research has been conducted at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru which aims to improve student learning achievement on the subject of ion stoichiometry in class X MIA. This type of research is an experimental study with a design Randomized Control Group pretest-posttest.. The sample from the study was students of class X MIA 1 as an experimental class. The experimental class is the class applied to the type Novick learning model. The data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on the results of the data analysis test, t count> t table is 1,91> 1.67 meaning that the application of Novick learning model can improve student learning achievement on the subject stoichiometry in class X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru with categories of achievement improvement learning in the experimental class based on Score (N-Gain) is high, which is 0.81.Key Words: Probing-Prompting Learning, Learning Achievement, Stoichiometry
