Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to find out the correlation between agility in dribbling, and to find out the correlation between speed and agility in dribbling in football team of SMPN 40 Pekanbaru. This research was correlational research. The population on this research was 20 students in football team of SMPN 40 Pekanbaru. To get the data, the researcher asked the students did sprint 40 yards test to know their speed, dodging run test to know their agility and dribbling test. The obtained data was analyzed with a simple product of moment correlation. Based on the analysis, the r(count) = 0,605 > from r (table) 0,444. Therefore, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. It can be concluded that there was a relationship between speed and agility in dribbling which can be determined from r (count) > r table and significantly determined by the correlation between one to another variable.Keywords: Speed, Agility, Dribble, Football

Abstract

Abstract: Purpose of this research is knowing relation of shoulder arm muscle power and hand-eye coordination with the result of set shot test on male student basketball team of SMA N Plus Pekanbaru. Method in this research is using quantitative method, type of this research is correlation or correlational research. Population is all players in male student basketball team of SMA N Plus Pekanbaru that have 12 members. Sampling technique that been used was total sampling with 12 players. Instrument that been used in this research was “two hand medicine ball put” test, “tennis ball throw and catch” test and “shooting set shot” test. After that data counted with statistic, for examine normality with lilifors test on significant level α (0,05). Hipothesys that submitted is, there is a relation between shoulder arm muscle power and hand-eye coordination with the result of set shot test on male student basketball team of SMA N Plus Pekanbaru. Based on the result of the research and data processing with using statistic procedure have concluded that a significant relation between shoulder arm muscle power and hand-eye coordination with the result of set shot, because rhitung on significant level α (0,05) = 0,602 which is rhitung(0,631) > rtabel(0,602).Keywords: Relation, Shoulder Arm Muscle Power, Hand-Eye Coordination, Set Shot

Abstract

Abstract : This research came up because of the students’ decreased achievement of class X and X1 in the entrepreneurship subject of the first semester in the academic year of 2015/2016.183 out of 645 students gained under minimum passing grade (KKM) in the entrepreneur subject. This phenomenon happened because of some factors. One of them was an unmotivated learning indicated by the laziness to engage the teaching learning process, such as the frequent going in and out of the class, absence, and not doing the task given by the teacher. This research aimed at investigating in what extent the influence of students’ learning motivation towards the learning achievement of the students having under minimum passing grade at the entrepreneurship subject at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. The population of this research was 183 students with 65 students as the samples. Probability sampling, simple random sampling, is used as the technique to gain the sample in this research. The data were collected using observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the significance value in the coefficient table 0.000 is less than critical value 0.1. Thus, it is obtained that 0.000 < 0.1, which means that the students’ learning motivation influences the students’ learning achievement in the entrepreneurship subject at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. Viewed from the R square 0.207 shows that the independent variable student learning motivation used in this research is influenced by the dependent variable student learning achievement at the rate of 20.7%. Thus, it can be said that the capability of the independent variable student learning motivation in influencing the dependent variable student learning achievement is high. Based on the calculation of t test, the t table 4,057 > t quantification 1.998 (Ho) is rejected or sig 0.000 < 0.05 (Ha) is accepted. It means that there is an influence of the students’ learning motivation towards the students’ learning achievement. Based on the regression coefficient, if the students’ learning motivation happens to increase at rate of 1%, the students’ learning achievement also will increase at the rate of 0.284 or 28.4%. The positive coefficient shows that there is positive correlation between students’ learning achievement and students’ learning motivation. Abstract

ABSTRACT, Based on the observation that the author did in the field, is the technique the authors see many students of SMAN 1 Bengkalis District of Bengkalis who lack the agility and good dribbling ability, it is seen as a football player SMAN 1 Bengkalis District of Bengkalis to dribble the ball past your opponent on during a match, at which time the player is difficult to pass opponents, one on one, so the ball is easily seized by the opponent, this was due to lack of students mastering the basic techniques to play ball. This type of research is the correlation. The population in this study were students of SMAN 1 Bengkalis District of Bengkalis many as 36 people. Samples were taken with total sampling technique. thus the number of samples is as many as 36 students. Data collection techniques on agility is a zig-zag run test, while the variable dribbling the ball past mendribbing peg in a zig-zag. Data were analyzed by using the formula produc moment. Based on the results of data analysis showed that of the agility test scores obtained quickest 7:09 seconds, then the longest score of 8.73 seconds, the average (mean) 7:55 seconds. Then the scores obtained from the data dribbling fastest 7.2 seconds, then obtained a score of longest 11.8 seconds, the average (mean) of 8.97 seconds. From these data there exists a correlation result of agility and dribbling ability is 0.9797 which uses formulas Prodac moment. Thus the hypothesis of the importance of the value of r arithmetic 0.9797, while r table 0334. So from 0.9797 arithmetic calculations r> r table (N-1) 0334 can be said that there is a significant relationship between agility (x) the ability of dribbling (y) football SMAN 1 Bengkalis District of Bengkalis.Keywords : Agility, Dribbling

Abstract

Abstract: The problem of this research is the weakness of student’s learning result of PKn subject.It show from 20 student’s,12 student’s ( 45% ) have lower score,and it is only 8 student’s ( 60% ) have average score 63,50.The KKM of this school is 67.According to that problem,the research by implementing cooperative learning technic scramble teaching.In cycle I,the percentage of theacher activity in first meeting is adquate 58,33%.In second meeting, teacher activity significantly increased to 66,66% with good category.In cycle 2,first meeting was in good category 79,16% and second meeting indicated a very good category 87,50%.Meanwhile,the activity of student’s also improved.In cycle I indicated 54,16% in adequate category and in cycle 2 has increased up to 62,50% with good category.In cycle 2,first meeting,the activity of student’s has been increasing to 75,00% with good category and second meeting indicated very good category 83,33%.An average score of student’s learning result before implementation is 63.50% . It increased to 65,75% in cycle I,and 71,21 incylce 2.In implementation cooperative lerning technic scramble teaching can improve student’s learning result of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 29 Kembungluar in PKn subject.Key words: Cooperative technic scramble teaching, learning result of PKn subject.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improve the learning process and to increase mathematics outcomes from the students of class X MIA 1 SMA PGRI Pekanbaru with applied Discovery Learning model. This research is a class action research with two cycle. The subject of this research is the students of class X MIA 1 SMA PGRI Pekanbaru in academic year 2018/2019, which total of participants are 30 students, consists of 15 male students and 15 female students with heterogeneous ability. The instruments used in this research were mathematical learning instruments and the instruments of collecting data. The mathematical learning instruments used include syllabus, lesson plan, and student work sheet, and the instruments of collecting data were observation sheets used to get the teacher and student activity data and learning outcome test used to get mathematics outcome data after learning process. The data analysis techniques used narrative analysis and descriptive statistic analysis. From the analysis of observation sheets, it can be seen that there is improvement of learning process after the discovery learning model being implemented. The data of the student’s evaluation test showed that the students reaches Minimun Mastery Criteria (MMC) of knowledge competency from the basic score to the first test, from the first test to the second test increase from 12 students (40%) become 20 students (66,67%) and increase become 80%. Persentage of students reaches Minimun Mastery Criteria (MMC) of skills competency increase from first test to the second test where the first test 15 students (50%) to the second test 21 students (70%). Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that implementation of discovery learning model can improve learning process and increase student’s mathematics outcome at class X MIA 1 SMA PGRI Pekanbaru in academic year 2018/2019.Key Words: Mathematics Outcomes, Discovery Learning Model, Class Action Research

Abstract

Abstrack: The background of this study is students low in mathematical of  X grade at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru and never doing to implementation problem based learning model. This research conducted in second semester of academic years 2016/2017. The aimed of study is to find out whether there is significant effect of using “problem based learning model” toward students mathematical of X grade at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. The study employed the pre-experimental research focus on static group comparison study design. The sampling of technique was purposive. There were two sampling in this study; the experimental class was using “problem based learning model” and the control class with conventional learning. In collecting data used daily test as pre-test and test scores as post-test whether to see how the students ability in before and after giving a treatment. The finding of this research showed experimental class better than control class. So, it can be concluded  there was significant effect of using problem based learning model toward student’s mathematical of X grade at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Abstract: The research is aimed to find out whether there was some significant effect of debate technique on the ability of the second-year students of SMAN 5 Tualang. In conducting the research, pre-experimental research with one group pre-test post-test design was used. The sample of this research was the students of class XI IPA IV consisting of 30 students. The pre-test was administered before the treatment. After the treatment was applied for five meetings using debate technique, a post-test was administered. The data were analyzed using t-test formula. From the result, the researcher found that the value of t-test was 15.690 while the t-table was 2.045. Since the t-test was higher than t-table, alternative hypothesis of this research is. It means that there is a significant effect of debate technique on the ability of the second- year students of SMAN 5 Tualang in speaking.Key Words: Speaking Ability, Debate Technique, Senior High School Students.

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is low of mathematics learning outcomes of class VII.2 SMPN 9 Pekanbaru in second semester of the 2015/2016 academic year. Subject of this research are  36 students, consist of 18 male and 18 female student with heterogenous level of academic capabilities. The type of this research is the Classroom Action Research that has purpose to improve the learning proses and to increase student’s mathematic learning outcomes with applied the cooperative learning with Think Pair Square Structural Approach.  This research consist of two cycles that each cycle composed of 4 stages, such as planning, implementation, observation and reflection. At every end of a cycle, math achievement test will be held. The research instrument consists of learning devices that involve Syllabus, Lesson Plan and Student Worksheet, and instrument data collector that involve the observation sheet and math achievement test. Observation sheets is analyzed by narrative descriptive analysis and math achievement test analyzed by statistic descriptive analysis. The action is successful if the learning process covenient with the Lesson Plan and the number of students who achieve the score of Minimum Mastery Criteria increase in math achievement test I and II. Most of students were excited and active in learning process, as while they were doing the steps of learning, presenting Student Worksheet, responding to friend’s presentation and giving the conclusion of learning. Based on the data analysis, the percentage of students who achieve Minimum Mastery Criteria before the action is as much as 41.67% and at first cycle as much as 55.55% and at second cycle as much as 80.55%. The result of the research show that, the learning process has improved and the student’s mathematic learning outcomes also increased after applying the Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Structural Approach.                                                                                                                                              Key Words:  Classroom Action Research, Cooperative Learning, Think Pair Square Structural Approach, Learning Process, Student Mathematic Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: Background of this study is the lack of ability of children to recognize letters. Some children are still undeveloped in differentiating vocal and consonant letters, children still like to mention the letters upside down in almost the same shape and sound and some children may not thrive in naming and grouping images - pictures or objects that have the same initial letters as well as in understanding between the sound and the shape of the letter. Under these conditions it is necessary to attempt to improve the child's ability to know the letter Playing namely through letter box, type this research is action research class conducted in two (2) cycles. Data collectors instrument used in this study is the form of sheets of observation and research subjects are Group B2 consisting of 10 People Boys - Boys and Girls 7 people. Results showed Improvement of Cycle I to Cycle II. Improvement occurred, ie from before the action to the first cycle of 30.35%, Cycle I Cycle II Into amounted to 42.18% and from before Cycle II Amounting to 85.33%. From the results of this study concluded that through the letter box play can enhance the ability recognize letters kindergarten in B2 group Pembina State 1 bangko Rokan Hilir.Keywords: Recognize Letters, Playing the letter box.
