Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low motivation to learn PPKn student at SMPN 1 Kuantan Mudik. This study aims to determine the effect of learning strategies based on struggle songs (strategies to express the spirit of revolution) on the learning motivation of students in class VIII of SMPN 1 Kuantan Mudik, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research method is quantitative descriptive, with research instruments in the form of observation sheets, questionnaires and documentation. The statistical analysis used is calculating the average of each class, homogeneity test, Student's T-test distribution, normalized N-Gain test. In the homogeneity test results between classes VIII.3, VIII.4, and VIII5 the three pairs of classes are homogeneous, to determine which class is used as a research sample, then draws as well as between class pairs drawn then draw back to determine the control class and the experimental class , the results are class VIII.3 as the experimental class and class VIII.5 as the control class. Based on statistical analysis, it was obtained Thitung> Ttabel, which is 9.38> 2.016, which means that the struggle-based learning strategy had a positive effect on the learning motivation of students in class VIII of SMPN 1 Kuantan Mudik. Based on this research hypothesis that "struggle song-based learning strategies (strategies to express the spirit of revolution) influence the learning motivation of students in class VIII of SMPN 1 Kuantan Mudik" can be accepted. Based on the N-Gain test with the N-gain of the experimental class 0.5 and the control class 0.03, it can be concluded that the category of development of increased motivation to learn the experimental class is in the medium category and the control class is in the low category.Key Words: Learning Strategy, Song of Struggle, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This study analyzes the use of capital letters and punctuation on a narrative essay in students class V of SD Negeri 187 Pekanbaru. The problem in this research was the students write not in accordance with the rules of capitalization and punctuation predetermined EYD. This study aims to determine the use of capital letters and punctuation on a narrative essay in students class V of SD Negeri 187 Pekanbaru. This research method was a descriptive quantitative method which is in this study the researcher describes and interprets the object in accordance with what it is as well served in terms of numbers (percentage). The use of capital letters and punctuation in this study was a limited in accordance with the use of students in the essay that has been made. The use of capital letters was limited to 5 aspects: the capital letters are used as the first letter in the beginning of the sentence, as an elements of people's names, as the names of months, days, holidays and historical events, as a distinctive name in geography, and as the title essay except words like, to, from, and, and for that lies not in the starting position. The use of punctuation was limited to 5 aspects, namely pullstop at the end of a sentence that was not the question or exclamation, pullstop to separate the numbers, hours, minutes, and seconds which shows the time, a comma is used between elements in a subsection or numeration, conjuction in connecting apart of syllables by commutation line, and conjuction in connecting elements of repetition words.Keywords: capital letters, punctuation, narrative essay

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of group guidance to degradation problems in the fields of education and learning (PDP), a student of class VIII MTs Darul wisdom pekanbaru the academic year 2015 / 2016. The research was conducted in MTs Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru from March 2016 to May 2016. Methods this is a quasi-experimental study. Forms of this design is the development of a true experimental desing is difficult to carry out. This research is true experimental design. True experimental design research that there are two groups of experimental and control groups. Research subjects in this study were students of class VIII MTs Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru who have a problem of education and learning. Data collection instrument used was the General AUM. Data analysis technique used is the technique of nonparametric statistical correlation Wilcoxon test and Spearman Rank Test. Based on the results of Wilcoxon test is apparently a difference of education and learning problems of students before and after the implementation of group counseling. Of Spearman Rank test conducted at the conclusion could influence group counseling services to the students' social intelligence that is equal to 16%, while 84% are influenced by other factors originating from within or from the student environment.Keywords: Guidance Group, Problems, Education, Learning

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the Student Centered Learning (SCL) learning model on the writing skills of seventh grade students of SMPN 1 Bantan, Begkalis district.  The method used is a quantitative research method with the Student Centered Learning (SCL) learning model.  The design of this research is One Group Pretest-Postest Design.  The sampling technique uses total sampling.  The sample in this study amounted to 27 people in one class Data collection technique is a test technique.  The test is used to assess students' rhyming writing skills Data analysis techniques using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, then test the hypothesis using the Wilcoxon Test.  The results show that there is an effect of the application of the Student Centered Learning (SCL) learning model to the poetry writing skills of Grade VII students of SMPN 1 Bantan, Bengkalis Regency.   Key Words: Student Centered Learning (SCL) Learning Model, Writing Skills, Pantun

Abstract

Abstract: This research is classroom action resesarch that aim to improve the mathematics learning outcomes with applied the learning cooperative model of Numbereds Heads Together (NHT)type. The research consist of two cycles, each cycles has four stages, which are planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject of this research is students of class VIIA SMP Negeri 35 Pekanbaru in academic years 2018/2019, which amounted to 40 students consist of 16 boys and 24 girls. The instrument of data collection in this research were observation sheets and student mathematic test. The observation sheet were analyzed in qualitative descriptive, while the students mathematic test were analyzed in quantitative descriptive. The qualitative descriptive showed an improvement of learning process prior to the action on the first and second cycles. Most of students were very confidenced and activated in learning process, such as while there were finished mathematic’s problem that given, presenting the result of problems and giving the conclusion of learning. Number of students that reach Minimum Mastery Criteria increase from basic score to first test and second test. The results of this research showed an increasing number of student learning mathematics about knowledge of the basic score (42,5%) to the first test (52,5%) to the second test (57,5%). The result os this research show that applying cooperative learning model of Numbered Heads Together can improve mathematic learning outcomes from the students at class VIIA SMP Negeri 35 Pekanbaru in academic years 2018/2019 for the subject matter Social Aritmethic.Key Words: Mathematics learning outcomes, Cooperative learning, Numbered Heads Together(NHT), Classroom Action Research

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to be used as a source of information on the diversity of plankton species in danau raja. The study was conducted in Danau Raja, Indragiri Hulu Regency in April 2019. The parameters measured were biological parameters and physical chemical parameters of the waters. The research design is the stage of field data collection carried out with exploratory research, while the data collection is carried out using survey methods. This research was conducted in 4 stations with a purposive sampling technique. The method in this study consists of 2 stages, In the study of visual dictionary design using the Four-D model which consists of four stages, namely defining, designing, developing, and dissemination. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively.The results of this study showed that the composition of fitoplankton in danau raja was found in 5 classes, 20 species and 188 individuals. The most zooplankton compositions are Bosmina meridionalis and Diaphanosoma brachyuran with a proportion of 50%. The highest abundance of phytoplankton was found at station IV and the lowest was at station I. The highest phytoplankton diversity index was found at station IV and the lowest was at station I. The highest abundance of zooplankton was obtained at station III and station IV, while at station I and station II there were no zooplankton. The highest zooplankton diversity index was found at station III and station IV while at station I and station II no zooplankton was found.Key Words: Fitoplankton, Zooplankton, Purposive Sampling

Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on customary basiacuang in kampar regency as a custom which become the culture of kampar residents especially kumantan village. So the writer take title research "Public Perception About Moral Value In There Basiacuang I n Kumantan Village Bangkinang Sub District Kampar Regency". The formulation of the problem in this research is How Public Perceptions About Moral Value In There Basiacuang In Kumantan Village Sub District Bangkinang Kampar District? The purpose of this study is to Public Perceptions About Moral Value In There Basiacuang In Kumantan Village Sub-District Bangkinang Kampar District. The population of this study is the community of kumantan village which amounted to 5,119 people and the sample amounted to 50 people. The instrument of data collection is questionnaire consists of 27 questions. The interview consisted of 8 questions. In analyzing the data using Qualitative Descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that the Public Perceptions About Moral Value In There Basiacuang In Kumantan Village Sub-District Bangkinang Kampar District seen from the percentage of 50respondents stated 10.07% for the category is not good, 21.93% for the less good category , 55.19% for good category, and 12.81% for very good category.Keywords:Perception, CustomBasiacuang

Abstract

Abstract : The implementation of education through the teaching and learning process is basically the core of the overall education, in which teachers as the main role holder. Teacher as a learner who is directly involved in the learning process, work to create learning conditions that can make students learn optimally to obtain satisfactory academic achievement. The purpose of this study was 1) to determine the activity of teachers using cooperative learning model two stay two stray 2) to determine the activity of students using cooperative learning model type of two stay two stray 3) to determine the effect of cooperative learning model type of two stay two stray to the results of study subjects in the history of X¹ class SMA Negeri 1 Pusako Pusako Subdistrict Siak. In this study, using a quantitative method in which it will provide full information so useful to science. The results of this study indicate that the application of cooperative learning model Two Stay Two Stray can improve the quality of the learning process both from the teachers and students. Cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray can improve learning outcomes in the subjects of history X¹ class SMA Negeri 1 Pusako. This is evidenced by the increase in pre PTK learning outcomes with an average value of 66.17 increased to 70.73 in the first cycle and 85.44 in the second cycle.Key Words: Class Action Research, Two Stay Two Stray, Student Results

Abstract

Abstract: Research development of chemical-based learning media Autoplay Media Studio 8 is intended to produce a decent learning media on the subject of the atomic structure is developed based on the feasibility aspect of the display media, programming, content, presentation material content and language in Chemical Education Program. Beside that, it also to know the response of chemistry teachers and learners to media-based learning Autoplay Media Studio 8 has been developed on the subject of atomic structure. This media development research using ADDIE model of which has 5 stages of development, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Results of research-based instructional media development AutoPlay Media Studio 8 on the subject of atomic structures that have been validated by a validator to be feasible with an average percentage of 96.38%. Response chemistry teachers and learners expressed either by the average percentage of 98.2% for chemistry teachers and 91.89% for the learners. This indicates that the learning generated media fit for use as a medium of learning.Key Words : Learning media, Autoplay Media Studio 8, Atomic Structure
