Abstract

Abstract: Internal issue background in this research is that students do not really understand science lesson. This problem can be seen from the low of students’ science result with the average 67, as well as still lower the attainment of minimum completeness criteria (KKM) namely, from 20 students only 7 students or 35% reach the KKM. KKM specified by the school is 73. As for becoming target in this research is to improve the students’ learning result in study science of grade V SD Negeri 019 Lenggadai Hulu through applying cooperative learning model. For the activity of learn at first meeting equal to 58,33% raise at second meeting become 66,67% ( 8,34%), from the second meeting to first meeting of cycle II become 83,33% (16,66%), and from first meeting to second meeting become 87,5% ( 4,17%). For the students’ activity at first meeting equal to 54,17% increase to second meeting become 62,5% (8,33%), from second meeting to first meeting of cycle II become 75% (12,5%), and from first meeting to second meeting become 83,33% ( 8,33%).Students’ learning result also increase from 67 to 78 in the first cycle (raise 16,42%) and increase about 33,81% in the second meeting becoming 89,75. It is also happened by the make-up of classical complete activity from 35% at restating of cycle I reach as much 20% so that percentage become 55% and at restating of cycle II raise as much 40% so that percentage become 95%. Finally, it can be concluded that applying cooperative learning model can improve science learning result of grade V SD Negeri 019 Lenggadai Hulu.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model, Science Learning Result, Classroom Action Research

Abstract

Abstract: This research was based on the students’ achievement in learning mathematics especially grade VIII8 of SMPN 14 Pekanbaru under the Mastery Minimum Criteria with percentage of 38,23%. The subject of basic competence were about triangle. The teacher-centered learning was still used to teach materials during the learning process. The research conducted was the Classroom Action Research. The aims of this research is to improve the learning process and results on the students learning mathematic by implementing cooperative learning model structural approach of Think Pair Share (TPS). There were 34 students in the class consisting 17 boys and 17 girls as the participant of this research. The instruments of data collection in this research were observation sheets to observe the activities of teacher and students and students Mathematic tests. The observation sheets were analyzed in qualitative desciptive, while the students’ Mathematic tests were analyzed in quantitative desciptive. The qualitative desciptive showed an improvement of learning process prior to the action on the first and second cycles. The results of this research showed an increasing number of students learning Mathematic from the basic score with percentage 38,23% to 61,76% on the first test and 79,41% on second test. Based on the result of this research could be concluded that the implementation of Cooperative Learning Model structural approach of Think Pair Share (TPS) can improve the students’ achievement of learning Mathematic in grade VIII8 of SMPN 14 Pekanbaru in the first semester academic years 2018/2019.Key Word: Students’ Math Achievement, Cooperative Learning Model Structural Approach of Think Pair Share (TPS), Clasroom Action Research

Abstract

Abstarct: The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation, and evaluation of 2013 curriculum-based learning in history subjects at MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru. The subject of this study was a history subject teacher of one person and the object of research was the application of the 2013 Curriculum (K-13) to the history subjects at MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru. In collecting data, observation, interview and documentation techniques are needed. To analyze the data obtained used descriptive qualitative analysis techniques and percentages. After analyzing the data it can be concluded that, planning is categorized as very good, with a percentage located between 76% -100%, precisely at 100%, implementation is categorized as very good, with a percentage located between 76% -100%, precisely at 93.75%, and Evaluation is categorized as good, with a percentage between 51% -75%, precisely at 54.54%. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve the learning process and the student?s mathematical problem solving skill by applying Problem Based Learningmodel. This type of research is classroom action research with two cycles. This research was conducted in collaboration between researcher and teacher of mathematics. Subjects were students of class X MIA MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru. The study was conducted in the first semester of academic year 2019/2020. The research instrument consists of mathematical learning instruments and instruments to collect data. Mathematical learning instruments used in this study are syllabus, lesson plans, and activity sheets. Data collection instruments used in this study is observation sheets and mathematical problem solving tests. Data analysis technique in this study is analysis descriptive narrative of qualitative data and descriptive statistical analysis of quantitative data. The result of this study showed that the implementation of PBL improved the learning process and the student?s mathematical problem solving skill. The student?s average scorein cycle I which is 70,92had improved to 86,98in cycle II. The improvement also foundin the indicator average scorein identifying the problem, devising a plan to solve the problem, carrying out the plan to solve the problem, and interpreting the solution. This study concludes that the implementation of PBL improved the learning process and the student?s mathematical problem solving skill at class X MIA MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru. PBL model can be used as an alternative to learning, because through this learning can improve the learning process and mathematical problem solving skill of the students.Key Words:Problem Based Learning, Mathematical Problem Solving Skill, Learning Process.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of wrist flexion with free throw results, hand eye coordination with free throw results and wrist flexion and eye-hand coordination with free throw results on the Libas Club Teluk Kuantan basketball team. Some of the problems that occur include, the player can already shoot, but when doing free throws the power given is too strong which causes the ball not to enter, bouncing because it touches the reflection board. The type of research used is the type of correlation research, this research is a correlational study by comparing the measurement results of three different variables in order to find the level of relationship between these variables. The population in this study amounted to 12 people who came from the Taluk Kuantan Libas team. Because in this study using a total sampling technique is a sampling technique where the number of samples is equal to the total population. The instruments used in this study were a wrist flexing test, a ball throwing test, and a free throw ball test. Then the data test using the normality test, normality test data with liliefors test, correlation analysis.The variable normality test X1 L₀max (0.139) <Ltable (0.242), the variable normality test X2 L₀max (0, 180) <Ltable (0.242), the normality test variable Y L₀max (0, 142) <Ltable (0.242). With that the data is normally distributed and the conclusions of the research show that the hypothesis is accepted at a significant level α = 0.05 in other words there is a relationship between flexibility, coordination of free throws on the Libas Taluk kuantan basketball team with a rcount (0.940)>rtable (0.602).Key Words: Wrist Speculation, Hand Eye Coordination, Free Throw, Basketball

Abstract

Abstract: The research is motivated by the low understanding of parents about the emotional development that exists in children in the Sejati village Rambah Hilir district Rokan Hulu regency relating to verbal abuse perpetrated by parents, where parents still use verbal abuse in advising children, and parents still have the mindset that what parents do to their children is all true. The research aims to determine the relationship of parents understanding of children emotional development with verbal abuse in children aged 3-4 years in the Sejati village. This type of research is quantitative using a correlation research approach. As for the population of this research are parents who have children aged 3-4 years in the Sejati village amounting to 70 parents, the sample of this research is 70 parents taken using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques used were test and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used the Pearson Product Moment correlation using the program SPSS version 24. Based on the results of hypothesis testing obtained there is a negative and significant relationship between parents understanding of children emotional development with verbal abuse in children aged 3-4 years in the Sejati village. This can be seen from the correlation coefficient of rxy=-0,448, and the significance level of 0,000<0,05. The level of relationship between parents understanding of the emotional development of children with verbal abuse in children aged 3-4 years in the Sejati village included in the medium category with the coefficient of determination produced 20,1% which means that parents understanding of children emotional development gives an effect of 20,1% on verbal abuse in children.Key Words: Parents Understanding Of The Emotional Development Of Child, Verbal Abuse

Abstract: This research is motivated by the lack of interest in the younger generation of the Berzanji tradition which will lead to drastic extinctions, lack of curiosity will cause various symptoms such as lack of knowledge of the Daik tradition. So the authors take the title of the research "Factors Causing the Lack of Interest of Young Generation Interest in the Adoration of Promising in Daik Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province" The formulation of the problem in this study is what factors cause the lack of interest of the Young Generation in the Adoration Tradition in Daik Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province? The purpose of this study was to determine the factors causing the lack of interest of the younger generation in the tradition of Adoration in Daik Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study are, observation, interview and documentation. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to produce modules with guided inquiry models based on quality scientific literacy. This research was carried out in the Biology Education Laboratory of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau and the state junior high school 4 Pekanbaru in April-October 2019. The type of researchused is Research and Development (R&D). Module development implemented refers to the ADDIE model with the stages of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. This research was only carried out until the Development stage by conducting validation by a validator and a limited trial phase I by Biology Education Students of Teaching and Education Faculty of University of Riau, and a limited trial phase II by students of state junior high school 4 Pekanbaru. The assessment of the developed modules includes 5 aspects, namely the module format and graphic aspects, presentation techniques, the syntax of guided inquiry models, indicators of scientific literacy dimensions, and language assessment. The results of the average validation with the scientific inquiry based guided inquiry model was gained a score of 3.58 with a very valid category. The average results of the limited trials phase I and II was gained a score of 3.67 with a very good category. Based on these data it can be concluded that the modules with guided inquiry models based on science literacy that have been developed arecategorized as quality modules and can be used on a wide scale.KeyWords: Modules, Guided Inquiry Models, Scientific Literacy

Abstract

Abstract: The research about the learning cell type of cooperative learning model has been conducted in SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to improve the student achievement on the topic solubility and constant solubility product (Kelarutan dan Hasil Kali Kelarutan Ksp) in class XI SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. The type of this research is experimental research with experiment design randomized control group pretest-posttest. Sample of the research consisted of two classes, a class XI MIA2 as an experimental class (implemented the learning cell type of cooperative learning model) and class XI MIA1 as the control class (without the learning cell type of cooperative learning model). T-test was used as analysis technique. Based on the data analysis obtained t > t table i.e 3.63 > 1.66, meaning that the application of the learning cell type of cooperative learning model can improve the student achievement on the subject solubility and constant solubility product (Ksp) in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. The improvement of the student achievement category (N-Gain) as high as 0.82.Keywords: Student Achievement, The Leraning Cell Type Of Cooperative Learning Model, solubility and constant solubility product (Ksp).

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk reduplikasi bahasa Batak Toba dan mendeskripsikan makna reduplikasi bahasa Batak Toba. Bentuk- bentuk reduplikasi yang terdapat di dalam bahasa Batak Toba adalah (1) reduplikasi dwilingga, (2) reduplikasi sebagian, (3) dwipura, (4) reduplikasi dwilingga berimbuha. Makna reduplikasi bahasa Batak Toba terdiri dari (1) reduplikasi yang mengandung makna ‘banyak’, ‘semua’, ‘seluruh’ dilakukan terhadap kata benda umum, (2) reduplikasi yang mengandung makna bermacam-macam, (3) reduplikasi yang mengandung makna menyerupai, (4) reduplikasi yang mengandung makna agak, (5) reduplikasi yang mengandung makna intensitas, (6) reduplikasi yang mengandung makna saling, (7) reduplikasi yang mengandung makna kolektif.Kata kunci: reduplikasi, dwilingga, dwipurwa
