Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study is the consumptive behavior of students towards using internet quotas excessively and not for what they need, Using internet quotas to seek pleasure, which most students get nothing from using internet quotas other than just looking for fun, so they cannot control themselves to do things. something that is more useful than just looking for fun from using the internet, the large number of students who use the internet cannot be separated from the large internet quota used. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant correlation between self-control and consumptive behavior in the use of internet quota during the Covid-19 Pandemic at SMPIT Qurrata A’Yun Batusangkar. This research is a quantitative method of correlational type. Sampling using Cluster Sampling, with a population of 153 students, and a sample of 44 people. The data were collected by spreading the Likert Scale. The data analysis technique used Product Moment. negative and significant relationship between self-control and student consumptive behavior. This means that the higher the student's self-control, the lower the student's consumptive behavior, on the contrary, the lower the student's self-control, the higher the student's consumptive behavior.Key Words: Self Control, Consumptive Behavior, Internet Quota

Abstract

Abstract: The phenomenon of poverty in urban areas is one of the effects ofurbanization and mistakes in dealing with population explosion. Poverty problems inurban areas have an impact on the emergence of other social problems. One of them isa street child. Street children are victims of failed government economic policies, streetchildren emerge from economic problems and poverty. Difficulties in the economycause the poor to feel increasingly marginalized and squeezed so they try to find theirown solutions to improve the family's economy. Street children are the same as otherchildren, as normal humans in general they also have problems. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine how the characteristics of the characteristics and problemsexperienced by street children in the Red Light Tabek Gadang Pekanbaru City. Thisresearch is included in a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were 6people taken using accidental sampling’s technique. The results of the study of 6 streetchildren in the Red Light Tabek Gadang Pekanbaru City characteristics of streetchildren based on their age are between the ages of 16-18 years and all of them areactive as buskers. The problems experienced by street children are problems ofeducation, intimidation, involvement in criminal acts, drug abuse and addictivesubstances, health, work risks, food, and conflicts with parents and family.Key Words: Street Children, Characteristics, Problems.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the aggressive verbal description of students before and after being given a Role Playing technique, students 'aggressive verbal differences before and after being given a Role Playing technique and to reduce students' aggressive verbal skills through group guidance. The research method used is a quantitative method with the type of pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest research. The subjects of this study were eighth grade students of Pekanbaru State Junior High 1 with aggressive verbal high, amounting to 7 people. The instruments of data collection used were questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is the Non Parametric statistical technique using the Wilcoxon Test and the Spearman Rank Test. The results showed that aggressive verbal students before being given role playing techniques through group guidance were mostly in the high category at 14% and after being given role playing techniques through the guidance of verbal aggressive groups students experienced a decrease in the moderate category of 71, 42% and in the moderate category 28.57%. Based on the Wilcoxon Test there are significant differences in student self-confidence before and after being given role playing techniques through group guidance with a significance value of 0.018 <α 0.05. Based on the Spearman Rank Test, it can be concluded that the relationship between role playing techniques through group guidance and student confidence is in the high category of 0.793 or 62.8%. Next to find out the coefficient of determination as follows: (rs) 2 = (0.793) 2 = 0.628. This means that the influence of role playing techniques through group guidance services to increase student self-confidence is 62.8% while 37.2% is influenced by other factors that originate in students and from the student environment.Key Words: Role Playing Technique, Self Confidence, Group Guidance

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the description of students' self-confidence before and after given the pantun-reply technique, differences in students' self-confidence before and after given the pantun-reply technique and to increase students' self-confidence through group guidance. This research was conducted at Pekanbaru Muhammadiyah 1 Middle School towards 8 subjects with purposive sampling technique. The design of this study was pre-experiment with the one group pretest-posttest model. The data collection instrument used was an instrument consisting of indicators of student self-confidence before and after being given the pantun reply technique through group guidance with a significant value of 0.012 <0.05. The confidence of the 8 previous students was in the low category, increasing after being given the pantun reply technique through group guidance, most of which were in the high category. In addition, based on the rank spearman test, it was observed that there was a significant effect of the pantun reply technique on students' self-confidence by 78% while 22% was influenced by other factors that came from within the students and the environment.Key Words: Pantun Rewarding Technique, Self Confidence, Group Guidance

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the phenomenon of street children whohave developed a long time, street children are children who most of the time spent tomake a living or roam the streets or other public places, their ages range from 6 yearsto 18 years. This study aims to describe how the self-concept and characteristics ofstreet chiladren in Ramayana shopping center, Pekanbaru City. The subjects in thisstudy were 6 children. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptiveresearch type to clearly describe the characteristics and self-concept of street children.Data collection techniques used are observation, structured interviews anddocumentation, there are 4 steps of data analysis in this study, namely data collection,data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. From the results of the studyfound street children aged 9-12 years, still attending school and some others notattending school, living with parents and some others living with adoptive parents,doing these activities to help the family economy and increase pocket money, selfconceptstreet children in the Ramayana shopping center Pekanbaru City is high, from 4aspects (physical, social, moral, psychological) only 1 aspect is low, namely moralaspects.Key Word : Street Children, Self Concept

Abstract

Abstrack: This study aims to develop an Educational Module for Gadget Addiction Behavior. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D). To compile the perfect module, in this study conducted a validation test on 3 fields of expertise, namely material, language and design experts. Data collection techniques in this study used literature review techniques using a validation instrument in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The results of this study have compiled a learning module with educational material for gadget addiction behavior. The overall module validation test results based on material aspects, language aspects and design aspects show that the assessment obtained an average value of 86.51%, with the category "very feasible" used for guidance and counseling learning for students.Key Word: Module, Education, Students addicted to Gadgets.

Abstract

Abstrak : His study aims to examine the effect of time projection techniques on academic procrastination of students at SMK Negeri 2 Padang Panjang and to determine the differences in academic procrastination of students in school before and after the time projection technique. Jeneis this research is a quantitative research with an experimental method using the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. So that from these differences, can know the effect of time projection techniques on academic procrastination. The measuring instrument used in this study is the student academic procrastination measurement scale which consists of 56 items before being validated, and after validity there are 31 valid items with validity of 0.3610 and reliability of 0.882. The subject of this study amounted to 8 people selected through the results of non probability sampling techniques at SMK Negeri 2 Padang Panjang that were identified as having academic procrastination of students in the very high and high categories. Data processing that has been done can be concluded as follows: student academic procrastination before the projection technique when there are three people classified as very high and five people classified as high category. After being given the projection technique when there is a change in academic procrastination of students in one person is classified as moderate and seven people are classified as low categories. Time projection techniques have a significant positive effect on academic procrastination.Key Words : Time Projection Technique, Academic Procrastination

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of gadget addiction before and after the guidance group implementation and to determine the effect of group counseling on the level of gadget addiction in students at SMAN 1 Kampar Timur. This research method uses a pre-experimental design method. With the type of research one group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design. The type of one group pretest-posttest (pre-test-posttest single group) is giving the test before the experiment once (pre-test) and giving the test once (post-test). Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The research subjects were determined by purposive sampling technique, namely 7 students who had a high gadget addiction in class XI Social Sciences who were obtained from questionnaire data management and then were given group guidance services for 6 meetings. The conclusions in this study were as follows: (1) before the implementation of the gadget addiction group guidance service, some students were in the high category and after being given the gadget addiction group guidance service, most of the students were in the low category (2) There were differences in student gadget addiction before and after the implementation of the service guidance group (3) There is the influence of group guidance groups to reduce students' gadget addiction Key Words: Gadget Addiction, Counseling.

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out how the general attitude of male and female students towards hate speech and to find out the role of Bk teachers in viewing hate speech. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews. The research subjects were determined using a total sampling technique, namely 124 students of class XI Social Sciences who met the requirements for researchers processing questionnaire data using SPPS 21. The results of the study as a whole were students' attitudes towards hate speech originating from hate speech carried out on social media the students of SMA Negeri 1 Keritang are in the very high category with the proportion of this being seen in the proportion per indicator. It can be seen that based on male and female gender, it turns out that they have a high category.Key Words: Attitudes, Hate Speeches

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah peserta didik di sekolah menengah atas yang mengalami keraguan dalam memilih karir mereka. Munculnya keraguan tersebut karena rendahnya self efficacy karir dalam dirinya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan self efficacy karir siswa sebelum dan sesudah dilaksanakan konseling kelompok trait and factor kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen, serta mengetahui pengaruh layanan konseling kelompok trait and factor terhadap self efficacy karir siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Experimen With Pre-Test-Post-Test Desaign Control Grup, yaitu melibatkan dua kelompok subjek,satu diberikan perlakuan eksperimental (kelompok eksperimen) dan satu kelompok tidak diberikan perlakuan (kelompok kontrol). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini konseling kelompok trait and factor berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan self efficacy karir siswa.
