Abstract

Abstract: this research aims to describe the characteristics and how the self confidence of street children around the red light of gramedia pekanbaru. This research used qualitative approach with type of descriptive research to describe the characteristics and self confidence of street children clearly. The subjects in this study were 6 children who were taken by accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique was used are observation and structured interviews. The result of this study showed street children aged 7-14 years, still attending school in primary and secondary school, lived with their parents, doing these activities to help their parents, increase their pocket money, and to spend leisure time. Self confidence of street children around the red light of gramedia pekanbaru was good based of indicators self belief, brave, and positive attitude.Keyword: characteristic, street children, self confidence

Abstract

Abstract: This study determines to find out the aggressive behavior carried out (perpetrators) and to know the aggressive behavior experienced by (victims) of child exploitation victims as well as factors that encourage children victims of exploitation to behave aggressively. This type of descriptive research with qualitative approach is research to describe a variable based on phenomenological problems. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data feed, and data verification or conclusion. Data collection techniques used are interviews and observations directly to children victims of exploitation in the market kodim district senapelan pekanbaru age range of 5-12 years consists of 4 subjects. The results of this study are 3 children victims of exploitation (RD, NF, and RV) committing (perpetrators) aggressiveness such as stealing, squabbling, taunting, and revenge. 3 child victims of exploitation (RJ, RD, and NF) experienced (victims) aggressiveness such as being pinched, abused, mocked, threatened, told friends, beaten, and angry friends. Factors that encourage aggressive behavior are internal conditions, external (social) factors, and environmental stressors.Key Words: Aggressiveness, Child Exploitation Victims, Descriptive Research QualitativeApproach

Abstract

Abstract: The materials learning physics in class XI senior high school is related to one of the topics on rotational dynamics and rigid-body balance which in fact still has obstacles. One of the problems is the limitations of the media and the lack of interest of students so that the material is generally difficult for students to understand. The use of media in the learning process can increase students' interest in learning, so it is expected to encourage a better learning process. This research aims to develop valid interactive learning media on rotational dynamics and rigid-body balance material using adobe flash applications. The type of research used is R&D (Research and Development). The development model in this research is the ADDIE Model. The learning media developed was validated by 3 experts in their fields as validators. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, namely by calculating the average of each indicator used to determine the validity of the developed learning media. The results of media validation obtained very high categories so that media were obtained that were already valid. Thus the interactive learning media that has been developed using adobe flash on rotational dynamics and rigid-body balance material, is suitable for use as learning media in class XI senior high school.Key Words: Interactive Learning Media, Adobe Flash, Rotational Dynamics, Rigid-Body Balance

Abstract

Abstract: The presentation of financial statements is used to inform the company's financial position, performance and cash flows. Sometimes companies commit fraud by manipulating financial statements to describe good conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of financial stability, nature of industry and change in auditor on financial statement fraud. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2019 of 36 companies. The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results showed that simultaneously financial stability, nature of industry and change auditor had an effect on financial statement fraud. Meanwhile, partially only financial stability has an effect on financial statement fraud. The nature of industry and change in auditor has no effect on financial statement fraud.Key Words: Financial Statement Fraud, Financial Stability, Nature Of Industry, and Change In Auditor

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by not many students of SMKN 2 Pariaman who entered college in previous years and it is not yet known the cause of the problem whether it is influenced by parental income or there are other influences that cause students of SMKN 2 Pariaman not to continue their education to college. The problem formulation in this study is how the interest of students of SMKN 2 Pariaman to continue their education to college and how the influence of parental income on the interests of grade XII students continue their education to college at SMKN 2 Pariaman. The purpose of this study was to find out how the interest of students of SMKN 2 Pariaman to continue their education to college and to find out how the influence of parental income on the interests of grade XII students continued their education to college at SMKN 2 Pariaman. This research method is Quantitative with data collection instruments used, namely questionnaires consisting of 24 questions and 4 indicators. The population in this study was students of grade XII SMK Negeri 2 Pariaman, with a sample of 68 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS version 26. Based on the results of the research conducted, the interest of grade XII students to continue their education to college is in a very high category. This is because the result of the largest frequency is at very high intervals of 69%, and there is no significant influence between the income of parents and the interest of grade XII students to continue their education to college. This is evidenced from the results of the F test obtained Fhitung of 1,013 and Ftabel of (3.98), where it shows that Fhitung < Ftabel, so that Ho was accepted and Ha rejected. So that there is no influence of parental income on the interest of grade XII students to continue their education to college.So the hypothesis in this study was rejected and the influence of parental income on students' interest in college admission was very low. Because based on the results of the calculation above is known coefficient determination (R square) of 0.015, which contains the understanding that the influence of free variables (parental income) on bound variables (interest in entering college) is 1.5%. This means that the significant contribution between parents' income to the interest of students continuing education to college is 1.5%. Thus, it can be concluded that the interest of grade XII students of SMKN 2 Pariaman to continue their education to college is in a very high category and there is no influence of parental income on the interest of grade XII students of SMKN 2 Pariaman continuing their education to college.Key Words: Effect, Income, Parents, Interest, College

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is based on the effect of the vision mission and the students’ religious character of SMK Al-Farui, Kubang, Kampar Districts this research consisted of one formulation of the problem is: whether available the effect of the implementation of the vision mission on the practice of students' religious character in class XI of SMK Al-Faruqi Kubang, Kampar Districts. The purposes of this research is to know the effect of the implementation of the vision mission on the practice of students' religious character in class XI of SMK Al-Faruqi Kubang, Kampar Districts. As for the advantages of this research is the theoretical advantage that is the result of this research is supposed to add insight and knowledge widely. The practically advantage of this research is supposed to be a guide for the educators, related to the instructional students’ character of the education. The methodologically advantage is could be created as studies for the next researchers, especially at the same research to develop insight and knowledge. The population in this research are students in class XI of SMK Al-Faruqi and a sample 14 respondents are based on the type of non probability sampling which is elected with non probability sampling. The data of the research were collected by the observing, questionering, documenting and interviewing. This research is a descriptive quantitative which is uses simple linear regression formula and assisted by the SPSS application 16 version was by stated of the hypothesis; there are an influences between the effect of the implementation of the vision mission on the practice of students' religious character in class XI of SMK Al-Faruqi. Based on the research about the effect of the implementation of the vision mission on the practice of students' religious character in class XI of SMK Al-Faruqi, there are a significantly influences between the effect of the implementation of the vision mission on the practice of students' religious character in class XI of SMK Al-Faruqi, Kubang, Kampar Districts.Key Words: The effect, implementation of the vision mission, students’ religious character.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the condition of the company using the Altman Z-Score method in predicting potential financial distress in the Food and Beverage Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with a sample of 11 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector. drink. This study uses secondary data obtained from the company's annual reports from 2014 to 2018. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with the Altman Z-score bankruptcy prediction model. The results of this study indicate that from 2014 to 2018 of 11 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector, there were 3 companies that were included in the category of potential bankruptcy based on their Z-score of less than 1.81. Of the 11 companies, there were 5 companies that experienced a gray area where the company's Z-score was between 1.81-2.99. There are 5 companies that are in the healthy category for five consecutive years where the company's Z-score is always above 2.99.Key Words: Altman Z-score, Financial Distress, Food and Beverage Sector ManufacturingCompanies

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to examine the effect of loan funds from village-owned enterprises (Bumdes) Mulya business on increasing community income in Talang Mulya Village, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study were 121 members who were members in 2018-2019. From this population, 67 members were sampled. While the analysis technique uses hypothesis testing with different tests (paired sample t-test) and simple linear regression. After analyzing the data for hypothesis testing, the significance value of the paired sample t-test shows that it is 0.000 <0.05 and it can be said that there is a significant difference in income between before making a loan and after making a loan at BUMDes Usaha Mulya. Whereas for the regression coefficient X of 0.118, it means that if the loan fund (X) increases by one unit, then the income will increase by 0.118 or 11.8%. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Loan Fund from the Village-Owned Enterprise (Bumdes) Mulya Business had an effect on the Increase of Community Income in Talang Mulya Village, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the learning difficulties of students in grade X straight motion materials during the corona pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Keritang. The population in this study was all students of grade X MIPA at SMA Negeri 1 Keritang. Samples in this study were taken in a simple random sampling so that 29 students were obtained in the study sample. Instruments in this study used diagnostic test (multiple choice four-tier) which is arranged based on syllabus and concept on straight motion material. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis, which gives an overview of students' learning difficulties in straight motion materials during the corona pandemic. The results obtained in this study provide the percentage of average physics learning difficulties of students in grade X straight motion materials during the corona pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Keritang category understand concept 13.10% (low), category understand the concept of partial 36% (medium), category misconceptions 41% (medium), and categories do not understand the concept of 10.03% (low).Keywords: Pandemic, Learning Difficulties, Diagnostic Tests, Straight Motion

Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the research problem is how high is the opportunity for parking attendants' financial intelligence in the Sukajadi Region of Pekanbaru, how high is the job motivation of a parking attendant in the Sukajadi area of Pekanbaru, is there any influence of financial intelligence on the work motivation of a parking attendant in the Sukajadi area of Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of financial intelligence of parking attendants in the Sukajadi area of Pekanbaru, to determine the level of work motivation of parking attendants in the Sukajadi area of Pekanbaru, to determine whether there was an influence of financial intelligence on the work motivation of the parking attendants in the Sukajadi area of Pekanbaru. This type of research is ex-post facto, which is a type of research in which the independent variable is an event that has occurred, with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the parking attendant for the Suakajadi area of Pekanbaru as many as 60 members. The sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling is a method of drawing from a population or universe in a certain way so that each member of the population or universe has the same opportunity to be selected or taken. There is a significant influence between financial intelligence (X) variables on work motivation (Y) Parking attendants in Sukajadi Pekanbaru area, which has a large effect of 35.20% with a low interpretation, because there is still 64.8% determined by other factors that are not be a part of this research. This effect is illustrated by every one unit increase in financial intelligence (X) followed by an increase in work motivation (Y) of 0.88 one unit.Key Words: Financial Intelligence, Work Motivation, Parking Lot
