Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the influence of Corporate SocialResponsibility on the company's financial performance. The population in this study areall Pulp & Paper manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange thathave data (disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility and company financialperformance) from 2014 to 2018. This study uses secondary data. The data collectiontechnique used is documentation technique. The data analysis technique used in thisresearch is simple linear regression. Abstract

Abstract: To improve the quality of learning, teachers can use various media, for example by using the IPA KIT. The use of the IPA KIT Media in science learning is very important, considering that Science is one of the subjects in the science family. The STEM project KIT in this study was developed on the material of Temperature and Heat for junior high school students' science learning. The purpose of this study was to produce a unit of the STEM Project KIT on temperature and heat material which is valid as a medium for learning science for junior high schools. This research is expected that students can gain an understanding of a concept of a lesson by learning physics and not feel bored because of the memorable learning process. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model. This research is only limited to the development stage. The research instrument used in this study was the KIT validation assessment sheet and the guidelines used by the validator to assess the appropriateness of using the temperature and heat STEM projection KIT for teaching and learning activities to improve students' scientific abilities. Data analysis in this study used quantitative data analysis, by calculating the average validity score of each validity indicator. The results showed that the Temperature and Heat STEM Project KIT was declared valid with the overall score for the Temperature and Heat STEM Project KIT was 3.46 with very valid criteria, and for the KIT Guidelines for the Temperature and Heat STEM Project got an overall score of 3,55 with very valid criteriaKeywords: KIT , STEM Project, Scientific skills, Temperature and Heat

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of playing online games on student learning outcomes in economic subjects in class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. The population of this study were all students who took economic lessons as many as 108 students. . Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The results showed (1) student learning outcomes were still low with an average of 78.75 with a KKM of 80. (2) the frequency of the types of online games most favored by students between non-economic online games, economic online games and online game competitions was playing games. online economy with the highest percentage of 17 and the percentage of 37.7%. based on the online game classification, the highest is free fire with an average number of 6.33. based on the online game classification, the highest is free fire with an average number of 6.33. For economic online games, the highest percentage is 13 with a percentage of 28.8% with the highest economic online game classification, namely billioners with an average number of 5. While online game competitions, the highest percentage is 15 and the percentage is 33.3% with game competition classification. The highest online is free fire with an average number of 8.6 (3) The results of the study are based on multiple linear regression with the equation HB = 64.293- 0.734 GONE- 0.644 GOE- 0.591 KGO means non-economic online games, economic online games, and online game competitions has a significant negative effect on learning outcomes. This happens because students tend to have a higher intensity towards online games and online game competitions than economic online games.Key Words : Play Online Games, Student Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by a lack of awareness of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the Riau University students' perceptions of the Riau University campus health protocol. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of Riau University students towards the health protocol at the Riau University campus. Researchers used quantitative descriptive methods, data collection instruments used in this study were a questionnaire or a questionnaire consisting of 15 questions. The population in this study were students of the University of Riau. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of research on Riau University students' perceptions of health protocols on the Riau University campus, it can be concluded that: Regulation of the Minister of Health on Health Protocols of the Republic of Indonesia, 2020. Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Coronavirus Disease Covid-19 are in the Good category. This is because the result of the answer is Always (SL) plus Frequently (SR), namely 36.81% + 28.36% = 65.17%. Thus, it can be concluded that the Regulation of the Minister of Health regarding Health Protocols of the Republic of Indonesia, 2020. Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Coronavirus Disease Covid-19 are at a Good level. Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 104 Year 2020 Concerning New Guidelines for Productive and Safe Living Conduct in the Prevention and Control of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) in Pekanbaru City is in the Very Good category This is because the results of the answers are Always (SL) plus Frequently (SR) namely 61.5% + 35% = 96.5%. Thus, it can be concluded that Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 104 Year 2020 Concerning Guidelines for Productive and Safe Community New Life Behavior in the Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Pekanbaru City is at a Very Good level.Key Words: Perception, Student, Health Protocol

Abstract

Abstract: This research generally aims to find out students' interest in taking physical education lessons during the covid 19 pandemic at SMA NEGERI 4 PEKANBARU. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPA who took physical education lessons at SMA NEGERI 4 PEKANBARU in 2021 which consisted of XI IPA 1 to XI IPA 4, totaling 90 students. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire instrument through the google form. The analysis technique used is to pour the frequency into the form of a percentage. The results of this study indicate that students' interest in participating in Jamsni education learning during the covid 19 pandemic at SMA NEGERI 4 PEKANBARU is moderate. NEGERI 4 PEKANBARU is moderate with the consideration that the highest frequency is in the “Medium” category. This is indicated by the percentage of 36.7% (33 students).Key Words: Interest, Learning, Physical Education, Covid19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Abstract: The learning tools developed are cooperative model-based learning tools of TPS type with Quizizz learning media on global warming materials for high school XI students, consisting of Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), Student Worksheet (LKPD), and Learning Outcome Test. The purpose of this research is to find out the validity of tps-type cooperative model-based learning devices with Quizizz learning media on global warming materials. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with 4D model design. The research instruments used are rpp validation assessment sheets, LKPD, and Learning Results Tests used by validators to assess learning devices. The data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis, by calculating the validity score of each learning device indicator. Based on the results of the analysis of validity data, the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) gets an average score of 3.08 (high), the Student Worksheet (LKPD) gets an average score of 3.17 (high) and the Learning Results Test gets an average score of 3.14 (high). Thus, tps-type cooperative model-based learning devices with Quizizz learning media are declared valid and feasible for use in global warming materials in grade XI SMA.Key Words: Physics Learning Device, Kooperatif Type TPS, Quizizz, Global Warming

Abstract

ABSTRACT This qualitative descriptive research is purposed to describe two topics. The first one is the suitability Japanese subjects of the Lesson Plan used by teaching practice program in 2019 by Japanese Language Education Student with the standard of curriculum 2013. The second one is the suitability of the main activity in the Lesson Plan of Japanese subject with the basic competence of curriculum 2013. This research used documentation technique to collecting the data. Based on the formulation of the program, there are two findings of this research. The first finding shows that the Lesson Plan has 71, 5% of suitability with the curriculum 2013 which is still low.It happened because of the unsuitability in the aspect of time aloocation, basic competence, indicators of competence achievement, learning objectives, learning materials, and evaluation. The second finding display the unsuitability of the main activity with the basic competence of curriculum 2013. There are two factors that lead to this problem. The first factors is the absence ofscientific approach in the main activity. The second, the material that was delivered is not be found in the list of materials in curriculum 2013.Key Words: analysis, curriculum 2013, Japanese language, lesson plan

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve communication skills and learning outcomes through the implementation of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) type cooperatif model in biology science learning for class VIII.2 students of SMP Negeri 34 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted from February to March 2020. The sample of this study was 36 students. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out for 2 cycles each cycle with 3 meetings and I time UH. The instruments used are learning tools and data collection instruments. The parameters observed were written communication skills, oral communication skills, learning outcomes in the form of absorption, learning completeness, group rewards, and attitudes. The results of this study indicate that the average value of students’ written communication skills in the first cycle is 78,80 in the sufficient category and the second cycle increases to 87,45 in the good category. The average value of the absorption of students in the first cycle was 78,27 in the sufficient category and increased in the second cycle to 84 in the good category. Completeness of learning outcomes in the first cycle were 27 (75%) students who completed and in the second cycle increased by 34 (94,44%) students who completed. The average value of the attitude in the first cycle was 80,85 in the sufficient category and increased in the second cycle to 86,27 in the good category. The average value of oral communication skills in the first cycle was 79,19 in the sufficient category and increased in the second cycle to 86,56 in the category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) type cooperatif model can impove communication skills and student learning outcomes in the Biology science subject class VIII.2 SMP Negeri 34 Pekanbaru in the 2019/2020 school year.Key Words: TSTS type cooperatif learning, Communication Skils, Leraning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the academic, financial, health and psychological impact of students who are addicted to online games at SMA PGRI Pekanbaru. This type of research is qualitative research. The measuring instrument used in this study is a scale of measuring the impact of students' online game addiction which consists of 50 items before validation, and after validation, 43 items are obtained with validity of 0.5255 and reliability of 0.918. The research subjects were 7 students who were identified as having a level of addiction to online games. The data analysis technique used is the percentage formula.Key Words: Impact Of Online Games

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study is the weak endurance of fighters at persinas ASAD college Pondok Pesantren Luhur Miftahul Huda Pekanbaru. The title of this research is "The Influence of Running Exercises Up and Down the Stairs On The Endurance of Fighters At Persinas ASAD College Pondok Pesantren Luhur Miftahul Huda Pekanbaru". So that the future goal of the Fighters can show even better performances during training and martial arts matches. This form of research is (one group pretest-postest design) with the population of Fighters In Persinas ASAD College Pondok Pesantren Luhur Miftahul Huda Pekanbaru. The data in this study is the entire population of 8 people. The instruments carried out in this study were using the Multi-stage Running test, which aims to find out how the fighter's endurance influences. To test normality use lilifours test at a significant level of 0.05α. Based on normality test analysis X data produces Lcount of 0.166 and Ltabel 0.285, meaning Lcount < Ltable. while variable Y produces A-count of 0.1883 and Ltable of 0.285. This means Lcount < LTabel. thus the data is distributed normally. Thus it can be concluded that for the influence between variable x and variable y obtained value t = 6.45 then Lcount > Ltablel that is (8,538) > (1,895), then Ha received, in other words there is a significant influence on the influence of running exercises up and down the stairs against the durability of fighters in the College Persinas ASAD Pondok Pesantren Luhur Miftahul Huda Pekanbaru.Key Words: Up and Down The Stairs Running Exercises, Endurance
