Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the bacteria characteristicsof oil sludge waste in the area of PT Pertamina, Lirik district and its potential toproduce student worksheet designs with subject characteristics of bacteria in class XSMA KD 3.5 and 4.5. This research was conducted from December 2018 to March2019 at the Microbiology Laboratory, Faculty of Medicine, University of Riau. Thisstudy used two stages the first stage of research using qualitative descriptive todetermine the characteristics of bacteria in oil sludge waste. The parameters of thisstudy are characteristics of bacteria isolated from samples of oil sludge waste in LirikDistrict through macroscopic observations (colony shape, colony margin, colony color,and colony elevation), and microscopic (gram stain and cell shape). Phase II researchis the design of student worksheet teaching subject that uses two stages, those areanalysis and design stages. The results showed that the bacteria found had thecharacteristics of round, irregular, and filamentous. The elevations found are raised,flat, and umbonate. The margin of the colonies found were flat and lobate. The colors ofthe colonies found were white and yellow. The most common form of cells found wasrods, the most common gram found was gram negative. And the most common cell colorfound is purple. The results of this study can be used as a learning resource in the formof a student worksheet design for the subject characteristics of bacteria class of X inHigh School.Key Words : Isolation, Characteristics, Worksheets

Abstract

Abstrak: This research is motivated by the dominant low education of farmers. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of plantation development on the welfare of the community in Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The population in this study were farmers in Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency, consisting of 150 farmers who chose samples using the Slovin formula to produce 60 samples. In collecting data, namely by interviewing and distributing questionnaires with research instruments. Furthermore, to analyze the data using the chi-square test. When viewed from the results of statistical analysis with the chi-square test, it can be seen that Asymp. Sig. (2 sides) 0.000. This value is less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of plantation development on the welfare of the community in Rambah Hlir District, Rokan Hulu Regency.Key Words: Education, Price, Farmers' Income, Chi-Square Test

techniques and quickly experience fatigue. The title examined in this study is "The Effect of Interval Training Training on Endurance in Badminton Male Athletes, PB." Angkasa Pekanbaru ". The purpose of this study to determine whether there is an increase in the endurance of badminton athletes. The form of this research is to use a one group pretest- postest design approach with a population of male badminton athletes PB.Angkasa Pekanbaru. The data in this study were the entire population, amounting to 8 people. The instrument used in this study is to use the Tesbalke test, which aims to determine how long the athlete's endurance has. To test for normality using the Lilifours test at a significant level of 0.05α. Based on the analysis of the normality test, the X data produces a LoMax of 0.250 and an Ltabel of 0.285, while the Y variable produces a LoMax of 0.254 and an L table of 0.285. This means that LoMax <Ltable, the data is normally distributed. Based on statistical data analysis, there is an average of 51.41 for the X variable and 51.61 for the Y variable. t table is (4.751)> (1,895), then Ha is accepted, in other words there is an effect of Interval Training on Endurance in Badminton Men's Athlete PB. Abstract

Abstark: The problem in this research is that when making a smash jump many shuttles are connected to the net, and if the net shuttle often hits the lip of the net and rarely goes into the field, the purpose of this research to determine the muscle strength of the athlete's foot. The form of this research is (one group pretest-postest design) with the population of the PB Kurnia Jaya Pekanbaru team. The data in this research was the full population of 10 people. The instrument used in this research was the use of the vertical jump test which aims to assess the effect of single leg training. Based on the analysis of the normality test on the independent variable (X), it produces a LoMax of 0.171 and an L table of 0.258, which means that LoMax <L table. While the dependent variable (Y) produces a LoMax of 0.167 and an L table of 0.258. This means that LoMax <L The data table is normally distributed. When testing the hypothesis on the t-distribution, it can be concluded that between the x variable and the y variable the value of t = 3,250 is obtained, then tcount> ttable (3,250)> (1,833), then Ha accepted, in other words, there is an effect of ankle bone training on limb muscle strength at the badminton club PB Kurnia Jaya Pekanbaru.Key Words: One Leg Bound Exercise, Leg Muscle Strength, Badminton

Abstract

Abstract: Based on field observations that I did at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Apit, the researcher found that the problem that arose in the field was that the students' running speed was not in accordance with the expected standards. The research objective was to determine the relationship between Arm Power and the results of the 100 meter Sprint run in male students of SMA N 1 Sungai Apit. The population in this study were 10 people, using a total sampling technique, the sample amounted to 10 people. The instrument used was a medicane ball for arm muscle power and a running speed of 100 meters. The data obtained were analyzed using the produck moment correlation. Based on the results of research and data processing using statistical research procedures, it can be concluded that for the relationship between variable x and variable y, the value of r = 0.885 is obtained, then rxy> rtabel is (0.885> 0.666), then Ha is accepted. Abstract

Abstract: Based on the observations of researchers in the field at the location of the table tennis club Mandiri in the district. Siak Hulu Kab. Kampar, researchers saw a lack of male athletes from the table tennis club Mandiri making a forehand. Where athletes hit the ball that is hit when making a forehand, it often goes out or does not enter the opponent's field. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between wrist flexion and eye and hand coordination with manual dexterity in male athletes at the Independent Table Tennis Club. The population in this study consisted of 8 male table tennis association Mandiri athletes. The sampling technique in this study is the total sampling technique. This means that the entire population is sampled, so the sample in this study was 8 people. The results of this study have been analyzed with correlation. Based on the analysis of the correlation between wrist flexibility and forehand results r count 0.620 obtained while the r table at a significant level is α = 0.05 0.754. in this case means that there is a relationship between wrist flexibility and the result of a forehand. From the results of the calculation of the correlation between eye and hand coordination with the r count 0.817 obtained in advance, while the r table at a significant level is α = 0.05 0.754. In this case, means that there is a link between eye and hand coordination with the ability to forhand. From the calculation results obtained by the multiple correlation coefficient (R test) R count = 0.856, while the R table was obtained with 0.754, so R count> R table, meaning there is a joint relationship between wrist flexion (X1 ) and eye and hand coordination (X2) with the skill in advance (Y). Abstract

Abstract :Mobile learning is a learning media that uses technological devices such as mobile phones, laptops, etc. With mobile learning, students can access educational content easily. The research conducted aims to make learning media inthe form of mobile learning media substances and their characteristics that can be accessed boldly. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model which only consists of 4 stages, namely the stages of design analysis, development and evaluation. The data needed are quantitative data, namely 1) questionnaire respondent data about the need for learning resources distributed to students, 2) mobile learning media assessment assessment data with validators, and 3) small-scale mobile learning media score data. The results showed that the average score of the overall validation of the mobile learning media was in the good category, namely 3.37 and the overall small-scale test result was 3.92 with a very good category. So that it can be said that the mobile learning-based learning media on the material and characteristics in SMP class VII have valid all aspects of both content, presentation, language and graphics, and mobile learning is appropriate to be used as a learning resourcein science learning in SMP.Keywords:Learning Media, Mobile Learning Media, Substances and Their Characteristics

Abstark: The problem in this research is that when striking the ball it seems less like jumping. And when jumping is often not optimal due to weak leg muscle power, so opponents can easily find points when the conditions in the boarding school are from Riau volleyball players for men's technology. The title in this research is "the effect of rapid jump training on volleyball players in Riau pesantren technology" so that the goals of future athletes can perform and play much better and especially after research and discover whether there is an increase in the ability of athletes in volleyball strength to keep track of the opponent's game and to achieve maximum results in the future. The form of this research is to use a one-group pretest-post-test design approach with a population of male volleyball players in Riau pesantren technology. The data in this research is a whole population of 8 people. The instrument used in this study was to use a vertical power jump test, which aims to determine the effect of rapid jump training on the explosive power of leg muscles in the men's volleyball boarding school. The data is then statistically processed to test the normality using the Lilifour test at a significant level of 0.05 α. X LoMax produces 0.182 and Ltable 0.271 based on the analysis of normality test data, which means LoMax <Ltable. while the Y variable yields a LoMax of 0.166 and an Ltable of 0.285. This means LoMax <LTable, then the data is distributed normally. The proposed hypothesis is that there is an effect of rapid jump training on the explosive power of leg muscles in volleyball players in Riau boarding school technology. Based on statistical data analysis, there is an average variable X 16.87 and an average variable Y of 17.26. Thus it can be concluded that for the effect of variable x with variable y the value of t = 3,250 is obtained, then tcount> ttable (3,250)> (1,895), then Ha is accepted, in other words, there is a significant effect on the effect of rapid jump training on male explosive power Riau pesantren technology volleyball players.Key Words: Fast Quick Leap, Leg Muscle Power

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe and determine the increase in student learning motivation by using PhET simulation learning media on electromagnetic induction material for class XII SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur. This type of research is quantitative, and the research design used was the pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects of this study were students of class XII SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur who were divided into two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. The data in this study were in the form of learning motivation scores before and after learning physics using the PhET simulation learning media which were analyzed descriptively. Furthermore, the increase in motivation was analyzed by the Independent Sample T Test and Paired Sample T Test. Based on the data analysis, it was found that the final motivation of students in the experimental class was in the high category with an average increase in motivation of 1.14, while the control class was in the low category of 0.34. Thus it can be concluded that the application of using PhET simulation learning media can increase student motivation in SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur.Key Words: PhET Simulation Learning Media, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine whether there is a relation between eye and foot coordination on the accuracy of the kedeng smash, that male students who take the extracurricular football takraw at SMA Negeri 1 Benai. The sample of this study were all male students who took the football extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Benai totaling 8 people. The sampling technique was taken (total sampling) or the full sampling technique of male students who took part in the extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Benai, totaling 8 people. The results of the correlation between male students who took the takraw extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Benai where the analysis concluded that there was a relation between variable X and variable Y, it was obtained that rcount = 0.427> rtable = 0.754 so there was no relation between variable X and variable Y.Thus Ha rejected. the conclusion of the hypothesis is accepted at the level ɑ = 0.05, in other words there is no significant relation between eye and foot coordination on the accuracy of the kedeng smash on the takraw players of SMA Negeri 1 Benai. To find out the magnitude of the relationship between the two variables, namely eye and foot coordination on the accuracy of the smash, it is necessary to square the correlation coefficient value (r) multiplied by one hundred (r2x 100%), from the results of the statistical analysis carried out the value (R) = 0.961, means eye and foot coordination to the accuracy of the smash of kedeng by 18.23%.Key Words: Eye and Foot Coordination and Kedeng Smash Accuracy, Kedeng Smash Accuracy
