Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to develop a module in reducing students' general anxiety. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) level 1. To develop a better module, in this study a validation test was carried out from material experts. Data collection techniques used interviews and validation questionnaires. The results of the study where the procedure for developing the Al-Quran therapy module in Surah Al-Mu'minun Verses 97-98 in reducing students' anxiety levels had been carried out in accordance with the procedure through 5 stages, namely: a. Potential and problems; b. Collection of data or information; c. Product design; d. Design validation; e. Proven design. After validation, it can be concluded that the therapy module of the Koran Surah Al-Mu'minun Verses 97-98 in reducing the level of anxiety of students developed is feasible to be applied in the learning process.Key Words : Module Development, Al-Qur'an Therapy, and Surah Al - Mu'minun Verses 97-98

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the fact that there are many students who are lacking in developing their creativity both in learning and outside of class hours such as less participation in active learning, lack of participation in various extracurriculer activities and most students tend to be lazy in follow class hours. This is what makes the writer interested in do the research. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the theacher’s role in shaping the creative character of students in SMA Negeri 1 Keritang Kotabaru reteh Keritang Village Indragiri Hilir Regency. This study aims to determine the role of the theachers in shaping the creative character of students in SMA Negeri 1 Keritang. This research was conducted from march-november 2020. The total population of this study amounted to 834. The sampling technique used the random sampling tecnique with a sample size of 90 people using the slovin formula. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. In analyzing the data, researcher used quantitative descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that the percentage of respondents who answer very well + Good is 96.56% where the Very Good category is the range of 75.01%-100%. It can be concluded that the analysis of the role of theachers in shaping the creative charachter of students in SMA Negeri 1 Keritang Kotabaru Reteh Keritang Village Indragiri Hilir Regency is included in the “Very Role” category.Key Words:Theacher Role,Creative Character

Abstract

Abstract: Kanji is very important to learn in learning Japanese. This is because the Japanese writing system uses kanji. Kanji have a large number and have special characteristics compared to other letters. Therefore kanji is difficult to learn. The purpose of this study was to determine the mastery of kanji in level III students of the Japanese language education study program, Riau University. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The results obtained were that from 33 students there were 26 students who answered more than half of the questions correctly. And there were 7 students who answered less than half of the questions correctly.Key Words: Kanji, Ability, Mastering

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the fading of students' tolerant attitudes male students and female students. From the symptoms at school, it can be seen that the tolerance of students is quite low in several aspects. Which psychologically men and women differ both physically and psychologically. The formulation of the problem in this study is "Are there differences in the character of tolerance between male students and female students of class X in SMA Negeri 1 Tualang?". This study aims to determine differences in the character of tolerance between male students and female students of class X at SMA Negeri 1 Tualang. The benefits of research as a reference in knowing the differences in tolerance between male and female students. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Tualang from May to August 2020. This research is a quantitative research with a comparative descriptive approach which is the population in this study as many as 376 students. The sample technique is proportional random sample using the Yamane formula so that the number of samples is 78 respondents, 39 male students and 39 female students. Data collection techniques are questionnaires or tolerance questionnaires through Google Forms and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the tolerance character of male students in class X SMA Negeri 1 Tualang was "very high". This is evidenced by the results of the calculation of respondents' answers in the range> 75.01-100% with a percentage of 80.64%. Based on the criteria in the high or low percentage category according to Arikunto (2009), the percentage of the total score is included in the "Very High" category. Meanwhile, the character of tolerance for female students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Tualang is also in the "Very High" category. This is evidenced by the results of the calculation of respondents' answers in the range> 75.01-100% with a percentage of 83.58%. Based on the difference test table supported by SPSS 26 Comparative Study of Character Tolerance between Male Students and Female Students in class X SMA Negeri 1 Tualang in the equal variances assumed the Sig. (2-tailed) 0.044 <0.05, so as the basis for decision making in the independent sample t test, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the tolerance of male students and female students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Tualang.Key Words: Character Tolerance, Male Students, Female Students

Abstract

Abstract: Motivation is an essential factor that affects the process of foreign language acquisition. The objective of this research is to find out the level of motivation in learning English and the dominant type of motivation whether instrumental or integrative motivation. This research used descriptive quantitative method. The population of this research was the first year students of English Study Program FKIP Universitas Riau in academic year 2019/2020. The number of sample was taken based on Slovin formula; in which there were 55 students selected by simple random sampling technique. Questionnaires and interview were used to collect the data. The results from this study showed that the level of integrative motivation has mean score of 4.27 and instrumental motivation has mean score of 3.63. This result indicated that the dominant type of motivation of the first year students was integrative motivation rather than instrumental motivation.Key Words: Instrumental motivation, integrative motivation, learning English

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out the usage of first deiksis persona, second deiksis persona, and third deiksis persona in the questions of choukai JLPT N3. The method used was descriptive qualitative, while for data collection technique used waslistening and note-taking techniques. The analysis of deiksis persona form used pragmatics theory of deiksis persona by Levinson (1983). The results of this research show that in the questions of choukai JLPT N3 found three types of deiksis persona on pronomina persona with each type of deiksis persona is divided into two forms namely singular and plural. The first deiksis persona is singular and plural, the second deiksis persona is singular, and the third deiksis persona is singular. Abstract

Asbract: This study was conducted to determine the theoretical concept of Self-Concept,factors that influence Self-Concept, and Efforts to improve Adolescent Self-Concept. This typeof research used is literature study. The instrument used in this research is a combination ofnational journals and international journals. Data analysis in this study used qualitativeanalysis methods. The results showed that the self-concept is an individual's view or perceptionof himself, which can reflect how the individual's behavior is in accordance with the selfconcepthe has. The relevant theory from the findings of this study is the looking glass selftheoryproposed by Charles Horton Cooley. This theory says that self-concept is like walking ina mirror. Individuals see what is reflected. The results of the research on the factors thatinfluence the Adolescent Self-Concept have a greater influence on environmental factors (peerfactors). While the results of research on ways to improve Adolescent Self-Concept in the formof efforts that can be done by teachers in the school environment, such as Cognitive BehaviorGroup Counseling, Narrative counseling, extracurricular pencat silat, REBT approaches, andsupport and motivation of teachers and parents.Key Words: Study Literatur, Adolescent, Self-Concepts

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study is how high the community's participation in the Waste Bank program in the family planning village (KB) Kelurahan Tampan payung sekaki District pekanbaru city ? and how big is the contribution of community participation to the Waste Bank program based on indicators on the participation variable in family planning villages (KB) Kelurahan Tampan payung sekaki District pekanbaru city. This study aims to determine the level of community participation in the Waste Bank program and to determine the contribution of community participation to the Waste Bank program based on indicators of participation variables. The population of this study is the Customers & Officers of the Family Planning Village Waste Bank (KB) Kelurahan Tampan payung sekaki District pekanbaru city as many as 144 Customers & Waste Bank Officers The sampling technique in this study is the Simple Random Sampling Technique using the slovin formula. The number of samples in this study were 59 people using a questionnaire technique, which amounted to 55 statements of the Participation variable. Data were obtained from 20 respondents for the trial sample and 59 people for the research sample. After the questionnaire was tested, there were 11 invalid statements, and the researcher discarded the invalid statements Based on data analysis from the research results, the demographics of the respondents, namely gender, age, education and livelihood are quite high and based on indicators, namely participation given as closeness of heart is very high, participation skills provided are quite high, participation in ideas, participation labor, property participation is classified as moderate, with the contribution of indicators to the participation variable is classified as low as much as 29.24% and the remaining 70.76%.Key Words: Participation, Community, Waste Bank

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the interests and factors that influence him to continue his studies to the PPG program on students of PIPS FKIP Economic Education Riau University. This research includes quantitative research. The number of samples used in this study was 103 students. The types of data used in this study are primary data. The method of data collection uses questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between learning achievement, motivation to become a teacher, parental education and parental income to the interest of continuing to study to PPG program on students of economic education PIPS FKIP Riau University.Key Words: Interests of PPG, Learning Achievements, and Motivation to Become a Teacher

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of basic technical skills in playing football in 16 year old players in Bangko District. This research belongs to the type of descriptive research, which is a study that aims to get a real picture or reality of the state of the object of research supported by data in the form of numbers obtained from the results of data collection, namely by using the method of test and measurement techniques. The place of this research was carried out in Koni field, Rokan Hilir Regency, Jl. Main, the Koni alley. This research was conducted for 6 months from June 2020 to March 2021. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the basic technical skills of playing football in 16-year-old players in Bangko District, after being tested using four different techniques in soccer games, namely passing and stoping. , dribbling, heading and shooting. with the results obtained are in the "medium" category by 50% with 9 athletes. So the basic technical skills of football in Bangko District players aged 16 are included in the "medium" category. Meanwhile, the other 50% fall into the category of "good, enough, less, and bad".Key Words: Basic Techniques for Playing Football
