Abstract

Abstract: Research on the use of snakes and ladders game as chemo-edutainment media has been done to achieved mastery of students on the subject periodic system of element in class X SMA Negeri 2 Tanah Putih. Form of the research is pre-experiment research with one-shot study case design. Retrieval of data started from August 27 to September 24, 2014. Sample of research is class X MIA 2. Data analysis technique used to calculate presentage of competency mastery of knowledge, competency mastery of attitude and competency mastery of skills. Based on the final results obtainable competency mastery of knowledge is 87,87%, competency mastery of attitude is 100% and competency mastery of skills is 100%, it’s means that the application of using snakes and ladders games as chemo-edutainment media can achieve mastery of students on the subject of periodic system of element in class X SMA Negeri 2 Tanah Putih. Abstract

Abstract:The research aims to improve the achievement of learners on the subject of Reduction and Oxidation Reaction in class X MAN 2 MODEL MIA Pekanbaru. The research is a kind of experiment research with pretest-posttest design.  Research conducted in MAN 2 MODEL Pekanbaru. The samples of this research were the students of class X4 as the experimental class and students of class X1 as the control class randomly determined after the tests of normality and homogeneity test. The learning process at experimental class and control class based scientific approach to the curriculum in 2013. Experimental class is a class that is applied to LKPD comic while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on data analysis of data obtained tcount> ttable is 3.18 >1.67, means  that the use of LKPD comic can improve student learning achievement on the subject of Reduction and Oxidation Reaction in class X MAN 2 MODEL MIA Pekanbaru. The category improvement of student achievement at experiment class was high category with N-gain normalized is 0,81. Meanwhile, the category improvement of student achievement in control class was medium category with N-gain normalized is 0,68. Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to increase student learning achievement on the topic of hydrocarbons in class X Senior High School (SMAN) 9 Pekanbaru. The research were implemented in SMAN 9 Pekanbaru started at beggining May until June 2015. Population of this research is class X1 until class X4. The research is using randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The Analysis technique used normality Liliefors to see same variance samples. After doing normality and Homogeneity test. The samples of this research were the students of class X1 as the experimental class and students of class X3 as the control class. Experimental class is a class that is applied to media Exe Learning while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on data dk (34 +34)-2 =66 and α= 0,05 obtained ttable 1,66 and tcount 4,29. tcount> ttable is 4,29>1.66, means  that the application of media Exe Learning can improve student learning achievement on the topic of hydrocarbons in class X Senior High School (SMAN) 9 Pekanbaru. The category improvement of student achievement at experiment class was high category with N-gain normalized is 0,70. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to increase student achievementon the subject Oxidation Reduction Reaction inclass X SMA Handayani Pekanbaru.  This research is a kind of experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted in SMA Handayani Pekanbaru..The samples of this research were the students of class X MIA 3 as the experimental class and  students of class X MIA 1 as  the control class. Experimental class is a class that is cooperative learning model Snowball Drilling, while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on analysis of data obtained tarithmetic> ttable is 2,2104 > 1,67, means that the application of cooperative learning model Snowball Drilling can improve student achievement on the subject of Oxidation Reduction Reaction class X SMA Handayani Pekanbaru increase learning achievement category in the experimental class is based on the normalized gain scores (N-Gain) relatively high at 0,7493. Abstract

Abstract: Research on the implementation of cooperative learning Numbered Head Together has been done to achieve student’s mastery learning on the subject of rate of reaction in class XI MIA 1 SMA Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru. Form of research is pra-experiment research with One-Shot Study Case design. data retrieval time from the date of 1 November to 17 November 2014. The sample was selected from a class of two classes, namely class XI MIA 1. Data analysis technique used is to calculate presentation of classical mastery learning. Based on the final results of data processing using acquired mastery learning classical is 85,71%, it’s means that the implementation of cooperative learning Numbered Head Together can achieve student’s mastery learning on the subject of rate of reaction in class XI MIA 1 SMA Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to increase student learning achievement on the topic of solubility produk (Ksp) in class XI Science Senior High School (SMAN) 9 Pekanbaru. LKS comic dressed student is able to stimulate the brain while reading it, because it displays imagesthat are not boring for students while reading. The research is a kind of experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The samples of this research were the students of class XI Science4 as the experimental class and students of class XI Science3 as the control class. Experimental class is a class that is applied to LKS Komik  while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on data analysis of data obtained tcount> ttable is 2.87>1.66, means that LKS use of comics can improve student learning achievement on the topic of solubility and solubility product (Ksp) in class XI Science Senior High School (SMAN) 9 Pekanbaru. The category improvement of student achievement at experiment class was high category with N-gain normalized is 0,77. Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the application of project-based learning model to increase critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes in teaching Biology XI IPA SMAN 5 1 Bangko School Year 2014/2015. This study was conducted in April-May 2015. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. The subjects were students of class XI IPA 5 the number of students 30 people. Parameters of this research is of critical thinking skills, learning outcomes (Absorption and Mastery learning), project performance and product skills, attitudes. The result showed the average critical thinking skills first cycle 51% with medium category, the second cycle is 71.99% with the High category. The average absorption of students in the first cycle of 64.2% with good category, on the second cycle becomes 75.6% with good category. Mastery learning of individuals in the first cycle of 36.67% Less categories, on the second cycle into 56.67% to the category of Self. On average skills of students in the performance of the project in the first cycle is 65.7% with good category, the second cycle is 83.8% with good category. On average skills of students in the performance of the product in the first cycle is 79.14% with good category, the second cycle is 79.15% with the good category. On average attitude of learners in the first cycle is 76.24% with good category, the second cycle is 82.93% with the good category. Based on the research that has been done, the Project Based Learning model of teaching biology to improve learning outcomes and the critical thinking skills of students of class XI IPA SMAN 5 1 Bangko School Year 2014/2015.Key words: Project Based Learning, Critical Thinking Skills, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to improve  student achievement on the subject oxidation reduction reaction in class X Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Peranap trough the applying active learning Three-Stage Fishbowl Decision strategy. This research was used Randomized control Group Pretest-Posttest design. The research was conducted from October 2014 to June 2015. The population of the research are all of student in X Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Peranap which consists of 4 classes. Samples of this research have two classes there are class X.4 and X.3 were randomly selected. Class X.4 applied active learning Three-Stage Fishbowl Decision strategy as experiment class and  X.3 as control class. The data analysis technique used homogeneity test is by assessing homogeneous variances of sampel, and hypothesis test (t-test) is by assessing comparison of learning achievement between class. Based on analysis hypothesis test with   d f = 35 + 35 - 2 = 68 (α = 0,05) data obtained arithmetic > table is 4,7376 > 1,67. It showed that active learning Three-Stage Fishbowl Decision strategy can improve student achievement on the subject oxidation reduction reactions class X Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Peranap. Based on normalized gain (N-gain) category increased in experiment class by student achievement was categorized in high (0,71) category, while control class categorized medium (0,51) category. Abstract

Abstract: The objective of the research is to achieve students learning mastery on the subject of chemical equilibrium in XI MIA class at SMA Al-Huda Pekanbaru trough the applying achive learning strategy Quick On The Draw. The research  form is pra-experiment design with one-shot study case. The data were collected from September 2014 – June 2015. The population of the research is all of students in XI MIA SMA Al-Huda Pekanbaru which consists of 2 classes and the sample are the students in XI MIA 2 class that are selected randomly. Data were analysed to gain learning mastery in the competency knowledge, that is learning mastery individual (passed when the student reaches a value  ≥ 2,67), learning mastery classical (passed if 85% of students reach 2,67), mastery of individual indicators (passed when 65% of students reach ≥ 2,67 in each indicator), mastery of each indicator (passed when 65% of students reach ≥ 2,67 in each indicator), and classical mastery indicator (passed when 75% of students reach the mastery of each indicator). Based on the final result by using mastery learning individual, 12 students are passed and 3 students did not pass, classical mastery learning gained 87.5%, individual mastery indicators is obtained by 4 students by passing all indicators and 3 students who did not pass, each mastery of indicator derived from 11 indicators, 9 indicators are passed 2 indicators are not pass and classical mastery learning gained 81.82%. The results showed that the application of active learning strategy Quick On The Draw can achieve student’s learning mastery on the subject of chemical equilibrium in XI MIA class at SMA Al-Huda Pekanbaru.
