Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to look at the effect of assets on rentability. The analysis unit of this study is PT. Beautiful Tips Pulp & Paper. The type of data used from this study is secondary data derived from IDX. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive and quantitative (simple regression) with the help of SPSS. The results showed that assets affected rentability by 53.4% and the remaining 46.6% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study such as sales, debt, TOA and TOI.Key Words : Assets, Rentability,

Abstract

This research utilized the Physics At School application to utilize the Learning Cycle 8E model to explain students' conceptual mastery in class X SMA and identify any disparities in conceptual mastery for students in class X SMA. This kind of research uses a quantitative Nonequivalent Post-Test Control Group Design research design and a Quasi-Experimental research method. This research was performed at SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Kuantan using a concept mastery test on the material from Momentum and Impulse. The experimental class, which implements the Learning Cycle 8E model with assistance from the Physics At School program, is one of the two classes used in this research. In contrast, the second class uses conventional learning techniques as a control class. The data used in this research were concept mastery scores obtained from students who had learned physics using the Learning Cycle 8E model with assistance from the Physics At School program. Furthermore, the SPSS version 25 application for inferential analysis was used to examine the improvement in conceptual mastery. Based on a descriptive and inferential examination of the data, it was determined that the experimental class students' level of concept mastery increased by 73.08 points, while the control class was 69.70. In light of this, it can be said that the Learning Cycle 8E model, which is supported by the Physics At School application, has an impact on how well SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Kuantan children understand certain concepts.Key Words: Model Learning cycle 8E, Application Physics at school, Concept Mastery

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is the government policy that requires all educational institutions across Indonesia to conduct online education and learning activities due to the Covid-19 outbreak, while physical education classes are a class that requires students to do more physical activity or exercise then study theory like any other general subject. The aim of this research was to determine the implementation and effectiveness of the media zoom meeting as a medium for online learning of physical education, health and recreation. The sampling technique was targeted sampling on 28 deaf students. The instrument used in this research is the use of a questionnaire and interviews with teachers and students. Based on the results of the above survey, it can be seen that the implementation of the zoom meeting as a medium of learning physical education, health and online recreation for class IX MTs Nurul Yaqin Pekanbaru is explained in three indicators, namely, the learning planning indicator has a high or good interpretation or 79.67%. On the indicators of the learning process with sufficient interpretation or equal to 60.71%. On the indicators of learning evaluation with sufficient interpretation or equal to 68.86%. If it is concluded that the implementation of zoom meeting learning at MT's Nurul Yaqin gets a good category with a percentage of 82.86%.Key Words: Zoom Meeting, Learning Media, PJOK

Abstract

Abstract : Physics is a subject that is less attractive to high school students in general, this is due to the lack of applications of physics in everyday life, especially in the matter of equilibrium and rotational dynamics. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to develop a video lesson on the subject of equilibrium and class rotation dynamics using a valid Adobe Flash application. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. At the analysis stage, several analyzes were carried out including needs analysis, curriculum analysis, and material analysis. At the design stage, the researcher designs a learning video according to the results of the analysis that has been done previously, and designs a validation sheet according to the research aspects. At the development stage, media development in the form of learning videos was carried out to the validation stage. The data obtained in the form of the average validation results of three validators. The results of the second stage of validation on all questions in each aspect have received a minimum score of 3. The results showed that the learning video on equilibrium material and class rotation dynamics using the Adobe Flash application met the valid criteria from the content aspect, the learning media aspect, and the linguistic aspect. So it can be concluded that the learning video on equilibrium material and class rotation dynamics using the Adobe Flash application is valid and feasible to use in the learning process.Key words: Learning Video, Adobe Flash, Equilibrium and Rotation Dynamics

Abstract: This study discusses directive speech acts. The purpose of this study is to explain directive speech acts in Japanese dramas. The data is directive speech taken from the drama Miman Keisatsu. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of fermented tofu waste water and rice washing water used as liquid organic fertilizer on the growth of lettuce (lactuca sativa L.) with the hydroponic wick technique. The research was carried out at the Biology Education Study Program, FKIP Riau University, Pekanbaru, November 2020 to April 2021. This study consisted of two stages, namely stage I. The combination of fermented tofu waste water and rice washing water on lettuce with a hydroponic wick using an experimental method with a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments with 3 replications. Phase II is the design of the media booklet. Parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, and plant root length. Data analysis used ANOVA and DMRT Follow-up Test at 5% level. The results showed that the combination of fermented tofu waste water and rice washing water had a significant effect on the growth of plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, and root length of lettuce plants. The best concentration was in the T1B1 treatment with a concentration of 50 ml of tofu waste water and 50 ml of rice washing water. The research data was designed as a booklet for biotechnology material for class XII SMA KD 3.10 and 4.10.Key words: Waste water, tofu, rice washing water, booklets

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is the low interest in learning physical education, which makes the learning outcomes achieved very unsatisfactory. The aim of this research was to determine students' interest in the learning outcomes of physical education. The population in this research were students from SMA Negeri 1 Bagan Sinembah using a purposeful sampling technique, 23 students in total. The instrument used in this research is the use of a questionnaire completed by students. Based on the results of a simple correlation test, it is obtained that R-count = 0.839 > Ftable = 0.432 at = 5% with dk (n-1 = 22), which means that the test is significant, so that (Ha) it says , is a relationship between students' interest in learning outcomes of physical education and sports Health of class Xi students at SMA Negeri 1 Bagan Sinembah.Keywords: student interest, learning outcomes, physical education

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to know the different before and after using Quizlet app in kanji subject. This study conducted with pre-experimental research method with One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample in this study is 2021 class student of Japanese Language Education Study Program B group with total 17 students. Instrument in this study used a test. The result of this study indicated that Quizlet app have significant influence for enchanting leaner’s kanji acquisition ability. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the difficulties of biology teachers in implementing distance learning at SMA Negeri Pekanbaru. This type of research is descriptive research. This research was conducted through the Pekanbaru Biology MGMP in May-June 2022. The sample was taken using purposive sampling, while the samples were 30 MGMP teachers with teaching criteria at Pekanbaru State High School and 30 students. The research instrument used in the form of a combination questionnaire to the teacher and a closed questionnaire to students. Before the instrument is distributed, it is validated by 3 lecturers until it is declared suitable for use. The results showed that the average percentage was 70% in the high category. Difficulties for teachers in implementing Distance Learning (PJJ) have difficulties such as limited time allocation hindering teachers in delivering material, learning methods that are difficult to adapt to current learning, making learning media for practical materials, lack of knowledge about electronic sources, and difficulties in monitoring student learning at home due to lack of cooperation between teachers and parents this is due to the busyness of parents with daily activities.Key Words: Teacher Difficulty, Distance Learning

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is that it is still very lacking when hitting the ball and the speed of the ball is very low, so it is easily accepted by opponents without checkers or blockers, besides that the hand swing is still very flawed. less quickly, every time some athletes find themselves hitting the ball. often late and the ball is low out of the net before it is hit. The aim of this research was to determine the drug for ball throwing exercises with arm and shoulder muscle strength. The population in this research was the Pekanbaru H2R volleyball club, a total of 10 samples using the total sampling technique. This instrument is a madicine bullet test. Data analysis using t-distribution test. Based on the results of the normality test, variable (X) gets LoMax of 0.199 and variable (Y) gets LoMax of 0.119 compared to Ltable of 0.258, so the assumption is normal. Based on the analysis performed, the value between the initial test and the final test with a significant level of 0.05 indicates that the value (6.285) (1.833) It is thus stated that there is an effect of madicine ball throwing exercises on the arm and shoulder muscle strength in the Pekanbaru H2R volleyball club.Key Words: Volleyball, Medicine Ball Thraw Exercise, Arm and Shoulder Muscle Strength
