Abstract

Jurnal ilmiah berperan penting sebagai referensi bagi banyak orang ketika melakukan sebuah penelitian. Hal ini disebabkan karena jurnal ilmiah memaparkan suatu pembahasan secara ilmiah yang dilakukan oleh penulis atau peneliti untuk membagikan suatu hal secara logis dan sistematis kepada para pembacanya. Banyak perusahaan besar seperti Google, Mendeley, Endnote, Refworks, Zotero membuat sebuah website untuk menampung semua jurnal yang dipublikasi. Namun setiap website memiliki koleksi dan kapasitas jurnal yang berbeda-beda.Oleh karena itu, pada proyek ini dibuat sebuah website yang berguna untuk mencari koleksi jurnal yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Proyek ini dibuat untuk mengefisienkan pencarian jurnal ilmiah yang ada di Mendeley dan Google Scholar dengan memanfaatkan data paper hasil ekstraksi sitasi ParsCit. Aplikasi website ini dibuat menggunakan Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai database server.Dari hasil pengujian, dapat diketahui bahwa proses pencarian paper di Mendeley mendapatkan hasil yang lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan proses pencarian paper di Google Scholar. Hal ini disebabkan karena Mendeley menyediakan API untuk akses data paper, sedangkan Google Scholar tidak.

Abstract

PT Mitra Pinasthika Mulia uses the fact finding system to analyze the state of public relations within the company. But in making fact finding reports, companies still use manual methods namely by using Microsoft Excel. This causes the making of fact finding reports that are used to analyze public relations requires considerable time and labor.Therefore, the creation of a data warehouse for business intelligence programs is needed by the company PT Mitra Pinasthika Mulia in speeding up data processing and making fact finding reports that can help analyze public relations. This program helps reduce the time and labor needed to make fact finding reports. Data contained in reports and data warehouses in accordance with the wishes of the company. This program can be developed by adding the scope of data taken from each system of public relations found in the company PT Mitra Pinasthika Mulia.

Abstract

CV.XYZ is a small size company that works on software engineering.The worker in this company is not many, between 5 – 8 people only. The problem in this company is there are no identification of risks that can happen. The examples of the problems are the clients suddenly request some features for their software, no milestone on the project, no data about clients’ system and no monitoring on the ongoing projects. These things can hold back the company’s performance. Thus, risk analysis is needed for analyzing risk faktors that can disturb software development.In this thesis, identification on how the company works is performed, analysing for any existing risk and response for those risks. The risk assessment process is done based on NIST 800-30 that explains about ten steps of risk assessment, determining risks based on ISO 29110 about how to create software on a company that works in software engineering with less than 25 workers in it, and OWASP Risk Rating Methodology about determining the value of every risk based on certain criterias. OWASP is used as guidelines for determining weight of each risks that has been found using ISO 29110. Based on analysis, those methods used are useful for searching and responding existing risks. Result shows 1 high risk, 2 medium risks and 19 low risks. For high risk there  is no risk identification on the company that makes the company does not know what risk can impact them. The response is avoid by doing risk identification.

Abstract

Transportation company XYZ is a company engaged in bus-based transport services. Most of the company’s business processes are done manually and don’t have any integrated information system. The company has a program created by a freelance programm, but the program’s features are still incompletes. Thus the analysis and design of enterprise architecture using Enterprise Architecture metod (EAP) are needed for the transportation company XYZ. The first process is analyze the business model and business strategy of the company. After that, identification process to know what information technology that company has, its problems, and company’s needs ini the present and in the future. After all information are gathered then design of data architecture, aplication architecture, and technology architecture process were conducted.

Abstract

The advancement in the field of science and technology brings forth new problems and challenges. One such problem is the need to simulate properties of objects or situations due to the real-world conditions being either costly or impossible to achieve. Interactive cloth simulation is one of the fields which requires a simulation to be run in real-time. A realistic simulation requires a heavy computational workload, and as such will hinder the purpose of running the simulation in real-time. Optimization using pure algorithm and math are likely to find balance between accuracy and speed. This research introduces an optimization using parallel computing on GPU to speed up the simulation without reducing the accuracy. The simulation is based on continuum mechanics due to its ability to display realistic physical properties of cloth. The model dynamics is discretized using FEM, then a corotational formulation is used to compute the elasticity property of cloth. This research uses CUDA platform developed by Nvidia to deliver the parallelization. The testing results shows that there are little but acceptable accuracy differences on the parallel version of the simulation. The speedup happens when the structure of a function is ideal for GPU parallelism. A full GPU parallelism causes massive overheads in functions that are not or at least directly parallel compatible. Choosing functions that are compatible or modifying ones to fit the ideal parallel condition will make significant speedup.

Abstract

Santoso Material Building Store is a company engaged in the sale of construction materials. Currently recording system stock in Stores Building Santoso still manually so that the accuracy of the data is less relevant and seems slow. Based on the background of the problems in Santoso Material Building Stores. Author designing an information system applications based on client-server that can record the purchase, registration of stock, conversion of goods, sales, and reports to address the needs of every record store in the business processes that occur. The development of the application uses Microsoft Visual Basic 2010, with Sql Server 2008 R2 database. Based on the results of the testing, the application can generate the required reports, and the branches  can be connected to the database server so that the branch can access data store the goods on store and application can perform all their function.

Abstract

Media for promotion is necessary to attract the attention of the public and tourists to come and visit island of Madura, Website is media that can be used to assist the promotion or publication with information that introduces attractions with easy access. This thesis will be made web-based application that utilizes MySQL, jQuery, JavaScript, YouTube iFrame API and the Google API with the programming language used is PHP. As well as making a video using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 and Adobe After Effects Pro CS6 displayed on the page can be viewed by visitors.In this website, visitors can browse news, events, articles, gallery, destinations, and accommodation. Not only that, visitors can searching for destination through a search bar and a map using Google Map API and use rating and review on destinations. Visitors can also make requests to add destinations, news, events, articles, and accommodation.The test results indicate that the website created using MySQL, jQuery, JavaScript, YouTube iFrame API and the Google Map API can run well in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browser. Geolocation function with Google Map API that used for map direction and nearest location cannot be used effectively when user use Chrome version 50. The results of questionnaires that obtained from 12 respondents concluded the percentage of overall application, design, navigation, and facilities provided on website with the percentage 25% for 5 points, 58.3% for 4 points, and 16.7% for 3 points with maximum 5 points.

Abstract

Real estate has growth significantly in Indonesia recently, there are many new estates , apartment , shop for sale. There are several media used to advertise properties for sale, for example let’ say brochures , banners , newspapers , the internet . Among a lot of advertisement media , internet is the most effective because it does not need to pay extra fee for promotion , can load the images for the real estate , the number of people who access the Internet are very large , the search can be detailed based on user demand . Many real estate agents have promote their real estate on the internet. Therefore, this thesis tries to make an application that can help sellers to enter data from the real estate to be sold , and help potential buyers to search for properties in accordance with his wishes . Searches can be more effective in the presence of the coordinates on Google Maps as a property and a map service provider. The test results showed that the difference in screen resolution on Android devices can affect the appearance of the application on diferent device . Increasing number of data entered in the spinner will make the process of loading spinner itself is getting slow .

Abstract

PT. ABC is a trading – manufacturing company that works on hydraulic hose and hardware tools. PT. ABC’s marketing office and production site has a different location on a daily process. In business process, PT. ABC has information systems to support existing business processes. However, existing information systems does not commute the manufacturing line and only record their trading business. In addition, the existing information system is not perfect because there are still some recording is done manually.Based on the condition stated above, in this thesis, analysis and design of enterprise architecture information system is made for the company. The process begins with analyzing the business model and business strategy firm. Afterwards looking at the condition of information technology the enterprises has, the problems faced and the need of information technology in the future. Starting the design of data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture in accordance with the objectives, business strategy and business processes are made.The design of the data architecture for enterprise consists of several subsystems, namely Logistic Subsystem, Purchasing Subsystem, Marketing Subsystem, Accounting and Finance Subsystem, Human Resource Management Sub-System. A web-based application would be used for the new system ahead.

Abstract

Penggunaan device berbasis Android dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan yang sangat pesat. Salah satu contohnya adalah aplikasi pada bidang kuliner. Makanan merupakan hal yang bisa dikatakan sangat penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, namun faktanya banyak orang di Indonesia tidak bisa memasak.Para pengguna device Androidbisa mendapatkan aplikasi yang memudahkan untuk memasak makanan cita rasa Indonesia dengan mudah. Bagaimanakah sebuah aplikasi resep makanan berbasis Android dapat mempermudah individu untuk melakukan pemilihan makanan Indonesia berdasarkan kategori tipe makanan, bahan makanan utama, serta lama waktu memasak.Aplikasi yang dikembangkan berbasis Android menggunakan bantuan yahoo query language untuk mengkonversi data mentah menjadi data yang bisa diolah. Perintah dijalankan dengan perintah PHP dan client melakukan request kepada webserver sehingga menerima JSON.Aplikasi ini merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memberi kemudahan kepada Android user untuk mendapatkan resep masakan Indonesia dengan mudah. hasil kuesioner pengguna aplikasi dari 20 orang responden ini mulai dari yang tertinggi adalah 90% berkata bahwa antarmuka memiliki tampilan yang bagus, 75% berkata bahwa aplikasi ini mudah dipakai, 70% berkata bahwa aplikasi ini memliki kelengkapan fitur yang cukup, dan 70% berkata bahwa aplikasi ini berguna bagi kehidupan sehari-hari.
