Abstract

Indonesia, merupakan negara mayoritas beragama islam. Dalam islam telah mengatur khususnya bagi wanita muslim ada kewajiban untuk menutup aurat. Menutup aurat dapat dilakukan dengan mengenakan hijab agar terhindar dari dosa dan segala keburukan yang mungkin dapat terjadi. Banyak terjadi kasus penganiayaan terhadap wanita yang mengumbar auratnya, sehingga hal ini akan mempengaruhi psikologis laki-laki. Wajah merupakan salah satu aurat yang harus ditutupi. Penutupan area wajah dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan jilbab atau khimar. Namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak wanita muslim yang belum mengenakan khimar, bahkan banyak ditemukan gambar-gambar yang mengumbar aurat. Deteksi aurat berdasarkan citra wajah merupakan suatu terobosan baru dalam upaya memuliakan wanita muslim. Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan suatu metode untuk mendeteksi aurat khusus area wajah wanita dengan mengekstrak fitur kulit kemudian memeriksa perbedaan kulit dengan khimar. Metode yang digunakan adalah deteksi wajah Viola-Jones, GMM (Gaussian Mixture Model), dan deteksi tepi Roberts. Hasil deteksi aurat menunjukkan akurasi 95% berdasarkan gambar wajah khimar yang diambil secara frontal.

Abstract

Metro is a college of University of Muhammadiyah Muhammadiyah tingggi domiciled in the City Metro Lampung Province, including work areas Kopertis II Palembang. The current condition of Muhammadiyah University of Metro has 5 faculties and 18 courses. The bandwidth owned by the University of Muhammadiyah Metro is currently at 2 Mbps is used to serve the needs internet access at 5 faculties and 18 courses. Muhammadiyah University of Metro seeks to improve the quality of learning that is excellent service by using information technology which is using the Youtube site. From the results of research testing LUSCA Proxy Server, the time it takes the Internet network standard can be summed up as follows: (a) The absence of the network design and the absence LUSCA Internet Proxy Server at the University of Muhammadiyah Metro is causing Internet access to be slow so it takes Plan LUSCA Proxy Server to increase the speed of internet access. (b) Based on the results of this study concluded LUSCA Proxy Server is a technology solution to speed up Internet access, especially access youtube site at the University of Muhammadiyah Metro. (c) Based on calculations before and after the Proxy Server installed LUSCA obtained an average time difference between before and after the implementation of LUSCA Proxy Server for 232.2 seconds and the average time efficiency between before and after the implementation of the Proxy Server LUSCA 97.16 %.Keywords: LUSCA, proxy, server, youtube, youtube cache, refresh_pattern, storeurl.pl, hit content.

Abstract

Geographic information system, as computerized tool can be used to map and analyse existing object or occurance on earth surface. One of the implementations of geographic information system is clinics deployment and contraceptive users in Bandar Lampung. During this time, informations about clinics deployment information and contraceptive users in Bandar Lampung, is spread out by pamphlets from BKKBN, and so far, there is no particular application to help people to get information of clinics deployment by map. This research is meant to build a Geographic Information System about clinics deployment and contracetive users in Bandar Lampung. Data that required building geographic information system development are spatial data and non spatial data. Spatial data is data of Bandar Lampung map that contains of informations of districts in Bandar Lampung. While non-spatial data is administrative data that contains of informations of clinics deployment and contraceptive users in Bandar Lampung.Keywords: Geographic Information System, Contraceptions, Clinic Deployment.

Abstract

The mobile application by using SMS (Short Message Service) is a service technology of messages delivery in short way. The user likes using SMS because of several reasons which are cheaper, more simple, and available in any kind of phone. PT. Centerpoint Putra Sejahtera is a retail company that has many costumers. The development of promotion information system with SMS Gateway base is made to simplify the costumer in getting the promotion information and point checking. This application is using Sekuensial Linear method that has analysis phase, design, codes and testing. The language program is using PHP, database saving is using MySQL, and Engine SMS Gateway use Gammu. The promotion information system will send SMS every time there is promotion which is happening or will happening in Centerpoint. The costumers also become easier to get point checking that has been collected while shopping in Centerpoint based on the SMS format. The result of testing system shows that the promotion information system based-on SMS Gateway can be used by the company.Keywords : SMS Gateway, Sekuensial Linier method, Promotion

Abstract

Lecturers are one of the most important components in a college education system. Roles, duties, and responsibilities are very important in realizing national education that is the intellectual life of the nation to improve the quality of Indonesian people, which includes the quality of faith / noble, noble character, and mastery of science, technology and art, and realize the Indonesian society forward, prosperous, and civilized. Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision Making Method is one of the methods in decision making where alternatives are known and predetermined. Decision-making should determine priorities, weights, or rankings based on given criteria. to facilitate the evaluation of lecturer performance based on the tri dharma of universities covering pedagogic, professional, personality and social competence, the lecturer performance index is evaluated using Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision-Making method. The purpose of this research is to get the decision-making model of lecturer performance index using the Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision-Making method with predetermined criteria such as classroom study, GBP and sap stipulations, time conformity, material absorption, learning media, archive as, research, translation, lecturer activities. It is expected that the lecturer performance appraisal model can trigger lecturers to improve performance and facilitate the leadership to evaluate the performance of lecturers to improve the quality and quality of universities. Keywords: FMADM, Lecturer, Lecturer Performance

Abstract

Bengkulu sebagai salah satu bagian Provinsi di Indonesia memiliki budaya berupa baju adat dan alat musik tradisional yang harus dilestarikan oleh para generasi penerus bangsa. Kurangnya penggunaan teknologi dalam pelestarian pakaian adat dan alat musik tradisional membuat generasi muda banyak yang tidak mengetahui infomasi mengenai rumah adat. Salah satu cara memperkenalkan pakaian adat dan alat musik tradisional yaitu menggunakan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) yang berbasis Android. Teknologi ini memungkinkan para penggunanya melihat informasi , objek 3D dari objek 2D, dan suara secara langsung. Salah satu metode yang digunakan Augmented Reality adalah single marker, dimana satu marker hanya dapat menampilkan satu objek 3D dan tidak dapat membaca lebih dari satu marker. Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif lain untuk memperkenalkan pakaian adat dan alat musik tradisional Bengkulu kepada masyarakat baik di dalam maupun di luar Provinsi Bengkulu. Kata Kunci—3-5 Augmented Reality, Pakaian Adat, Alat Musik, Single Marker, Android

Abstract

Informatics And Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya was one of the institutions in the Lampung area that was involved in computer education and economics. One of the available routes in IBI Darmajaya in the computer field was Computer Science (CS). CS IBI Darmajaya produced the numbering graduate’s ±1000 students who were spread in the territory. Up to now the level of the success from the CS graduate in the matter fast or not this graduate was absorbed by the world of the work still could not be predicted. So as to be needed one sitem the prediction of the absorbency of the company against the alumnus CS was based on Neural Network. The neural network used the algorithm backpropagatioan and the function activation sigmoid binary that consist of tansig, logsig, and purelin. The network that was formed consisted of 25 of the number of layer cells of input, 52 of the number of layer cells were hidden first (hidden the layer), 26 of the number of layer cells hidden the two, and 5 of the number of layer cells of output. The training data as well as the testing were carried out with the spreading questioner against 93 alumni TI that was taken in a random manner, where questioner this consisted of 24 skills criteria that must be owned by the graduate CS that was received from the spreading of the poll of the 39 companies in the Lampung territory. This data will be put into the prediction system used Matlab v6.0.The key word: Neural Network, the Backpropagation algorithm, the Aktivasi Function

Abstract

Aim of the research is to design information system for Penetapan Angka Kredit (PAK) of functional Lecture grade based on computerized system. This system produces a report of PAK, and has facilities for data entry and searching, so that, it produces of information: accuracy, timelines, and relevancy. This research uses paradigm of system development life cycle, shish covers the activities of gathering data through observation, interview and literature study; system analysis uses flow map ; system design uses context diagram, data flow diagram, data dictionary, entity relationship diagram, file relationship, file structure, program structure, input design, output design and menu structure.

Abstract

Development of technology at automotive engineering will be impact the fastest of motor cycle. To protecting the traffic accident on the road needed a regulation about maximum and minimum limitation speed of motor cycle. This article offer an alternative tools to reduce traffic accident with detection tools using webcam and microcontroller based on personal computer. Methodology used is design of block system diagram, hardware and software design, testing and later is report analysis. The final result is a tools to detection the speed of motor cycle that exceed the limitation of maximum speed, censor will send a signal to computer, then webcam will automatically capture the image, so it can be identification the rider who break the law. Abstract

Development of web-based monitoring and evaluation systems is required to overcome the obstacles and shortcomings in monitoring and evaluation of the academic and non-academic Bidik Misi students so that tasks and responsibilities of university that manages Bidik Misi become more optimal. In this research, the development of system is done using agile method with DSDM model with case study at  Sriwijaya University. Stages of agile method includes planning, risk analysis, engineering and evaluation, while the model DSDM performed on the stages of engineering and evaluation, which includes a DSDM model activity i.e. Backlog, Sprint, DSDM Meeting and Demo.
