Abstract

Not only in the private sector (private), in a government agency (public sector) also known management of goods supplies to support the operation of the government agencies. As we know, for an agency the diamond does not know the profit/loss. However, with the management of supplies goods in a government agency need to also be managed properly, so as to get optimal results and can reduce the operational costs. During this time in many government agencies, the budget is financed from the NATIONAL budget, for the management of these supplies there is no definite pakem. In this study will demonstrate the algorithms used in the software of the institution level financial Application System (SAKTI) developed by the Directorate General of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance which is the method of valuation of FIFO supplies to achieve optimum management of inventory.

Abstract

Nowadays, many wireless transmission media have been used. Laser can be used as one of data media transmition. Laser can work on the spectrum of 620 nm – 750 nm.  The choosing of electronic component responding time determines data transmission process, both the distance and speed of data transmission. The electronic components chosen in this research are those with responding time measured in ordo nano second and the data communication protocol uses C. In the research, there is a negative correlation between the speed and distance of data transmission. The average farthest distance observed in the research was 313 m with the transmission speed of 9,600 bps. Keywords: protocol, wireless transmission

Abstract

This research was undertaken in order to find out the punctuality of the lecturers’ teaching at IBI Darmajaya from which its evaluation was conducted by the lecturing and reporting service center. During this time, the activity related to the audit of the punctuality of the lecturers’ teaching had not been done. Therefore, the researcher believed that this was an opportunity in conducting the research in the lecturing and reporting service center. The audit was carried out as a measure of the successfulness of the implementation of the discipline of the human resource and the result of the socialization towards the lecturers in the beginning of each semester prior to the lecturing activity. The results of these activities were expected to help the involved division map the lecturers who were much disciplined and the lecturers who had a lack of discipline in order to take a good solution for both. The audit activity was interviewing the head of the related bureau and the head of the lecturing and reporting service center and distributing questionnaires with two levels. The first level was for the users (the students) and the second level was for the management divisions (the administrative bureau of academic and student affairs, the head of lecturing and reporting service center and the chairman of the department of IBI Darmajaya).Keywords: Audit, Maturity, Users

Abstract

In the field of medicine, the use of data mining has a quite important and evolutionary role that can change the perspective of doctors, practitioners and health researchers in the process of detecting breast cancer in a patient. There are 2 classification applications in it, namely the process of diagnosing (diagnosing) cancer cells that distinguishes between tumors (benign cancer) or malignant cancer and prognosis (prognosis) to determine the possibility of reappearance of cancer cells in patients who have been operated on in the future. Data mining aims to describe new findings in the dataset and explain a process that uses statistical, mathematical, artificial intelligence, and machine learning techniques to extract and identify useful information and related knowledge from the database.Classification with data mining can be done using several methods, namely Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor, Naive Bayes, ID3, CART, Linear Discriminant Analysis, etc., which certainly have advantages and disadvantages of each. But in this study, the author focuses on the classification of data mining using the Support Vector Mechine and Deccision Tree algorithms.This study will analyze the Breast Cancer Wisconsin Original data set obtained from the UCI Machine Learning Repository (repository of research data) to classify breast cancer malignancies. This time the author correlates between the Decision Tree classifier algorithm which has good ability to process large databases as a feature selection, then with a proper and relevant SVM Method used in analyzing and diagnosing breast breast cancer patients because it has accurate results for existing problems and several bases . Keywords— Data Mining, diagnosis, Decision Tree, SVM Method

Abstract

To be able to compete with other universities, one of the efforts is to improve the service quality to students by giving right lecturer on the right subjects. This research is referring to priority of lecturer in private university by doing assessment lecturer performance for each semester to determine quality and competence of lecturer finally will give the affect in determining subjects will be taught. The obstacle is such as there is no information system to determine lecturers which are suitable of education background. This research produced a model that support a decision in determining lecturer with the best performance will be teaching certain subjects in each period. Abstract

A quail is a type of poultry which producers meat and egg that are rich protein and nutrients in it. Various efforts undertaken to improve the productivity of quail in the scale of cultivation, such as the addition of hormones, feed manipulation, as well as providing additional light with the ultimate goal of optimal growth so that better productivity. Light is one external factor that can spur the growth and control of various biological processes in the body poultry. This research’s aims are to create a tool that is able to increase the quantity and quality of quail eggs by controlling the light requirements in accordance with the needs of the quail, the illumination using monochromatic light blue by 15-25 lux for 14 hours per day. The method used to made Light Intensity Control System at Quail’s Cage Based-on Arduino Uno, it is starts with collecting information, design tools, making tools, testing tools and conclusions. Based on the results of tests that have been performed on prototype instrument control systems in the light intensity quail cage conclusion that the tool is able to work well in accordance with the design.

Abstract

Smart Building System is an application system that is a combination of technology and services devoted to the home or building environment with specific functions aimed at improving the efficiency, comfort and security penghuninya.Berdasarkan it in this study designed and made prototype automation system on building arduino web server. This system serves to monitor temperature, humidity, voltage detection and electrical current, fire detection, rain intensity detection, smoke detection, earthquake detection, flood detection, and movement detection if there are people who infiltrated the house or building. It also integrates with the electrical devices used to monitor and control the lights associated with a relay, and to move the servo that serves as a fence-opening and closing device. The Arduino Web Server is comprised of a combination of arduino uno and Ethernet shield, acting as an embedded web server that acts as both an overall monitoring and controller of the system. The system as a whole can be accessed anytime and anywhere through computers and smartphones in realtime using the browser. This system will also provide the latest information in realtime in case of unwanted things through Twitter and Facebook. Keywords: smart building, smart city, web server, arduino

Abstract

Monitoring the performance of the accountant's user in an agency's Web Based Online Accounting is something that must be done so that its performance can be seen. Performance User accountants must be considered at all times to minimize errors made by the user. As well as monitoring the performance of employees in general, this monitoring is deemed necessary to prevent losses between the two parties, both the user and the provider of Web Based Accounting Online. The use of a dashboard on Web Based Online Accounting can be used to monitor user performance. Because the information presented on the dashboard can display things that happen to an Online Web Based Accounting account owned by an agency that includes actions to create, change and delete transactions, and can see if there are other users who log in. The method used in this study is to identify existing problems, then plan what should be done based on the data obtained, and design a system of information delivery to monitor performance. With the existence of this study in order to monitor the performance of employees as users of Web Based Online Accounting is expected to work optimally and not make mistakes that harm both parties.Keywords: Web Based Accounting Online, Dashboard, User

Abstract

In the State Elementary School 02 Kota Baru, lessons scheduled activities and processing data of the students’ value assisted with handwritten books and Microsoft Excel applications. System development methods used in this research is to design scheduling lessons and data processing using Model value SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with four stages, namely planning, analysis, design, implementation and use of the fifth. The whole program is designed by using Visual Basic 6.0, Microsoft SQL Server as the database and Crystal Report 8.5 as the report.
