In the business of fattening cattle, cow feed nutrition is very supportive in the success of this business. But cattle farmers' understanding of the composition of feed nutrition is still low. In the business of fattening cattle, cow feed nutrition is very supportive in the success of this business. But cattle farmers' understanding of the composition of feed nutrition is still low. This expert system can be used as information and guidelines for determining nutrient composition in cattle feed using Backward Chaining. This method uses a chain that is crossed from a hypothesis back to facts that support the hypothesis. The use of this system can provide accurate information and references for users in the form of determining the nutritional composition of cattle feed. This system can provide assistance in the form of determining the composition of feed replacement during the lean season using raw material backward chaining by not reducing the nutritional value contained in the feed and the price remains economical.Key words: cow feed nutrition, expert systems, and backward chaining

Abstract

Plagiarism was considered to violate the law because it copied of other people's works. To prevent plagiarism in terms of scientific writing, every word or sentence of scientific texts had to be detected through word-matching algorithm in the written text. The objective of this study was to compare the accuracy of values between the Rabin Karp Algorithm and the Winnowing Algorithm. The accuracy of values of these algorithms was compared with that of the values of Turnitin application. The data analysis used in this study was Hypothesis T-test. The result of this study was that the value of Rabin Karp Algorithm was higher than that of the Winnowing Algorithm and the Turnitin Application. Keywords: Plagiarisme, Turnitin, Rabin Karp Algorithm, Winnowing Algorithm

One of the information technologies used by IBI Darmajaya was the Academic Information System. This objective of this research was providing convenience for companies or colleges on IT services to measure the maturity level of the IT service quality using the Knowledge Management System-based Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 framework. This system was designed to obtain online IT service rates about the information technology quality so that the current level of information technology that the current maturity and the expected maturity were known. The validity and reliability of the research instruments had already been tested using SPSS 23 so that the result of this research was the recommendations for improvements on the IT service quality for the future. Keywords: Knowledge Management System, Maturity Level, Current Maturity, Expected Maturity, Validity, Reliability, ITIL V3

Abstract

Valuation is the process of determining what a reasonable price for a stock value approach used is one of determining the intrinsic value of securities, the value of the securities should be based on facts. The output of this research is Products in the form of design models stock price valuation approach based on intrinsic value. Explanatory research which explains the causal relationship and correlation between variables through hypothesis testing. Explanatory research aims to clarify the relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing based on field data. Sampling with the specified criteria, namely: the company has a market capitalization terbersar, a company listed on the LQ-45 August 2013 - January 2014, the company paid dividends in 2013 and the company does not undertake stock split  The documentation can be done by collecting data by retrieving data from the record, and the corresponding report to the problems examined, which is where the work was related to the object that the stock price valuation. The stage of collecting data in the field by Moleong (2000: 85-103), can be divided into three, namely; pre-court stage, the stage of field work and data analysis stage. Key word: Stock Price, Intrinsic Value

Abstract

In this paper, we consider the problem of zero-forcing equalizer is studied for 3x3 multiple-input multiple-output communication system in which MIMO source (three antennas) and destination (three antennas) pairs communicate simultaneously. Zero-forcing (ZF) equalizer are employed at destination to maintain lowcomplexity. The resulting expression is simple and easy to compute. The performance analysis of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated through numerical simulations can be significantly improved. Keywords: Multiple-Input Multiple-Output, Zero Forcing, Bit-Error-Rate.

In the error of industry 4.0 organizations are trying really hard to motivate and sustain their staff due the stiff competition witnessed. To motivate people to cope to with a variety of organizational work and changes in the dawn of fourth industrial revolution, the science of motivation remains the key answers. This research review aims at expounding on the theories of motivation and job satisfaction that are most suitable in the error of industry 4.0. we will introduce Herzberg two factor theory and Adams equity theory. By analysing the two theories we find that elements of motivation and job satisfaction have shifted from money-oriented factors. Therefore, this this research concludes that for employees to be satisfied, the managers need to eliminate dissatisfaction experienced by the employees and then help them find satisfaction. Employees will be highly motivated if they perceive their ratio of input is proportional to the ratio of outcome and that their input -outcome ration is fair compared to input -output ratio of their competitors. Keywords: Job satisfaction, Motivation
