Abstract

Image files were one of the evidences as a result of the forensic investigations on cybercrimes. The process of acquiring the evidence must have a high accuracy. The image files were obtained from social media that had incomplete metadata. This article outlined an in-depth approach for forensic investigation on image files. The method of this forensic examination conducted to the image files was through the investigative action procedures so that the incomplete metadata can still be analyzed. The data analysis technique used in this study was JPEG Analysis, ELA, and Noise methods. The result of this study was that the characteristics of the image files were able to be identified from social media through editting, and originating processes. The forensic measures described in this study were also able to prove the image file modifications.Keywords:     Image Forensics, Cybercrimes, Quantization

Abstract

The development of internet today reaches almost a half of the population in Indonesia so that business sectors take advantage of this development through online businesses. One of the opportunities that the business sectors take is e-ticketing or online business. The ticket sales services are now transformed into the electronic ticket or e-ticketing known as Online Travel Agent (OTA). The objective of this research was finding out the consumer attitude on Traveloka, PegiPegi.com and Tiket.com. The sampling technique used in this research was the nonprobability and the accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research was the fishbein analysis. The result of this research showed that the score of the consumer attitude on the traveloka was ordinary; the score of the consumer attitude on PegiPegi.com was ordinary; and, the value of the consumer attitude on the Tiket.com was good. Abstract

Searchengine is defined as web page  or website that collects  and organizes all content on the internet, here the user input a question or query, then the search engine will provide links to content that reflects what he wants. Until now, there are two problems paid attention by the experts in relation with search engines namely images in a database and the internet using text or keyword. These problems are far away from the expected. The search image by using  the text or keyword is very biased and difficult to justify because the keyword is very difficult to explain the information in an image. Content base image Retrieval is method return the image or image  retrieval  with the use of content the content contained in the picture or image, i.e. elements that can be taken from within the image that can be converted into a value such as color, shape, texture, line and other elements. Elements that are changed are contained in the image are converted in the form of value is to calculate each element and save the value into a histogram which will be used in the comparison process image and the process returns the image or image retrieval.Keywords: Search engine, content base image retrieval, flora, fauna

Abstract

This research discusses the effects of organizationalculture and individual capacity on budgetary slack usingparticipative budgeting as moderating variables that areorganizational commitment, organizational culture andindividual capacity. The respondents chosen were basedon structural position in IB Darmajaya as 53 respondents.The data collected through survey method in the form ofquestionnaire also measuring the reliability test on allvariables and correlation analysis.The result of the research based on correlation analysisindicates the correlation level where the correlationanalysis of all variables indicates the strong level ofcorrelation. In addition, the participative budgetingpositively affects budgetary slack. On the contrary,organizational commitment and organizational cultureweakened the correlation between participative budgetingand budgetary slack. Besides, high or low individualcapacity is not able to moderate the correlation.KEY WORDS : Budgetary Slack, OrganizationalCulture, Participative Budgeting

Abstract

The tourism sector in Indonesia is currently considered to have an effective role in increasing the country's foreign exchange. The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact ontourism sector activities and recorded losses of up to IDR 10 trillion during the implementation of the Large-scale social restrictions or LSSR (Indonesian: Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar or PSBB). The 2020 report states that the number of tourists has decreased by 75% compared to 2019. In this study, data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to visitors in Puncak Mas tourist attraction. It was processed using a SWOT analysis technique. The result of this study showed that Puncak Mas tourist attraction had strength in Internal Factors and there were various threats of quite inhibiting. Diversification must be carried out so that there was development in tourist areas and tourism renewal that provides innovation, security, and comfort for Puncak Mas tourist attraction.Keywords— Marketing Strategy, SWOT, Tourism

Abstract

Industrials Revolution 4.0 is an opportunity for Indonesia to increase economic growth. Economic growth can be conducted by increasing the number of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Moreover, MSMEs is involved by the digital economy through broadband, electronic business (e-commerce), social media, cloud technology, and cellular platforms. Therefore, MSMEs can grow faster and improve, give excellent services and products, and become more innovative and competitive so that productivity also increases. This is able to be an opportunity to change the processes and capture new opportunities in the market. One way to capture these opportunities is to produce good products and give excellence services. The implementation of TQM and quality assurance systems, with Quality Control Circle (QCC) or Quality Control (QC), has a significant impact on the quality of products and services which are produced by MSMEs. TQM will deliver companies to world-class services by providing good products and services so that it can make customers satisfaction. Improving quality and service can be supplemented by improving efficiency and productivity. Furthermore, companies engaged in the business sector have the main orientation on achieving the highest possible profit margins (Profit Oriented). Therefore, the collection of data in the current digital economy is the basis of all businesses in this modern era. These efforts can be done by way of more socializing big data at MSMEs. Finally, technology adoption will improve business performance. MSMEs owners and managers must develop strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and get new customers, build websites, and utilize digital technology to conduct market expansion and increased sales through the Digital Economy Era.Keywords: TQM, QCC, Technology, Digital Economy, Big Data

Abstract

Endemic diseases dangerous such as dengue fever must be handling seriously  for the risk minimize by the disease. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is  disease  has not been found vaccine or cure is powerful. It is  necessary  treatment to prevent the occurrence of dengue fever, especially when it came to the incidence of dengue fever endemic in certain areas by doing Epidemiologist dengue fever. Epidemiology is identification of risk factors for DHF to find level of area  risk. Risk factors of hemorrhagic fever endemic must be identified  to prevent the occurrence of dengue fever. Identifying risk factors and  risk factors association  can  potential increase  the occurrence of dengue fever. This study developed  mapping information system Dengue epidemic through Association rule method of data mining. The information generated in the map of epidemic DHF level based association of potential risk factors that cause hemorrhagic fever endemic. Analysis with the Association Rule to determine level of  DHF epidemic area based data reporting system. Abstract

The OmJeckBelitang application was introduced to the East OKU community so that people can experience the benefits of technology by using a technology-based online motorcycle taxi application. In addition to providing transportation motorcycle taxi services, OmJeck is also working to develop applications with various features including JeckFood, FoodDrinks, JeckBlanja, JeckMo, Education, OmCar, and JackAgro. In this study, this application provided a system to helps in refilling regular credit, internet credit and electricity tokens. The payment system in this application was also accessed using OVO, Dana, and LinkAja. It was important to implement a public relations marketing strategy to facilitate the achievement of company goals. As for the marketing public relations strategy, there were three types of strategies, namely the Pull Marketing Public Relations Strategy, the Push Marketing Public Relations Strategy, and the Pass Marketing Public Relations Strategy.Keywords:  Marketing Public Relations, Pull Strategy, Push, Pass, OmJeckBelitang

Abstract

This research aims to develop a method for information technology (IT) project prioritization that is very easy for a user through a case study in a manufacturing company. This researchused descriptive qualitative research based on survey data from unstructured and semistructured interviews with system development managers. Furthermore, the applicability of the developed method is assessed. A combination of importance analysis and risk analysis using failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) is useful and applicable to this company. The risk that is considered in this study is the risk of a delayed project for the company. Abstract

Car rental was one of the business entities in the field of four-wheeled vehicle/cars rental services. The information system for borrowing and returning cars in Lampung was considered effective because the data of borrowing and returning cars and the daily transactions were recorded and reported manually - in the written form such as books and paper – so that this system was inefficient in terms of saving time, energy, and materials. The objective of this study was to build the website-based information system for car rental businesses in Lampung. The method used in this study was a structured approach method through the prototype development. The data collecting techniques used in this study was observation and interviews. The analysis and designing tools used in this study were the case diagrams, 0- levelled data flow diagrams, and 1-levelled flow diagrams. The supporting software used in this study was PHP and MySQL database. The sublime was an idea used to expanding the web application using PHP. This tool was facilitated to use to symbol, word, or line using a keyboard shortcut in a quick way. The result of this study was that the information system for borrowing and renting the car for car rental service was expected to facilitate the employees in managing the data of customers, borrowing and returning cars, and reducing errors from the data records and reports.Keywords:Information Systems, Car Rental, Borrowing, Refund.
