ELEMENTARY Journal (Print ISSN: 2355-0155; Online ISSN: 2503-0256) is an Islamic teacher journal published by Islamic Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGMI), Islamic Education (Tarbiyah) Department, State College on Islamic Studies (STAIN) Kudus. Elementary is published twice a year (every six months, i.e. January and July) as scientific communication means of academic people in the study of Islamic Elementary School Teacher Education. Editorial Board receives the articles from the educators, observers, researchers on Islamic Elementary School Teacher Education to be published after having tight selection, peer review, and serious editting.

Abstract

AbstractOnline learning is a learning approach during the COVID-19 pandemic, Google Classroom is an e-learning platform used by the Islamic University of Lamongan (Unisla) Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education study program (PGMI). This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the success of online learning with google classroom during the covid 19 pandemic. The research data was collected through a google form-assisted questionnaire with a sample of 127 PGMI Unisla students. The data analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) assisted by Smart PLS. The results of the study indicate that system quality, quality of instructors, perceived usefulness, and student satisfaction are factors that influence the success of online learning with Google Classroom. These findings can be used as input in determining the improvement strategy (planning and improvement) of using google classroom for the Success of online learning in the future.

Abstract

Children are figures that parents do the best for them.The most valuable thing given by parents to children is education.In educating and teaching children, especially elementary students,parents and teachers often find it difficult. Lack of motivation isthe reason children are always first and foremost. To increasetheir motivation, parents and teachers need to understand thepsychology of child development. Elementary school age childrenhave different developmental psychology characteristics. Thesecharacteristics are classified into four points: physical, social,language, and cognitive. By understanding the characteristics ofpsychological development of children, parents and teachers mustteach and educate children in accordance with their developmentand not do things that are unwanted by children. It was provedthat any children of different ages have different developmentalpsychology. By understanding the psychology of their development,parents and teachers can teach and educate them easily knowingwhat can make children motivated and to obtain the best results ineducation, parents and teachers or schools to work together.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the 2013 Curriculum thematic book analysis viewed from the aspect of multiple intelligence. Research conducted includes the type of qualitative research. The method of collecting data in the form of analysis is a literature study (library research) in the book Theme 2 Always Saving Energy kelsa IV Curriculum 2013. The research process is carried out by studying the material, analyzing the suitability of the book with aspects of multiple intelligences, describing the results of the analysis and providing conclusions and suggestions . The results of the thematic book analysis show that the distribution of multiple intelligence aspects is not evenly distributed. This can be seen in Subtheme 1 obtained that the highest intelligence in Interpersonal intelligence 18% and the lowest in 6% extension intelligence, Subthema 2 obtained the highest intelligence in kinesthetic intelligence 19% and the lowest existential intelligence 3%, and Subthema 3 obtained the highest intelligence in kinesthetic intelligence 19 % and lowest existential intelligence 3%. Student intelligence can be maximized by developing learning contained in student books by adding student activities that are not yet fully contained in student books. Student activities can be done in the classroom or outside the classroom. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan analisis buku tematik Kurikulum 2013 dilihat dari aspek kecerdasan majemuk (multiple intelligence). Penelitian yang dilakukan termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulkan data berupa analisis yang bersifat studi literatur pada buku Tema 2 Selalu Berhemat Energi kelas IV Kurikulum 2013. Proses penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengkaji materi, menganalisis kesesuaian buku dengan aspek kecerdasan majemuk, mendeskripsikan hasil analisis dan memberikan kesimpulan dan saran. Hasil analisis buku tematik bahwa distribusi penyebaran aspek kecedasaran majemuk (multiple intelligence) belum merata. Hal ini terlihat pada subtema 1 diperoleh bahwa kecerdasan tertinggi pada kecerdasan Interpersonal 18% dan terendah pada kecerdasan ekstensial 6%, subtema 2 diperoleh kecerdasan tertinggi pada kecerdasan kinestetik 19% dan terendah kecerdasan eksistensial 3%, dan subtema 3 diperoleh kecerdasan tertinggi pada kecerdasan kinestetik 19% dan terendah kecerdasan eksistensial 3%. Kecerdasan siswa dapat dimaksimalkan dengan mengembangkan pembelajaran yang terdapat di buku siswa yaitu dengan menambahkan kegiatan aktivitas siswa yang belum sepenuhnya terdapat di buku siswa. Aktivitas siswa bisa dilakukan di dalam kelas maupun di luar kelas

Abstract

This study aims to create an integrative thematic learning model by interfacing religious values into general subjects in 1 theme. The type of research used is literature study with analytical descriptive method by reviewing the books related to thematic, integrative and content analysis by analyzing integrated thematic book of Curriculum 2013 which is the teacher book of SD / MI class I up to class VI. In integrative thematic learning the researcher uses Lyndon B's webbed model using the theme as a learning center material developed into various subjects and integrated in religious values. The integration of religious values in this model is done by creating a table of competency analysis with the steps: First examine the various themes in each class, in each theme there are several sub themes. Second is choosing one sub theme from class I to class VI to develop basic competence to each subject. The third determines aspects that students develop such as attitude, knowledge and skills aspects. Fourth is integrating religious values by incorporating Qur'an verses in accordance with the basic competencies in each subject.

Abstract

AbstractThe research problem of this study is whether the implementation of flipped classroom affects the students' motivation and achievements, whether there is the influence of motivation on students' achievement in Mathematics of the fourth grades students of SD Hj. Isriati Baiturrahman 1 Semarang? This research is a quantitative experimental research. The research design is quasi experimental research using non-quivalent control group design. The samples were used as the experimental class and control class with total of 68 students. The T test results show t count > t table (3.608> 1.665). In conclusion flipped classroom influence on students' motivation. The T test results show t count > t table (1.854> 1.665). In conclusion learning flipped classroom effect on student learning outcomes. Significance test analysis results obtained F count> F table (3113.84> 4, 14), it means a significant regression equation. Analysis results obtained coefficient of determination R2 = 0.7534 = 75 %. In conclusion there is an influence of learning motivation on Math learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes using the Student Teams Achiement Divisions learning model for fourth grade students of SD 8 Kandangmas. This study uses Classroom Action Research, consisting of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of this study show that the results of observation of learning activities in the first cycle reached 69% with the criteria of Enough and the second cycle increased to 83% with the criteria of Good. The observation results of the management of teacher learning in the first cycle reached 78% with the criteria of Good and in the second cycle increased to 88% with the criteria Very Good. The results of student evaluation tests in the pre-cycle with an average value of 57, in the first cycle increased to 74 and in the second cycle to 86 with the criteria complete. the average learning outcomes achieved 85.3 with classical completeness reaching 90%. The conclusion of this study is through the use of the Student Teams Achiement Divisions learning model can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD 8 Kandangmas.

Abstract

 Personal figure of character was not only smartphone born inward, but also has the power to execute something is right. Efforts need to implementation of character education. Character education has higher meaning than the moral education and has electrostatic formation of morals. Preschool-age children can be already given the character education by enabling the empathy toward children who already exists, which is part of conscience. In relation to the education characters need to be delicately six character value contains about the following materials: (1) teach the love of God and all His creation, (2) independence, (3) honest, (4) responsibility, (5) tolerance, (6) cooperating, etc. and that they are all the elements in the good character (akhlaqul karimah).

Abstract

Abstrak The purpose of this study was to find out what roles PGMI students can play as agents of change during the COVID-19 pandemi. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative approach. In collecting data, researchers used interview techniques. In particular, the problems that the researchers raised in this study were; What is the role of students as agents of change in supporting children's learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemi? The focus of this research is in the neighborhood where the students live, namely the Pantura area, covering Kudus, Pati, Jepara, Demak. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive-analytical method. Data collection techniques through interviews. This study resulted in a conclusion that the role of students as agents of change in the education sector during the Covid-19 pandemi includes; become a facilitator in learning activities, create fun learning, provide education about healthy lifestyles, instill adab, provide skills to children.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran apa saja yang dapat dilakukan mahasiswa PGMI sebagai agent of change di masa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan Teknik awancara. Secara khusus, permasalahan yang peneliti angkat dalam penelitian ini adalah; bagaimana peran mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran anak pada masa pandemi Covid-19? Lokus penelitian ini adalah di lingkungan tempat tinggal siswa yakni wilayah Pantura, meliputi Kudus, Pati, Jepara, Demak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-analitis. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan bahwa peran mahasiswa sebagai Agent of change dalam bidang pendidikan di masa pandemi Covid-19 meliputi;  menjadi fasilitator dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, memberikan edukasi tentang pola hidup sehat, menanamkan adab, memberikan keterampilan pada anak.
