Abstract

AbstractEstablishing financial institutions based on sharia law aims to apply Islamic economic values in society. Existence of Islamic banks is to develop the principles of sharia, especially for the models imposed a business as if the debtor fails to perform its obligation to repay the debt on time while he has the ability, so he will be punished because of it. Therefore, national Islamic council set fatwa delay penalties to customers postpone payments. The appearing problem is that the sanctions that DSN set fully benefit Islamic banks? The goal to be achieved is to determine whether the sanctions that DSN set fully benefit Islamic banks. After researching DSN provision that sanctions fines is tied to a social fund which al qardhul hasan, while there are losses incurred by the Islamic banks in the amount of fee billing process that should be charged to the customer.Keywords: Sanctions, cutomer, murabahah, debt.

Abstract

Zakat is an obligation to muslim whose some wealth that enough limitation of nisab and has been possessed as long as one year (haul). Regulation of nisab and how many percentage of zakat will be taken and then  wil be distributed to person whose rigt to receive (muzakky). Fuqaha has agree for several kind of property for example gold, silver, agriculture, castle ang trading Is taken it zakat. But there are some wealth have been gotten in modern job, like wealth of wallet bird nest not yet regulation, is it must be taken zakat or no? how many nisab dan how many percentage of zakat.This research has goal to knaw regulation of wallet bird nest zakat, how many nisab and how many percentage of zakat must be taken. The location of research in Metro and East Lampung. The population of this research are muslim who has building wallet bird. Sampling technique used purposive sampling. All of wealth must be taken zakat including wallet bird nest, nisab of wallet bird nest is 3 on gold dan 21/2% quota of zakat, is based on analogy (qias) with wealth of trading as same as with zakat of gold and silver. Keywords: wealth, zakat, nisab, haul,obligation

Abstract

Financing for the results that are usually applied in the Islamic banking business is divided into two groups: mudharaba and musharaka. How does a bank present for the result of financing product? It must be based on the basic Islamic rules and regulations. For a customer can also conduct it wisely in every transaction which is still and has been done. By knowing the  background of different individuals, it will produce a different perception. The study of perception in financing  for the result is preferred. This is because in order to know how the relationship a customers to finance for the result that has been and are being done. Beside knowing how the relationship a costumer to finance for the result, it will also discuss what the factors that influence the customer perception to finance for the results, which is in this case we restrict to six factors: age, gender, educational level, occupation, income level, and a persons level of religiosity. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis (mean and standard deviation calculation). As well as multiple regression analysis. Prior to the analysis, all the data that has been collected respondents had conducted a test of the validity and reliability testing as a sign of whether the data obtained from respondents are valid and can be done in the next stage of analysis. The total of all respondent samples in this study were 316 clients,  305 people are Musharaka and 11 people are Mudaraba. From the analysis conducted, the perception of consumers have an excellent relationship to finance for the results at Bank Syariah Cirebon West Java. As some of the factors that have been identified earlier, where the measurement of perception assessed by three (3) indicators: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor, it turns out the six factors are: age, sex, education, occupation, income level and religiosity very affect the formation of customer perception of 69.7%. And of the six factors, only the factor that religiosity is acceptable because it has a good level of significance, that is 0.0001 Keywords: Finance, Islamic banking, profit and los-sharing, religiosity

Abstract

Realitas di masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa perempuan masih saja tersubordinasi di hampir semua lini kehidupan, mulai dari negara (hukum dan politik), masyarakat (sosial, budaya, agama), keluarga, hingga dalam kediriannya. Persoalan diskriminasi terhadap perempuan di ranah hukum keluarga masih banyak terjadi. Catatan  tahunan (catahu) Komnas perempuan tahun 2010 menunjukkan angka fantastik bahwa  96 % dari kekerasan yang menimpa perempuan terjadi di ranah domestik. Tulisan ini berupaya untuk melakukan pembacaan terhadap salinan putusan Pengadilan Agama Kota Metro dalam perkara cerai gugat akibat KDRT, terkait dengan capaian keadilan bagi perempuan.  Hasil dari pembacaan ini menunjukkan bahwa keadilan bagi perempuan pencari keadilan baru dapat dirasakan pada tataran legal formal. Sementara, keadilan substantif yang dikehendaki belum tercapai lantaran ada beberapa hak perempuan pascaperceraian seperti hak mut’ah, hak nafkah pada masa iddah, dan hadhanah yang tidak terakomodir dalam putusan.  Pembacaan terhadap putusan pengadilan dilakukan dengan menggunakan perspektif perempuan (feminist legal-theory) dan didukung data wawancara dengan para hakim dan panitera.Kata kunci: Cerai Gugat, KDRT, Keadilan substantif , feminist legal-theory

Abstract

This research is aimed at identifying what difficulties the students have in doing the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) test; a standardized test to measure a person’s global English competence. To solve the problems, Mind Map technique, a process of mapping the mind to correlate the certain problems from the neuron cells forming the concept correlation into an understanding and the results is directly expressed in a piece of paper, with an animation that is easily understood by the maker, was implemented. Therefore, this research is also aimed at finding out whether the implementation of Mind Map technique can increase the students’ competence in doing the TOEFL test.This technique was applied on the basis of the single-group-design experiment, where the research was conducted in one group only. Drawn as one group pre-test + post-test: O1  X  O2, this design tries to use the subjects as controls for themselves and omits the control group. This design is also called ‘repeated measures’ design because the subjects are measured two times at its dependent variable. The treatment was conducted 8 times, one pre-test and one post-test. The data was analyzed by using t-test to know the difference between the early and final ability.Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that Mind Map technique can increase the subjects’ ability to do the TOEFL test so that their scores can also increase. The results of the analysis shows that the index of tobserved is -11,621 or tabsolute 11,621, higher than the index of ttable at df 30 and significance level of 5%, that is 2,042. Meanwhile, the difficulties the students have include the difficulties in matching the limited test time duration, identifying the pronunciation at listening section, mastering the grammar and vocabulary, as well as understanding the reading text content. The subjects also have positive perception toward the implementation of this technique to increase their ability in doing the test. They consider that Mind Map technique can help them do the test guided, systematically, and enjoyable.

Abstract

Abstract The concept of English vocabulary might have been overgeneralized as a list of words to note or to memorize.  The concept is full of technical terms to digest such as word family, lexeme, multi-words unit, polysemy, collocation, connotation, idiom, and so forth. In teaching vocabulary, then, those terms ought to be considered in line with the effort of finding out the approach the teacher finds useful. This would be much more effective when the supports from the institution, in the form of policies, are available. The purpose of this research is to identify the challenges and opportunities of teaching English vocabulary within a specific formal education background called English Language Teaching Department of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro. Such purposes are viewed in the perspective of the possible policies that could be implemented by the department. Therefore, a policy research consisting of four phases is used. The phases involve identifiying issues and problems, understanding key issues, setting up treatments, and monitoring and evaluating the progress. This research suggests that the department or institution pursue such policies as setting up a standardization of English-English dictionary, implementing the minimum requirement of vocabulary competency, and shifting paradigm or approach of teaching vocabulary. A lexical approach is highly recommended for it embraces the related technical terms within the concept of English vocabulary.Keywords: Vocabulary, word family, policy research, lexical approach.

Abstract

Islamic Religion Education is one of the subjects that should be given in every level of education, from the lowest to the highest. All this tune, the leaching implementation of this subject are more dominated by teachers, either in directing pupils to know, to understand, to apply the norms of religion or in creating them to be both individual and social creatures. In transferring the Islamic education into tore pupil life in the form of faith, Islamic law, understanding toward reading and writing of Al-Qur’an, the use of an appropriate method and completeness of infra structure are the prime determinant in this case in order to gain desired goals.Keyword: Islamic religion education, teacher and Islamic elementary school

Abstract

Learning habit and academic guidance are believed as  supporting factors for the students’ grade point appendix. A good learning habit and an effective academic guidance lead to optimum student’s grade point appendix. The combination of the two variables influences the students’ grade point appendix. This research, then, is conducted based on such assumption above. The problems of this research are: is there any influence of the academic guidance toward the students’ grade point appendix? Is there any influence of the learning habit toward the students’ grade point appendix? Is there any influence of the academic guidance and the learning habit toward the students’ grade point appendix? The objective of this research is to know the influence of the learning habit and the academic guidance toward the students’ grade point appendix of the seventh semester students of PAI of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro. The sample of this research is 45 students of PAI of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro. A questionnaire technique is used to collect the data on the learning habit and the academic guidance. Meanwhile, a documentation technique is used to gain the data on the historical background of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro and the data on the seventh semester students’ grade point appendixes. In collecting the data on the academic guidance, the researcher uses interview technique. The results of the research show that the academic guidance influences the students’ grade point appendixes with the value of  R = 0.193 and R2 = 0.037; and that the learning habit influences the students’ grade point appendixes with the value of R2 = 0.007. Furthermore, the academic guidance and the learning habit simultaneously influence the students’ grade point appendixes with the value of R2 = 0.053. The researcher, therefore, concludes that the academic guidance and the learning habit influence the seventh semester students’ grade point appendixes of PAI of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro. Keywords: Influence, habit and academic guidance, and students’ grade point appendix.

Abstract

Terorisme dan Negara Islam Indonesia (NII) sampai saat ini menjadi tema hangat di berbagai media. Kedua masalah ini menjadi perhatian serius pemerintah, karena keduanya mengganngu kehidupan masyarakat dan mengancam stabilitas pemerintahan dan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.Pemerintah berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk menanggulangi aksi terorisme dan gerakan NII. Berbagai cara dan pendekatan telah dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini. Pendekatan hukum sebagai upaya pemberantasan melalui penyelidikan, penyidikan, penyidangan, dan eksekusi terhadap para pelaku teror di Indonesia telah dilakukan. Bahkan pemerintah sekarang mulai menempuh cara pencegahan dengan membentuk Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Terorisme (BNPT).Mengenai gerakan NII, pemerintah juga berupaya melalui berbagai langkah. Di antaranya melalui kordinasi berbagai Kementerian dan departemen. Mulai dari Kementerian Pertahanan dan Keamanan, Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia, Kementerian Agama, sampai Kementrian Pendidikan Nasional. Pelibatan Kementrian Pendidikan Nasional memang sangat penting dan tepat, mengingat selama ini jaringan gerakan NII sangat berkaitan dengan lembaga pendidikan. Dari berbagai kasus yang muncul selama ini, pola perekrutan anggota baru NII melalui Sekolah Menegah Atas dan Perguruan Tinggi.

Abstract

The Islamic religious leaders in the village have obligation against adolescents morality. Even though this role has been done by the islamic religious leaders, but some adolescents in Banjarrejo village have bad morality. This research aims to explore relationship of development of islamic religious leaders to adolescents morality in Banjarrejo village, Batanghari, East Lampung. The research is quantitative  research in which the data obtained by interview and documentation.
