Abstract

Pada hakikatnya al-Qur’an itu merupakan perbendaharaan yang besar untuk membudayakan manusia, terutama di bidang kerohanian. Ia pada umumnya merupakan kitap pendidikan kemasyarakatan, akhlak dan spiritual. Sehingga muncul kedamaian hati itu datang melalui dzikir dan membaca al-Qur’an. Sebagaimana firman Allah: “Ingatlah dengan mengingat Allah hati menjadi tenang”. Artinya, semakin tinggi frekuensi interaksi kita terhadap al-Qur’an, maka akan berimplikasi kepada  kedamaian dan mempermudah dalam menguatkan hafalannya. Semangat ini yang melandasi pondok pesantren putri Imaadul Billad ‘Aisyiyah kota Metro untuk terus berjuang keras dengan didampingi ibu Aisyiyah dan para ustad untuk menyelamatkan generasi dengan menghafal al-Qur’an. Hidup bersama al-Qur’an bahagia besama al-Qur’an. Untuk itu mulailah dari sekarang, jangan pernah menunda kesempatan emas karena ia tidak akan pernah datang untuk kedua kalinya.  Mulailah dengan niat dan komitmen tinggi untuk selalu hidup bersama  al-Qur’an.Keywords: Metode tkhashshus, menghafal, Al-Qur’an

Abstract

The research is aimed at searching and providing an alternative method to increase the reading ability of the children with Mental Retardation. Mental retardation is the condition of mental development is limited and does not grow normally. Researches have prooved that the Glenn Domann Method can improve the Baby’s ability and injured children in reading. The reseacher conducted an action research by applying Glenn Doman method and then applied qualitative approach to analyze five students with special needs in the learning process of public elementary school for children with special needs. The research was investigating the implementation of the method in the teaching learning applied four times per week which spent thirty minutes per meeting. This research had been conducted within twenty four meetings in three months with three circles. The result of this reseach is that the implementation of Glenn Domann method did not significantly increase the reading ability of the mental retardation students. Students are more interested with the object drawn than the words provided. The no involvement of parents during research could be the factor why the influence is not significant. However, although the facts that the students have low intelligence and mental retardation became the crucial factors of the failure of the method, the positive movement and more concerns on the students with the same condition must always be committed.Keywords: Mental retardation, reading, glenn domann method

Abstract

AbstractBalaghah is regarded as a difficult subject matter by the students of Arabic Departement of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro. The difficulty is due to a lot of various factors, one of them is the using of Arabic books published be Middle East schools. The title of the research: Teaching Balaghah on Arabic Language Education Program of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro in Improving Student Achievement (A Feasibility Analysis)”. This research is aimed at understanding and analyzing: (a) The balaghoh subject on Arabic Departement of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro; (b). The learning achievement of Balaghoh Subject of students of Arabic Departement of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro; (c). The effect Instructional Materials Balaghoh feasibility study on student achievement of Arabic Departement of  STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro. Before distributing the data, validity and reliability tests were carried out; the data obtained were processed with the computer program SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 16.0 with a 95 % significance level (α= 5 %). As for testing the researchers hypothesis using Simple Linear Regression Test. The results showed: (a). Balaghoh Subject of the Arabic Departement of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro was feasible for use. This was indicated by a score of an average value of 47.2; (b). Student Achievement of Balaghoh of Arabic Departement of STAIN Jurai Metro Siwo was average height with an average score of 43.5, and (c). There was a significant relationship between Instructional Materials Balaghoh Feasibility study on student achievement of Arabic Departement of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro. It was shown in the results of the correlation between variables X and Y, the value obtained was 0.892 means a significant difference between the feasibility Balaghoh teaching materials with improved student achievement of Arabic Departement of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro.Keywords: Balaghah teaching materials, and learning achievement.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research deals with a model development of a constructive-based Arabic teaching materials in Islamic Junior High School (IJHS) of Metro city, Lampung. The population of this research was all seventh graders of state IJHS  of Metro in Batang Hari East Lampung regency academic year of 2012/2013. The population consisted of 250 students from seven classes. The samples of this research were taken randomly using the random table system. The result of the field try out shows that the Arabic teaching material developed in this research is valid. There is a significant difference in term of grade of the experimental class before and after the treatment. The value of t-table is 1.68 while the value of t-observed is 25.109; so t-observed is higher than t-table (25.109>1.68). Meanwhile, the value of t-observed within the control class is smaller than t-table (1.36 < 1.68). It shows that the means of the control class before and after the treatment using a non-developed model remain similar. Keywords: Arabic, teaching materials, a constructive-base.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAkhwal Syakhshiyyah (AS) is the oldest course in the faculty of Syaria STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro and is the founding pioneer of the establishment of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro in 1997. Scientific knowledge developed by AS is scientific sharia (Islamic law) at a concentration of family law study. The output of AS course, since 1997-2013, was 191 graduates (data recorded), who spread over several districts in Lampung province, and some parts of outside Lampung. To view the extent to which graduates of the AS course can be beneficial to the community in accordance with its core competencies, a tracking study has been conducted. The tracking study was conducted by surveying all graduates in the latest five years, 2009-2013, amounting to 90 alumni. Data were collected through documentation, questionnaire, and observation. Theresult of the alumni tracking study showed that the AS alumni work in a relatively diverse career ranging from Lecturer, Registrar in PA, KUA Employee, marketing, employees, and teachers. However, alumni who work in the area of core competencies are still very limited; most alumni work in the field of education and Islamic financial institutions. Hence, the relevance and competence in relation to the needs of the working should be reviewed to minimize the gap between the field of higher education with the employment. Keywords: Alumni, tracking study, ahwal shakhsiyyah

Abstract

The evaluation was conducted in an integrated manner with the learning activities. evaluation can be done both in formal and informal atmosphere, in the classroom, outside the classroom, integrated in the teaching and learning activities or done at that particular time. The evaluation was conducted through a variety of means, such as written tests, assessment of students’ work through a collection of work (work) students (work-sheet), and evaluation work present (performance)of students. In this study using the technique of documentation in the form of draft national final exam Madrasah Aliyah (MA) in 2012/2013. This study used a qualitative method, which seeks to describe about the quality of the test items the national final exam Madrasah Aliyah (MA) in 2012/2013 in terms of validity andthe reliability, the degree of difficulty of items, distinguishing items, and functionof troublemaker, and compliance problems with standards of competence and competence base. From the analysis conducted, it appears that in terms of materials and construction aspects of the study exam final exam national standard Arabic subjects Madrasah Aliyah (MA) in 2012/2013 in general is still not good. Abstract

Statististics instruction 1 is aimed at educating and training the students on how to collect, display, analysis, and interprete research data. Such skill is needed to writing final scientific paper.This research is also aimed at investigating the students’ motivativation and learning result in learning statistics by implementing concept map. This research was conducted in the fourth semester students of Islamic Education Department in academic year of 2013/2014 through two cycles. The firts cycle discussed data material, data display, and data analysis; while the second cycle discussed central tendency of data. Evaluation of each cycle is conducted through pre-test, post-test, discussion, and presentation. The result of this research shows that statistics instruction through concept map increased student’ learning achievement in which the average score of pre-test of the first cycle is 35.13 while post-test is 80.69. Statistics instruction using map concept method increased students’ motivation with the percentage of 70.10. The students found that map concept helped increase their motivation and finally improve the result of statistics 1 instruction.Keywords: Concept map method, instruction, statistics

Abstract

ABSTRACT The existence of a contract cannot be separated from the basics of tying, to reach a consensus in the agreement, the parties should have the same inclination, good and gives you the freedom to decide something that should be included in the agreement/contract, without any compulsion, for agreement this will occur as a law for the parties to agree to make it. The basic substance is an illustration of the principle of freedom of contract for which the perspective of law in Indonesia implementation must be framed by other Articles in the framework of the legal system and the full contract round. These articles are article 1320 BW, 1335BW, 1337-1339BW and 1347 BW. But in fact the implementation of the principle of freedom of contract only to the determination of the amount of profit sharing clause for clause contained in a contract already programmed into the existing financial system. Keywords: Freedom of contract, contracts, BMT.

Abstract

ABSTRACT             In recent years people are enabled to communicate each other more easily by using cellular phone. One of the fitures in cellular phones is Short Message Service (SMS). It is also used in State Islamic College (STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro) between students and their lecturers. The problems arise when the students send SMS by using acronyms and unfamiliar abbreviations which is hard to be understood by their lecturers immediately, for instance sorbarbal, k2, s7, t4, rules/ rulez. The purpose of the study is to describe many kinds of abbreviation in SMS and to find out the specific types of SMS sent by the students to the lecturers of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro. This is a qualitative study whose data are SMS languages sent  by the students to their lecturers from the same campus (STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro) from July to September 2014. Data from the writer’s cellular phone and other lecturers’ are written and classified in the data cards, then analysed by using contextual method. Those are done to know the incompleteness of the lexicon in SMS language because of the incomplete writing, the use of symbols of letters, and also acronyms. The last step is data analysis which is done descriptively. Based on the data analysis it is concluded that SMS languages sent by the students to their lecturers include the missing of vocal and also consonant, the missing of front and also back vowels, monophthongisation, number homophones, letter homophones, and acronyms.  Keywords: SMS languages, vocal, consonant, acronym.

Abstract

Social science is an important subject to be taught in the school because it has been designed to develop knowledge, insight, and critical thinking so that the students would be able to live in harmony in the misdt of the society. Nevertheless, the current teaching practice of social science is far from perfect since it consists only general explanation of a topic being taught. Consequently, the students tend to dislike social science. To cope with such, the researcher utilized the mind-mapping model to develop the teaching practice so that, in turn, the students would be better at doing the class activities. The research was conducted in State Senior High School 1 of Gisting district. The research itself was a classroom action research consisting of two cycles. The result of the research shows that the use of Mind-mapping model has helped the students of the school increase their grades as well as their involvement in the classroom activities.Keywords : social science learning, classroom activities, grades, mind-mapping model
