Abstract

The observation and field notes on the process found that teachers lack guiding when students recognize and choose poetry to serve as a model. Teachers allow students to work on their own without direction and guidance. While there are some students who are not responsive, even tend to disregard the instructions and activities of the group. In general, they cleave to the work of a friend in the group. They do a lot of sideline activities that are not directly related to the teaching activities. For example, they talked about other things outside activities related to the manufacture of poetry. Meanwhile, when students do activities drafted more poetry teacher sitting at the teacher’s desk, students are left to work alone with a variety of problems and difficulties. From the results of the students’ learning achievement in writing poetry can be quite promising results. That is, the score obtained by the student assessment is not too bad, but it also cannot be said to be good. Average value at each grade range is 55% to 68%. Abstract

ABSTRACTLegal issues interest money is a long time until is still being debated and still warm    (up to date) to be studied. Venture capital can be obtained through their own funds or from loans either flowering or without interest. Equity and interest-free loans hard to come by smaller and refund period is shorter than that of capital loans . This leads to people / companies prefer to raise capital through loans. Quran did not give an explanation interest money, but included in the study usury. The scholars of diverse opinions on the legal interest as working capital. This research is aimed at exploring the perceptions of the cleric Al-Muhsin cottage on the interest money as venture capital. The results showed that the cleric Pondok Pesantren Al - Muhsin different opinions about the legal interest of money as capital. In this case can be classified in two kinds. First, unclean sponsored by teachers, teacher interpretation, hadith, and the opinions of teachers, teacher sayariah/fiqh and religious scholar, teacher of Islamic dates. Second, permissible, sponsored by the opinions of teachers, teacher syariah/ Date fiqh and Islamic cleric opinion, and the opinion of the chaplain/ language teach. Key words: Interest money, venture capital, haraam, revenue sharing system, the cleric   PondokPesantren Al – Muhsin.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is aimed at describing the supervision of the implementation of 2013 curriculum critically and qualitatively by PAI supervisor toward headmaster and teachers of Madrasah in Metro city. The data collecting techniques used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation. The results of the research are (1) supervision toward  madrasah headmaster through socialization of 2013 curriculum, formation of madrasah development team,  technical guidance, madrasah self-evaluation, arrangement of medium working plan 2014-2019, arrangement of working plan 2014-2015, intensification of madrasah curriculum development team, arrangement of 2013 curriculum and its legalization process, and guidance of madrasah pre-accreditation. (2) Supervision toward madrasah teachers though socialization, technical guidance of 2013 curriculum, formation and intensification of MGMP activity, and administration, academic, and clinical supervision according to each subject especially to scoring model and authenticity. Keywords: Supervision, PAI supervisor, implementation, 2013 curriculum, madrasah.

Abstract

Teachers do not need to be “preachers” who continues lecturing and cramming the students with a lot of theories. In this modern era, a child should not be treatedlike a “wastebasket” which just became a reservoir of knowledge. Learners need tobe treated as a whole and holistic as human learner will absorb the experience as much as possible through the learning process interesting and fun. Therefore, the class needs to be designed as a “mini-society” that is able to provide an overview of how the students interact with each other. In other words, the class should be able to become a “magnet” that can suck the students’ interest and attention of students to continue to learn, not as prison that restrains their freedom to think, talk, argue, take the initiative, or interaction.Keywords: Deep dialogue/critical thinking, teaching methood, innovative.

Abstract

This article is the result of research that aims to describe the Islamic values in economic subjects in MAN Yogyakarta III. In addition, based on the findings of this research used as a basis for designing modules economic subjects charged Islamic values as a guide teachers to teach economics at MAN Yogyakarta III. Subjects in this study was the deputy head of the curriculum MAN Yogyakarta III, MAN Yogyakarta III economics teacher, and several students majoring in social studies MAN Yogyakarta III. Selection of subjects in this study was porpusive sampling. Primary data were collected through interviews and secondary data supported by relevant documents. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative method by steps: data collection, data reduction, data display and analysis. The results of this study has been indicated that the economic subjects in MAN Yogyakarta III still tend to be dominated values-liberal capitalist economy, while Islamic economics or economics based on Islamic values have not taught formally. As for the design of the modules loaded Islamic values in economic subjects in MAN Yogyakarta III proposed consists of three stages, namely; analysis, design, and development.Keywords  : Economics subject, Islamic value, insemination, State Islamic Senior High Scool III of Yogyakarta

Abstract

Submission of the people to God is limited by legal formal jurisprudence which is a set of procedures for worship. Though closeness to God can only be built with the submission, obedience and spiritual dialogue with God are needed. That is commonly practiced by Sufis and also perhaps by the Jama’ah Tabligh (JT). One of the teachings in the JT concept is to develop a simple lifestyle, full of modesty, moderation, also do not like to waste. Ushulul Dakwah has clearly illustrated that view by reducing four things namely: the time to eat and drink, sleep and rest period, a mosque and a time out to speak or perform activities in vain.Keywords: Sufisme, Jama’ah Tabligh

Abstract

Learning management is the capacity of the teacher to design learning  process. Through a good management, the learning will be achieved the desired  learning objectives. There are three stages in the implementation of learning  management namely design strategies and lesson planning, then management  during the learning process, and the evaluation of learning outcomes. In the learning management, there are two goals to be achieved. The first is instructional effects, it means the objectives of teaching that explicitly sought accomplishments with specific actions. The second is nurturing effect, it means the goals that show bonding results. It can be achieved because the students are to live in a system of specific learning environment. Interpersonal intelligence as part of a nurturant effect, indispensable achievements. Because mastery of interpersonal intelligence, will be the students as personal understanding the felling, it can take the appropriate action, put yourself supple, harmonious and in tune with the social environment. The correlation between interpersonal intelligence and fiqih is the behavior of dynamic human activity by fiqih’s patterned after the values    that guarantee the establishment of a religious and pious society. This is a classroom action research research. Techniques of data collection method by observation, test and interviews. The data analysis tehniques used descriptive was exploratory. Implementation of this research is the learning management of fiqh in MTs. Al-Islam to improve interpersonal intelligence of the students, done in two ways. Firstly, by implementing cooperative learning strategies. It is intended that students can interact longer with their friends in the discussions and group work. Secondly, the various actions of the fiqih teacher’s in the classroom and outside the room. The results of interpersonal intelligence of the students in MTs. Abstract

ABSTRACT Reconstruction maqashid al-Shariah concept initiated by Jasser Auda provides fresh air in the middle of stagnation usul al-fiqh paradigm. However, thinking about maqashid Jasser Auda al-shariah with systems theory approach gets critical response from the lecturers PTAI in Yogyakarta, where the tradition of usul al-fiqh long since has appeared in the region. This research is a qualitative descriptive with reference to the type of field research. The subjects of this study is a lecturer PTAI in Yogyakarta predetermined purposively. To find out how the response PTAI lecturer in Yogyakarta to the idea of reconstruction maqashid al-Shariah offered Jasser Auda, this study utilized the theory of reader-response criticism. From the results, the response, such as: First, the methodological framework, philosophical, and theoretical Jasser Auda is not based on the discourse that is more fundamental, so thought Jasser Auda seemed deprived of the most fundamental roots in the context of Islamic scholarship. Secondly, the idea maqashid al-Sharia Jasser Auda is not applicable version, so it can not answer the practical question of Muslims. Yet since the beginning Jasser Auda would like to entail various extremities and try to sit in a neutral position. Third, new ideas and Jasser Auda is still stuck in the legal framework, and ignoring the cultural framework that is much more universal and fundamental. So that any legal product that is produced using the frame maqashid al-Shariah version Jasser Auda impressed not only a functional law, even uprooted from their social roots. Key words: Jasser Auda, Maqashid al-Syariah, reader-response criticism.

Abstract

Character is a crucial problem in Islam, and the character of education must be applied for all of Moslems in the world because in the Islamic perspective a branch of the pilars and fundamental doctrine of Islam is developing akhlak (noble character) beside aqidah, and syariah. Ibnu Maskawaih is the intelectual muslim and he is who have the doctrine of golden mean. He introduced in Islam about and improved how to be the good moslem, and he was thinking that caharacter education will be given to the human being since early age, because it is a integrated system in Islamic religion and will be identity of Islamic society. Good character must be possessed for every one to make the harmony in the entire of their life. Abstract

Mural has been a common phenomenon in some big cities in Indonesia. While many people have utilized it constructively, few persons have used it to address certain messages which are not in line with the Islamic values. A serious study taking the mural as its research object is very rare. Thus, this writing is aimed at providing rich description on Islamic skepticism expressed through murals in the city of Metro. The data were approached through semiotics discipline and were analyzed qualitatively. The findings of the research show that Islamic skepticism were delivered through the use of certain symbols, borrowed methapor, imperative statement, Javanese diction, English word, code-switching, and intertextualityKeywords: Mural, Islam, religion skepticism, semiotics
