Abstract

The title of this study is "Implementation of the Policy for Parking Service Charges on the Side of Public Roads in the City of Sukabumi". The purpose of this study is regarding parking services on public roads. This research found several problems, namely the ticket was not realized when collecting parking fees and the lack of Human Resources (HR) in supervising parking attendants. The method used in this research is using qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation techniques. In determining the informants in this study using the Snowball Sampling technique. The theory applied in this research is the policy implementation theory of Donald S.Van Meter and Carl E.Van Horn which is influenced by 6 dimensions. The results of implementing this policy conclude that the Implementation of Policy on Regional Regulation Number 16 of 2011 Regarding Parking Service Fees on the Side of Public Roads in the City of Sukabumi, that there are policies that have not obtained optimal results in line with the goals and objectives that have been set. If you look at the number of tickets that were not given and the lack of supervision.

Abstract

Public transportation is a means provided for the community to facilitate their daily activities, including city transportation (angkot). In providing good service and easing the burden on the community, the Sukabumi City government issued a policy of abolishing route permit fees for city transportation. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of route permit retribution tariff policies for city transportation in the city of Sukabumi. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach, the research is descriptive in nature. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses four variables of policy implementation from George Edward. From the results of the study that policy implementation has been going well when viewed from the disposition and structure of the bureaucracy. However, in terms of communication and human resources, it has been implemented but not optimal. This can hinder the success in implementing route permit recommendations at the Sukabumi City Transportation Service and needs to receive more important attention from the government for the future in implementing route permit policies.

Abstract

Waste problems in big cities is something that is often faced, as well as in the city of Tangerang. Garbage is a continuous problem that requires the active role of the community in solving it. The Tangerang City Government has carried out recycling activities with Black Soldier Flies (BSF) bioconversion in managing waste which is a form of innovation by empowering the community. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out evaluations and strategies through the theory of effectiveness seen from the aspects of achieving goals, integration and adaptation in order to see results and measure the achievements of the programs implemented and the benefits for the community. In this study using a qualitative descriptive analysis method by describing the circumstances and phenomena that occur as well as problems by conducting interviews, observations, and published documents and information. The research interviews were conducted with representatives of the Tangerang City government, environmental activists (Indonesian Benua Lestari Foundation), Jatiuwung ITF officers, and the community who received maggot cultivation training. The results obtained in the implementation of community empowerment in processing organic waste with BSF bioconversion when viewed from the aspect of achieving goals, integration and adaptation have not been effective.

Abstract

Quality assurance of national education is carried out to educate the nation's life and shape the character and civilization of a dignified nation through the SNP. The principle is to encourage managers, administrators, and education units to improve their performance in providing quality educational services and software to encourage transparency and public accountability. In its implementation, education quality assurance policies must adapt to changes and developments in science and technology and rapid global dynamics. The quality of Indonesian education has not been as expected. Accreditation to BAN-S/M, the development of school quality has not shown an encouraging development in the quality of education. The factor is not that the SNP is of low quality but that the fulfillment and implementation of the SNP have not been running optimally. The objective of this research is to: 1) Describe and analyze the evaluation of quality assurance policies for primary school education in Ponorogo; 2) Examine the factors that encourage and obstruct education quality assurance.; 3) look at the quality and functional education quality assurance model. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The data analysis technique used was evaluation. Data were analyzed interactively.

Abstract

The implementation of the school management system has a strategic role in supporting the implementation of public services at the education unit level. The role and function of supervision are needed to monitor, foster, assess, and provide professional guidance to principals, teachers, and education personnel in their target schools. The phenomenon in the field shows a gap in the quality standards of education set by the government and its implementation. No school has met the SNP of the 71 primary schools in Madiun City. This research was conducted because elementary schools in Madiun City do not yet have a quality culture according to the standards set by the government. This study aims to: a. Describe and analyze school management in realizing a quality culture. b. Analyze the factors inhibiting and supporting school management in realizing a quality culture. c. Develop a management model that can encourage a quality culture. The study was conducted qualitatively. The results of the study are as follows; a. The management of elementary schools in Madiun City has met the criteria for quality culture, but at the implementation level, it is not optimal. It can be seen that school management is not optimal, so the quality culture has not been realized as expected by the government. b. Supporting factors, schools are committed to implementing SPMI towards quality cultured schools following applicable regulations, supported by educators and education staff who have the appropriate qualifications. Provisions, a management information system, and the availability of special officers.

Abstract

A success fluency in an organization is largely determined by individual performance and organizational performance in achieving the goals of the organization. This is where the role of the leader is very important and much needed, leadership led by a reliable leader will help build the organization or agency he leads. To find out the role of the leader in the The Investment Office And One-Stop Integrated Services In Sukabumi City, researchers used the theory of Henry Mintzberg who argued that there were three main roles played by every leader regardless of the hierarchical location, namely The Interpersonal Role, The Informational Role, and The Decisional Role. The research method used is a qualitative research method, data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that each role fulfills the criteria of being e leader, capable of playing a role in directing and motivating employees, capable of playing a role in providing information and being a source of information, and capable of playing in important role in terms of decision making.

Abstract

The security system stipulated in the Decree of the Leadership of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia Number 51/PIMP/III/2008-2009 concerning General Guidelines for Security Management in the Office Complex of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia, is a Standard Operating Procedure that has been implemented so far. The security system applied is a zoning security system with a security level of Very Important Person (VIP). To implement the system and level of security, it requires the support of Pengamanan Dalam personnel who have very good security competence. The research method used is a qualitative approach research method, where the data taken comes from three sources, namely the results of interviews with 14 key informants, namely 2 Members of the People's Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia, Echelon II Officials, Echelon III, Echelon IV Secretariat general of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia, and staff who are deemed to know the problem. Apart from that, field observations and document review related to the previous recruitment of internal security personnel. The results of the study have illustrated that the cause of the non-optimal results of Pengamanan Dalam personnel recruitment is the absence of Standard Operating Procedures, the absence of openness in its implementation so as to facilitate irregularities in the recruitment process. The resulting recruitment pattern in order to get competent personnel is, internal and external collaboration with agencies, transparency, clear competency standards and strong supervision and commitment.

Abstract

In accelerating the handling of slum areas, the Government of Tangerang City continues to strive to improve infrastructure in order to reduce slum areas to become better areas. Various activities for handling slum areas have been carried out, one of which is through community empowerment with the development of thematic villages. This program is developed and utilized to support the improvement of people's welfare independently and sustainably by maximizing the potential of the region. This study aims to determine the implementation of handling slum areas using Charles O. Jones' theory with three aspects, namely organization, interpretation, and application. The research method was carried out using descriptive qualitative data collection techniques obtained through key informant interviews, document review and direct observation, with data sources obtained from primary and secondary data with loci in Mango Village and Pinkli Village. The strategy for handling slum areas in Tangerang City has been carried out comprehensively and partially and has begun to have an impact on the surrounding community. However, this is still being carried out on an ongoing basis so that the City of Tangerang becomes a city that is livable, investable, visitable, and an e-city.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of organizational restructuring and remuneration on the effectiveness of the implementation of the primary duties and functions of the clerkship and secretariat of the Pontianak High Court. This study can be classified as survey research based on the research design. Meanwhile, in terms of the explanatory level, this study is associative. The object of this study is the organization of the clerkship and secretariat of the Pontianak High Court. The population in this study was employees within the Pontianak High Court, which amounted to 65 people. The study concluded that implementing organizational restructuring and remuneration greatly affects the effectiveness of implementing the main duties and functions of the clerkship and secretariat of the Pontianak High Court, both singly and jointly.

Abstract

Public service management is the process of planning, implementing, coordinating, and completing service activities to realize service goals. This study aimed to identify and analyze public service management and build an ideal service model at the Internal Medicine Polyclinic at Meuraxa Hospital, Banda Aceh City. This study used descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Informants in this study consisted of outpatients, doctors, nurses, head of medical services, chair of the quality committee. The results of this study explained that the management of health services for outpatients of the Internal Medicine Polyclinic can be analyzed using professional service indicators, as follows: effective service, clarity and certainty (transparency), effective, timely service, responsiveness, and adaptability. This study concludes that outpatients feel satisfied with the services provided by the Internal Medicine Polyclinic.
