Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of the research is to know the correlation between Authoritarian Parenting, student’s Emotional Intelligence with Student’s autonomy. Subjects of the research are 70 person of Elementary School Students grade fifth (5th ) in gugus IV area, Merakurak district, Tuban regency. Data were collected by scales of Authoritarian Parenting, student’s Emotional Intellegence and Student’s self control The partial correlation. The data analysis used multiple regression analysis and than partial correlations. Results of multiple regression analiysis showed that the Authoritarian Parenting and student’s Emotional Intellegence have a significant relation with students’ autonomy. The partial correlation of Authoritarian Parenting and students’ autonomy have a significant correlation to negative side. The partial correlation of Emotional Intellegence and students’ autonomy have a significant correlation to positive side. Authoritarian parenting and student’s emotional intelligence give effective contibution to Student’s autonomy about 55,2 %. Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study to examine the relationship of emotional intelligence and perception of the peace-loving character education to adolescent adjustment. The subjects of this study were 150 high school students in the country I Ketapang Sampang. Data collected melui scale of emotional intelligence, perception and character education peaceful adjustment. Data analysis using regression and correlation techniques. The results of the study show that there is no correlation between emotional intelligence and adolescent adjustment. However, different results indicated that there is significant and positive relationship between perceptions of peace-loving character education with adolescent adjustment.Keywords : Emotional Intelligence, Perception of Peace-Loving Character Education, Adolescent Adjustment.

Abstract

Abstract. The research was conducted to find out the relationship between the perception of Kiai’s leadership and the conformity with the student’s obedience to the Islamic boarding school’s rule. The subject of the research was 115 of the Islamic boarding school’s students at Raudlatul Ulum Arrahmaniyah. The instrument used the obedience scale, perception of Kiai’s leadership scale and conformity scale. analyzing result shows that F value 22,879 and p = 000 (p<0,01), While the result of analyzing determination test shows that the perception to the Kiai’s leadership and conformity give an effective contribution to the student’s obedience to the rule of Islamic boarding school by 23,9 %. Abstract

Abstract. This cross-sectional study empirically examines the motivation and certification as antecedent welfare and performance of teachers and welfare as antecedent performance. Slovin formulation is used to take a sample of 244 teachers. Samples were taken from a population of 624 teachers who are already certified. Testing the model fit using Structural Equation Modeling. The test results demonstrate the value of χ2 = 449.163; p = 0.542; RMSEA = 0.000; GFI = 0.901; AGFI = 0.884; CMN / DF = 0.991; TLI = 1.001, and; CFI = 1.000. Results Analysis of Moment Structures / AMOS all support the model fit hypothesis. The findings of the study stated motivation and certification plays an important role in efforts to enhance the welfare and performance of teachers. Teacher performance can be predicted through the welfare of teachers. The research findings will be discussed in the context of motivational teacher certification program.Keywords: motivation, certification, welfare, performance

Abstract

Abstract. The aim of this research is to know the connection between self concept and education of democratic parents and the students social competence in the students of SMP 20 Surabaya. The sample of this research is students grade VII SMP 20 Surabaya.The regression analyst gives the result :There is a connection between the self concept and education of democratic parents and the students social competence on SMP 20 Surabaya, The value of F = 21,312 on P = 0,00 (<0.01). There is a positive connection between the self concept with the students social competence in SMP 20 Surabaya with the value of t = 3,719 on P = 0,000 (<0,01). There is a significant connection between the education of democratic parents and the students social competence in SMP 20 Surabaya with the value t = 2,919 on P = 0,004 (<0.01). Abstract

Intisari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara keterbukaan terhadap pengalaman dan efikasi diri dengan kreativitas dengan melibatkan 105 mahasiswa fakultas sastra di Universitas 17 Agustus Surabaya (78 mahasiswa bahasa Inggris dan 27 mahasiswa bahasa Jepang). Alat ukur yang digunakan antara lain skala kreativitas (berdasarkan teori Psiko Komponen Suharnan), skala keterbukaan terhadap pengalaman, dan skala efikasi diri.Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa keterbukaan terhadap pengalaman dan efikasi diri berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan kreativitas di mana nilai F sebesar 55,353 pada nilai p sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,01). Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,520, sehingga hal ini berarti kedua variabel bebas (keterbukaan terhadap pengalaman dan efikasi diri) memberikan sumbangan efektif secara bersama-sama sebesar 52% kepada variabel terikat (kreativitas). Prosentase determinasi menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri lebih memberikan sumbangan efektif (46,332%) daripada keterbukaan terhadap pengalaman (5,714%).Kata Kunci: Kreativitas, keterbukaan terhadap pengalaman, efikasi diri

Abstract

Intisari, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kematangan emosi dan percaya diri dengan penyesuaian sosial. Subyek penelitian siswa kelas V SD Kristen Petra 5 sebanyak 106 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara kematangan emosi dan percaya diri terhadap penyesuaian sosial  (F = 37,310 pada p = 0,000); Secara parsial diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara kematangan emosi dengan penyesuaian sosial (t = 5,715 pada p = 0,000) dan percaya diri mempunyai hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan penyesuaian sosial (t = 2,053 pada p = 0,043).Kata kunci      : penyesuaian sosial, kematangan emosi, dan  percaya diri

Abstract

This study aimed to test the effectiveness of the model outbound conflict resolution training to improve interpersonal conflict resolution skills in adolescent self . The population was 198 adolescents aged 16-18 years who waitinglist follow the activities of outbound training in TSOT Group Prigen, purposive sampling is done by taking a low score scale resolution of the conflict as much as 30 teenagers who will be divided into two groups: the control group and the experiment group. Calculations made from gainscore value obtained from the pretest and posttest control group and experimental groups with nonparametric statistical Wilcoxon Signed Rank test . Based on the calculation obtained by the Sig . ( 2 tailed) is 0.001 < 0.05 , the obtained results of Ho refused and H1 accepted that there is effectiveness of outbound training model of conflict resolution in improving interpersonal conflict resolution skills in adolescent self.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of self-efficacy training to improve confidence in making career decisions (CDMSE) and achievement motivation (N-Ach) in 60 high school students. Through experimental approaches, obtained by 30 students as the experimental group and 30 students as a control group. Data were collected through questionnaires tests before and after the test, which is then analyzed by t-test. As the results of pre-test and post-test on a scale CDMSE test for the experimental group obtained probability value of 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that the hypothesis of no effect of self-efficacy training to CDMSE acceptable. so that self-efficacy training gives pangaruh to decision making career in high school students to determine the level of studies. And the results of the analysis of pre test and post test N-Ach-scale test in the experimental group obtained probability value of 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that in the experimental group there are differences in the results of pre-test to post-test. So the hypothesis that there is the influence of self-efficacy training to N-ach proven.

Variablesused in this study consist of the independent variable is brand minded life style (X).
