Abstract

The purpose of thid study is to test the relationship between self efficacy and social support by burnout to nurses. The variables of the the study are measured by using self efficacy scale , social support scale and burnout scale. The subjects of the study are 60 employed nurses, aged between 20 – 40. The input data is analyzed by using Spearmann Rho. The result show that shows that self efficacy doesn’t have relation with burnout , showing Rhoo = 0,002 and p = 0,986. Social support doesn’t have relationship doesn’t have relationship with burnout , where are Rhoo = 0,089 to p = 0.498. On different study by mannwhitney = 444,500 and p = 0,946 show that self efficacy difference between senior and medior. Social support of Mann Whitney U test = 211,500 and p = 0,000 show that there is significant different between senior and medior. Burnout with mann whitney =449,500 and p =0,994 (p>0,055)showsno relation between senior and medior.

Abstract

This study aims to contain a statement that proves the influence the play of role methods to social skills of children. The subjects were 15 children and the characteristics of the subjects are: a ) children aged 4-5 years ( group A ) , b ) indicates a low social skills. The study design used one group pre - test - post - test design. Measuring instruments in this study used the Social Ability Scale from Likert Scale adaptation ( Scale Social Ability ) . Method of analysis used Mann - Whitney / Wilcoxon , to know descriptives Statistics for different test scores of pre - test and post - test . The Results of Mann - Whitney / Wilcoxon inter- rater high enough ( pre - test and post-test 86.80 154.07 . Results of Mann - Whitney / Wilcoxon shows that learning to play of role method can improve social skills of early childhood ( p = 0.000 ).

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study to examine the relation between religiosity and socialsupport to the resilience of Lapindo Sidoarjo Mudflow victims. Research variables weremeasured using resilience scale, scale of religiosity and social support scale. Subjectswere 60 victims of Lapindo mudflow that are married, age 20-40, and as a native. Datawere analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of multiple regressionanalysis showed that the variables religiosity and social support significantly associatedwith resilience (F = 22.863 at p = 0.000). Both variables contributed 44.5% towardsresilience. Separately, religiosity has a positive relationship with resilience (t = 2.439 to p= 0.018). Social support has a significant positive correlation with resilience (t = 4.952 atp = 0.000).Keywords: Religiosity, Social support, Resilience.

Abstract

Abstrac. The purpose of this study to tes the relationship between self concept and socialsupport for social adjustment in student from outside at IKIP PGRI Bali. The variable of thestudy are measured by using self concept, social support and social adjustment. The inputdata is analyzing by using regression t-test. The result show that self concept and socialsupport does have relation with social adjustment, where are F = 11,277 and p = 0,000(p<0,001). Retrived R² = 0,264 means of social adjustment student from outside explainedby variable self concept and social support. The result of the t test analysis showed nodifference adjustment, self concept and social support among male student and femalestudents.Keywords : Selt concept, Social support, Social adjustment

Abstract

Intisari. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk dapat mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara penerimaan orang tua dan konsep diri dengan motivasi berprestasi pada anak slowlearner. Subyek penelitian ini adalah slowlearner berjumlah 70 orang.Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 16 for windows diperoleh F = 16,113; p = 0,000 < 0,05. Berarti  ada hubungan yang signifikan antara penerimaan diri orang tua dan konsep diri secara bersama-sama dengan motivasi berprestasi. Jadi hipotesis yang diajukan terbukti, sementara R Square sebesar 0,466. Hal ini bermakna bahwa variabel penerimaan orang tua dan konsep diri memberikan sumbangan sebesar 46,6 % terhadap perubahan variabel motivasi berprestasi. Artinya masih terdapat 53,4 % variable lain yang tidak terukur dalam penelitian ini yang dapat memberikan pengaruh perubahan variabel motivasi berprestasi.Kata kunci: konsep diri, motivasi berprestasi, slowlearner.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know the correlation between the job stress and work motivation with employee performance. The subject for this research who are 50 non nursing participants. This result shows there were significant correlation between job stress and work motivation with employee performance (F = 3.023, p<0.05), partially found result positive correlation significantly between the job stress with performance (t = 2.254, p = 0.029) and unsignificant correlation between work motivation with performance (t = 1.1341, p = 0.186).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between religiosity and social support with happiness among perpetrators of religious conversion. The data was collected from 60 participants who had experienced with religious conversion (muallaf) in Chinese Community. The participants were between 40 and 55 years of age. Data of this study was analysed by using a multiple regression analysisThe results of multiple regression analysis showed F = 20,060 with p = 0, 00 (p < 0, 01), it was revealed that religiosity and social support were found to be highly significant with happiness. Therefore, the result of this study indicated that hypothesis that there is any relationship between religiosity and social support with happiness was accepted. The results of partial correlation analysis were; (1) there was positive correlation between religiosity and happiness (r partial = 0,473, t = 4,056, with p = 0,000 (p<0,01)). It means,by increasing the religiosity, the happiness among perpetrators of religious conversion also will increase and (2) there was no any correlation between social support and happiness among perpetrators of religious conversion(r partial = 0,221 t = 1,715,with p = . 0,092 (p>0, 05)).

Abstract

Abstract. . The purpose of this study is to examine the correlation between self-conceptand conformity with adolescent consumer behavior. Research variables were measuredusing a consumer behavior scale, self concept scale and conformity scale. Subjects were60 students at 2nd grade SMA Darut Taqwa Pasuruan. Data were analyzed usingregression analysis. The results showed that self-concept and conformity significantlyassociated with consumer behavior. Separately, self-concept significantly has a negativecorrelation with consumer behavior. Abstract

Research that takes the subject 100 employees at PT. X in Surabaya branch fromand marketing supporting division to find the motivation to work and internal locus ofcontrol and job satisfaction in a correlational study. Data collected through questionnairesand analyzed by multiple regression test. The results show the value of F = 3.449; p =0.0036 (p <0.05), which means that work motivation and internal locus of controlcombination has a significant correlation with employees job satisfaction. It can besaid that the hypothesis that states motivation and internal locus of control on employeesat the marketing and supporting division have a relationship with employee satisfaction,that means it can be accepted. The value of R2 = 0.066 describe motivation and internallocus of control simultaneously have contributed effectively to job satisfaction up to 6.6%and that is a quite low in value. Partial test results of work motivation are t = 2.353; p= 0.021 (p <0.05), which means there is a significant positive correlation between workmotivation and job satisfaction, while the result of internal locus of control are = -0.572;p = 0.568 (p> 0.05), that means there is no correlation between the internal locus ofcontrol and job satisfaction.Keywords : Job satisfaction, work motivation, internal locus of control

Abstract

Intisari. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji pengaruh Experiential learning terhadap kepercayaan diri dan kerjasama tim remaja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang dilakukan pada siswa VII MTs. Babussalam Kalibening Mojoagung Jombang dengan jumlah subyek 60 orang siswa. Pengumpulan data untuk mengungkap kepercayaan diri menggunakan skala kepercayaan diri dan kerjasama tim ukur dengan skala kerjasama tim, sedangkan Experiential learning diberikan sebagai treatmen pada kelompok eksperimen. Analisis data untuk variabel kepercayaan diri dilakukan dengan analisis Mann-Whitney karena data variabel ini tidak homogen dan analisis untuk variabel kerjasama tim dilakukan dengan uji-t student. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan kepercayaan diri antara kelompok eksperimen yang mendapat treatment Experiential learning dengan kelompok kontrol yang tidak mendapat treatment pretest-post test  (z = -2,537 ; p =0,011). Pada kerjasama tim ada perbedaan kerjasama tim antara kelompok eksperimen yang mendapat treatment Experiential learning dengan kelompok kontrol yang tidak mendapat treatment pretest-post test (t = 3,009 ; p. = 0,002). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Experiential learning berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan diri dan kerjasama tim  remaja.Kata kunci: Experiential learning, Kerpercayaan diri, dan Kerjsama Tim
