Abstract

The success of national education goals in particular should pay attention to the educational component of human resources. One effort to improve the quality of schools can be done by strengthening teacher's work commitment with taking into account the principal's leadership and work motivation of teachers. Based on these problems, this study aims to determine and analyze influence of principal leadership and work motivation of teachers to work commitment of teachers in SDIT Ummul Quro'in the Bogor. Instrument testing methods used SPSS software 16.00 and the hypothesis testing used structural equation model (SEM) with Smart PLS software. Characteristics of teacher respondents SDIT Ummul Quro'is dominated by women, married, educated bachelor, aged 30-39 years and has worked in SDIT Ummul Quro'for 8-15 years. One way ANOVA test results and treatment outcome descriptive that there was no difference in the commitment of teachers working for gender, age, education level, marital status and duration of work.The results of frequency distribution shows that the majority of respondents have a good perception on school leadership, teacher work motivation and work commitment of teachers. Based on the analysis of SEM with PLS approach, it is known that principal leadership significantly influence teacher's commitment to work, either directly or through the first teacher work motivation. Furthermore, in Model 1 principal leadership variables significantly influence the work motivation of teachers and the work motivation of teachers was ultimately significantly affect teacher's work commitments. It can be concluded that the principal leadership variables and the work motivation of teachers significantly influence teacher's work commitments.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of the factors that affect the quality of the service employees Local Company (Perusda) South Sulawesi in terms of the various aspects which include; employee competence, leadership, commitment to work, organizational culture, and organisasial structure, and quality of service of employees. The population in this study were all employees of the company in the area of South Sulawesi Perusda four business units, namely a total of 106 people. The results showed that (1) the value of the variable employee competence and commitment are at very high and variable categories of leadership, organizational culture, organizational structure, and quality of service of employees are in the high category, (2) employee competence and a significant positive effect on the quality of service South Sulawesi Perusda employees, (3) leadership but not significant positive effect on the quality of service of employees (4) work commitments and a significant positive effect on the quality of service of employees (5) organizational culture positive and significant impact on the quality of service of employees (6) organizational structure influence positive and significant impact on the quality of service of employees Pusda in South Sulawesi.

Abstract

Purpose of research is to know how function of security guard in increasing earnings of msyarakat fisherman in Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud. Population is all fisherman public and sample is 75 respondents. Based on result of research by using product correlation analysis moment with hypothesis expressing there is function of security guard in increasing earnings of fisherman public in Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud. Means hypothesis received to know level of determination energy power function of security guard in increasing earnings of fisherman in Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud hence result of his is 62% means earnings of fisherman public in Kepulauan Talaud 62% influenced by management of human resource, same job, and service of public and 48% determined by other factor of which is not checked by researcher. By need to increase same job of security guard and service of fisherman public causing can obey orders which have been specified to be able to increase its the earnings.

Abstract

The study is to examine and analyze the effect of product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction, examine and analyze the effect of product quality and service quality to customer loyalty on developer PT. Araya Bumi Megah Malang. Research study conducted including an explanation (explanatory research) that explain the causal relationship between variables through the course of a study testing the hypothesis of this study used a sample of 34 respondents, while sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis is the analysis of PLS (Partial Least System). The results of this study were (1) product quality have a significant influence to customer satisfaction (2) service quality has a significant influence to customer satisfaction (3) product quality has a significant influence to consumer loyalty (4) service quality has a significant influence to customer loyalty (5 ) consumer satisfaction has a significant influence to consumer loyalty (6) product quality has a significant effect to customer loyalty when through customer satisfaction (7) service quality has a significant influence on customer loyalty when through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Reform has done this nation has not reached the expected goal as the increasing community welfare, especially the increase in community welfare at lower middle and bottom level. Bureaucratic reform, democratization, and governance reform is the implementation of correct policy. But the policy has been correctly it should be implemented by human resources that are reliable. As good as any policy that created the success in implementation is determined by the people who perform. For that we need an effort to improve the management of personnel resources include personnel recruitment, remuneration system, performance appraisal, training and development supported by a strong culture and leadership, thereby building a knowledge-based government that will be able to people welfare.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of organizational learning, market orientation and organizational innovation to competitive advantage. Population of this research is the head unit PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Malang with a sample of 64 respondents. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple regression. The results show that organizational learning, organizational, innovation and market orientation significantly influence competitive advantage. In order to gain a competitive advantage, then the leader must be able to increase the capacity of learning, by providing the opportunity to enhance their knowledge about ways to work better through education and training, in addition to develop themselves in the field of science and technology. As well as cultivate discussions in groups. in solving problems at work, leadership always pay attention to the orientation of the market by focusing on the quality of services provided by competing banks. This is done as an evaluation for improvement, do develop or innovation related to banking information system, in addition to redevelop products/ services that already exist on an ongoing basis, such as Core Banking System (CBS), Electronic Banking, Enterprise Data Model, Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan, and communicates availability Network Security System.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the local original income management, as well as an improved formulation of the local original income to ensure the adequacy and efficiency of local fiscal capacity in the new autonomous region in West Sulawesi. Based on these objectives, we used analysis of effectiveness and efficiency ratio source revenue targets by local governments and real potential. The results of the analysis indicate effectiveness ratio based on the target area of tax management effective while the analysis is based on the potential showed opposite results not effective. This suggests that the target of the government's tax revenue is small in area or not adapted to the existing potential. In addition, the local government budget spent compared to the amount of revenues classified as ery efficient. If connected with the analysis of the effectiveness of taxes and levies based on the potential that are not effective, then this indicates that the low budget/expenses incurred Northern Mamuju Government result in low tax revenues and levies.

Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to increasing the service quality of (BPPT) Kota Semarang staffs by optimizing their soft skills. This research is comparing the service quality of BPPT Kota Semarang staffs before and after training. The result of this research showed that the given soft skill training was only able to contribute positively on permit applicant's satisfaction of four instruments. The four instruments were complaint, staff politeness and hospitality, and staff speed and responsiveness in giving service. However, of the four instruments that were related to human resource were staff politeness and hospitality and staff speed and responsiveness in giving service while the adjustment of paid fee and fixed fee and complaint facility influenced by the system.

Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to explain whether any impact of physical environments to the museum image, visitor's emotions and behavioral intentions of the Bung Karno Museum in Blitar. Data processing by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Technique. The sample of this research is 133 visitors. The result of this research shows that museum image, visitor's emotions and behavioral intentions is not signifcantly affected by design factors, however, museum image, visitor's emotions and behavioral intentions is signifcantly affected by ambient factors. Museums need to be empowered by improve the quality of the atmosphere of the museum as a way to promote the tourism industry and the local economy.

Abstract

Unemployment increasing in Indonesia is currently a significant, especially unemployment of college graduates. Hence, the development of youth entrepreneurship can be an alternative solution. In the development progress of emerging entrepreneurship programs in a variety of higher education, but have not contributed significantly to job creation and unemployment reduction. In case the complex problems is necessary to study the structure of the program. The aim of this paper is to analyze the structure and key elements of strengthening start-up business program, which is one way of growing entrepreneurial youth.The interpretive structural modeling (ISM) methodology is used to envelop relationship among these elements. ISM approach begins with the identification of elements that correspond to the problem or issueuntil finally the distribution of elements and structures extraction models. The element of objective program have been identified base on their driving power and dependence power. The results shown the key element isto grow the start-up business services unit in college. To achieve these objectives have been element of possibly changes, namely entrepreneurship curriculum changing in college. Curriculum changes focused to characterbuilding and soft-skill, in addition the competence of graduates which are the objectives of national education.
