Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence to job satisfaction and performance of employees in the Education Quality Assurance Agency (LPMP) West Nusa Tenggara. The study population was all employees LPMP West Nusa Tenggara with the status of civil servants and the rest of the population sampled (saturated samples). Analysis tool used is GSCA (Generalized structured component analysis). The results show that emotional intelligence does not significantlyinfluence job satisfaction and performance, while the spiritual intelligence had a significant influence on job satisfaction and performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and quantify the influence of social factors towards pirated movies buying interest on the citizen of Malang, the influence of personal factors towrds pirated movies buying interest on the citizen of Malang, Influence attitudes towards pirated movies buying interest on the citizen of Malang, the influence of social factors towards pirated movies buying interest that is mediated by attitudes in the citizen of Malang, the influence of personal factors towards pirated movies buying interest that is mediated by attitudes in the citizen of Malang. Type of this research is a survey research, which takes samples from a population and use the questionnaire as an instrument of primary data collection. Thus, this research was categorized as an explanatory research. The number of respondents in this study as many as 100 people. Method of data collection methods questionnaire is done, then the data processed through SPSS software, tool of analysis in this study using path analysis. Results showed that (1) social Factors encourage interest in the purchase of pirated films, (2) personal Factors encourage interest in the purchase of pirated movies, (3) attitude encourage interest in the purchase of pirated movies, (4) social Factors are mediated by the attitude of encourage interest in the purchase of pirated movies, (5) the personal Factors are mediated by the attitude encourage interest in the purchase of pirated movies.

Abstract

The study aims to describes the members of the public sector organizations understanding, namely Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) Bali on strategic management framework with a balanced scorecard approach and identify challenges of the balanced scorecard implementation in LPMP Bali Province. The research method is descriptive qualitative case study approach, the informants all officials in the structural and functional LPMP Bali Province. The results showed that members of the organization LPMP understand framework strategy management with the balanced scorecard approach as a framework that can provide useful information and can help every member of the organization in making better decisions. By using a balanced scorecard approach, LPMP Bali is expected to improve the effectiveness and efficiency in providing services to stakeholders. The challenge in the application of the balanced scorecard in LPMP Bali, the members of the organization feel comfortable with the old habits that lack the motivation to make changes in work culture, mindset and habits that they have done so far.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the importance of justice in performance assessment of learning outcome perceived by student and then foster student's  commitmentto the lecturers, so that students perform well. Research is conducted on students from various faculties in Sebelas Maret University who have experienced Competency-Based Learning. A sample of 200 students taken by stratified sampling. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) is used to test the validity of the instrument, while the Cronbach Alpha  is used to test the reliability. Regression analysis is used to test the hypotheses. The results show that students'commitment to lecturers does not significantly affect the performance of the students. Similarly, when distributive justice and procedural justice controlled commitment does not significantly influence the performance of students. While procedural justice and distributive justice significantly affect the students commitment to the lecturers.

Abstract

Human resource management is critical and the focus of many organizations in achieving a competitive advantage. Based on previous studies that assessed the effect of employee performance has an impact on organizational culture, compensation, and employee motivation. From these studies need to be tested further with the addition / change of variables, among others, the effect of compensation on work motivation and performance, organizational culture on work motivation and performance of employees, through an empirical study of an administrative officer at UB PTIIK . From the results of this study concluded that the compensation has not been able to contribute to work motivation and performance. However, cultural organizations such as the application of the rules given employee influence on employee motivation PTIIK UB that will make a positive contribution to the performance of employees .

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of product performance, level of satisfaction, and level of involvement on brand switching behavior of mobile cards. Phenomena today shows that young people who often do brand switching behavior of mobile cards. The population in this study were all undergraduate students of Brawijaya University and obtained a sample of 100 college students who had been divided into a number of respondents for each faculty at Brawijaya University. Respondents in this study were students who have had experience in conducting brand switching cellular card and today still use one mobile card. Analysis tool used in this study is path analysis. Results showed several findings, the first is product performance affect the level of satisfaction. Second, the level of satisfaction can not mediate the effect of product performance on brand switching behavior. Third, product performance affect on brand switching behavior. Fourth, the level of involvement affect on brand switching behavior. Fifth, the level of involvement can not mediate the effect of product performance on brand switching behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present the role of consumer trust as a mediator variable between consumer perceived value, and company reputation for building the customer commitment in online shopping behaviour. Data was collected via self-administered questionnares from a purposive samples drawn from the population of online consumers with focus on Jakarta area. The results of statistical analysis shows that consumer trust is a key factor in development of costumer commitmen on online shopping means Customer Commitment can be developed by developing the perceived value and company reputation via Consumer Trust. This study and their results have several limitation and indicate direction for further research.

Abstract

RM Bebek Gendut is a special traditional restaurant that serves duck cookery. The intention of this research are to describe about characteristics of customer, to analyse the process of customer desicion making, and also to analyse the importance and performance of product and service atrribute. In majority, customers in RM Bebek Gendut are coming from Bogor City, women, about 21 to 30 years old, haven’t married yet, their final formal education are at senior high school, work as college student, and their own monthly earning are about Rp 1.000.000 to Rp 1.999.999. Based on the result of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) calculation, the customer satisfaction index is 75,05% which categorized as satisfied. Based on the result of Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA), there is an attribute that have to be focused and repaired that is waitress hospitality and courtesy.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyse the effect of brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand image will make has brand satisfaction causing brand loyalty in each travel tour service consumer. The research population is entire customers that using services in three tour and travel companies in Malang city, that is Kirana Tour and Travel, Bali Prima Travel, and Siluet Travel. Variable from this research is brand awareness, perceived quality and brand image as independent variable, brand loyalty as variable dependen and brand satisfaction as variable intervening. The result of analysis shows several findings. First, when does level brand awareness that feeled travel tour customer increase, so brand satisfaction they will feel will increase also. This matter also be proved that level change brand awareness will influence customer loyalty level. Second, level perceived quality customer influences level brand satisfaction positively. Third, level change customer brand image at moment's notice will influence customer loyalty

Abstract

This research is to evaluate: (1) the influence of locus of control to employee’s performance, (2) the influence of organization citizenship behavior to employee’s performance and (3) the influce of work’s life quality to employee’s performance. The population is taken from 40 respondents by using stratified random sampling and data is analysed by PLS (partial least square). The research reveals that (1) locus of control doesn’t influence employee’s performance, (2) organization citizenship behavior influences employee’s performance and (3) quality of work’s life influences employee’s performance. Locus of control doesn’t influence employee’s performance indicates that employess of this hospital - RSUD Kotabaru are not able to develop locus of control both internally and externally in order to create competitive work condition and inedequate efforts are taken to encounter problems, in that it will be overcome in a better manner and have outstanding performances.
