Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of buying decision product in Indonesian. Variables identified in the survey is the Celebrity Endorser and Buying Decision. The respondents consumers product in indonesian. This research was conducted online are spread throughout the Indonesian region. Data were collected by questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents, data used is primary data that is by distributing questionnaires to 300 respondents. The sampling technique used directly nonprobability sampling is purposive sampling data. The results show that the Celebrity Endorser positive influence on the Buying Decision. because all indicators simultanly celebrity endoser can influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study examines the characteristics Leaders Influence and Respect Work Motivation and Employee Performance (Study on PT Vision Works Agritama). Analyzing the influence of Research Objectives and Characteristics of Leaders Award, both directly and indirectly through the work motivation on employee performance. Methods The study used a quantitative approach and survey methods, as well as the type of correlational research. This research use PLS (Partial Least Square). The population in this study were all employees of PT Vision Agritama work totaling 64 people. Furthermore, the entire population of respondents that made this study using census method in the determination of the sample. The research proves that the characteristics of leaders and a significant positive effect on employee motivation, but no significant effect on employee performance. Award no significant effect on employee motivation and employee performance. Work Motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance. Originality of this research is characteristics Award Leader and not always positive and significant effect on Employee Motivation and Performance.

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to analyze the influence of wait time against wait satisfaction at outpatient unit of dr. Ramelan Navy Hospital. Thestudy is a cross sectional explanatory research which respondent were randomly selected at Endrocrinology, Cardiology and Neurology clinics on May 2014. Expected Waiting Time (EWT), Perceived Waiting Time (PWT) and Disconfirmation were measured by questioner, while Actual Waiting Time (AWT) measured by observation. Wait satisfaction as dependent variable were measured by two questions. The wait satisfaction values was related to four different independent variables using simple linear regression. The results shows that PWT, AWT, Disconfirmation significantly influence wait satisfaction, while EWT did not. Disconfirmation had the greatest role in influencing wait satisfaction.

Abstract

Seeing the importance of the application of the company's sustainability reporting, this study aims to analyze the implementation of sustainability development are reflected in the operating sustainability and reporting on industrial companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. In this study, researcher conducted an analysis of the annual reports of 92 industrial companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period ending in 2010. The results of this study that most of the industrial companies listed on the Stock Exchange are not fully adopted the Sustainability Report. It is seen that there are some items in Sustainability Reporting Guidelines need to be disclosed or communicated to stakeholders in a company's annual report still has not been disclosed (Such as, the company's concern for environmental issues, environmental policy or management of the company, company policies related to community social issues, and human rights for the company's policy on employees and the community around the company). Most of the industrial companies disclosing only about economic performance, about environmental and social performance still in the form of qualitative information or narrative form, not followed by calculation or quantitative information.

Abstract

This research aim to identify the factors affecting obligation rank on manufacturing corporations. The factors investigated in this research include coverage ratio, liquidity ratio, solvability ratio, productivity ratio, and business risk. The population in this research is all manufacturing corporations registered in BEI, with the first criteria is the corporation has been registered for 5 years, and the second criteria is the corporation has published obligations continously for 5 years. Eight corporations meet those criterias and become the research sample. Data analysis on this research use double regression analysis. The result shows that from five variable researched, only one influence the obligation rank, which is business risk. This result contributes to both theory and praticioners.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence political participation in the legislative elections Dimembe District of North Minahasa regency. The method used is descriptive survey. purposive sample using Product Moment correlation analysis research hypothesis that factors affecting Political Participation legislative election in the District of North Minahasa Regency Dimembe r r xy or count is 0, compared with 744 r on the importance of table 1% 0,380 and 5% significance of the result is calculated 0.744 0.294 r > 0.380 and 0.294 (Regreater of the table) means that the hypothesis is accepted. The factors that influence the Legislative Elections Political Participation in the District of North Minahasa regency Demembe is 55% determined by political socialization, political attitudes and political communication, and 45% is determined by other factors not examined. Legislative Elections Political participation is the people who choose a political party or political office, membership of political organizations to fight for the program through the legislative elections, political socialization, political attitudes and political communication.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of insider ownership, Ownership Dispersion, Free Cash Flow, Asset Collateralizable and Institutional Ownership on tigkat agency costs paid by the company, which is measured by the amount of the Dividend Payout Ratio companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period between the years in 2008 until 2011 this type of research is to use secondary data with the model of explanation of science that aims to hypotesis testing. The data used in this study in the form of annual financial statements derived from the annual financial statements of a public company in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 data collection technique used is the technique of data pooling or merging data. The results of this study indicate that the variables Insider Ownership does not have a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio Asset Collateralizable while variable, instutional Ownership negative effect on Dividend Payout Ratio and Free Cash Flow positive effect on Dividend Payout Ratio.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kepemilikan ternak sapi potong terhadap pendapatan petani ternak. 2) Untuk mengetahui biaya yang diperlukan dalam pemeliharaan sapi potong, 3) Pada jumlah berapa ekor ternak sapi potong dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hidup petani ternak sesuai dengan UMR Kabupaten Sukabumi. 4) Untuk mengetahui hubungan secara menyeluruh antara tingkat kepemilikan dan biaya usaha terhadap pendapatan petani ternak sapi potong. Hasil analisa usaha tani diperoleh pendapatan petani ternak sapi potong pertahun masing-masing kelompok skala usaha yaitu untuk skala kecil sebesar Rp. 9.995.833,86 dengan jumlah ternak yang dipelihara rata-rata 3.32 ekor, untuk skala sedang sebesar Rp. 19.143.909.,10 dengan jumlah ternak yang dipelihara rata-rata 7.15 ekor dan untuk usaha skala besar Rp. 33.440.581,00 dengan jumlah ternak yang dipelihara rata-rata 12.75 ekor bila dibandingkan dengan Upah Minimum regional (UMR) kabupaten sukabumi yang sebesar Rp. 875.000,- per bulan dan Rp. 10.000.500,- per tahun maka untuk masing-masing skala usaha yang harus dipelihara atau diusahakan petani ternak sapi potong dalam setahun yaitu untuk skala kecil sebanyak 3.5 ekor ternak, untuk skala sedang sebanyak 3.9 ekor ternak dan untuk skala besar sebanyak 4 ekor ternak sapi potong. 4) Dari hasil perhitungan regresi berganda maka diperoleh persamaan regresi taksiran sebagai berikut yaitu Y = 9448386,860 + 3670785,282X1 - 0,078X Hasil ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel tingkat kepemilikan sebesar 3670785,28 berpengaruh pada pendapatan petani ternak sapi potong dan untuk variabel biaya usaha terlihat adanya hubungan linier negatif antara biaya usaha dengan pendapatan petani ternak sapi potong, dari hasil analisis diperoleh besarnya koefisien regresi sebesar-0.078 jika variabel tingkat kepemilikan tetap atau tidak berubah. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Semakin besar skala usaha semakin baik kesejahteraan petani ternak atau semakin banyak jumlah ternak yang dipelihara dalam satu kali periode pemeliharaan akan semakin tinggi pendapatan yang diperoleh peternak sapi potong, 2) Dengan mengetahui serta memahami biaya usaha ternak sapi potong maka efisiensi usaha dapat dilakukan dengan baik. 3) Dengan memelihara ternak sebanyak tiga atau empat ekor setahun petani ternak dapat hidup secara layak sesuai dengan Upah Minimum Regional kabupaten Sukabumi.

Abstract

The purposes of research are to: (1) identify role from three regulators namely; CSR Driver, CSR Internal Tools and CSR Enabler in influencing critical incident to the company; (2) identify initiative strategy CSR or CSR outcomes in handling the critical incident; and (3) proposed a Model for regulating the critical incidents. This research conduct in depth analysis and examine over one case of success story in handling the critical incident that occurred during transition of stockholder changeover from Devon Energy Companies in Indonesia (DECI) to PetroChina International Companies in Indonesia (PCI). This Research uses the multiple data that are Combining Historical Research and Narrative Inquiry to understand the phenomenon of success story. In this research; key-informans are interviewed to obtain their narratives; and document correspondent and media released are used as sources for constructing the chronicles. Data is analyzed by using Domain, Taxonomic and Componential Analysis. The result of this research indicates: (1) Factors that considered as CSR regulators is; 1a.Transformer, formed factors that lead to improve emphasis to the employee's demand about compensation payment to the company transfer from DECI to PCI; 1b. Rectifier, formed factors that have a role to support, measure and help in handling the employee's demand about compensation payment to the company transfer from DECI to PCI; and 1c.Capacitor/Smoothing, formed factors that have a role to give references/standard in handling the employee's demand about compensation payment to the company transfer from DECI to PCI. (2) DECI's CSR Management could not handle the employee's demand, so that they utilized external parties and involved stakeholder to broke the law and regulation impasse about labour and existing working-agreement betweenemployee and company (3) Proposed a Model about arrangement mechanism on critical incident by CSR Regulator, which is refer to this model by using response strategy of CSR Surgery, time required to handle the employee's demand about compensation payment to the company transfer from DECI to PCI d is not longer than one month from April 16 thru May 17, 2002.

Abstract

Effective financial management is to run all of the financial system in accordance with an agreement in which the programming in the financial management of the regional government of Papua and West Papua provinces of deliberation constructed by utilizing a regional development plan for federal funds through the General Allocation Fund and the Special Autonomy Fund . By building use of financial governance with efficient local government found that by using existing funds shall be in accordance with the level of achievement of the program, so that in implementing all programs properly and use appropriate financial management also it will achieve an effective and efficient financial. Research Methods Using a phenomenological study by Weber perspective, researchers examined by interviews with key informants procedures such as Head of Finance of Papua and West Papua. In addition to in-depth interviews are also conducted focus group discussion with financial experts as lecturers and NGOs. Findings: It was found that obtained meaning that the local government financial management are in accordance with the legislation and in the implementation of the program is also in accordance with the plan will be obtained meaning that financial management is the effective and efficient achievement of results in accordance with the program and utilize the funds to the maximum.
