The education world has significant roles in encouraging students to be productive, collaborative, and communicative in this competitive era. In several similar cases, educators believe in the need of organizing learning groups which fit the development of twenty first century. Dynamics environment is needed to grow students' creativity. The research will contribute some knowledge on how higher education educators organize and set learning groups in big class. The results of the research will suggest some ways to organize and set the learning groups which are effective in developing students'creativity.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyse and test the creation of optimisation value-added by intellectual capital that collaborates with company policies in the property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method uses purposive sampling and obtained sample of 15 companies. This study uses path analysis. Intellectual capital is measured by Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC); Funding decisions are measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER); Dividend decisions are measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR); Investment decisions are measured using a combined Investment Opportunity Set (IOS). The value of the firm is measured using Tobin's Q, and the financial performance is measured using Return on Assets (ROA). The results of this study conclude that intellectual capital can improve financial performance but reduce the value of the firm. Funding decisions and dividend decisions reduce financial performance, but investment decisions improve financial performance. Only dividend decisions can increase value of the firm, while investment decisions reduce value of the firm. Even funding decisions do not affect value of the firm. Financial performance has not been able to mediate the flow of value-added creation. From the results of the study, the flow of creating value-added from intellectual capital supported by company policy through the financial performance in property and real estate companies has not been able to increase value of the firm optimally.

Empirical data was taken from 136 SMEs in food production in the East Java Region of the Republic of Indonesia. This study uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis to test construct reliability and validity, while the relationship between variables is examined through Partial Least Square. This research proves that improving operational performance is influenced by the element Soft and Hard TQM and organizational performance achievement is influenced by operational performance. The fact that this research is based on the quality perspective of SME owners of food production and is expected to have an impact on future research on operational management in SMEs. Abstract

The Superior Performance Assessment Criteria (KPKU) assessment is conducted annually by Perum Peruri in accordance with the Secretary of the Ministry of State Owned Entreprises (SOEs) number S-08 / S.MBU / 2013 concerning Submission of KPI Guidelines and Criteria for Superior Performance Assessment on SOEs. This research was conducted to analyze the KPKU's assessment of Perum Peruri whether it had been effectively carried out at Perum Peruri and to see the influence between the categories of KPKU. KPKU assessment of Perum Peruri data was analyzed using a t-test (one sample), trend analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) partial least square (PLS) approach. Peruri KPKU value always increases every year, it indicates that the presence of Peruri KPKU can improve its performance. The results of the analysis with the T test that the Perum Peruri KPKU score has not been effective in achieving the Ministry of SOEs target, but if a trend analysis is carried out for the next 5 years the assessment score shows a positive upward trend, then for the SEM-PLS results it is known that all categories in the KPKU assessment are interrelated and influence. It is necessary to conduct further research related to the influence of KPKU categories to improve KPKU assessment scores.
