Abstract

This study aimed to test the effect of employee commitment and quality of public services 10 employee performance, customer satisfaction and public confidence. The findings showed that: 1). the commitment of employees (x1) significantly affects the quality of service (x2), 2). commitment of employees (x1) significantly affects performance (v1) with marked positive path coefficient, 3). commitment of employees (xl) influential significant effect on community satisfaction (y2). 4). Commitment of employees (x1) non significant effect on trust in the community (Y3), 5). quality of service (x2) significantly affects performance (v1), 6). Quality of service (x2) significantly affects community satisfaction (v2), 7). quality of service (x2) significantly affects people's satisfaction (Y3), 8). performance (yl) significantly affects people's confidence (y2). 9). performance (v1) significantly affects people's confidence (Y3). 10). community satisfaction (42) significantly affects people's confidence (Y3).

Abstract

This research has a purpose to describe about business environment, Knowledge sharing behavior, innovation and performance at Small Medium Enterprise (SME's) that produce. This research involving manage 45 SME's as research samples, and using descriptive qualitative "oleh-oleh khas Malang" in Malang Raya-East Java. This research investigate about "How SME's can adapt to change with environment (their: competitors, customer behavior, regulation, etc), innovation, knowledge sharing behavior, and performance. Results of the research are: 1) raw material "soybean" sometimes there is a difficult to get it because must import from America, and for fruit chips faced scarcity because depend on the season of the fruits. 2) Knowledge sharing behavior at SME's through direct communication, but they always adaptive to change with customer taste to give customer satisfaction and to achieve sustainable competitive advantage on their industry. 3) Innovation showed from packaging and originally taste each fruits and SME's feels have high performance because they have loyality customer and high quality, by the way SME's products have delicious taste, unique taste and suitable with customer taste.

Abstract

This study aims to prove empirically, the relationship between variables in the study include: participation in budget preparation, clarity of budget targets, the budget target difficulty, feedback, budgeting, task uncertainty and managerial performance. The research was conducted through surveys of government officials who work in the province of North Sulawesi. The unit of analysis is the individual government official who worked on the local work unit (SKPD). Study sample of 126 respondents. Census sampling method. The test data is done by using statistical analysis of multiple linear regression analysis, MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) / test and F test i test used to test the effect of partially independent variables against the dependent variable. F test used to test the simultaneous effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) is used to test whether the variable pemoderasi able to moderate the relationship between the independent variables with the dependent variable. The results prove that the nine hypotheses are proposed as the initial allegations of research answered with a positive and significant results for all research purposes. The results also showed that the uncertainty task to strengthen the influence of participation in budget preparation, budget goal clarity, goal difficulty budgeting, budgeting feedback on Managerial Performance.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to: 1) Analyze the motivation factors have an influence on the performance of the government employees; 2) Analyze local cultural factors have an effect on the performance of the government employees; 3) Analyze working environment has influence on the performance of the government employees; 4) Analyze working quality has an impact on government employees performance. The research respondents were government officials working at the government agency and the Office in Keerom, with the total number of 156 employees. The observation was conducted in Keerom. The data analysis method applied was multiple regression. The results of this research show that: 1) Motivation has an significantly influence on the employees performance; 2) Local Cultural significantly affects the employees' performance; 3) Working environment significantly influence the employees' performance; 4) The quality of employees has no significantly effect on employees' performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to see the influence of service quality on corporate image, satisfaction, commitment and loyalty of customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Southeast Sulawesi. Originality of this study is the addition of variables related to commitment customers are then connected with customer loyalty analysis approach in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Research results indicate that there are ten hypotheses received or significantly related, whereas no significant variable is the relationship of the customer satisfaction variable does not significantly influence veriabel commitment to customer.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) to analyze and explain the significant influence of human resource variable on organizational commitment. 2) to analyze and explain the significant influence of human resource variable on compensation. 3) to analyze and explain the significant influence of human resource competence variable on employee's performance. 4) to analyze and explain the significant influence of organizational commitment on to compensation. 5) to analyze and explain the significant influence of organizational commitment toward employee's performance. 6) to analyze and explain the significant influence of compensation variable on employee's performance. This research samples 211 field employees. The data is sampled using propotional random sampling. Questioner is the main instrument to collect data, as well as to obtain secondary data of the related company. SEM (Structural Equation Model) is used to calculate and test research result data. Research result shows that: 1) Significant and positive influence of human resource competence on organizational commitment is strongly seen. 2) Significant and positive influence between human resource competence toward compensation is strongly seen. 3) Significant and positive between human resource competence and employee's performance is strongly seen. 4) Significant and positive influence between organizational commitment toward compensation is strong, 5) Significant and positive influence between organizational commitment toward employee's performance. 6) Significant and positive influence between compensation toward employee's performance.

Abstract

All investments made by companies, to those who possess the qualified and competence would be in vain when the employee left the company, to reduce the risk of losing potential employee, an effort should be made to the company by building on existing documents within a company. This study is expected to know the influence of each variable in the Intention to leave in efforts to maintain employee not expensive, so do not be a burden to corporale overhead costs. The purpose of this study to assess the relationship between Job Placement (X) Workload (X), Burnout (X), Job Involvement (x,), Career Development (7), Organizational commitments (Y) Intention to leave (Y). Data analysis using Structural Equations Modeling (SEM). samples is 192 employees in medical representatives of the pharmaceutical industry in North Sulawesi. The results of this study found that career development and burnout can affect the intention to leave through career development and organizational commitment workload will affect the Intention to leave through career development. Employee involvement influence the Intention to leave through the organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research analyzes and explains comprehensively the effects of ownership structure on financial and operational performance, on sustainable competitive advantage based on accountancy measurement reputation, and on market performance in Indonesia's privatized SOEs (BUMN Tbk). The samples of this study were selected using the purposive sampling method with the type judgment sampling. The criteria for sample selection were: privatized SOEs which are non-backing sector, privatized SOEs having state owned stock/share more than 51%, and privatized SOEs doing Initial Public Offering (IPO) before 2007. The samples of this research were 9 privatized SOEs. The data analysis was conducted using inferential statistic analysis. Inferential statistical analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) causality based on components or variance. SEM causality analysis, known as Partial Least Square (PLS), is performed using SmartPLS version 1.10 software. The research result shows that: (1) the increase of public ownership in ownership structure can improve financial and operational performance; (2) the increase of public ownership in ownership structure can improve sustainable competitive advantage based on accountancy measurement reputation; (3) the increase of public ownership in ownership structure is unable to improve market performance; (4) the improvement in financial and operational performance can improve market performance; (5) the improvement in financial and operational performance can sustainable competitive advantage based on accountancy measurement reputation; and (6) the improvement of sustainable competitive advantage based on accountancy measurement reputation is unable to improve market performance.

Abstract

This study investigated the effect of ambiguity tolerance and organizational of justice toward the organizational change commitment mediated by confidence of change's recipient and the employee's Cynical Attitude. This research was applied in the environment of Papua Provincial Government, in implementing organizational change strategies through restrukturisai, to achieve successful organizational change objectives. The sources of data in this study are primary and secondary data. The population of this study are civil servants who occupy the structural position of echelon IV and III, which found as many as 184 people as the research sample. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), The results showed that tolerance of ambiguity and organizational justice simultaneously through conviction of employees to accept change and cynicism will affect employees' commitment to organizational change efforts. The confidence of employees' to accept changes in the organization of the employees is high. These degrees will provide a direct impact on low cynicism, and provide an indirect positive impact significantly on the commitment of organizational change.

Abstract

The study aims to describe (1) the creation process of entrepreneur, (2) the entrepreneur development face, and (3) the sustainable entrepreneur model. Qualitative approach with fenomenological method were utilized to get the description. The study found that (1) the entrepreneur was created through family life and work experiences; (2) the entrepreneur development process through product innovation, process innovation and marketing innovation, and (3) strengtherning "high intention to their son and doughter for being an entrepreneur is needed to be a model of sustainable entrepreneur.
