Abstract

The purposes of this research are to prove and to analyze several items, as follows: 1) The influence of working motivation towards the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees, 2) The influence of organizational commitment towards the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees, 3) The influence of the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) towards the employee's working performance, 4) The influence of working motivation towards the employee's performance, 5) The influence of organizational commitment towards the employees' working performance, 6) Indirect influence between the working motivation towards the employees working performance through the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 7)Indirect influence of organizational commitment towards the employees working performance through the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research is categorized as explanatory research by applying the research method of path analysis and statistical descriptive, using loading factor from factor analysis. This research is conducted in Pelangi Hotel, Malang by employing the employees' unit analysis. The research indicates that working performance and organizational commitment bring a significant influence towards the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has an influence towards performance, working motivation does not indirectly influence towards performance but indirectly influence the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and organizational commitment influences both directly and indirectly through the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) towards the performance.

Abstract

Successfulness and continuance of hospital it is very determined by organization member behavior. Practically, wrong behavior by organization member is an extra role behavior. This extra role behavior can increase organization performance by efficiency and effective in organization practice. Good quality of leadership, fulfilling job satisfaction and high commitment of organization from organization member can create good behavior. This research purpose is to analyze leadership influence, job satisfaction and organizational commitment towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior/OCB. The research conduct in RSUD dr. Haulussy Ambon, especially to nurse, the sample consist of 174 people as respondent. Data collected by questionnaire, interview and documentation, next the data in manner by using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The analysis result show that leadership have significant influence and positive towards OCB, job satisfaction have positive influenced towards OCB and organizational commitment have positive influence towards OCB. The analyze result either proving that leadership have indirect influence and positive towards OCB by job satisfaction, and also leadership have indirect influence and positive towards OCB by organizational commitment. In generally, organizational commitment gives biggest influence towards OCB.

Abstract

The result of hypothetical test shows that the six hypotheses stated in this research proves its truth or accepted. Subsequently, based on problem statement and hypothetical test result, it can be concluded as the finding of this research as follows. Computerized facility system on gas station has significant influence toward consumer's satisfaction. Computerized facility system on gas station has significant influence toward consumer's loyalty. Computerized facility system on gas station has significant influence toward consumer's motivation to purchase. Consumer's satisfaction has significant influence toward consumer's loyalty. Consumer's satisfaction has significant influence toward consumers motivation to purchase. Consumer's loyalty has significant influence toward consumer's motivation to purchase. Finally, it is formulated a general conclusion which states that computerized facility system on gas station has significant influence toward consumer's motivation to purchase.

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility will be an important to give sustainable contribution and beneficial impact upon productivity of corporate through the stakeholder. In order to increase the role of corporate so it is need to develop some factor supports that will be basically push personal decision maker who involving to make decision of corporate social responsibility. There are some facior supports such as business ethic that giving guidance attitude to the corporate decision maker to do its responsibility and giving mutual as well beneficial impact upon the society (Deontological ethic and Utilitarianism). That is also in order to customizing of the corporate culture done responsible by stakeholder. This goal orientation is done in order to support the productivity of the corporate so that corporale making good beneficial impact and profit. It would increase corporate cost in the short time but in the long term it can take very good beneficial impact because through doing corporate social responsibility can also give the value added to the internal corporate such as consumers, user, employers, suppliers, stockholders and owners. To the external corporate such as local government and close society where living around the corporate operation located who would get the social beneficial impact. In real estate especially to those corporate that doing business on the housing project is very good research object because housing development need very wide financial capital, heavy work and involving many employers and giving great impact upon the environment. That is why the member of REI (the Indonesian Real Estate Member) in local east Java as research object because they have been registered as the member therefore they have to follow the ethical conduct of the organization.

Abstract

The fluctuating conditions in the world economy have directly affected the investment to be uncertainty in several countries, including Indonesia whose investment was still not optimum, especially in the context of service companies such as banking companies. The less optimum investments that were closely associated with bank performance, especially with the stock return, encouraged this study to examine the effects of capital adequacy ratios, loan deposit ratios, and net interest margin on stock return at commercial banks in Indonesia. A total of 15 banks that met the criteria were taken as the sample. Data analysis was performed on banking companies listed on BEI (Indonesia Stock Exchange) in 2016-2018, employing the multiple regression analysis to test the proposed research hypotheses. The results showed that the capital adequacy ratio, loan-to-deposit ratio, and net interest margin significantly influence the stock return of banking companies.

Abstract

Objectives of the research are to analyze the influence of environment, behavior, organizational structure and implementation of computer based-informational system variables over the civil servant performance, and to analyze the indicator of computer based-informational system implementation that has dominant influence over the civil servant performance. Populations in this research are employees or information from Department, Body, Office and Division on the Local Secretariat Office at Sorong Regency, Papua. Techniques of sample collecting in this research use a Model Census and multiple-linear regression analysis, and the hypothesis is tested using F-test and t-test on the trustworthy level of 95% (a = 5%). The testing hypothesis I was tested by the value of F. (77.218) is higher that F (2.51). Hypothesis II is tested in which the indicator that having dominant influence over the civil servant performance is the indicator of easiness in completing the jobs that having significant and the highest value of regression coefficient.

Abstract

This research aim to test influence of satisfaction to trust of Client, testing influence of sarisfaction to faithfulness of Client, testing influence of trust to faithfulness of Client and to test dominant factor among trust and satisfaction influencing faithfulness of Client of BNI Tapenas. This Research is conducted by in Sub-Province of Probolinggo by taking case al Bank of BNI Branch Probolinggo. Population of this research is all client which saving its money in Bank of BNI Branch Probolinggo in the form of BNI TAPENAS a number of 104 people. From amount of population, is later then determined by size measure of sample counted 100 people, with consideration that amount of the sampel have the including big sample. Sampling technique the used is sampling random simple. As for Technique analyzer the used is Simultaneous Eguation two phase. Pursuant to result of analysis and also examination of hypothesis which [is] can be pulled by conclusion that perception of employees about satisfaction of client in the form of expectation or desire and accepied service have fulfilled better posed at with score mean 3,84, while perception of employees about trust of client in the form of reaction of client as accumulation from with refer to its assessment to accepted service it showing with score mean 3,64 and perception of employees about faithfulness of client posed at with client again save its money in BNI Branch Probolinggo and give recommendasion [at] family, other society and neighbor, posed at with score mean 3.94. From result of examination of hypothesis can be concluded that variable satisfaction of client have influence by significance to variable trust of client: variable satisfaction of client have influence by significance to variable faithfulness of client, variable trust of client have influence by significance to variable faithfulness of client. From two variable that is satisfaction and trust of most having an effect on client to faithfulness [is] client fasting variable. Of the Conclusion suggested in the effort improving faithfulness of client, [party/ side] of BNI require to develop build to improve promotion about Tapenas so that the amount of client of Tapenas also mount, improving the quality of and service.

Abstract

The development of lifestyle, information technology, and the industrial revolu- tion 4.0 also play a role in shaping the increasing demand for domestic coffee consumption. At this time, the coffee shop business is growing, starting from the SME scale to the global brand scale. Besides the quality of coffee, several other things can attract consumers to visit a local coffee shop, one of which is the dining atmosphere. To increase the role of local coffee shops, this study aims to analyze consumer profiles, analyze consumer buying behavior, and analyze the effect of dining atmosphere and product quality on customer trust and repurchase intention. Primary data collection was carried out using the convenience and purposive sampling method, with the criteria being respondents who were domiciled in Bogor and had visited six coffee shops studied. The population in this study were all consumers in those coffee shops. The number of samples in this study was 426 respondents, who had met the theoretical requirements of the SEM model. The main data processing method used is Structural Equation Modeling analysis. It is known that there are differences in the SEM model results at local and global coffee shops. In the global coffee shop dining atmosphere and product quality significantly affect customer trust. Whereas at the local coffee shop, only the dining atmosphere affects consumer trust. In the next study, the dining atmosphere model can be sharpening with further testing of demographic factors as the moderating variable.

Abstract

Objectives of the research are, first, to analyze the influence of resources, leadership, reward, job design and structure variables toward performance of the lecturers. Second, it is conducted to analyze the most dominant variable toward performance of the lecturers. The research used data analysis technique of multi-linear regression analysis along with simultaneously and partially testing. Result of the analysis shows that the variable which has significant influence toward performance of the lecturers and variable that having the most dominant influence toward performance is reward variable.

Abstract

This research to know factors what having an effect on and factor what dominant have an effect on to growth of market selfservice in town of Lhokseumawe and to know how big growth of market selfservice in town of Lhokseumawe. Data the taken is primary data and data of skunder. got data primary data through spreading of kuestioner to 58 responder which managing the the market selfservice. While data of skunder is taken away from by data various source of related to this research object. result of from this research indicate that correlation coefficient (R) equal to 0.844 or 84,4% meaning independent varibel can explain variable dependent or equally market location factor, equipment of goods, service, earnings and price have strong relation with growth of market selfservice. Coefficient of Determinasi (R2) equal to 0.713 or 71,3% this have a meaning of that variable dependent can influence by variable of idependent equal to 71,3% and the rest equal to 28.7% will influence by other variable which do not check by this research dapal. medium coefficient of regresi by successively is equal to 0.242(X1), 0.252 ( X2), 0.004 (X3), 0.032 (X4), 0.818 (This X5) have a meaning of where each; every increase 1% each variable of independent hence will follow with change of market selfservice equal to variable value of independent the but this matter of akanterjadi if assumed by other variable in assuming remain to constant.
