Abstract

Job seekers applying for employment must adhere to the policies of the desired company. A current and relevant issue is the high number of job seekers who struggle to secure employment due to various factors, including educational levels and job availability in different regions. Job applicants across various companies often possess diverse age and educational qualifications, particularly in the Bantul Regency, D.I Yogyakarta. The data utilized in this research is sourced from the Bantul District Manpower and Transmigration Office. Data processing is carried out using Data Mining or Knowledge Discovery in Database, employing the clustering method with the K-Means algorithm to categorize job seeker data into desired clusters. The aim of this study is to group job seeker data in the Bantul Regency and segregate them into groups with distinct characteristics. Testing is conducted using the RapidMiner software, a Data Mining tool with various available methods. The grouping of job seeker data is expected to assist the government in evenly distributing jobs to job seekers and reducing the accumulation of job seeker data annually. Additionally, it can aid the Bantul District Manpower and Transmigration Office in planning and allocating resources according to needs. The implementation results of the K-Means algorithm on job seeker data, tested from k=2 to k=10, yield the best cluster at k=2 with a Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) value of 0.523. Cluster_0 consists of 214 members, while Cluster_1 consists of 36 members. Therefore, the smaller the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) value, the higher the similarity level of data within one cluster. Abstract

Global economic development has led to the high complexity of society's needs. Financial institutions are here to provide facilities to meet the increasingly complex needs of society. However, the existence of problem loans can be a serious threat so classification techniques in data mining are used to overcome this problem. This research develops a model that can predict customers' ability to make credit payments so that financial institutions can avoid problematic credit. In this research, the SMOTE resampling technique is used to see the effect of sampling in dealing with class imbalance and conducting credit assessments. The research results show that the model built using SMOTE has better AUC than the model without SMOTE. From the two machine learning algorithms, logistic regression and random forest, the results show that the random forest model with SMOTE has the best performance with an accuracy value of 90%, precision of 92%, recall of 88%, F1-score of 90%, and AUC value of 0.97. Based on the best model, ten important features were obtained that influence the process of assessing credit repayment capabilities, namely the normalized score from external data sources, the period for changing customer numbers, the number of previous installment payments, the customer's age, registration time, the period for applying for credit at the credit bureau, the period for changing identity documents, the time for updating information at the credit bureau, and the length of time the customer has worked. In addition, this research produces visualizations via dashboards that can be used to improve the process of assessing credit repayment capabilities. Keywords: Prediction; Logistic Regression; Random Forest; Credit; Repayment Capabilities.

Abstract

Dhol is a traditional musical instrument of the Malay Bengkulu used in the Tabut ritual. The learning process for the Dhol musical instrument also takes place at Sanggar Seni Erfam. However, this learning process is not routine. Therefore, a reminder is needed so that they can repeat the beats they have learned at the sanggar. A rhythm game is a type of video game that emphasizes coordination of movements with rhythm or music, making it easier for children to recall the beats they have learned at the sanggar. A Rule-Based algorithm provides clear structure and control in gameplay development. The rule-based algorithm ensures that players start at a low level first, allowing them to understand the basic beats before moving on to more complex ones. With System Usability Scale testing to measure the effectiveness of the rule-based algorithm in the Dhol Beat Rhythm Game, a score of 81.12 was obtained, indicating that it is acceptable or has a good level of usability and can be concluded to be useful. Keywords : Dhol, Rhythm Game, Rule-Based Algorithm, System Usability Scale.
