The tourism industry is an industry that can absorb many creative economic markets. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the creative economic activities as added value that support the tourism industry. The creative economy analyzed here is the creative fashion economy, which is one of the supporters in providing direct income and advertising as a downstream chain of tourism to convey messages to consumers. Method used qualitative and quantitative by looking for regression between income and costs and based on questionnaires conducted on consumers. The results showed a relationship between costs of advertising incurred with income derived from visitor. In a qualitative analysis in the fashion subsector, fashion can contribute a value of 10-12% to revenue. To accelerate in this industry is by knowing the various sub-sectors that are part of the tourism industry value chain and increasing creativity and innovation of creative economic products (fashion and advertising).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development strategy of Jalan Tunjungan, Surabaya City, as a millennial tourist destination. This research method was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection methods through interviews and observations. The results of this study are the government has developed and collaborated with the private sector, the community, and business actors for tourism development on Jalan Tunjungan. The development was carried out by, first, rearranging, revitalizing, and repairing the existing corridors in the Jalan Tunjungan area to make it look neat. Second, the creation of Tunjungan Romansa branding to attract millennial tourists. Third, many contemporary food and beverage businesses have been established in Tunjungan with Alfresco Dining’s concept. Fourth, make art, cultural and historical events, such as Mlaku-Mlaku Nang Tunjungan and the tearing of the flag at Hotel Majapahit which is held every year. At every point along Jalan Tunjungan there is a space for artists to express their works of art. The conclusion of this study is Jalan Tunjungan area is suitable as a millennial tourist destination because it integrates modernity and heritage. Abstract

Belumbang Village is located in Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency, Bali. The potential of the village of yet to go to a tourism village is natural potential, cultural potential, fitness activities, spiritual and artificial attractions. However, only a few have been actively implemented, therefore it is necessary to formulate a development strategy that can be applied in Belumbang Village so that in the future it can become a sustainable and community-based tourism village. Then the specific objectives are to identify the existence of potential tourist attractions owned by Belumbang Village, to identify and analyze internal and external factors in developing Belumbang Village and to formulate strategies in developing Belumbang Village towards a communitybased Tourism Village. This study used descriptive qualitative method. With the data collection technique is done by observation, interviews, document studies and FGD. Data were analyzed by SWOT, IFE and EFE analysis and QSPM. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, there are 11 alternative strategies that can be applied in Belumbang Village. Then, based on the results of the QSPM analysis, there are 2 alternative strategies that are prioritized, namely maximizing the potential for wellness tourism that is developing in Bali and making more attractive tour packages by utilizing existing potential. It can be concluded that contributions from various parties such as the government, stakeholders and local communities are needed in developing a strategy for developing Belumbang village to be a community-based tourism village. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui potensi dan startegi pengembangan Desa Wisata dengan menggunakan model community based tourism di Desa Pancasari. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah Desa Pancasari dan narasumber dari Desa Pancasari dan pengunjung yang dapat memberikan informasi terkait penelitian. Informasi diperoleh dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desa Pancasari memiliki potensi yang signifikan untuk dijadikan destinasi pengembangan Desa Wisata. Daya tarik yang dimiliki meliputi keindahan alam, kearifan lokal, budaya, dan keramahan penduduk. Dalam mengembangkan desa wisata, strategi yang digunakan adalah model community based tourism. Model ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat setempat dalam pengambilan keputusan, pengelolaan, dan pemasaran destinasi wisata. Partisipasi masyarakat sangat penting dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata agar mencapai keberlanjutan yang lebih baik. Ketua karang taruna memiliki peran penting sebagai penghubung antara masyarakat, pengelola wisata, dan pemerintah. Mereka juga mengorganisir kegiatan sosial dan budaya yang melibatkan masyarakat dan pengunjung. Pengelola wisata bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan infrastruktur dan layanan wisata yang berkualitas serta mengembangkan produk wisata yang menarik. Penduduk desa memiliki peran aktif dalam menjaga kebersihan, keramahan, dan kelestarian lingkungan, dan dapat berperan sebagai pemandu wisata lokal. Pengunjung diharapkan menghormati adat dan budaya setempat serta menjaga kelestarian lingkungan selama berkunjung. Dengan model community-based tourism, Desa Pancasari memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata yang berkelanjutan, dengan dukungan partisipasi aktif masyarakat, peran ketua karang taruna, pengelola wisata yang berkualitas, dan kesadaran pengunjung terhadap adat dan budaya setempat. Abstract

Kuta is a region located in Badung Regency, which has the highest number of workers in the tourism industry in Bali. Despite this, the Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant economic impact on both workers and tourism operators in Kuta. This is evidenced by reduced working hours, layoffs, closures of tourism-related businesses, and slowdown in the economy in Kuta. The objective of this study is to explore how tourism industry players in Kuta have conducted their activities before, during, and after the pandemic. The study adopts a qualitative research methodology, utilizing in-depth interviews with tourism actors and workers in Kuta from various backgrounds, such as hotel owners, surfing instructors, hotel staff, guest house and laundry owners, travel agents and tour guides, online motorcycle drivers, motorbike rental owners, and souvenir traders. The findings of the study reveal that every business actor and worker in the tourism sector has their own approach to cope with the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

One of the efforts to increase the attractiveness of tourism destinations is through tourism destination branding. Efforts need to be made to realize tourism destination branding. This study aims to describe efforts to compare tourism in Serang Municipality based on its tourism potential. The research method is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Primary data is obtained by conducting interviews and direct observation of informants who are considered to understand tourism conditions. Secondary data was obtained through journals, tourism reports and related literature studies. Then it was analyzed using an interactive model through data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions from the analysis. It was found that the Serang Municipality Youth and Sports Tourism Office had made various efforts to increase the attractiveness of tourism destinations by carrying out several stages to build tourism destinations through Group Discussion Forums, logo and tagline design competitions, procurement and naming of tour buses, making promotional videos, and utilizing Instagram social media. The next step is to develop a tourism destination brand preferably through destination governance and sustainable tourism marketing and digital transformation. Abstract

Colol Valley area is agrotourism area located in East Manggarai Regency. This research aims to analyze the strategy to improve the region. The research employs the qualitative method, in which the data is collected through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The process and technique used are qualitative-descriptive and SWOT analysis. Typologically, the result showed that the attraction in Colol can be categorized into two types: agrotourism as the core attraction and nature, culture, history, and religion as the supporting attraction. Based on the tourism life-cycle perspective, the Colol valley region is considered at the exploration level, whereby there is no clear identification and inventory regarding tourism potential at the attraction level. In terms of the institutional level, there is no institution managing the tourism issue. At the stakeholder’s role level, the government plays an important role; meanwhile, the local community contributed less to developing the tourism sector. This circumstance indicates that the development of mass tourism-based is not well-applied in this region. The SWOT analysis shows the weaknesses and obstacles to the development of the Colol Valley Area including aspects of attractions, accessibility, amenities and ancillary. According to SWOT analysis, the development of Colol region can be analyzed as follows: First, the SO strategy (strength-opportunities) as an action to improve the product quality, the management of tourism destination, infrastructure development, amenity, as well as accessibility in obtaining the significant visitors to Labuan Bajo. Second, WO strategy (weakness-opportunities) as an action by strengthening the tourism institutional and the promotion of tourism destinations. Third, the ST (Strength-Threat) strategy is to maximize the existence potential by expanding the facilities and collaborative teamwork among stakeholders. Finally, the WT strategy (weakness- threat) is a development of human resources by conducting training that aims to fund independence-based besides government budgeting. The local government of East Manggarai Regency needs to configure a tourism governance system that is expected to be an instrument in managing and arranging the Colol region tourism development system, including creating a master plan. Therefore, this region is recommended for an acropolitan area with the support and collaborative action by all stakeholders such as, government, official institutions, and non- Government organizations. Abstract

Wisata kuliner khususnya wisata kopi berkembang pesat di Kota Bandung terutama di Kawasan Dago. Kawasan Dago merupakan kawasan pariwisata yang terkenal bagi wisatawan dalam maupun luar kota. Tersedia banyak coffee shop di Kawasan Dago yang dapat menjadi pilihan bagi para wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Namun, belum ada sistem informasi yang memuat semua informasi khusus coffee shop di Kawasan Dago, sehingga para wisatawan mengalami kesulitan dalam mengakses informasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang desain prototipe untuk sistem informasi sebaran coffee shop di Kawasan Dago berbasis web. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan kuesioner serta analisis data menggunakan metode flowchart. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of instagramability and social media on the decision to revisit tourists at the Situhapa Rose Garden tourist attraction. The analysis of this study uses the decision to visit as the dependent variable, by combining instagramable and social media variables as independent variables and using multiple linear regression tests as data analysis assisted by IBM SPSS software version 20.0. The data collection method used in this study was to distribute questionnaires to the research sample, namely tourists at the Rose Garden tourist attraction with a total sample of 100 respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The regression model in this study is Y = 2.709+0.954X_1+1.631X_2. This study shows that instagramable and social media variables simultaneously influence visiting decisions. Furthermore, the instagramable variable has a partial effect on the decision to visit, then the social media variable has a partial effect on the decision to visit. The ability to observe instagramable and social media variables in explaining their relationship to the visiting decision variable statistically is 74.5% (D) and the remaining 25.5% is determined by variations in other variables that are not examined. Abstract

Cagar Budaya Candi Muara Jambi Area is one of the national heritages which is a cultural heritage in Jambi Province with an area of 3,981 hectares. The located of Kawasan Cagar Budaya Candi Muara Jambi is at the estuary of the Batanghari River which poses a threat to the flood disaster of the Batanghari River in every rainy season. The study aims to maaping the level of vulnerability and to analyse the level of disaster vulnerability by reducing the impact of losses and the impact of disaster due to the Batanghari River flood disaster in the Kawasan Cagara Budaya Candi Muara Jambi. Determination of the level of disaster vulnerability through four parameters of vulnerability, they are social vulnerability, economic vulnerability, physical vulnerability, and environmental vulnerability. The approach of the studi is GIS approach with an analysis of the level disaster vulnerability is using overlay, scoring, and weighting techniques. The results of the study is disaster vulnerability level of flood disaster in Kawasan Cagar Budaya Candi Muara Jambi is at medium level of disaster vulnerability.
