Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana penumbuhan budi pekerti melalui budaya sekolah di SMA N 5 Kupang, juga mengetahui bagaimana upaya sekolah dalam menumbuhkan budaya sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif model Miles dan Hubberman. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah SMA N 5 Kupang telah melakukan upaya penumbuhan budi pekerti, penumbuhan budi pekerti dilakukan melalui penguatan budaya sekolah. Adapun jenis pembiasaan yang dilakukan di sekolah antara laian melalui kegiatan 5 S (senyum, sapa, salam, sopan, dan santun), civitas akademika sekolah bergaul secara ramah dan santun, membiasakan ibadah bersama (sesuai agama), internalisasi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, pendisiplinan peserta didik dan guru, dan adanya anjuran untuk menjaga 7 K (Kebersihan, Keamanan, Ketertiban, Keindahan, Kerindangan, Kerapihan dan Kekeluargaan).

Abstract

The apprenticeship program III is one of the academic agendas in developing student competencies, so that they are ready to undergo the profession as community educators. However, based on the identification of problems carried out internally, it was found that the apprenticeship program III, had not provided optimal results, this can be seen from the results of evaluations and feedback from the people who were targeted in the apprenticeship program III of the IKIP Siliwangi Community Education study program. The theoretical foundation used in this study is the theory of learning through practice, the theory of social competence and the theory of public education. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with the instruments used are interview guides, guidelines for observation and documentation study. The results obtained that the competence of students in the public education study program showed an increase especially in terms of communication and social interaction skills. However, it has not received a good assessment from the community. So that the conclusions in this study are that the internship program III has positive implications for the development and social competence of students, but still needs further development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya kesadaran guru untuk belajar, kurangnya kesempatan guru mengikuti pelatihan, kurang efektifnya KKG dan supervise Pendidikan yang bertujuan memperbaiki proses pembelajaran cenderung menitik beratkan pada administrasi di SD Negeri Leuwigajah 2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kinerja dan wawasan guru dalam pembelajaran di SD Negeri Leuwigajah 2 Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan Kota Cimahi serta untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya manfaat Supervisi Edukatif Kolaboratif secara Periodik terhadap mutu kinerja dan wawasan guru. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan kemajuan dan peningkatan yang signifikan pada setiap siklusnya. Dengan Supervisi Edukatif Kolaboratif Secara Periodik mampu meningkatkan kinerja dan wawasan guru. Dari hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan beberapa hipotesis yang kebenarannya perlu dibuktikan lebih lanjut, bahwa dengan adanya Supervisi Edukatif Kolaboratif Secara Periodik dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di SD Negeri Leuwigajah 2 Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan Kota Cimahi. Penulis berharap untuk tahun-tahun berikutnya Supervisi Edukatif Kolaboratif Secara Periodik dapat dilaksanakan sebaik-baiknya. Hal ini dikarenakan dengan pelaksanaan Supervisi Edukatif Kolaboratif Secara Periodik yang baik, ternyata dapat berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Community development in a village certainly should start from the existing potentials in the village both the potential of human resources and natural resources potential. To view these potentials need for demographic mapping of a village. Therefore, in this study the demographic mapping of Ciburuy village was carried out through real work activities. The purpose of this study was to map the demographics of Ciburuy village and to see the relevance of the real work activities of STKIP Siliwangi programs in Ciburuy village. The method used in this study is the qualitative research method. Data collection is done directly using the observation sheet and questionnaire. Demographic status  Ciburuy village  viewed from various fields, namely the field of population, education, health, religion, social and culture is the right village to be used as a village area guided by STKIP Siliwangi. Potentials that exist in Ciburuy consists of potential natural resources such as situ ciburuy, plantations, agriculture, fisheries, and limestone mines. Potential local products such as comring business, bamboo carving, making aquariums, making tables and chairs from Olympic materials, and making sequins. There is relevance between the real work program of STKIP Siliwangi and programs at Ciburuy village.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of increasing the creativity of prospective educators in making innovative instructional media based on online technology as a challenge in the revolutionary era 4.0 and student communication skills that have not been maximized. Therefore, research on the preparation of vlog-based teaching materials is carried out in an effort to improve student communication skills. The method used in this study was quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent pretest posttest control group design. The population in this study were all PGSD students in the 4th of the 2018-2019 academic year with the selected sample namely regular class A1 students as the experimental class and regular A2 class students as the control class. The instrument used in this study is the observation sheet according to communication skills indicators. The results showed an increase in communication skills in PGSD students by making compilation of vlog-based teaching materials.

Abstract

Penilaian merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengetahui tingkat ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran   bagi   setiap   komponen   proses   belajar   mengajar.   Dari   Hasil Pengamatan  yang  dilakukan  oleh  peneliti  tentang  Kemampuan  Guru  Dalam Mengolah Data Hasil Evaluasi Pembelajaran, dapat diketahui bahwa kemampuan guru dalam hal ini belum optimal. Guru seringkali masih menemukan kesulitan dalam pengolahan hasil evaluasi, terutama yang menggunakan aplikasi komputer. Guna  mengatasi  masalah  tersebut  perlu  diadakannya  suatu  bimbingan  untuk mengatasinya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Untuk mengetahui Apakah kegiatan bimbingan teknis pengolahan nilai melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi berbasis MS.excel, dapat meningkatkan  kemampuan  guru  dalam  mengolah  data  hasil  evaluasi pembelajaran, 2) Untuk mendeskripsikan proses peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam mengolah data hasil evaluasi pembelajaran, setelah diadakannya kegiatan bimbingan   teknis   pengolahan   nilai   melalui   pemanfaatan   aplikasi   berbasis MS.excel, 3) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam mengolah data hasil evaluasi pembelajaran, setelah diadakannya kegiatan bimbingan teknis pengolahan nilai melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi berbasis MS.excel. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah yang meliputi 2 siklus tindakan. Dalam satu siklus terdapat masing-masing satu tindakan. Setiap siklus terdapat berbagai instrumen yang berfungsi sebagai refleksi pada siklus berikutnya. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru Di SD Negeri Cibabat Mandiri 2Kecamatan Cimahi Utara Kota Cimahi  Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2018-2019. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi, wawancara, tes hasil belajar, studi dokumentasi dan dokumen analisis data. Penelitian dimulai sejak bulan Juli 2018 sampai Desember 2018.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan teknis mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengolah hasil evaluasi menggunakan MS.Excel, yang dilaksanakan pada guru-guru SD Negeri Cibabat Mandiri 2 Kecamatan Cimahi Utara Kota Cimahi  Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2018-2019.

Abstract

The Internship III program is one of the curricular programs for students of community education courses. Therefore, it is necessary to study the implications of the program for the ecological awareness of the community, because in principle the apprenticeship III program is the placement of students in the community in order to prepare students to respond to life's challenges in the community which at the same time also provides benefits to the community to be able to experiencing a renewed learning process with a basic charge of ecological awareness related to the Citarum Harum program. The theory used in this study is the theory of empowerment, learning theory, management theory of educational units outside of school. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with the aim of getting a more complete and comprehensive picture related to the implementation of community education programs. Based on research conducted, it was found that changes in community ecological awareness were built but not in the form of very rapid changes, still requiring other activities to maintain awareness and control program implementation in the future. This is in line with the theory of empowerment that the pattern of implementation of empowerment must use a comprehensive and sustainable approach. The main conclusion in this study is that there are quite good changes, especially in the ecological awareness of the community related to their role in the midst of the Citarum Harum program.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) merupakan suatu cara bagi seorang kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesinya. Penulis  melakukan penelitian di SMK Negeri 1 Cisarua Kabupaten Bandung Barat, dengan menggunakan pendekatan  kualitatif  dengan metode action research  dalam mata pelajaran Pmelakukan pembinaan terhadap guru tentang implementasi manajemen dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Implementasi dari konsep di atas terlihat pada perkembangan kemampuandan aktivitas guru dari tiap siklus yang dilaksanakan. Hal ini tampak pada awal pembelajaran pada siklus I,  khususnya pada tahap eksplorasi, yaitu pemberian pengetahuan kognitif tentang manajemen terhadap guru untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran, kemudian pada siklus II, pendalaman materi dilaksanakan dengan cara pemahaman lebih dalam terhadap konsep-konsep manajemen, dalam hal ini kepala sekolah berperan sebagai falisitator, selanjutnya pada siklus III, kepala sekolah  sebagai pendorong kreativitas guru dengan peningkatan pemahaman pada pelaksanaan praktek dilapangan, mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengevaluasiaan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Perubahan yang signifikan terlihat dari tahap perencanaan yang awal persiapan mengajar hanya 20 % tetapi pada tahap berikutnya meningkat menjadi 60 % dan di siklus III sampai mencapai 80%.  Pada tahap pelaksanaan juga ada peningkatan dari mulai tahap apersepsi, kemudian penyampaian kegiatan inti dan kegiatan penutup, setelah melalui pembinaan pada siklus I, siklus II dan siklus III, mengalami peningkatan terutama dalam praktek pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dari 40 % dari 5 orang jumlah guru yang mempraktekkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen, menajdi 80 % melaksanakannya. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pembinaan oleh kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru berpengaruh, dan pada akhirnya akan mempengaruhi peningkatan mutu sekolah secara keseluruhan.Kata Kunci: manajemen, pembelajaran, prestasi siswa Abstract: School Action Research (PTS) is a way for a school principal to improve his professional competence. The author conducted research at SMK Negeri 1 Cisarua, West Bandung Regency, using a qualitative approach to the action research method in the subject of conducting coaching to teachers about the implementation of management in the learning process at school. The implementation of the above concept looks at the development of the ability and activities of the teacher from each cycle carried out. This can be seen at the beginning of learning in the first cycle, especially in the exploration stage, namely the provision of cognitive knowledge about management to teachers to support the learning process, then in the second cycle, the deepening of the material is carried out by means of deeper understanding of management concepts, in this case the principal acts as the falisitator, then in cycle III, the principal acts as a teacher's creativity with increased understanding of the practice implementation in the field, starting from the planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating stages in the teaching and learning process. Significant changes were seen from the planning stage where the initial preparation for teaching was only 20% but in the next stage it increased to 60% and in cycle III it reached 80%. At the implementation stage there was also an increase from the start of the apperception stage, then the delivery of core activities and closing activities, after going through coaching in cycle I, cycle II and cycle III, experiencing an increase especially in the practice of learning implementation, from 40% of the 5 number of teachers practicing management principles, become 80% implement them. This research proves that coaching by the principal on improving teacher performance is influential, and in the end it will affect overall school quality improvement.Keywords: management, learning, student achievement

Abstract

This study describes the participation of young generation in the village of Cigugur in preserving the culinary art culture of Kuningan sticky rice tape. Through this research, it is expected that the young generation in the village of Cigugur can obtain knowledge and make a business opportunity from the preservation of the culinary art culture of Kuningan sticky rice tape. The purpose of this study is: To describe the participation of the young generation in the preservation of local culture. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods on the young generation in Cigugur Village, Kuningan Regency. The results in this study concluded that the participation of the young generation in preserving one of the local cultures of Kuningan, namely sticky rice tape is by studying the making of sticky rice tape through a culinary art training program for making the sticky rice tape. Now, the form of participation is abstract participation, that is to say energy and mind. The training activities held by the community involved the community as organizers as well as presenters. The participation of the young generation is energy by taking part in the overall training, and contributing ideas about the innovation of taste and packaging of sticky rice tape to be more attractive to consumers.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minat belajar serta hasil belajar siswa dalam menganalisis teks anekdot. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian adalah apakah metode make a match dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran analisis teks anekdot? Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan: (1) keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran menganalisis teks anekdot; dan (2) kemampuan mengidentifikasi struktur dan kaidah kebahasaan teks anekdot pada siswa kelas X Farmasi A SMK Dharma Bhakti Indonesia menggunakan metode make a match. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Pelaksanaan penelitian ini sebanyak dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Presentase keaktifan siswa pada siklus I sebesar 79,25% sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 82,06%. Peningkatan juga dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa dalam menganalisis teks anekdot yang mencapai nilai kekutuntasan 75 pada setiap siklus. Hasil evaluasi siklus I menunjukkan 37,84% dan siklus II sebesar 62,16%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode make a match dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran analisis teks anekdot khususnya identifikasi struktur dan aspek kebahasaannya.  Kata Kunci: keaktifan siswa, hasil belajar, analisis teks anekdot, make a match ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by interest in learning and student learning outcomes in analyzing anecdotal texts. The formulation of the problem in research is the method of making a match can increase the activeness and learning outcomes of students in learning anecdotal text analysis? This research improves: (1) students who are active in learning to analyze anecdotal texts; and (2) the ability to support the structure and language rules of anecdotal texts in grade X Farmasi  A students of SMK Dharma Bhakti Indonesia using the make a match method. This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK). The implementation of this research consisted of two cycles and each cycle consisted of four sides, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The percentage of student activity in the first cycle was 79.25% while in the second cycle it increased to 82.06%. Improvements can also be seen from the results of student learning in analyzing anecdotal texts that reach 75 completeness in each cycle. The results of the first cycle evaluation showed 37.84% and the second cycle were 62.16%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the method of making pairs can increase student activity and student learning outcomes in learning text analysis.Keywords: student activity, learning outcomes, anecdotal text analysis, make a match
