Abstract

The development and progress of the times marked by the advancement of science and technology implications for the structure and mechanism of human life in all lines and dimensions. This fact as well as a challenge, especially in the administration and management of education, including Islamic education. Islamic education is required to transform both institutional and individual, especially for teachers as an important actor in the world of education. The teachers are required to make changes with regard to the approach, strategy and methods applied in the learning activities. There were many theories and learning approaches offered by educational experts. Among them is a fun approach to learning. Truly a fun learning approach in the perspective of Islamic education is not a new thing. But already there and has been practiced since the time of the beginning of Islamic education. As illustrated by the hadith of the Prophet SAW stated; "Give convenience and do not complicate, announce and do not be scared, so they run away leaving you." In this paper, the author tries to discover the truth about the degree and the hadith is doing "Takhrij" against hadith. It is expected that through this paper, has established for us, especially the teachers to make learning fun as a principle in the election and penerapapan various strategies and methods in learning activities.

Abstract

This paper parse comprehensive information about the motivation of the development of science in the perspective of Hadith. Demanding and develop knowledge, 'ulum al-din or 'ulum al-dunya is a mandatory command (faridhah) in the hadith of the prophet. The mastery of both types of science will realize the happiness of the world and the hereafter simultaneously. Therefore, the hadith explains high motivation in this activity. For people who demand and develop science equated God with those who strive. Even their recompense is eternal paradise. In Islam, the development of science simply is not worth anything when it is not able to provide repair of the world and the hereafter. Therefore, the integration of science and charity faith is a necessity that must be integrated. Thus, Allah will raise the degree of the learned and faithful to some degree.

Abstract

This research raises the problem of the implementation of inquiry learning in the aqidah akhlak subject in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru, by raising the research question: how to implement inquiry learning in the aqidah akhlak subject in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to get an overview of the implementation of inquiry learning in the aqidah akhlak subject in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. Intruments of data collection include observation, interviews and documentation. The subject of this research is teacher of the aqidah akhlak subject and the object is the implementation of inquiry learning in the aqidah akhlak subject. The technique of data analysis by following steps of data reduction, data display, conclusion, and verification. The results revealed that in the implementation of inquiry learning in the aqidah akhlak subject in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru required good innovation of planning, strategy, selection of methods that vary with the right material in accordance with the needs of students and adapted to existing facilities and infrastructure. The findings of this study resulted in recommendations: (1) to teachers in the aqidah akhlak subject may improve the quality of learning, among others, with the ability to use various methods, strategies, and careful planning; (2) to the school would be able to give motivation to students for discipline, serious in learning and have not enough textbooks with LKS alone, because without participatory student implementation of inquiry learning can not optimal.

Abstract

This article describes the Arabic learning in terms of speaking skills using communicative approach. In Arabic language learning is known four language skills that must be possessed by students that are listening skills (maharah al-istima '), speaking skill (maharah al-kalam), reading skill (maharah al-qira`ah), writing skill (maharah al-kitabah ). To obtain language skills in the learning process and become a daily habit in the environment would require the competence of Arabic teachers who have an innovative approach in teaching. One of the approaches of learning speaking skills is by using a communicative approach. The steps are (1) the learner hears, reads, then practices a two-line dialogue with his partner, (2) hears and repeats it, (3) listens to the dialogue model and then repeats it by observing the names in the dialog with their own name, (4) ) read the question hint and make a question, (5) read a two-line dialogue framework then practice with his partner, (6) hear reading the question model and ask.

Abstract

Education is process that leads people to the good life and the uplifting of humanity in accordance with the basic capabilities (nature) and the his teaching ability (external influences). True education is that provides the opportunity for openness to influences from the outside world and the development of the student themselves. The purpose of  education is expected to from the persoality of a person into human beings with the pattern of taqwa to Allah SWT. Where the purpose of education is essentially that can humans in line with the incident. And aims to gain the solvation of the world and the hereafter. With the exixtence of education is expected to produce human beings who have a good personality in outword and inward who are able to devote charity and deeds to seek pleasure Allah. Education in the family has a strategic role and very decivise achievement of the quality of human resources. Implementation of family education is not just arolw as a routine and natural executor but acst as a responsible manager in laying a founation, weight direction and patterns of child life

Abstract

This article discusses about the Islamic Educational Values that can be enjoyed through the lyrics of Nasyid. The Islamic educational value here is meant as a set of belief which is accepted for its truthfulness and is aimed at developing Muslim characters physically and spiritually. Nasyid is a kind of Islamic music that can be utilized as a media to deliver Islamic teaching values through its lyrics. It can be understood because human likes art especially music. The values that can be aroused from the Islamic lyrics cover many things such as the value of faith, the value of worship to Allah and the value of moral which all derives from Al-Qur’an and Sunnah

Abstract

The implementation of character building at Islamic Boarding School in Pekanbaru; Darel Hikmah Islamic Boarding School, Babussalam Islamic Boarding School, and Al-Kautsar Modern Islamic Boarding School is proceeded through 3 integrated ways, namely; through the subject courses, through local contents, and through students’ self development. Based on the preliminary study, writer found a discrepancy which indicates the implementation of character building in Islamic Boarding School Darel Hikmah, Babussalam and Al-Kautsar is not optimally applied. The discrepancy indicated that the character building in the schools does not have positive effect on students’ characters; to adore God Al mighty and all His creature; respectful and well-mannered, generous, mutual cooperation, self-confidence and hardworker, leadership and equitable, humble, tolerance, peaceful and unity. The application of character building at these schools has been investigated through 26 indicators. The research shows that the indicators are in good level; 73.16%. The first factor that support and barrier the application of character building in these Islamic Boarding Schools is funding; there is no specific fund to support the education character building implementation. The second is human resources; headmaster and teacher. Then, facilities and the last is teachers’ welfare.

Abstract

Transformation is any displacement of science, the intellectual activity, from teacher to student and so in the context of the growth and development of education in the early history of Islam. The purpose of this discussion to determine the form peralihanilmu and development of Islamic education in the early history of Islam. This writing method descriptive analysis. Discussion regarding the form of change and transition of science in the early history of Islam. Makkah period, the process of transition of knowledge from the companions of the Prophet to be done with the system dealing directly with the Prophet (musyafahah) .After the system says, memorizing and teaching returned as received from the teacher (talaqqi). Both systems are considered to be very tested and most noble among sistempendidikan that ever existed in the world of education. Medina period, is aimed more at political and social education and citizenship. The subject matter of this education is basic thoughts contained in the Charter of Medina and also the teaching of the Koran remains a priority

Abstract

Everyone needs education, because education is the foundation for life to acquire information and knowledge to develop themselves both in the family, school and community environments. As a child mentally retarded retarded retarded intelligence but still has the potential to be developed, the main characteristics of these children have a disadvantage in thinking and reasoning. The impact of the weakness is having the ability to learn and social adaptation in below the average normal children. The purpose of this study was to determine the formation of religious for the child at students of Extraordinary School Pelita Hati Pekanbaru, while the benefits are practically as information for managers, educators, coaches, as well as referrals to families and communities who have children with intellectual challenges in developing the potential of children, especially religious values which constitute the basic provision in this life, and the theoretical results of this study are expected later obtain information that can be used as a coaching principles concerning religious values in students retarded. Religious development patterns conducted by the Extraordinary School Pelita Hati through the field of religious studies, science, PKN and commemorate the Day of the Religious, recitals by using props, concrete objects as a medium that is easily understood by students using transcendental pattern. With this pattern teacher is required to transform the science and give examples of various approaches and fostering student religious consciousness in mental retardation.

Abstract

This paper wants to elevate the figure of Mahmud Yunus and his thoughts on Islamic education. For that, at least there are some things that need to be presented, including biography and educational background, then put forward his thoughts on Islamic education. His thoughts on Islamic education are related to the goals of Islamic education, Islamic education curriculum, the institutions of Islamic education, methods of learning in Islamic education, as well as moral and ethical of educators. Mahmud Yunus's point of view about Islamic education, although the thought has existed for a long time but it still exists and is relevant in today's time, for the advancement and development of the Islamic educational institutions of the archipelago.
