PENGARUH BAURAN PEMASARAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN PERAWATAN KULIT PADA KLINIK KECANTIKAN DRM SKIN CLINIC DI MAKASSAR Syarifuddin Arief

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, partisipan, proses, dan lingkungan fisik) terhadap keputusan konsumen perawatan kulit pada klinik kecantikan DRM Skin Clinic di Makassar secara simultan, (2) pengaruh bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, partisipan, proses, dan lingkungan fisik) terhadap keputusan konsumen perawatan kulit pada klinik kecantikan DRM Skin Clinic di Makassar secara parsial, dan (3) faktor yang paling dominan dari bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, partisipan, proses, dan lingkungan fisik) yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen perawatan kulit pada klinik kecantikan DRM Skin Clinic di Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei sebanyak 96 orang pelanggan sebagai sampel dari seluruh jumlah populasi sebanyak 2.500 orang. Survei dilakukan dari bulan Desember 2012 sampai Februari 2013. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan program statistik SPSS versi 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara simultan, bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, partisipan, proses, dan lingkungan fisik) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen perawatan kulit pada klinik kecantikan DRM Skin Clinic di Makassar, (2) secara parsial, produk, lokasi, promosi, proses, dan lingkungan fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan harga berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan dan partisipan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, dan (3) variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan konsumen perawatan kulit pada klinik kecantikan DRM Skin Clinic di Makassar adalah promosi. Kata Kunci: bauran pemasaran, keputusan konsumen, perawatan kulit klinik kecantikan.

This study aims to determine personality competence, social competence and academic supervision of high school supervisors as well as the influence of personality and social competencies on the implementation of academic supervision conducted by high school supervisors. The type of research is ex post facto research. The study population was all permanent teachers with the status of civil servants (PNS) in State High Schools in Luwu Regency. The study sample consisted of 152 teachers obtained by the proportional simple random sampling technique. The data of this study were collected using the personality and social competency instruments of the supervisor and the implementation of academic supervision in the form of questionnaires with a Likert scale model. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) the competence of personality and social competence of high school supervisors is in the very high and high category, and the implementation of supervisory academic supervision in high schools is in the good category. (2) The supervisory personality and social competencies in high school together have a positive effect on the supervisory academic supervision, and (3) Personality competency and supervisory social competence each have a positive influence on the implementation of supervisory academic supervision in high school.

This study aims to determine the public relations strategy of Makassar State University in increasing the positive image of Makassar State University in the community. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were as many as five people using data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results are processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Public Relations devised a strategy so that the function could run in accordance with the objectives of Makassar State University, among others, trying to create a conducive climate between institutions and the public in order to do persuasive and educative approaches to the public, trying to create two-way communication by disseminating information from institutions to public parties. educate and provide information, in order to create mutual understanding, respect, understanding and also strive to foster harmonious relations between organizations and various groups, both in and out relations to enhance cooperation. Public Relations seeks to socialize the Makassar State University mission to be accepted or received support from the public / public.

Persepsi Stakeholder terhadap Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar (Studi pada Industri Perhotelan Kota Makassar) Wim Johannes Winowatan

The focus of this study is to study the effectiveness of the implementation of the Makassar Polytechnic Competency-Based Curriculum in the hospitality industry. Qualitative studies used in case studies were used to reveal stakeholder perceptions about the application of the Competency-Based Curriculum (KBK) used at the Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. Methodologically, data is obtained through 1) Documentation, 2) In-depth interviews (in-depth interviews), and 3) Library Studies. Key informants are stakeholders who have a direct relationship with the hospitality industry. Among them: General Manager Hotel Jolin, Hotel Vape, Sous Chef Four Point Hotel, Vocational Teacher of Tourism and culinary entrepreneurship. Data collection by gathering participation and in-depth interviews. Data are arranged categorically and chronologically, completed and continuously coded. Strategy to verify data by agreeing to Triangulation, Member Checking and Audit Trail.The results of the study show that the competency-based curriculum is relevant to the needs of the industry, because the curriculum is used in synergy with work systems and procedures in the industry. However, to maximize the relevance between industry and professional competency, it is necessary to increase the professions deepening courses, improve by increasing practicum in professional subjects needed in accordance with the development of modern society.

Public understanding of Islamic banking services is still low. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the switching behavior of bank customers. This research method uses a quantitative approach and data collection using a questionnaire given to 200 bank customers who are taken on a non-probability sampling basis and analyzed using SPSS version 21. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and system ease procedures have a positive and significant effect on the intention to switch bank customers, while social influences and effort expectancy do not affect the intention to switch bank customers. This research is relevant for management to design service products that provide convenience for users to increase the intention of users to transact with Islamic banks.

The objectives research are, (i) whether there is influence of utilizing learning media toward students learning achievement in Office Administration program at SMKN in Tanete Riattang subdistrict of Bone district; (ii) whether there is influence of clasrooms management toward students learning achievement in Office Administration program at SMKN in Tanete Riattang subdistrict of Bone district. (iii) whether there is influence collectivity of utilizing learning media and class management toward students learning achievement in Office Administration program at SMKN (Public Vocational Schools) in Tanete Riattang subdistrict of Bone district. The research employed quantitative method. Data is collected through observation, questionnaire and documentation techniques. Data is analyzed by employing descriptive statistic and inferential statistic analysis., there is significant positive influence of learning media towards the students learning achievement by 17%, there is significant positive influence classroom management toward the student learning achievement by 19,9%. The results of the research reveal that: there are significant positive influence between learning media and class management toward the students learning by 23,6%.

Developing the Students’ Speaking Performance through Information Transfer Technique Fitri Radhiyani

The objective of this research are: (1) to describe whether the use of Information transfer technique developed the students’ speaking performance in terms of accuracy and fluency, (2) to describe the feedback of students’ attitude toward Information transfer technique. The researcher design was pre-experimental design, the sample consisted of 26 students of sixth semester of English Education study program, Faculty of Language and Literature, State University of Makassar, in 2007/2008 academic year, class A. the researcher data were collected by using two kinds of instruments; Speaking test for students’ achievement by using Information transfer technique and questionnaire for students’ attitude toward information transfer technique. Data on the students’ speaking performance in terms of accuracy and fluency were analyzed using t-test at 0.05 level of significance and the main score formula, and data on students’ attitude were analyzed using Likert scale. The result of the research are : (1) The use of Information transfer technique developed the students’ speaking accuracy in terms of acceptable pronunciation, correct grammar, and appropriate word choice, (2) The use of information transfer technique also developed the students’ speaking fluency, and (3) the students had very positive attitude toward the use of information transfer technique. Thus means that the use of information transfer technique is effective to be implemented in developing students’ speaking performance in terms of accuracy and fluency.

This research was conducted to answer the problem of "how to develop the career of state vocational school teachers in Makassar City". Thus, this study aims to determine the career development of teachers in the State Vocational School in Makassar City. This research is a descriptive study that provides an overview of Career Development of Vocational School Teachers in Makassar City, with a total sample of 73 people. Data collection techniques used are, observation and questionnaire. Data analysis used is; descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study showed that the career development of the teachers of State Vocational Schools in Makassar City was still in the less category. While supporting factors, namely; 1) teacher's pedagogic competence, 2) the implementation of duties and responsibilities by the teacher professionally, 3) the teacher focuses on carrying out duties in carrying out the duties and responsibilities, 4) the existence of Subject Teachers' Consultation (MGMP), and 5) availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure . While the inhibiting factors of teacher career development are; 1) MGMP is not routinely carried out 2) MGMP funds are not prepared by the government, 3) unclear workload between functional tasks and administrative duties, 4) absence of regulations, especially legal issues that can protect teachers, 5) promotion does not automatically, 6) school management that is not good, 7) the absence of reward commensurate with teacher performance, and 8) inadequate facilities and infrastructure.

Bureaucracy is a tool that plays an essential role in the implementation of development in the region. One of the reform agenda is to create a clean government, and free from the practices of corruption, collusion, and nepotism. Performance-based management is the measurement of bureaucratic performance oriented to outcome measurement. The type of research used is literature. The primary data type is data in the form of scientific work related to employee performance, web pages that discuss performance, while corresponding main data are books or other literature that supports and has to do with research. From the results of the study is one of the significant challenges of the public bureaucracy is how to be able to carry out activities effectively and efficiently. By going to a planned change, it will enable a continuous process of change; thus the performance of the government bureaucracy in public service will be more effective and efficient following the expectations and aspirations of the community. The application of good governance with information technology-based can use as a strategy and guidance in providing services to the public.

The Role of the Government in Increasing Community Welfare in Pohuwato Regency Edy Sijaya

This research aims to determine the role of the village government in improving the welfare of the people of Bulili Village in Duhiadaa District, Pohuwato Regency. The research approach uses descriptive research which provides an overview of how the government plays a role in improving the welfare of the community in the village of Bulili, Duhiadaa District, Pohuwato Regency. Informants were the village head, village head, BPD chairman, LPM Chair, village treasurer and Bulili village community leaders. The results showed that the Bulili Village Government in improving community welfare carried out three programs such as: 1) agricultural production improvement program. For the economic sector the Bulili village government planned assistance that would improve the economy of Bulili villagers such as providing rice seeds, corn seeds, tractor assistance, Hansplayer (tengki) assistance, fertilizer assistance, and PNPM assistance, 2) program to increase livestock production, namely the collaboration of district government, sub-district government and Bulili village government in the form of providing assistance for productive superior cows and productive goat seeds to village community livestock farmers bulili which was formed by the village village government. 3) development of village livestock agribusiness, which is to form a group of livestock farmers who are given the assistance of productive cow and goat seeds to each group to be managed as part of a government program in order to improve the welfare of the village community. In addition, the formation of livestock farmer groups is one of the right solutions in increasing livestock business in the village, various livestock businesses such as the procurement of productive seeds, prevention of livestock diseases and access to marketing can be done in groups and work together which in turn increases profits and business income in order to improve the welfare of the people in Bulili village.
