This research was conducted in Cakranegara Mataram 4 elementary school by studying and examining using observation method, interview, and documentation. Some of the findings obtained from the research show that the strategy of strengthening students' morale is implemented in some aspects: first on the vision and mission of the school where the school arranges the vision and mission and goals of the school which implies the value of faith, piety and religious, in order to strengthen student morale. Secondly, on activities, both activities within the school environment and activities outside the school environment relating to religious activities in order to increase religious value. Fourth, school facilities and infrastructure. Fifth, school rules are arranged based on the school's vision, mission, and goals. The results showed that the strategy successfully strengthened students' morale. However, there are still some obstacles found, such as the number of students who are not balanced with the number of classes and the number of less ideal teachers, the lack of maximum utilization of existing facilities, the lack of commitment of school residents, especially the lack of cooperation of parents in efforts to strengthen student morale.

In the phenomenon of lesbians, there is a process of self-meaning of lesbian individuals, in other words, how lesbian individuals are in the stage of forming their homosexual identity. Lesbian self-meaning cannot be formed and realized as a person's sexual orientation but through stages that are influenced by psychosocial and biological factors that can shape one's identity. The purpose of this study is to find out how the stages of homosexual identity formation follow Cass's Theory which is a model for analyzing the formation of homosexual identities, including lesbians. The method used is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach to describe phenomena related to the self-meaning process of lesbians. The results obtained based on the research are the stages of lesbian identity formation, types of lesbian self-meaning, and barriers in the process of lesbian self-meaning. Recommendations from researchers are that understanding and research related to the phenomenon of lesbian self-meaning should continue to be expanded and developed in order to provide insight to the public in accepting the diversity of sexual orientations and reducing stigma and acts of discrimination.

Abstract

Animal food consumption, especially fish consumption in Indonesia, is relatively low. In general, it can be seen that the difference in consumption behavior with demand depends not only on prices and total expenditure but also on some household characteristics. This study aims to determine the influence of the education level of homemakers on fish consumption in Indonesia. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from IFLS (Indonesian Family Life Survey) wave 4 of 2007 and wave 5 of 2014, as well as data from the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries using a panel data regression model. The primary independent variable in this study was the education level of homemakers, and independent variables were added, which included age, income, location of residence, marital status, and gender of the head of the household. The dependent variable in this study is fish consumption expenditure. The results of the study found that the education level of homemakers, based on the length of schooling, is at a significance level of 5 percent, which affects household fish consumption expenditure in Indonesia. Every increase in the education level of homemakers by one year can increase the average household fish consumption in Indonesia by 6.0 percent. Fish products are consumed more by urban communities than by rural communities. The paper contributes to the academic literature on household consumption behavior and its determinants. Focusing on the specific context of Indonesia and examining the role of housewives' education levels enriches our understanding of the complex interplay between education, gender, and dietary choices.
