The aim of this research is to find out the influence of work environment, competence and empowerment to performance of teacher certification. Method of research used descriptive verification and questionnaire as instrument. Technique analysis used simple linier regression and multiple linier regression. The results of research showed (1) There is influence of work environment to performance of teacher certification, (2) There is influence of competence to performance of teacher certification, (3) There is influence of empowerment to performance of teacher certification, (4) There is influence of work environment, competence, and empowerment to performance of teacher certification. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kompetensi, dan pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dan menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen. Teknik analasis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multiple. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, (1) ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (2) ada pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (3) ada pengaruh pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (4) ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kompetensi, dan pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi. The problem in this research lies in the lack of student learning outcomes in Integrated Social Science. This research aims to know the difference of learning outcomes and the effectiveness of the Integrated Social learning media between students of grade VII SMP Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung who are learned using Powerpoint media with Graphic media.This research was clasified as an experimental research with comparative approach. Population in this research are 472 students and samples 66 students (2 classes) taken by using cluster random sampling. Technique of data collecting using test. Data analysis technique using T-test Separated varians and the effectiveness of manual.The results of research showed: (1)The average of learning outcomes that is taught by using learning media of Powerpoint is higher than that is taught by using Graphic media. (2)There is difference of effectivity between learning media of Powerpoint with learning media of Graphic. Masalah dalam penelitian ini terletak pada rendahnya hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu dan efektivitas media pembelajaran antara siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung yang pembelajarannya menggunakan media Powerpoint dan media Grafis. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 472 siswa dan sampel 66 siswa (2 kelas) diambil dengan menggunakan cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan T-Test Separated Varians dan efektivitas manual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Rata-rata hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan media Powerpoint lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan media Grafis. (2) Ada perbedaan efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran Powerpoint dengan media pembelajaran Grafis. Kata kunci : hasil belajar, grafis, powerpoint.

This study aimed to determine the effect of the discipline of learning at home, how to learn, and the parents' attention on learning outcomes integrated IPS SMP Wiyatama eighth grade students. The method used is descriptive verification qith ex post facto approach and survey. The sampling technique used probability sampling with proportionate random sampling and using Taro Yaman formula. Hypothesis testing is using simple linear regression analysis and multiple. Based on the analysis of data, it is obtained : (1) There is an influence of the discipline of learning at home against IPS integrated learning outcomes (2) There is a way of studying the influence of IPS integrated learning outcomes (3) There is an influence of parental towards IPS integrated learning outcomes (4) There is an influence on the discipline of learning at home, how to learn and parents' attention on integrated IPS learning outcomes.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh disiplin belajar di rumah, cara belajar, dan perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VIII SMP Wiyatama. This research aims to know factors influencing learning result economic of student of class X SMA Negeri 1 Punduh Pedada. Population in this research is 166 students, and sampel 33 students done with Simple Random Sampling. This research used methode descriptive research of verifikatif with approach of ex post facto and survey. Technique of data collecting is observation, documentation, interview and enquette. Technique analyse data is analyse linear regresi modestly and linear regresi multiple. Based on the analysis data conclusion is: (1). There is the influence of the use of LKS to the results learn economics of student of class X. (2). There is of interest to read influence to the results learn economics of student of class X. (3). There is of discipline learned influence to the result learn economics of student of class X. (4) There is the influence of the use of LKS, interest to read and discipline learned to the result learn economics of student of class X.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Punduh Pedada. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 166 siswa, dan sampelnya 33 siswa dilakukan dengan Simple Random Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara dan angket. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multiple. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) Ada pengaruh penggunaan LKS terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X. (2) Ada pengaruh minat baca terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X. (3) Ada pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X. (4) Ada pengaruh penggunaan LKS, minat baca dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X.Kata kunci: disiplin belajar, hasil belajar, LKS, minat baca.

The method which used in this research is comparative study with experimental approaches. The study population totaled 313 students with a total sample of 74 students.Hypotheses of test using two-way analysis of variance formula and the t-test two independent samples.Based on the analysisof dataobtainedthe following research findings, (1) there is a difference of student morality in learning of IPS between students who are learning using simulation and problem solving. (2) there are differentiation of morality in the learning of IPS between students who have intrapersonalwith interpersonal intelligence. (3) there is no interaction between learning method with intrapersonal and interpersonal student in the learning of IPS. (4) students morality in learning of IPS which is using simulation is higher than problem solving on students who have intrapersonal intelligence. (5) students morality in learning of IPS which is using simulation is higher than problem solving on students who have interpersonal intelligence. (6) students morality in learning of IPS which have the intrapersonal intelligence is lower than the interpersonal intelligence in simulation. (7) students morality in learning of IPS which have the intrapersonal is lower than the interpersonal by using problem solving. Kata kunci: moralitas, simulasi, ps, intrapersonal, interpersonal.

This study aims at determining the effect of the emotional intelligence, student perceptions about parenting parents and independent learning on the results of integrated social studies. The method used is descriptive approach verification ex post facto. The population in this study is all students of eighth grade of 184 students and the sample in this study is 125 students. The sampling technique is using probability sampling with simple random sampling. The results shows: There is an effect of emotional intelligence of students on learning achievement of social studies. There is an influence of students perceptions about parenting parents of students on learning achievement of social studies. There is an influence of students independent learning on learning achievement of social studies. There is an influence of emotional intelligence, student perceptions about parenting parents and independent learning on learning achievement of social studies.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, persepsi siswa tentang pola asuh orang tua dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 184 siswa dan sampelnya berjumlah 125 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Ada pengaruh kecerdasan emosional siswa terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu. Ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang pola asuh orang tua siswa terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu. Ada pengaruh kemandirian belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu. Ada pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, persepsi siswa tentang pola asuh orang tua dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, kecerdasan emosional, kemandirian belajar

The aim of this research is to know influence of work dicipline, facilities and performance of certificated teachers at SMK Economy public and private school Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2013/2014. The method of research uses descriptive verification approach by ex post facto and survey. The population consists of 127 teachers chosen by Nomogram Harry King formula in amount of 105 persons. The hypothesis testing 1, 2 and 3 use simple linear regression and hypothesis 4 uses multiple linear regression. The result of research showed: (1) There is influence of work dicipline towards certificated teachers’ performance, (2) There is influence of facility towards certificated teachers’ performance; (3) There is influence of compensation towards certificated teachers’ performance; (4) There is influence of work dicipline, facility and compensation toward performance of certificated teachers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh disiplin kerja, sarana, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi SMK Ekonomi Negeri dan Swasta Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 127 orang guru dengan jumlah sampel berdasarkan rumus Nomogram Harry King sebanyak 105 orang guru. Untuk menguji hipotesis 1,2 dan 3 menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan hipotesis 4 dengan menggunakan regresi linier multiple. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the school library and reading interests on learning outcomes IPS Terpadu in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Way Lima Academic Year 2013/2014. The method used descriptive verification with an ex post facto approach and surveys. Sampling is a simple random sampling using the formula of T. Yamane. In order to test hypothesis, it uses simple linear regression formula and multiple linear regression formula. Based on the analysis of the data, it obtained: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of the use of school libraries on learning outcomes IPS Terpadu; (2) There is a positive and significant effect of reading interests on learning outcomes IPS Terpadu; (3) There is a positive and significant effect of the use of the school library and reading interests on learning outcomes IPS Terpadu.Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah dan minat baca terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Way Lima Tahun Ajaran 2013-2014. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptitif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survei. Teknik sampling simpel random sampling menggunakan rumus T. Yamane. Untuk menguji hipotesis, menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana dan rumus regresi linier multiple. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh: (1) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu; (2) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan minat baca terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu; dan (3) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah dan minat baca terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu. Kata kunci: hasil belajar, minat baca, pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah.

This research aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of the Junior High School teacher Enggal District and Eastern District of Tanjung Karang Bandar Lampung are limited to the certification of the independent variables, motivation, and supervision. The method used is the Ex Post Facto and survey with descriptive research design verification. The sampling technique is probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling method and calculated using the Slovin’s formula. Hypothesis testing used simple linear regression analysis unit and multiple. The object of this research is the teachers who have been certified within a population amount of 109 teachers and 84 samples of the population. Based on the analysis of data obtained stasistik calculated using the formula: (1). There’s the influence on performance of teacher certification. (2). There’s the influence of motivation on teacher performance. (3). There’s the influence on performance of teacher supervision. (4). There’s a certification influence, motivation, and supervision of teacher performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pada guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Enggal dan Kecamatan Tanjung Karang Timur Bandar Lampung yang dibatasi pada variabel bebas sertifikasi, motivasi, dan pengawasan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Ex Post Facto dan Survey dengan desain penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik sampling adalah probability sampling dengan proportionate stratified random sampling dan dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan unit analisis regresi linier sederhana dan multiple. Obyek dalam penelitian adalah guru yang telah bersertifikasi dengan populasi sebesar 109 guru dan sampel 84 guru. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dihitung menggunakan rumus stasistik diperoleh: (1). Ada pengaruh sertifikasi terhadap kinerja guru. (2). Ada pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru. (3). This research is aimed to know about the influence of using the discussion method, media and learning environment for student learning outcomes of VII Grade, especially in IPS Terpadu class at SMP Negeri 22 of Bandar Lampung in Academic Year 2011/2012. The people in this research are all students of VII grade at SMP Negeri 22 of Bandar Lampung in Academic Year 2011/2012, where 188 students are spread in 6 classes. Sampling was done by using simple random sampling, where 128 of students were getting by Slovin Formula. The method that used in this research is descriptive research with approach of ex post facto and surveys. To test the three of hypothesis, it was using simple linear regression, but for the fourth hypothesis, it was using multiple linear regressions. The analysis revealed: (1) There is influence of the use of the discussion on learning outcomes of students of VII grade in IPS Terpadu class at SMP Negeri 22 of Bandar Lampung in Academic Year 2011/2012. (2) There is influence of the use of instructional media on learning outcomes of students of VII grade in IPS Terpadu class at SMP Negeri 22 of Bandar Lampung in Academic Year 2011/2012. (3) There is influence of environment on learning outcomes of students of VII grade in IPS Terpadu class at SMP Negeri 22 of Bandar Lampung in Academic Year 2011/2012. (4) There is influence of the use of the discussion method, instructional media, and the environment on learning outcomes of students of VII grade in IPS Terpadu class at SMP Negeri 22 of Bandar Lampung in Academic Year 2011/2012.
