Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan karakter bertoleransi antarumat beragama melalui kegiatan sekolah di SDN Inpres 6.88 Perumnas 2 Kota Jayapura. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan  pedagogik. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, para tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, peserta didik, dan orang tua peserta didik. metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter bertoleransi antarumat beragama pada peserta didik melalui kegiatan sekolah terintegrasikan ke dalam dua kegiatan, yaitu: Pertama, kegiatan pengembangan diri diwujudkan dalam kegiatan rutin (berjabat tangan, berdoa setiap hari di akhir pembelajaran, doa bersama, english day, baca senyap, senam waniambey, dan peringatan hari besar agama), kegiatan spontan (menegur peserta didik yang tidak membaur dengan teman lain, membuat kelompok sendiri, dan melakukan tindakan intoleran, serta membiasakan peserta didik untuk memiliki kepedulian sosial terhadap temannya), keteladanan guru, dan pengkondisian (pemasangan poster dan slogan yang berkaitan dengan sikap toleransi dan pembentukan kelompok belajar). Kedua, pengintegrasian nilai toleransi ke dalam mata pelajaran dilakukan dengan cara mencantumkan nilai toleransi ke dalam silabus dan RPP.

Abstract

Human Resources Development is very necessary because it has important aspects for increasing the productivity of Human Resources and also has certain goals which must be achieved for the progress of a company or national service organization and educational institution. Development of Human Resources can be done with training. Training conducted by social service organizations is aimed at improving the performance of Human Resources. This training is usually done according to the needs of the employees, this training is related to the management of Human Resources. According to Kett Ner there are four management functions, namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Human Resource Development is carried out through education and training, both formally and informally, which is carried out on an ongoing basis. There are five Human Resources domains that are considered important to be developed in the field of education. The five domains are: professionalism, competitive power, functional competence, participatory excellence, and cooperation. However, the development of the five HR domains requires Total Quality Control (TQC) and integrated training programs to achieve effectiveness.

AbstrakMetode sangat penting dalam memudahkan suatu pekerjaan karena  Metode adalah cara kerja yang bersistem untuk memudahkan pelaksanaan suatu kegiatan guna mencapai tujuan yang ditentukan. Metode Pembelajaran Agama Islam sendiri tentunya tidak boleh lepas dengan tujuan utama pendidikan agama di Indonesia yang tercantum dalam pasal 39 ayat 2 UU No. 20 Tahun 2003, “pendidikan merupakan usaha untuk memperkuat iman dan ketaqwaan kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa sesuai dengan agama yang dianut oleh peserta didik yang bersangkutan dengan mempertimbangkan tuntutan untuk menghormati agama lain dalam hubungan kerukunan antar umat beragama dalam masyarakat untuk mewujudkan persatuan nasionalMetodologi pembelajaran PAI ini tidak akan ada artinya kalau tidak dilaksanakan dalam praktek pendidikan. Pelaksanaan metodologi pembelajaran PAI itu dalam pembelajaran diantaranya pemilihan metode mangajar yang efektif dan efisian. Abstract

Physics lessons are more often presented using the lecture method, so students become less active. Therefore, it is necessary to look for alternative methods that are more challenging for students to develop their potential. The learning model chosen by the author is cooperative learning type Student Team Achievement Division (STAD). This research was conducted at Wajo 7 Public High School, in class X IPA, with the aim of: (1) Increasing Student Activity and Learning Outcomes in Business and Energy material through the application of cooperative learning Type Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) (2) Knowing the benefits of learning cooperative type STAD for students, teachers and classes. The results found that: (1) STAD type cooperative learning makes students active, confident, developed cooperation and skilled in expressing opinions. (2) STAD type cooperative learning can improve student learning outcomes in Business and Energy material in class X IPA of SMA Negeri 7 Wajo. (3) Cooperative learning type STAD can also make learning from the teacher be directed and systematic.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis quantitative type of research was conducted on 47 students of class XI Science in SMA Negeri 1 Tikke Raya with a random sampling technique that is random, where all members of the population were not sampled but the population was randomly drawn by researchers to be drawn into samples, observations and test items as a research instrument, to obtain data that is processed and analyzed with statistical techniques, both descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Through data analysis, it was concluded that: 1) Learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education before applying the VCT approach with an average student score of 80, 2) Learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education after applying the VCT approach with an average student score of 85, and 3 ) Hypothesis testing results about the Effectiveness of the Application of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) Approach to Learning Outcomes of Islamic Education in SMA Negeri 1 Tikke Raya Kab. North Mamuju, By testing the significance it can be concluded that t-test (t0) = 6.033 and t-table = 2.014. Because t-test> t-table, H0 is rejected, Ha is accepted. That is, there is an influence of the application of the VCT approach to the Learning Outcomes of Islamic Education Class XI science students in SMA Negeri 1 Tikke Raya Kab. North Mamuju.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan, yakni penelitian yang menghasilkan produk berupa buku Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis Kisah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada dua perguruan tinggi umum negeri, yakni Universitas Negeri Makassar dan Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar sebagai tempat melakukan uji validasi. Proses pengembangkan bahan ajar Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis Kisah pada Pergruan Tinggi Umum Negeri merujuk pada teori model pengembangan Model Thiagarajan dan Semmel (1974). Model ini dikenal dengan model 4-D (four the models), yakni model yang memiliki empat tahap pengembangan. Keempat tahap dimaksud, yaitu: (1) define (pendefinisian); (2) design (perancangan); develop (pengembangan); dan (4) disseminate (penyebaran). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan bahan ajar Buku Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis Kisah pada Perguruan Tinggi Umum Negeri melalui uji validasi dengan tim validator yang terdiri dari tim ahli dan praktisi (6 orang) memandang bahwa Buku Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis Kisah memiliki kriteria kevalidan “sangat valid”. Tingkat kevalidannya meliputi: (1) kelayakan desan dengan nilai kevalidan 3,83 (sangat valid); (2) kelayakan isi dengan nilai kevalidan 3.67 (sangat valid); dan (3) kelayakan penyajian dan bahasa dengan nilai kevalidan 3,70 (sangat valid).

Abstract

Learning difficulties is a condition where students cannot learn naturally, due to threats, obstacles or disturbances in learning. Broadly speaking, the factors that cause learning difficulties consist of two kinds, namely the internal factors of students, namely things / circumstances that arise from within themselves students and external factors of students, namely things / circumstances circumstances that come from outside the learner. Besides being required to be skilled in delivering subject matter, teachers are also required to be able to recognize their students. Lessons will easily reach the educational goals if an educator knows his students very well. Recognizing students has an urgency that is able to get closer to the relationship between educators and students, not only recognizing the names of students, or their personality and character, but educators are also required to be able to recognize students' learning difficulties in order to be able to diagnose these difficulties so that they become a consideration in develop learning plans.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan bahan ajar teknologi pembelajaran berbasis web-blog dan respon Mahasiswa Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar terhadap bahan ajar berbasis web-blog. Proses pengembangan merujuk pada model pengembangan Borg dan Gall di antaranya; 1) pengumpulan informasi, 2) perencanaan, 3) pengembangan produk awal, 4) uji coba ahli, 5) revisi I, 6) uji coba kelompok kecil, 7) revisi II. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan: bahwa respon mahasiswa terhadap modul berbasis web-blog adalah positif atau mendapat respon baik. nilai rerata respon mahasiswa terhadap modul berbasis web-blog 3.24, dari skor ideal 4. Penilaian terhadap format bahan ajar dan media 3.16, aspek bahasa 3,26, aspek isi 3,31 dan aspek penyajian 3.26.
