Abstract

This study aims to 1) to see the effect of natural phytohormones in onions and coconut water on the growth of sugarcane, 2) To see the effect of giving natural phytohormones to sugarcane plants which produce the best growth, 3) To see the results of research on the growth of sugarcane can be used biology learning resources. This type of research is an experimental study using a completely randomized design (CRD). This study consisted of 4 treatments, namely, the first treatment was giving sand and red soil, the second treatment was giving manure and 15% concentration of onion solution phytohormones, the third treatment was giving manure and phytohormones with 25% concentration of coconut water solution, the fourth treatment was Pembrian. Manure and phytohormone combined with 15% concentration of onion solution + phytohormone with 25% concentration of coconut water solution. The parameters observed in this study were height in units (cm), number of leaves (counting manually), stem diameter in units (cm). To determine the effect of phytohormone solutions on shallots and coconut water, data analysis was carried out using the one-way ANOVA test. and further tests to find out the most optimum treatment for the growth of sugarcane using the BNJ test. Based on the research, there was a significant effect of giving natural phytohormones on the growth of sugarcane, with the best treatment, namely the third treatment of giving manure and phytohormones of coconut water solution. The results of this research can be used as a source of learning biology in the form of videos with material on the growth and development of class XII. Kata kunci: larutan bawang merah (allium cepa L), air  kelapa (cocos nucifera L), fitohormon, tanamantebu.

Abstract

The research about the mixture of moringa leaf flour and rice bran on the growth of orgainic chicken on Joper chicken. var as a source of learning biology aims to determine the effect of feed from the mixture of moringa leaf flour (Moringa oleifera L) and rice bran on the growth of organic chickens (Gallus-gallus domesticus L. Joper chicken. var), then to find out certain variations of the mixture of moringa leaf flour (Moringa oleifera L) and rice bran which gives the best influence and to make posters that are used as a source of high school biology learning. The method used is a completely randomized design (CRD), experiments conducted with 3 treatments and 1 control. Control (0% moringa leaf flour), P1 (2.5% moringa leaf flour), P2 (5% moringa leaf flour) and P3 (7.5% moringa leaf flour). The parameters observed were weight, length, and diameter of the joper body. The results of the study were tested using a non-parametric statistical test or commonly called the kruskal wallis test. Kruskal wallis test results on chicken weight obtained X2value 4.09 <X2table 14.07 at α 0.05 means Ho is accepted, length measurements obtained results X2value = 3.61 <X2table = 14.07 at α 0.05 means Ho is accepted, diameter measurements obtained results X2 value = 4.2 <X2 table = 14.07 at α 0.05 means Ho is accepted. The conclusion from this study was the feed from the mixture of moringa leaf flour and rice bran did not have a significant effect on the growth of joper. The results of the used ranking from 5% Moringa leaf flour gave the best effect for weight gain of joper. Based on the results of the validation of learning resources shows that learning resources in the form of posters that are made were feasible to be used as a source of learning biology for high school students.Kata kunci: super java chicken, Indigofera, alternative feed, poster learning resources

Abstract

Pedagogic skills are not obtained instantly by prospective teachers if they only study learning theories. The facts in the microteaching class, although they have understood constructivism theory, they find it difficulty to initiate constructive learning instruction. Through Lesson Study practice, collaboration between teachers and prospective teachers in lesson planning is expected to raise a focus on important points in each stage of learning (pedagogic skills). The comments of prospective teachers are recorded, analysis of field notes, and also see phase with reflection are documented. Student prospective teachers self-assessment data on planning, observation, and reflection skills as supporting as quantitative data. The result is that prospective teachers reach the very good category in compiling a lesson plan, while the aspects of skills to observe and reflect on learning are in the medium and low categories. The implications of pedagogic learning through lesson study are discussed in this article. Kata Kunci :kolegialitas, lesson study,  mahasiswa calon guru, rencana pembelajaran.
