Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat flipped learning pada mata pelajaran fisika materi pokok Getaran Harmonis dan Impuls dan Momentum. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dihasilkan terdiri atas silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), video pembelajaran dan lembar kegiatan peserta didik (LKPD). Adapun prosedur pengembangan pada penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE (analysis, design, develop, implement, dan evaluate). Subjek pada uji ahli terdiri atas tiga orang pakar dalam bidang pendidikan fisika dan tiga orang guru fisika SMA dari beberapa SMA di Lampung. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi pedoman wawancara, angket validasi ahli, angket validasi praktisi/guru, soal tes hasil belajar, dan angket tanggapan siswa. Data dari tahapan pengembangan analysis dan develop dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif sedangkan data dari tahapan implement (uji coba lapangan) dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan uraian pembahasan yang telah dipaparkan mengenai perangkat pembelajaran flipped classroom pada materi getaran harmonis dan impuls dan momentum, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dihasilkan dinyatakan valid, praktis, menarik, mudah dan bermanfaat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran fisika di SMA, akan tetapi memiliki tingkat efektivitas rendah dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : ADDIE, Flipped Classroom This study aims to produce a flipped learning product on the subject of fundamental physics Harmonic Vibration and Impulse and Momentum. The resulting learning tools consist of syllabus, learning implementation plan (RPP), video learning sheet and student activity (LKPD). The development procedure in this research was using ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). Subjects in expert tests consisted of three experts in physics education and three high school physics teachers from several high schools in Lampung. The instruments used include interview guides, expert validation questionnaires, practitioner / teacher validation questionnaires, learning test questions, and student response questionnaires. Data from the analysis and development stage were analyzed descriptively qualitatively while the data from the implementation stage (field trial) were analyzed descriptively quantitative. Based on the description of the discussion that has been presented about the learning device reversing class on the harmonic vibration and impulse and momentum’ matter, it can be concluded that the resulting instructional tool is valid, practical, interesting, easy and useful to be made. Applied in physics learning in high school, but has a low effectiveness improve student learning outcomes. Key Words: ADDIE, Flipped Classroom

Abstract

Salah satu kendala utama pelaksanaan perkuliahan fisika umum di Universitas Papua adalah kurangnya sarana dan prasarana pelaksanan praktikum terutama pada materi fisika yang abstrak seperti materi fisika modern. Salah satu strategi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah menerapkan pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan media Laboratorium Virtual (Lab-Vir) melalui kegaiatan Lesson Study. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran melalui penerapan PBL berbantuan media Lab-Vir melalui kegiatan Lesson Study pada mata kuliah fisika umum di Universitas Papua. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif melalui tahapan kegiatan Lesson Study. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan rekaman video selama open class berlangsung. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Kegiatan Lesson Study meliputi tiga tahap rangkaian kegiatan siklus yaitu Perencanaan (Plan), Pelaksanaan (Do), dan Refleksi (See). Dalam tahap Plan dilakukan diskusi bersama dengan tim dosen untuk mengembangkan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS), Chapter Disign, dan Lesson Plan. Pada tahapan Do dilakukan pembelajaran oleh dosen model berdasar RPS yang telah disusun. Dalam tahapan See dilakukan refleksi untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan oleh dosen model guna mengungkap kelemahan dan kelebihan untuk ditindak lanjuti pada pembelajaran selanjutnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas, kerjasama, dan hasil belajar mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran meningkat serta suasana pembelajaran menjadi lebih hidup. Olehnya itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui pembelajaran PBL berbantuan media Lab-Vir melalui kegiatan Lesson Study dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran mata kuliah fisika umum dibanding sebelumnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadap keterampilan proses sains ditinjau dari self-efficacy siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen menggunakan desain faktorial 2x2. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X IPA SMA Kartikatama Metro. Sampel terdiri dari 66 siswa yang dibagi menjadi satu kelas PBL dan satu kelas DI dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala self-efficacy dan tes keterampilan proses sains. Analisis data dilakukan dengan two-way ANOVA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan keterampilan proses sains siswa yang belajar dengan model problem based learning dan siswa yang belajar dengan model direct instruction (F=7,959;p<0,05), terdapat perbedaan keterampilan proses sains antara siswa yang memiliki self-efficacy tinggi dan siswa yang memiliki self-efficacy rendah (F=80,325;p<0,05), dan tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan self-efficacy terhadap keterampilan proses sains (F=0,001;p>0,05).Kata Kunci: problem based learning, keterampilan proses sains, self-efficacy.

Abstract

There is rationality to the importance of developing students' critical thinking skills. It is possible to integrate direct presentation, concept formation, and concept attainment in a single learning approach. There is essence, functionality, and urgency of dynamic fluid concept for polytechnic students. The objective of the research is to produce a conceptual learning teaching model of dynamic fluid topic and to know its impact on strengthening students' critical thinking skill. Research subjects were 28 students, IB Class, Mechanical Engineering Study Program, DIII, Bandung State Polytechnic.. The study used quasi-experimental methods, and one group pre-test post-test design. Research instruments include lesson plans, LKM, PG questions, and questionnaires. Data analysis used statistical test, gain normalization, and descriptive analysis. The results show that the concept teaching approach on the topic of dynamic fluid has strengthened students' critical thinking skills significantly. The student's response to the overall concept teaching approach is quite good. The steps of concept teaching approach and the development of critical thinking skills are felt by the students quite easily, whereas the dynamic fluid material is considered difficult.

Abstract

Pembelajaran monoton dapat mematikan daya berpikir kreatif siswa, karena siswa mengalami kebosanan dalam proses pembelajaran. Pembelajaran secara Student Centre Learning atau SCL, siswa mampu membangkitkan daya berpikir kreatif siswa dengan sebuah pendekatan antar ilmu dan pengaplikasiannya melalui pembelajaran aktif berbasis permasalahan yaitu menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan pendekatan STEM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantukan buku siswa berbasis pendekatan terpadu STEM terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan mendeskripsikan hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantukan buku siswa berbasis pendekatan terpadu STEM. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas X SMA IT Miftahul Jannah, dan sampel yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling siswa kelas X1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas X2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan pretest posttest control group design terhadap dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen siswa diberi perlakuan menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantukan buku siswa berbasis STEM, dan kelas kontrol siswa menggunkan model pembelajaran langsung atau metode ceramah berbantukan buku konvensional. Kedua kelas tersebut diberikan pretest dan posttest, yang kemudian hasil N-gain dibandingkan. Pada penelitian ini, dua kelas tersebut dibandingkan sesuai dengan hasil belajarnya lalu dilakukan uji perbedaan kedua kelompok siswa menggunakan Independent Sample T-Test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan hasil belajar pada siswa dikelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan rata-rata N gain berturut-turut, yaitu 0,62 dan 0,30 dan hasil uji independent sample t test  thitung > ttabel yaitu 5,485 > 2,069 pada taraf kepercayaan 95%, ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantukan buku siswa berbasis pendekatan terpadu STEM terhadap hasil belajar.Kata kunci: Buku Siswa, Hasil Belajar, Inkuiri Terbimbing, dan  STEM.

Abstract

AbstrakBelum semua guru menggunakan instrumen asesmen kinerja (performance assessment) dalam kegiatan praktikum siswa. Guru masih menggunakan asesmen secara tertulis atau tes diakhir kegiatan pembelajaran, sehingga hasil belajar siswa hanya diperoleh dari aspek kognitif tanpa melihat proses belajar yang dilakukan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen asesmen kinerja (performance assessment) praktikum mata pelajaran fisika di SMA serta mendeskripsikan kelayakan instrumen dari segi konstruksi, substansi, dan bahasa/budaya. Desain pengembangan menggunakan metode Research and Devolepment  dengan langkah-langkah: (1) analisis potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan informasi dan data, (3) desain produk awal, (4) validasi desain produk, (5) revisi desain produk. Hasil analisis data menunjukan skor penilaian kelayakan instrumen menurut validator. Skor kelayakan aspek konstruksi sebesar 3,63 yang berarti secara kualitas sangat layak, kelayakan aspek substansi sebesar 3,38 yang berarti sangat layak, dan kelayakan aspek bahasa/budaya sebesar 3,89 yang berarti sangat layak. Apabila dirata-ratakan menjadi 3,63 atau secara kualitas sangat layak sehingga intrumen dapat digunakan.Kata kunci: instrumen asesmen kinerja, performance assessment,       praktikum. AbstractNot all teachers use performance assessment instruments in the activity of students’ practical. Teachers are still using a written assessment or test at the end of learning activities, so that student learning outcomes are only retrieved from the cognitive aspect without seeing the learning process that is done by the students. This research aims to develop instrument for performance assessment practical subjects of physics in senior high school as well as describing the appropriateness of instruments in terms of construction, substance, and language / culture. Developing design using the method of Research and Devolepment method with the steps: (1) analysis of the potential and problems, (2) collecting information and data, (3) the initial product design, (4) validation of design products, (5) revision of product design. The results of the data analysis showed the feasibility assessment instrument score according to the validator. Eligibility score of 3.63 construction aspects of meaning in a very decent quality, feasibility aspects of the substance of 3.38 which means very decent, and feasibility aspecs of the language/culture of 3.89 meaning very feasible. When averaged into 3.63 or is qualitatively decent thus the instrument can be used.Keywords: instruments of practical assessment, performance    assessment, practical.

Abstract

Era teknologi saat ini mebutuhkan kemampuan menggunakan pembelajaran yang memadukan pemanfaatan informasi teknologi dan komunkasi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar. Sehingga pemanfaatan produk teknologi dalam pembelajaran perlu mendapat perhatian serius. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran berbantukan media sosial facebook terhadap hasil belajar fisika pada topik tata surya. Metode yang diguanakan dalam penelitain ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTsN Rukoh Banda Aceh pada siswa kelas VII dengan total sampel 59 siswa. Melalui metode random sampling terpilih kelas VIIA sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diberi perlakuan pembelajaran berbantukan media sosial facebook. Sedangkan kelas VIID terpilih sebagai kelas kontrol yang diajarakan dengan metode diskusi tanya jawab. Teknik pengolahan data melalui uji t dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 20. Setelah dilakukan analisis persyaratan diperoleh data bahwa kedua kelas memenuhi syarat normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung 25,58 dimana t tabel 16,9 maka t tabel < t hitung yaitu 16,9 < 25.58 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran berbantukan media sosoal facebook terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil Paired  Samples  Test  dan Paired samples correlations diperoleh nilai sig (2- tailed) 0.000  < 0,05 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan pembelajaran berbantukan jejaring social facebook terhadap hasil belajar fisika pada topik  tata surya.The current era of technology requires the ability to use learning that combines the use of information technology and communication to improve learning outcomes. So that the use of technology products in learning needs serious attention. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Facebook social media assisted learning on the results of learning physics on the topic of the solar system. The method used in this research is quasi-experiment with the design of one group pretest posttest. This research was conducted at Rukoh Banda Aceh MTsN in class VII students with a total sample of 59 students. Through the random sampling method selected the VIIA class as the experimental class which was given a learning treatment assisted by social media Facebook. While the VIID class was chosen as the control class taught by the question and answer discussion method. Data processing techniques through t-test with SPSS version 20. After the requirements analysis, the data obtained that the two classes meet the requirements for normality and homogeneity. The results of the t test obtained t count 25.58 where t table 16.9 then t table <t count is 16.9 <25.58 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. These results indicate that there is an effect of learning assisted by social media Facebook on student learning outcomes. Based on the results of Paired Samples Test and Paired samples correlations, the value of sig (2- tailed) 0,000 <0,05 indicates that there is a significant influence of learning assisted by Facebook social networking on the results of learning physics on the topic of the solar system.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether the test of science process skill integrated character to influence on high school physics learning result. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Maumere in class XI MIA 1 as experiment class and XI MIA 2 as control class with material that is optical equipments in the even semester of academic year 2017/2018. The research method used is experiment with Quasi Experimental Quasi Experimental Experimental design that used is The Noneequivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design ,, while the research subject taking technique is Simple Random Sampling. Research subjects used amounted to 33 students both from the experimental class and control class. Before the research instrument is used first tested the validity and reliability test. In the validity test using Product Moment Pearson correlation, there are 24 tested questions and obtained the result of 18 valid questions and 6 drop problems. In reliability test by using Cronbach Alpha formula in get result rhitung = 0,870> 0,329; so the instrument is said to reliab with high interpretation. The next stage conducted data retrieval using instruments that have been valid and reliable then tested the prerequisite analysis in the form of normality test and homogeneity test. In the normality test using chi square obtained results; with a significant level of α = 0.05 and a sample size of 33 students in the experimental class and in the control class which means that the experimental and control classes are normally distributed. On the homogeneity test using F test obtained the results,; with a significant level α = 0.05 and the number of samples of 33 students then the class of research is a homogeneous class. In the last stage, hypothesis testing with t-test and obtained the result,; with significant level α = 0.05 and the number of samples as many as 33 students, the skills of integrated science processes developed characters that influence the results of physics learning.

Abstract

This research aims to know a better concept comprehension between using 3D animation learning media with 2D on Impuls and Momentum learning and describe the concept comprehension on both treatments. The research method used is quantitative and descriptive. The research data was obtained through multiple choice test with the certainty of response index (CRI) answer sheet. The research design used was Pretest-Posttest Equivalent Group Design with a sample of two experimental classes selected at random. The results using Mann Whitney U-test showed a significance value of 0.009. This shows that the students' concept comprehension using 3D animation learning media is higher than using 2D animated learning media. The concept comprehension of students who understand the concept of the class using 3D animation media that is 41.99%, while the class that uses 2D animation media is 34.38%. For the misconception level in the classroom that uses 3D animation media that is 41.02%, while the class that uses 2D animation media is 43.95%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe in detail the results of the development of a problem-solving STEM module with the theme of the dome house, and explain the results of the improvement after the use of the module. STEM is an approach that combines science, technology, engineering, and mathematics into a single discipline that is able to realize learning by presenting real problems in everyday life. The STEM module based on the problem-solving ability developed raised the theme of the dome house, which has a function as an earthquake-resistant house which was used as a reconstruction of post-earthquake housing and is permanent, economical, and efficient. Solving problems is one part of high-level thinking, as well as a form of action in solving problems that utilize the knowledge they have. Indicator of achievement of problem solving is analyzing the problem, making a plan for its completion, carrying out planning, and checking again. The development method applied is Research and Development. This module is validated by 5 experts, the results show that the module is very feasible to use. The module was tested on research subjects totaling 20 eighth grade students. The results show that the highest increase in students' problem-solving ability after the implementation of the module is the indicator carrying out the plan with n-gain 0.40, while the lowest increase in the indicator understands the problem with n-gain 0.22. Overall, the STEM module that was developed was able to improve the problem solving ability  of state Islamic junior high school  students.
