Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis observasi gejala fisis  menggunakan metode demonstrasi dan eksperimen terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dan pengaruh kemampuan awal siswa tinggi atau rendah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa serta untuk mengetahui interaksi metode pembelajaran dan kemampuan awal siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 04 Kopang dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk prestasi kognitif dengan metode tes objektif pilihan ganda dengan teknik analisa data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis ialah uji Anava Dua Jalan dan menggunakan metode scheeff untuk uji lanjut anava. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran dengan metode demonstrasi dan eksperimen terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Selain itu terdapat pengaruh kemampuan awal tinggi dan rendah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, dan tidak ada interaksi antara motode pembelajaran dan kemampuan awal siswa terhadap prestasi belajar.  Pada uji lanjut untuk model pembelajaran diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh kemampuan awal tinggi dan rendah terhadap prestasi belajar.

Abstract

Discipline is one thing that is important in achieving the maximum target in the learning process . Besides the performance of the task is an effort to instill a deeper concept in a subject matter . With the homework expected of students actively learn and be stimulated to enhance better learning , fostering initiative and are solely responsible bold . Sengganggnya so students use the time for things that support their learning by completing activities that are useful and constructive With discipline and performance of the duties expected student achievement in the field of study of physics can be optimal.                          The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the discipline of learning and the performance of the duties of the learning outcomes of physics . This type of research is experimental . Collecting data using questionnaires and tests . The research was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pekalongan , randomly selected sample . The data analysis technique used is the calculation of the linear regression analysis . The results showed that the discipline of learning and administration tasks affect student learning outcomes , it is obtained from the results of hypothesis testing on the discipline of learning on learning outcomes in Fhit = 20.32 greater than t table at significance level α = 5 % Fdaf = 4 , 10 . While testing the hypothesis on the performance of the duties of the student learning outcomes obtained with Fdaf value = 48.67 greater than the significance level α = 5 % tdaf = 4.10 . After the authors conducted a study proved that the suspect had a significant influence between disciplines home learning and task performance on learning outcomes , the authors suggest to students to be more disciplined in learning activities , so that the learning outcomes that will be obtained will be better and in accordance with the expected . For teachers to further streamline the tasks given to the students , not just the task of completing a matter of course , but the task of creating a summary and demonstrate concepts learned in class.

Abstract

Providing material in theory and experiments in physics learning to students is very important and must be balanced. Besides that students are aware of a concept that has been created by scientists in physics, but also clear and understood the concept both theoretically and experimentally. In this study, will compare student learning outcomes after a given learning in real experiments and simulation experiments on simple harmonic motion of the subject.Data collection method used is the questionnaire method tests. Test method consists of pretest and posttest are used to determine students' learning achievement physics. Test instruments used are validity with product moment correlation technique, reliability testing with formula Kuder-Richardson 20 (KR-20), difficulty level test, and test different power. For the prerequisite data analysis in this study to test for normality using the formula Chi-Square and homogeneity test using Bartlett's test. The data obtained are then processed with the hypothesis test using t-test formula.The results of data analysis showed that there are significant differences between real experimental learning methods with experimental simulation of the physics students' achievement of learning comprehension. This is indicated by the acquisition of the t value of 2.460 while ttable at 5% significance level with 32 degrees of freedom is 1.691. The increase in the average score of student achievement (posttest) showed that student achievement using real experimental method 1.77 higher than on student achievement using simulation experiments 0.74, so the proposed hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan keterampilan proses sains siswa yang diberi perlakuan menggunakan model pembelajaran POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) dan model pembelajaran Discovery pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sindue Tombusabora. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen kuasi dengan equivalent pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sindue Tombusabora. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Kelas XA yang berjumlah 24 orang terpilih sebagai kelas POE dan kelas XB yang berjumlah 24 orang terpilih sebagai kelas Discovery. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes keterampilan proses sains berbentuk essay berjumlah 10 soal yang telah divalidasi, setiap soal mengukur satu indikator keterampilan proses sains yaitu keterampilan mengajukan pertanyaan, keterampilan berhipotesis, keterampilan merencanakan percobaan, keterampilan mengamati (observasi), keterampilan menafsirkan (interpretasi), keterampilan berkomunikasi dan keterampilan memprediksi. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, diperoleh rerata skor pre-test kelas POE 16,38 dan kelas Discovery 14,25 sedangkan rerata skor post-test kelas POE sebesar 26,88 dan kelas Discovery sebesar 24,22. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik statistik uji-t dua pihak untuk menguji perbedaan rerata skor keterampilan proses sains siswa. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai thitung = 2,06. Nilai ttabel  = t(1-1/2α)  pada taraf nyata α = 0,05 dan dk = 46, adalah t0,975(46) = 2,01. Hal ini berarti, nilai thitung berada diluar daerah penerimaan H0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan keterampilan proses sains antara kelas  yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran POE dengan model pembelajaran Discovery pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sindue Tombusabora.

Abstract

This research aims to describe thestudent independence after follow the Reciprocal Teaching of Learning. The subjects of this research are students in study program of physics education Ahmad Dahlan University who are studying Mechanics at school year of 2015/2016. Classroom Action Research consists of plan, do, and reflection. This activity repeated two cycles. The result is after follow the Reciprocal Teaching of Learning 80,3% students reached good individual and classical independence.This research aims to describe thestudent independence after follow the Reciprocal Teaching of Learning. Abstract

Metro City is a developing city that attracts many new citizens to come and live in the city of Metro. It affects the density and population growth in the city of Metro so it boils down to the increasing need for energy for fuel such as gas and electricity needs. UU No. 33 of 2007 the government seeks to optimize the role of PEMDA and communities and academics to be able to take advantage of the various potential that may be developed in their respective city in meeting energy needs. The survey results show the picture that the city of Metro has potential in the utilization of biogas energy. The availability of this organic material is quite common in Metro city. But the availability of the material has not been classified in number and variety. For that, we need to do research in mapping biogas potential in every area in Metro city. The research method used is the method of documentation, observation, and interview. As for data analysis techniques, conducted qualitatively and quantitatively through the findings of observations in the form of descriptions, calculation analysis, and tabulation. The results obtained show that the North Metro sub-district has the highest potential for biogas development. The most common materials are animal waste derived from cow dung as much as 84% and biogas from plants that are from rice straw (54%) and Tahu/tempe processing waste (38%). Other organic ingredients found are chicken, goat, buffalo, and banana peels. This result shows that the biogas potency of Metro City is best developed that is through the use of cow dung

Abstract

Application of learning models POEW done to minimize the quantity of misconceptions experienced by students. The research was conducted by applying the POEW model of the experimental class and POE model of the control class. A method use quasi-experimental by design “Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design” implemented in X class one of high school at the city Cimahi in 2012/2013. Research results show that the description of misconception experienced by students in the experimental class lower than the control class. Responses of students to learn with the application of this POEW generally positive.

Abstract

Magnetic surveying have been done in the area around of the Carangandul site, District of Karang lewas, Regent of Banyumas. The research purpose is for identify Kadipaten Pasir Luhur’s remainder whom maybe buried at around that sites. The total magnetic intensity data obtained, then be processed, corrected, and reduced so thatbe obtained the local magnetic anomaly data. Modeling process to magnetic anomaly data with two dimensions (2D) have been done by utilize Mag2DC for windows software. Based on the modeling results, be obtained the subsurface lithology section with magnetic susceptibility values of 0.0141 – 0.0626 cgs units. The interpretation ofmodeling resultsshow thatin the depth of 0 – 10 meters be found the sand stone, then in the depth of 10 – 125 meters befound the breccia-andesite rocks, then in the depth of 125 – 250 meters be found the andesite rocks with insert of sand, and then in the depth of 250–500 meters be found two pieces of rocks i.e. breccia-andesite and andesite-basaltic from volcanic lava boulder of Slamet Volcano which be estimated as the basement inthe research area. Based on the interpretation resultis not found available distribution of pure andesite as sites that exist on the surface.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is for get up motivation learn and get the result of student learned of class X Muhammadiyah 1 Trimurjo high school in study of sains use ice breaking. The subjeck of research of class X Muhammadiyah 1 Trimurjo high school the student are 25 student’s. This research use the plant CAR (Class room Action Research) have 2 siklus, other siklus have 3 face to face and tes too. The tes do it every last siklus, it’s meet the 3rd. The learn student of motivation had observation use angket the content of student and page of chek list the content of observer for observation ice breaking done. To result of research to give diffrent value of good learn motivation and result of study too from I siklus and II siklus the get up. So we can get a point to apply that ice breaking can get up the learn of motivation and result student of study. The result of observation to learn motivation student in siklus I result persentation about 78,25% it’s mean motivation learn of student is high. In siklus II make forward, result persentation the learn motivation of student about 87,5% it’s mean the learn motivation student very high. For result of study also make forward in siklus I persentation like 72%. The siklus II change become 88%. From result observation give a diffrent good value of the learn motivation of result study in siklus I and siklus II to get up. Then i can get ice breaking can forward of learn motivation and result study of student.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika serta aktivitas siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Batanghari. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Sampel penelitan siswa kelas VIII.5 dengan jumlah 30 siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi yang dilakukan dua kali pertemuan. Dari hasil penelitian, rata-rata menunjukan bahwa model pembelajaran  Think-Talk-write  dapat meningkatkan persentase aktivitas siswa dari siklus I sebesar 55% dan siklus II sebesar 69,41% sehingga berada pada rentang skor tinggi. Pembelajaran dengan strategi Think-Talk-write juga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I sebesar 53,33% dan siklus II sebesar 90%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Think-Talk-Write dapat meningkatkan  hasil belajar siswa pada materi tekanan.
