Abstract

The purpose of this research to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial motivation, and self-efficacy on the formation of student entrepreneurial attitudes. The research subjects in this research were all students of the Economics Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya, Class of 2017 who had taken entrepreneurship courses with a total of 83 students. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument which was distributed to respondents. Data analysis in this research using multiple linear regression. The results show that partially entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on the formation of student entrepreneurial attitudes, entrepreneurial motivation has no significant effect on the formation of student entrepreneurial attitudes, and self-efficacy has a significant effect on the formation of student entrepreneurial attitudes. Meanwhile, simultaneously the results showed that entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial motivation and self-efficacy had a significant effect on the formation of student entrepreneurial attitudes.Keywords : Entrepreneurial Motivation; Entrepreneurship Education; Self-efficacy; Entrepreneurial Attitude

Abstract

Land and building tax as one of the components that supports the balance fund, which has an influence on the amount of the balance of funds that will be received by the tax producing regions. Therefore, the UN needs serious attention from local governments. More precisely in terms of handling, so that later they will be able to make a large contribution to Regional Original Income (PAD). The formulation of the problem of this research is how the performance of village officials in Land and Building Tax (PBB) services in Gantimulyo Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency. The research objective was to determine the performance of village officials in Land and Building Tax (PBB) services in Gantimulyo Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency. This research used data collection methods by observation, interviews and documentation study. The main informants in this study were the village head, village secretary, head of planning and development, tax collection officers, and taxpayers. The data analysis used is data reduction analysis, data presentation and conclusions. Based on research and data analysis, it can be concluded that (1) The responsiveness of the village apparatus has gone well, namely by conducting socialization to residents to provide knowledge about land and building taxes. . (2) Responsibility in managing land and building tax funds is the Village Head, Village Treasurer/ Head of Finance, then Pak RT. (3) Accountability carried out by the village apparatus, namely by collecting land and building taxes from the residents then the funds are sent to the central government, from the center down to the villages in the form of direct assistance.Keywords: Land and Building Tax (PBB) Service, Village Apparatus Performance

Abstract

The media has an important role in the learning process. But there are some students who do not have learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce an integrated android-based economic handbook of Islamic values on business entity material in a valid and practical class X Indonesian economy. The pocket book was developed in accordance with the systematic and standard criteria for the feasibility of learning media. The research conducted is a type of development research with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). The process for producing pocket books begins with the validation stage by media experts, material experts and Islamic religious experts. The pocket book was also trialled at school to measure the response of grade X students in SMA Negeri 1 Metro. The results showed that this pocket book is suitable for use in learning. This is indicated by the results of the validation of media experts with a percentage of 91.2% with very strong criteria, the results of the assessment by material experts with a percentage of 80% with strong criteria, the results of the assessment by Islamic religious experts with a percentage of 96.6% with very strong criteria and the results of testing with a small group of 36 students with a percentage of 90% with very strong criteria. Based on the percentage obtained from the average expert validation of 89.26% with very strong criteria and students' responses of 90% with very strong criteria, the pocket book is declared valid and practical to be used as a reference in the learning process.Keywords: Pocket Book, Learning Media, Android

Abstract

Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) Strategies include Advertising, Sales Promotion, Events and Experience, Public Relations and Publicity, Direct Marketing, Interactive Marketing, Word of mouth Marketing, Personal Sales. Implementation of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategy at Muhammadiyah Metro University has been applied all. Recapitulation of interview result with student in choosing campus and study program of economics at Muhammadiyah Metro University can be seen that student interest for college campus Muhammadiyah Metro University obtained by students that is 32 or 64% come from relatives (family, alumni, relatives) who have experience from the University of Muhammadiyah Metro especially alumni who has provided information to his relatives to enter the University of Muhammadiyah Metro Prodi Economic Education. Students' interest in choosing the study program and the campus is influenced by relatives (alumni, relatives, friends, family) who have had experience in the campus of Muhammadiyah Metro University. Giving information coming from relatives into the Word of Mouth strategy can be a mainstay because it is effective in persuading and influencing decisions from prospective students.Keywords: Integrated Marketing Communication, Interests, Marketing Strategy

Abstract

The background of this research is that business economics learning at SMK PGRI 3 Kediri is still dominated by teacher-centered learning. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) model with the subject of expert validation of learning devices. The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the steps for developing learning tools with the Problem Based Instruction (PBI) learning model through the Group Investigation (GI) method on Class X Business Economics Material, 2) To determine the feasibility of learning tools with a problem based learning model instruction (PBI) through the group investigation (GI) method on Class X Business Economics Material. The results of the development of this learning device are (1) The stages of development are carried out by testing the validation of learning device experts using the Thiagarajan 3D development model procedure (2)77% indicates that the learning device is declared feasible with revision, then in the second stage the validation of the learning device gets 93.5% results, which means that the learning device is declared very feasible or very valid and can be used for trials in class X students. Keywords: Problem Based Instruction (PBI), Group Investigation (GI), Business Economics.

Abstract

Performance assessment is one of the important factors in the company. Apart from being used to assess the success of the company, performance measurement can also be used as a basis for determining the reward system in the company. The Balanced Scorecard is comprehensive enough to motivate executives in realizing performance from these four perspectives so that the resulting financial success is sustainable. Financing through leasing is generally intended for the procurement of capital goods in the form of production facilities and equipment such as machinery and other equipment. Also, the type of business being carried out is consumer financing, which is a financing transaction for the purchase of consumer goods to individuals using a periodic payment system, where the main customer is the general public who has credibility. PT. Samudra Artha Finance is a finance company incorporated in the finance business and solutions for two-wheeled and four-wheeled motor vehicles. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the performance achievements of PT. Samudra Artha Finance. From the results, the assessment using the balanced scorecard greatly facilitates PT. Samudra Artha Finance to be able to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the company. The suitability of the vision and mission so that goal congruence is created among business actors has a very big influence in achieving the overall goals of the company as indicated by a final score of 97.95% or having a good performance.Keywords: balanced scorecard, leasing, assessment, performance

Abstract

Since humans were born they have been faced with economic problems. Humans have an interest in fulfilling simple to complex needs. To make ends meet, it means that humans have to make sacrifices to work and produce something worthy of being sold. The process of producing something is what is meant by productivity. There are 14 ex-ODGJ in Dolopo District, all of whom do not have activities that aim to produce something with a sale value. This is due to the lack of public trust in the ex-ODGJ to produce anything. To answer this problem, the researchers took the initiative to carry out a simple study by providing a stimulus in the form of chickens to grow ODGJ productivity. The results obtained, 11 ODGJ were able to raise chickens well until harvest time. The conclusion in this study, activities in the form of chicken livestock can grow the productivity of ex-ODGJ in Doho Village, Dolopo District, Madiun Regency.Keyword: Activity, Work Productifity

Abstract

This research was conducted with an effort to determine the effect of the use of CORE learning methods (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) assisted by interactive multimedia on student learning outcomes. CORE is learning that emphasizes students to be more active in finding information. So that with the presence of interactive multimedia can help students to find wider information.This research is the result of quantitative quasi-experimental research, with a design that is Non- equivalent Control Group Design. The selected sample is XI IPS 2 class with 27 students as the control class and XI IPS 1 as the experimental class with 31 students by using Purposive Sampling. Data collection methods by interview, documentation, observation and tests. Meanwhile, to determine whether there is an effect of the CORE method on social skills using the t-test formula. Based on the results of the study, through the calculation of the t-test formula the use of two similarity test levels with an average level of 5%. To test the hypothesis using the Simple Linear Registration formula Ỳ = a + bX is Ỳ = 39.44497 + 0.6424x followed by the tcount formula t = b / sb = 4.33. Ttab = 1,699 5% signification level to 4.33> 1,699, the hypothesis is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the use of CORE Learning Methods (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) assisted by Interactive Multimedia on the learning outcomes of XI IPS MAN 1 Lampung Timur Economic Year 2019/2020 ".Keywords: CORE, Interactive Multimedia, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The lack of using various media in instructions causes students to feel bored. While the lack of use of facilities and infrastructure such as LCD to assist the learning process will be less effective. The material and media used in MAN 1 Metro have not yet integrated Islamic values while the scope of the school is Madrasah. We need learning media that is under the background of the Madrasah/ Islamic school, which is based on Islamic values. The purpose of this research is to produce a Powtoon animation video integrated with Islamic values that is valid and practical.The development model used is a 4D model which consists of 4 stages (Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination). The results show that the Powtoon instructional media integrated with Islamic values are valid for use in the instructional process. The results of the validation by media experts with a percentage of 87% is categorized as very strong criteria, the material experts categorized a very strong rate of 85%, and religion experts scored a very strong percentage with 96%. The results of trials of integrated Powtoon animation video integrated with Islamic values to students with a percentage of 95% are very strong. This condition shows that the Powtoon instructional media can be used as an instructional media. Based on the recapitulation, it can be concluded that the Powtoon animation video integrated with Islamic values is a valid and practical instructional media in the instructional process.Keywords: Development, Instructional Media, Powtoon Integrated with  Islamic Values

Abstract

The aim of this research are: 1) know the direct effect of e-learning/online learning media to quality of learning in economic education students at Unirow Tuban 2) know the direct effect of learning motivation to quality of learning in economic education students at Unirow Tuban, 3) know the direct effect of lecturer competence to quality of learning in economic education students at Unirow Tuban, 4) know the indirect effect of online learning media to quality of learning through learning motivation in economic education students at Unirow Tuban, and 5) know the indirect effect of lecturer competence to quality of learning through learning motivation in economic education students at Unirow Tuban. The sample of this research was part of the Economic Education students at Unirow Tuban in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year, amounting to 140. The data in this research were collected through a questionnaire and documentation, then analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that online learning media had a positive direct effect to quality of learning by 10%, and had an indirect positive effect on the quality of learning by 4,2%. Learning motivation had a positive direct effect on the quality of learning by 13.6%, Lecturer competence had a positive direct effect on the quality of learning by 73.7%, and had a positive indirect effect on the quality of learning through learning motivation by 8.4%.Keywords: Learning motivation, Lecturer competence, and Online learning media.
