Abstract

Changes in conventional learning environments to virtual learning environments have an impact on changes in observation methods of student engagement and participation in accounting classes. This condition can have an impact on reducing their engagement and productivity in learning due to the dominance of external motivation. One strategy that can be used to increase engagement and productivity is the integration of assessment tools such as Quizizz. This study aims to explain the description of the internal motivation, persistence and persistence of students in preparing the assessment. This study also aims to look at the relationship between pleasure, challenge, clinging and persistence in making choices to be more productive and trying to construct these behaviors. The study was conducted on second semester students enrolled in cost accounting classes. The research method was carried out using the one-shot case study. The results showed. Integrating Quizizz in cost accounting lessons can foster internal motivation through the fun and challenges of using the application. Giving regular assignments and feedback can increase student engagement in learning even though it does not occur in the interaction process. Persistence is linearly and significantly related to the choice to be more productive in preparing for the assessment. However, persistence turned out to be not good enough to predict and explain options to be more productive in preparing assessments.Keywords: Motivation, Student Engagement, Productivity,Virtual learning environment

Abstract

Implementation of Instilling Awareness of the Importance of Soft Skills Entrepreneurship Through Student Development FKIP UNBARI "is aimed at providing an experience for students to care about cooperative development. Schools are expected to be a means for students to learn to do small businesses, develop organizational skills, encourage habits to innovate, learn to complete and as a forum for students to face the world of work after graduating from school. This research was conducted on FKIP UNBARI students. School cooperatives can provide an experience for students to care about the development of cooperatives. Abstract

Learning contracts are generally used to achieve the goal, namely the professional competence of prospective workers. Therefore, learning contracts are not commonly used at the secondary education level. In fact, the learning contract is considered to have a positive impact in the process of increasing professional competence. This study aims to develop a learning contract using the Whimsical application. The learning contract was developed using the ADDIE model. The content and learning objectives are based on the standard content of the economic content of the secondary education level based on the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21 of 2016 concerning the Content Standards of Primary and Secondary Education. The results of the study are expected to assist teachers in developing learning contracts that can be used by teachers of economics subjects. The results of this study are expected to have a positive impact on student learning outcomes. The process of developing an economic learning contract adopting the ADDIE mode includes five steps, namely, (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The results of the study show that the overall economic learning contract is categorized as very feasible both from the aspect of the quality of the content and objectives as well as the quality aspect of the learning contract both visualization and physical use.Keywords: Learning Contract; Economic course; Whimsicle

Abstract

The learning outcomes of class XI high school students are still low. In an effort to improve economic learning outcomes, the researcher intends to use a cooperative learning model of the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) type. This learning model is used with the aim of helping economic education teachers in an effort to improve student economic learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) Cooperative Learning Model on the Economics Learning Outcomes of Class XI Social Sciences Students. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS SMA, which amounted to 63 students and consisted of 3 classes. The sample of this study amounted to 41 students which was carried out in 21 students of class XI IPS1 as the experimental class, and XI IPS2 as the control class which was determined by purposive sampling. To determine the level of validity and reliability, the K-R formula is used. 20: r_11=(k/(k-1))×((V_t pq)/Vt) and to test the hypothesis, the Simple Linear Regression formula is used, namely = a + bx. The value of =36.0217+0.6594X followed by the t-count formula, namely t_hit= b/S_b = 6.81 and t_table = 1.73 with a significant level of 5% and t_table = 2.54 with a significant level of 1%. That way thit > ttab are 6.81 > 1.73 and 6.81 > 2.54.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model, Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD), Learning Outcomes, Economics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the correlation between price, product quality and service quality variables on consumer satisfaction at the Puspita Pringsewu skincare clinic. The results of this study are expected to help Puspita Pringsewu Beauty Clinic in determining the steps of a marketing strategy that is oriented towards increasing consumers who use services and products. The results of the analysis show that each of the price, product quality, and service quality variables has a positive correlation with the consumer satisfaction variable.Keyword: price, product, service, skincare clinic

Abstract

Digitalization is one of the main factors that is very important in developing creative and innovative entrepreneurship activities, where almost everything in the life sector has gone hand in hand with digitalization. It is important for entrepreneurs to always be up to date on technological developments and business digitization. Considering that the industrial sector which will become a field for entrepreneurs to enter is currently dominated by digital platforms. Without sufficient attention related to this digital era, entrepreneurs of course will not be able to compete and maintain their ideas in the expected industry. Abstract

Teaching materials have an important role in the learning process. However, the teaching materials used still do not meet the needs of students. The purpose of this research is to produce LKPD based Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) products as valid and practical learning materials for BUMN, BUMD and BUMS. and standard eligibility criteria for learning media. This research is a type of development research using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The process to produce LKPD begins with a validation stage by media experts, design experts and material experts. Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) based LKPD was also tested in schools to measure the response of class X students of SMA Negeri 02 Negara Batin. The results showed that this Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) based LKPD was suitable for use in learning. This is indicated by the results of the final validation from design experts with a percentage of 80% with strong criteria, the results of the assessment by media experts with a percentage of 90% with very strong criteria, the results of the assessment by material experts with a percentage of 86.7% with very strong criteria and results. testing with a small group of 15 students with a percentage of 86.4% with very strong criteria. Based on the percentage obtained from an average expert validation of 89.2% with very strong criteria and student responses of 86.4% with very strong criteria, Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) based LKPD is declared valid and practical to be used as references in the learning process.Keywords: Development,  LKPD, Learning Media

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in economic subjects in SMA Negeri in Bandung Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how the description of distance learning and student learning outcomes, the effect of distance learning on learning outcomes. The method used in this study was an explanatory survey with data collection techniques through questionnaires and observation. The population of this research is the students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri in Bandung Regency as many as 2,495 students, while the sample is 364 students. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The results showed that: (i) distance learning was in the medium category, learning motivation, and student learning outcomes were in the medium category. (ii) distance learning has an effect on learning outcomes.Keywords: Distance Learning, Learning Outcomes In Economics Learning

Abstract

Indonesia ensuring the first case of coronavirus infection causes Covid-19 in early March 2020. Almost all sectors are affected, not only health. The economic sector has also been seriously affected by the corona virus pandemic. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is also a result of this pandemic such as decreased income, labor, capital, production and distribution. Abstract

Education today is not only about teaching and learning, the delivery of theories, and just questions and answers. From the elementary school level to college, educators and learners to students are expected to have an entrepreneurial character. This aims so that the mindset of students / students not only aspire to find jobs but are able to create their own jobs.  Likewise with the development of the era that requires educators and students to master digital technology. It is very left behind if learning activities only use board stationery and manual teaching books. Technology is growing rapidly every year. STKIP PGRI Lumajang is one of the higher education schools that implements entrepreneurship courses that have the goal that graduates can create jobs for themselves and others by utilizing digital technology. So this research aims to find out the level of mastery of digital literacy and the impact of attending entrepreneurship lectures on student entrepreneurship activities. The method in this study is quantitative research correlational approach. Data collection uses observations, questionnaires, and other supporting documents. The results showed that there is an influence between the mastery of digital literacy to the interests of entrepreneurship students, mk entrepreneurship obtained by students there is influence, and there is a simultaneous influence between the two variations on the interest variables of entrepreneurship students. This is because knowledge about the basis of entrepreneurship makes students more confident in starting a business and mastery of technology also makes it easier for students to market their business results.Keywords: Digital Literacy; Entrepreneurship Courses; Student Entrepreneurship Interests
