Abstract

The writing of the article "Analysis of Samsung Company's Business Level andDiversification Strategy" aims to analyze the Business Level and diversificationstrategy carried out by Samsung since its inception until now. The research methodused in analyzing this article is a qualitative method, where the data collection stageis through direct observation at Samsung outlets and online in the form of socialmedia, internet sites and so on. After obtaining the necessary information and data,the author describes descriptively the results of the analysis. The final result of theanalysis is that Samsung's business strategy has helped the company create a goodposition in the technology industry and the company is able to offer high-qualityproducts at competitive prices. The diversification carried out by the Samsungcompany involves expanding product and service offerings into new markets andindustries. In conclusion Samsung company carried out a clear and efficientbusiness level strategy. All the ideas and decisions made by the management teamare always planned for longer good and bad outcomes.Keywords: Descriptive, Diversification, Samsung, Qualitative Method.

Abstract

This study use a quantitative research methodology. Using Gresik BPS data, this study wascarried out in Gresik Regency. The data collection procedure, however, is nearly identicalto this study and incorporates BPS data as well as relevant articles. The following variableswere used in this study: government spending (X1), population (X2), unemployment (X3),and poverty (Y). analysis of the data used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression witha significant level of 5%. The results showed that the government spending variable (X1)with a significant level (0.000) affected the poverty variable (Y). Population variable (X2)with a significant level (0.000) affects poverty variable(Y). While the unemploymentvariable (X3), with a significant level (0.176) does not affect the poverty variable (Y).Keywords: Government Expenditures, Total Population, Unemployment And Property

Abstract

This research is to find out about: The influence of the module on student learning motivation in economic math courses, and Differences in learning motivation among students who use modules and PowerPoint (conventional). This research data was collected using closed questionnaires and questions to determine student responses regarding the use of modules, especially in experimental classes. And then analyzed it using t- test to determine the differences in student learning motivation before and after using module. From the results of statistical tests, it is known that the significance value is 0.000 and the tcount is 4.141, indicating a significant positive influence from the use of modules in learning economic mathematics. And it can be seen that the average value of learning motivation in the experimental class is higher than in the control class, namely 112.94 and 84.65 respectively. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded: The module has a positive effect on student learning motivation in the economic math course, and there are differences in learning motivation in students who use modules compared to PowerPoint (conventional) in economic math courses. Keywords: economic math; module; motivation to learn; and teaching materials.

Abstract

Given that small and medium-sized businesses are extremely involved in workforcedevelopment and enhancing people's well-being, MSMEs play an important role asa potential sector and contribute to the general stability of the economy. Theabbreviation for Usaha Micro, Small, and Medium is UMKM. MSMEs, on the otherhand, have a much broader meaning when viewed through a different lens anddefined in a different way. MSMEs are businesses or businesses run by individuals,households, or small business entities for business actors. Prof. Ina Primiana, asenior economist, says that UMKM is a small business that drives the developmentmovement and Indonesia's economy. In contrast, M. Kwartono Adi provided a morein-depth explanation of the definition of MSMEs, which he defined as a companywith an annual profit of no more than 200 million dollars. If a company orbusinesses meet the requirements for a microbusiness, they can be referred to asUMKM. In accordance with Regulation No. 20 of 2008, micro, small, and mediumsized enterprises (MSMEs) are distinguished according to each type of business.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of students in economics subjects are one of the learning problems at Singaparna 1 Public High School. This happened because there were still several students in class. This research was conducted to determine the effect of implementing the Make a Match cooperative learning model assisted by Wordwall media on student learning outcomes. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The data analysis technique uses a paired sample t-test and an independent sample t-test. The research results show that 1) there are differences in student learning outcomes in classes that use the Make a Match type cooperative learning model assisted by Wordwall media before and after treatment, with an average N-Gain value of 0.71 (high). 2) There are differences in student learning outcomes in classes that use conventional learning models before and after treatment, with an average N-Gain value of 0.46 (medium). 3) There is a difference in the increase in student learning outcomes in classes that use the Make a Match type of cooperative learning model assisted by Wordwall media and classes that use conventional learning models after treatment.

Abstract

In a large-scale manufacturing company, it certainly requires supply chain managementprocedures that can make it easier to manage its business activities from start to finish. ERPis a flexible system that integrates and manages production activities that can improve theperformance or performance of a company. The author uses a qualitative method in theanalysis of this research, namely by observing, analyzing, and interviewing related to theERP system and the company's SCM performance. The purpose of this analysis is to findout information related to the ERP system used and the performance of supply chainmanagement at PT. Tectron Manufacturing and knowing the influences that occur incompanies when using an ERP system and the process of implementing an ERP system ineach of its departments. In the business process PT. Tectron Manufacturing implements anERP system managed by a director and head engineer. The results of the analysis of theinfluence of the ERP system on the performance of SCM PT. Tectron Manufacturing is aperformance system that becomes more effective and efficient because this company isengaged in manufacturing which requires clear data collection of all raw materials tofinished goods.Keywords: Company, ERP, Manufacturing, Performance, Supply Chain.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are not absolute in the form of values but can be in the form of changes, reasoning, discipline, skills, and so on that lead to positive changes. Understanding learning outcomes is a process to determine the value of student learning through assessment activities or measurement of learning outcomes. The high and low learning outcomes of students can be influenced by several factors, such as formative assessment, student learning style, Kurikulum merdeka, and P5. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of formative assessment, student learning style, Kurikulum merdeka, and P5 on student learning outcomes. The research used is quantitative research. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Samples used in the study were 120 respondents, with a total of 51 respondents. Data processing using SPSS 26 began to test research instruments, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that 1) there is a significant influence of formative assessment, student learning style, independent curriculum, and P5 on student learning outcomes; 2) there is a significant influence of formative assessment on student learning outcomes; 3) there is a significant influence of student learning style on student learning outcomes; 4) there is a significant influence of kurikulum merdeka on student learning outcomes; and 5) there is a significant influence of P5 on student learning outcomes. Keywords: Formative Assessment, Student Learning Style, kurikulum Merdeka, P5

Abstract

This study examines the influence of knowledge of Islamic accounting, financialrewards, and labor market considerations on interest in a career in Islamicfinancial institutions. This is quantitative research with research subjects, namelystudents of the Islamic Economics study program at a public university in Surabaya,totaling 165 students. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Thedata collection technique used is primary data, including questionnaires andinterviews, as well as secondary data in the form of documentation. Data analysistechniques used linear regression analysis, including multiple linear regressionanalysis and moderate regression analysis (MRA), with SPSS 25 software. Theresults showed that knowledge of Islamic accounting and considerations of the jobmarket had an effect on career intentions in Islamic financial institutions. Financialrewards have no effect on career intentions in Islamic financial institutions. Selfefficacy does not moderate the influence of Islamic accounting knowledge andfinancial rewards on career intentions in Islamic financial institutions. Self-efficacymoderates by weakening the influence of labor market considerations on interest ina career in Islamic financial institutions.

Abstract

S1 students of the Accounting Study Program and Accounting Education class of 2020 at Surabaya State University have ethical perceptions when analyzing accountants' professional ethics cases. Supporting a career as a professional accountant candidate requires professional commitment, learning good professional ethics in the work environment, and also supporting the social life of the community. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The population used in this study is students of the accounting and accounting education study program at Surabaya State University in 2020. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study have a have a sig value of < 0.05, which is 0.000 < 0.05, so this study has a viable model. It can be said that the independent variables of assessment of professional commitment and learning of accounting professional ethics have an effect simultaneously or together on students' ethical perceptions. The significance of t < the value of sig. 0.05 or 0.001 < 0.05. so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that the Professional Commitment Assessment has a positive and significant effect on students' ethical perceptions. The significance of t > the value of sig. 0.05 or 0.085 > 0.05. so it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, which means that Learning Accounting Professional Ethics has a positive but insignificant effect on students' ethical perceptions.

Abstract

The diversity of students is a challenge for educators to manage effective learning to produce maximum learning outcomes. Learning outcomes are important to research because they are a measure of success in the learning process. Differentiated learning with technology is one learning strategy that can be applied in the classroom to optimize learning outcomes. Technology integration helps educators implement differentiated learning to meet student characteristics. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of using technology in differentiated learning on student learning outcomes. The research method is a systematic literature review. The articles used are articles in English and Indonesian sourced from Sinta, Google Scholar, ERIC, and Scopus, which were published from 2018 to 2023. The results of the analysis show that previous studies have shown that the use of technology in differentiated learning has a positive impact on academic learning outcomes and the development of students' attitudes. These results show a significant influence at the junior and senior high school levels but do not show optimal results at the elementary school level. Thus, technological assistance can help teachers implement differentiation learning, that is, differentiation of content, processes, and products, in order to improve learning outcomes. Keywords: Differentiated Learning, Learning Outcome, Technology
