Abstract

Science learning has an important role in equipping students to be more sensitive to the social problems around them. Students' critical thinking needs to emerge inlearning so that they are able to see things from various sides. This research aims to develop audiovisual-based learning media in the form of agricultural industry-based learning videos on IPAS material, namely "buying and selling activities as a means of fulfilling needs," which is interesting and effective in improving the critical thinking skills of class IV students at SDNU Padomasan Jombang, Jember. This research method is development research, which in its application goes through several stages, namely: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product trials, use trials, and mass production. The critical thinking indicators referred to are providing simple explanations, building basic skills, concluding, providing further explanations, and developing strategies and tactics. Critical thinking indicators created in each learning activity can be used to develop students' critical thinking by placing agricultural industry products close to the environment and students' lives. Validation of audio-visual learning media is carried out by validators to assess it in terms of material content, media design, and language. The results of the research show that the feasibility has an average of 93.2% from the language aspect, 91.1% from the material aspect, and 95% from the media presentation aspect. These values indicate that audio-visual media is categorized as very feasible.

Abstract

One of the world's largest consumption of energy is crude oil, which is a source of transportation fuel. Crude oil is often used as an indicator of the world economy because fluctuating oil prices can affect a country's capital market, both developed and developing countries. This study aims to analyze the comparison of the effect of crude oil prices on stock indexes in Indonesia and Malaysia during the RussiaUkraine War. This research is a comparative research using saturated sampling data collection method with a total sample of 454. The data is taken from index data listed on the Indonesian and Malaysian stock exchanges and world oil price data, then the data is tested using the Statistical Program for Social Science application. (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the price of crude oil has a significant positive effect on the stock price index of Indonesian energy companies, while for Malaysia it produces a significant negative relationship.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is the main sector supporting the economy,therefore the sustainability of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is veryimportant. This study aims to find out how the woven sarong business is sustainablein Samarinda by looking at how innovation is, as well as the obstacles encounteredwhile running the business. This study uses descriptive qualitative research, bycollecting data through interviews with craftsmen or business owners of Samarindawoven sarongs. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, anddrawing and verifying conclusions. Based on the results of interviews, it is knownthat the innovation of woven sarong craftsmen in the city of Samarinda is minimal.Products are only based on customer orders, especially in the production of clothing types. Product innovation is also influenced by circumstances such as the creation of woven masks. The most prominent innovation is related to design innovation, where craftsmen use trending young colors, this gets a positive response from customers. The constraints faced by craftsmen related to the production process are labor, health, time and weather and threads that often break. Barriers in terms of marketing are relatively minimal due to the lack of understanding of the craftsmen about the importance of marketing and the background of the existence of regular customers or resellers so that the craftsmen cannot be deceived. Craftsmen are expected to be even more innovative in terms of product design and novelty so that their businesses can grow and absorb labor and utilize technology as a marketingmedium.Keywords: Innovation, Marketing, SME, Weaving Sarong Craftsmen.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, people's demands are increasing, pushing companies inthe world to progress. However, companies often find it difficult to deal with andmanage company resources. One of them is the company PT Aohai TechnologyIndonesia which is engaged in manufacturing, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)is here to be a solution to this problem. At its inception, PT Aohai did not use aresource management system. However, due to increasing production capacity andcompany competition, PT Aohai Technology Indonesia tries to provide the best forcustomers, both in terms of products and systems by using a management system,namely the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This study uses aqualitative approach and conducts interviews and direct observation of PT Aohaiworkers to obtain data. Abstract

A high rate of unemployment has existed in Barru Regency, a developing region, for nearly twenty years. The purpose of this study is to examine how population growth, government spending, and the quality of human resources all contribute to a lower unemployment rate. The time-series data, which spans the years 2000–2022, was obtained from BPS-Statistics Indonesia and Barru. This study employs a quantitative, econometric methodology with an emphasis on ordinary least squares. The findings of this study demonstrate that the government must be committed to developing strategic policies that prioritize enhancing human quality via health and education in order to lower the unemployment rate. In order to address the elevated rate of unemployment, the government must direct funds towards profitable economic ventures and maintain population control. Keywords: Developing Region, Government Expenditure, Human Development Index, Population, Unemployment

Abstract

Application of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) and Supply ChainManagement (SCM) systems by conducting research on one of the developingcompanies in Batam City. By implementing these two systems, it can have aninfluence on the implementation of ERP and SCM systems. The research methodused is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the researchconducted illustrate that the SCM application system carried out by PT PanasonicIndustrial devices Batam has been designed in accordance with the systematics ofthe product distribution process. And in the application of ERP systems, PTPanasonic Industrial devices Batam is to use the Application and Product in DataProcessing (SAP) System. By empowering these two systems, PT PanasonicIndustrial devices Batam can provide performance in accordance with themanagement system that has been implemented.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) the usage of e-wallet for studentsmajoring in PIPS and FKIP at Mulawarman University. 2) Consumptive behaviorof students majoring in PIPS/FKIP at Mulawarman University 3) the effect of ewallet on the consumption behavior of students majoring in PIPS FKIP atMulawarman University. This study uses a quantitative approach. The populationin this study is a Social Science Education student at Mulawarman University, Classof 2018, with a sample of 65 respondents. Researchers gathered information bydistributing questionnaires with Likert scale measurements and conductinginterviews with Mulawarman University's 2018 Social Science Class.The results ofthis study show that an e-wallet produces a regression coefficient of 3.808, meaningthat e-wallets have an effect on consumptive behavior. In conclusion, this studyreveals:1) The most widely used type of e-wallet is ShopeePay. 2)The level ofconsumption among students is still reasonable because students consider thebenefits and uses of the product. 3) The use of e-wallets that influence consumptivebehaviour i.e. discount. 4) Some indicators have no effect on behavior becausestudents still see the benefits of these products. Besides that, not all products makestudents consume directly excessive amounts of them.

Abstract

The role of personality attributes in entrepreneurial intentions is still a hot topic of debate among researchers. This research aims to investigate the influence of locus of control, need for achievement, and proactive personality on the entrepreneurial intentions of high school students in Gresik Regency. A total of 341 high school students in Gresik Regency participated in this research. Research data was collected using three instruments, namely locus of control, need for achievement, and proactive personality, which were then analyzed using a quantitative approach, namely the multiple linear regression model. The results of the research showed that students' intentions to start their own business were significantly positively influenced by locus of control, need for achievement, and proactive personality, both partially and simultaneously. The R-square result is 0.763, which means the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 76.3%, and the remaining 23.7% is determined by other factors outside the model. This supports recent findings that state that personality attributes have a significant contribution in shaping a person's entrepreneurial intentions. It is recommended that educational institutions or schools be able to provide an entrepreneurship curriculum that facilitates students' personal characteristics, especially locus of control, need for achievement, and proactive personality. develop students' intentions for building a business.

Abstract

The entrepreneurship course in economics education already has a module as astudent reference source. The assessment used is through quizzes, UTS and UASwhich contain questions according to achievement indicators in the semesterlearning plan (RPS) where the questions only look at students' cognitive abilitiesbut cannot see affective and psychomotor levels. Lecturers do not yet have authenticassessment tools accompanied by prophetic values with the help of ICT. Thepurpose of this research is to produce authentic assessments in entrepreneurshipcourses that are valid and practical. Sampling by means of purposive sampling. Theinteractive learning video development model uses the 4D development model,namely the stages of defining the problem (define), designing (Design), developing(Develop) and disseminating (disseminate). The data analysis technique used is theanalysis of qualitative data and quantitative data. Abstract

There are already many culinary businesses in North Sangatta District, which causes competition to maintain the market. Culinary business actors need to understand the importance of maintaining the market, namely by developing strategies and paying attention to marketing performance. The research objective is to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage on the marketing performance of culinary businesses in the North Sangatta District. The population in this study amounted to 3,909 culinary businesses in Sangatta Utara District. The research sample amounted to 98 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques include distributing questionnaires. This type of research uses descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 27 analysis tool. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage simultaneously affect marketing performance. The conclusion from the results of this study is that entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage can improve the marketing performance of culinary businesses in North Sangatta District. Keywords: Competitive Advantage, Entrepreneurship Orientation, Marketing Performance
