Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the implementation of managementfunctions in the apparatus for managing village fund allocations in Kondang JayaVillage. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. There weretwo informants in this study, namely the village head and the head of financialaffairs. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, anddocumentation studies. The data analysis technique used is the inductive technique.The results showed that the management of the village fund allocation in KondangJaya Village was in accordance with the existing rules. From the village fundallocation planning process, ADD management, and reporting, all have beencarried out in accordance with applicable procedures. So, later, it is hoped that thisADD fund can create equitable and beneficial development for the Kondang Jayavillage community.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT Bank Danamon Bandung Timur. The quantitative method was used by distributing 1–5 Likert scale questionnaires to 62 permanent employees. Data analysis used SPSS version 27 with the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, F test, t test, correlation coefficient, and determination. The results show that transformational leadership style has no significant influence on employee performance, while work motivation has a positive and significant influence. However, simultaneously, transformational leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The results of this study emphasize the importance of strong work motivation factors in improving employee performance in the banking environment.

Abstract

The participation of cooperative members is essential to achieving cooperative business success. This is due to the member's position as owner and customer of the cooperative. This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and business management on the participation of savings and loan service cooperative members. This research uses quantitative methods with a multiple linear regression analysis approach with the SPSS 25.0 application. The research respondents were 30 employees of the Sekar Kartini Women's Cooperative. The results of hypothesis testing (H1) show the Sig value for the influence of service quality on Y is 0.015 > 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a partial influence of the service quality variable on the cooperative member participation variable. Meanwhile, the results of further hypothesis testing (H2) show the sig value for the influence of business management on Y is 0.016 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a partial influence of the business management variable on the participation variable Cooperative Member. The significance value for the influence and management of X1 means that there is an influence of service quality and business management on cooperative member participation. Based on the results of this research, it is known that the R square value is 0.337; this means that the influence of variables X1 and X2 simultaneously on variable Y is 33.7%. This shows that improving service and management can help increase member participation in savings and loan services at the Sekar Kartini Women's Cooperative. Keywords: Business Management, Cooperative Member Participation, Service Quality.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the relationship between visual, auditory, andkinesthetic learning styles and students' critical thinking skills, accompanied byLinktree learning media, in grade IV students. This research design usesquantitative research with a correlation approach. Data collection is donethrough a questionnaire and a test. Respondents in this study were 80 grade IVelementary school students at Bangsalsari 5 Jember. Hypothesis testing wascarried out using Spearman's rank correlation analysis and simple linearregression with a significance level of 0.05. The results of the study are asfollows: First, there is a significant relationship between visual learning stylesand critical thinking skills accompanied by Linktree learning media. Second,there is a significant relationship between auditory learning styles and criticalthinking skills accompanied by Linktree learning media. Third, there is arelationship between kinesthetic learning styles and critical thinking skills.Fourth, there is a relationship between visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learningstyles and critical thinking skills accompanied by Linktree learning media. Theresults of the significance test and the correlation coefficient for each learningstyle are as follows: The relationship between visual learning style and criticalthinking skills, with a significance of 0.000, has a correlation coefficient of 0.719.The relationship between auditory learning style and critical thinking skills, witha significance of 0.000, has a correlation coefficient of 0.672. The relationshipbetween kinesthetic learning style and critical thinking skills, with a significanceof 0.000, has a correlation coefficient of 0.686. The relationship between visual,auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles together (simultaneously) and criticalthinking skills with a significance of 0.000 has a correlation coefficient of 0.695.

Abstract

Poverty continues to be a major problem in the world, especially in Indonesia, which is a developing country. This study has the aim of testing and analyzing the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) and the Human Development Index (HDI) to determine the number of poor populations in North Sumatra Province. This type of data uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The secondary data used in this study is time series data in North Sumatra Province from 2008 to 2020. This study aims to determine whether the independent variables, in the form of the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) and the Human Development Index (HDI), have a relationship that is interrelated with the dependent variable, namely the number of poor populations. The results of this study are as follows: (a). The Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) has a positive and significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra Province (b). The Human Development Index (HDI) has a negative and significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

Information technology has an important role in business processes, one of whichis the implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) which is softwareintended to help organizations manage and create effective use of resources byproducing integrated solutions. ERP provides beneficial implications in businessprocesses. One of them is the company's supply chain process. This study aims toanalyze how the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is implemented andits influence on business operations in every company department, especially in thesupply chain management department of the company chosen as the object ofanalysis, namely PT. Pegaunihan Technology Indonesia. The methodology used inthis study is qualitative research methods, especially qualitative descriptions andcase studies. Based on the results of the analysis presented, it can be concluded thatthe implementation of ERP at PT. Abstract

Taxation which is considered as a deduction in income is one of the aspect of thestill high level of tax aggressiveness in the world. This research aims to identifywhether CSR, CG, Profitability, Leverage and SIZE contribute to taxaggressiveness. Sampling was selected using a purposive sampling methodthroughseveral criteria to obtain 68 samples of company reports. In analyzing thedata using the classical assumption test, panel data regression analysis andhypothesis testing. The data obtained, obtained directly from the websiteIndonesian Stock Exchange or the official website of each company. The samples,were the annuals reports and sustainability reports for 2018 -2021 years. Theresults of this researh partially show that CSR does not have a significant effect ontax aggressiveness while CG, profitability, leverage have a significant positiveeffect on tax aggressiveness and SIZE has a significant negative effect on taxaggressiveness. Simultaneously displaying CSR, CG, profitability, leverage andSIZE have a significant contribution to tax aggressiveness of 52%. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork and job training on employee job satisfaction among Bontang City Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) employees. This research method is descriptive-quantitative, using data collection techniques such as observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. The population in this study were Bontang City BPBD employees. The sampling technique in this research used saturated samples with a sample of 50 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 16 application. The results of this research show that from the results of partial test calculations or t tests on team collaboration, the results obtained are t count 12.142 > t table 2.011 and work training t count 3.759 > t table 2.011 with a significance of 0.00 <0.05. The results of the simultaneous test, or F test, in this study obtained a calculated F of 77.674 > F table 3.20 with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05. From the results of the T and F tests, it was found that teamwork and job training had a partial and significant effect on the job satisfaction of Bontang City BPBD employees. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Training, Teamwork

Abstract

Frequent marketing activities are also classy marketing work done all over theplace. Global marketing opportunities exist for all entrepreneurs who can channeltheir innovation and creativity into emerging markets. Pizza Hut is a restaurantthat was founded in 1958. This business first entered Indonesia in 1984, and it wasalso the first pizza restaurant in Indonesia at the time. The author's goal in carryingout this analysis is that pizza is an Italian dish that is very well known everywherewith a very unique and varied taste image, which is of course very popular withIndonesians. Based on the results of the analysis, there are six tasks in the globalmarket.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently in the creative and digital economy stage in the developmentof the industrial economy. Reflecting on information and communicationtechnology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which is developing veryrapidly, the opportunity to create digital enterpreneurs is quite large. Highereducation is one of the institutions tasked with creating a superior generation thatis able to contribute its thoughts to the progres of the Indonesian nation. This studyaims to determine the potential of digital enterpreneurs (digipreneurs) in educationstudents at Jenderal Soedirman University, and develop the Indonesian economythrough digitalization of education. This study used a qualitative approach whichwas carried out through several stages, namely: data presentation, data processing,research findings, and discussion of research findings. Data collection techniquesusing interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results ofthe study illustrate that education students have the potential to becomedigitalpreneurs in the field of education with a variety of bussiness ideas, such asonline tutoring, content creators through the Youtube platform, digital schoolequipment bussinesses,building start-up companies in the field of education andcounseling, building platforms mentoring students, establishing an EspostAcademy, becoming a writer or editor of a blog site or website regarding education,and building an educational start-up company.Keywords: Digital Enterpreneur; Digipreneur; Digitalpreneur; EducationalStudent; Enterpreneur
