Abstract

Leadership style is a set of characteristics used by a leader to influence subordinates achieving organizational goals or can also be said that leadership style is often applied by a leader, such as giving orders, assign tasks, discipline, reprimand, communicate, and so forth. Wonosoco village is a village that has a leader who can build a more developed village. Successful development includes infrastructure development, community economy, and food security. Wonosoco village was originally just a small village with all its limitations and shortcomings on the economy and agriculture. However, since the village is led by Setiyo Budi who has open and transparent leadership all the limitations and shortcomings are improved. Due to the transfer of funds from the government and the village's original revenue (PADes), all the development went well. For a good performance in building Wonosoco village, Setiyo Budi was awarded as the best performing Village Head of sub-district level. There are various leadership styles, including democratic leadership styles, authoritarian styles, and freedom styles. From those several leadership styles, the researcher aims to explain which one approaches the leadership style of Setiyo Budi in leading Wonosoco Village. The research was conducted by using qualitative method with Descriptive-Evaluative type. Technique of collecting data is done by interview, documentation and literature study. The results show that Setiyo Budi's leadership is very good. The leadership style used by Setiyo Budi is a democratic style and an authoritarian style, in which the two styles are applied according to the conditions. Setiyo Budi also runs the role of village head well, such as the role of problem solver, the role of decision makers, the role of supervision, the role of information delivery, the role of motivator, the role influence, and the role communication relationship. Setiyo Budi is a democratic leader, as evidenced by his involvement of subordinates in every decision making. Suggestions that the author gives is a leader must establish a good relationship in leadership. Because the leader is a guardian and decision maker for whoever is led. Especially for a leader in governance in leadership will have an impact on society. Keywords: Leadership Style, Village Head, Development

Abstract

This study aims to present the results of a needs analysis teaching material booklet flat build and its characteristics in class III B MI Qomarul Hidayah Trenggalek students. This research is descriptive research. The data were obtained from interviews with class III B MI Qomarul Hidayah Trenggalek teachers, the results of the documentation, and the results of a needs analysis questionnaire filling by 15 students of class III B MI Qomarul Hidayah Trenggalek in 2019/2020 academic year. From the results of a needs analysis questionnaire, it was obtained that students in class III B MI Qomarul Hidayah Trenggalek 86,7% needed teaching materials that had practical size, 93,3% needed additional learning resources about flat build and its characteristics more complete material, 93,3% needed practice exercises to measure understanding of the material flat build and its characteristics, 93,3% needed teaching materials that could be used for independent learning, and 100% agreed if booklet flat build and its characteristics were developed. It can be concluded that students of class III B MI Qomarul Hidayah Trenggalek agreed if booklet flat build and its characteristics were developed. The booklet developed was adjusted to the results of interviews with class III B MI Qomarul Hidayah Trenggalek teachers, the results of the documentation, as well as the results of filling the needs analysis questionnaire of students class III B MI Qomarul Hidayah Trenggalek namely: having a practical size, more complete material, there were exercises, and can be used for independent learning

Abstract

The results showed that Indonesia students had an average math score less than the average score from the OECD. This is due to the fact that TIMMS and PISA materials consist of questions related to real-world problems. According to the results of Indonesia's digital literacy index organized by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kemkominfo) and the Katadata Insight Center (KIC) in 2021, Indonesia's digital literacy index is in the medium category, the level of digital literacy in Indonesia can still be categorized as low. The purpose of this study is to find out how the trend of numeracy literacy and digital literacy research with articular storyline 3. This method of research USES experimental or experimental research. The study is done to get an overall picture of numeration literacy and digital literacy. The goal was achieved by performing a bibliometric analysis. The findings of the study analyzed from 309 primary studies between 2019-2024 show trand numerating literacy and digital literacy of using the web-based learning media that articulated storyline 3. The results of bibliometrics based on terms and themes regarding numeracy literacy and digital literacy have a dim color so that in the study there are still few who conduct research, especially on triangular and quadrilateral matter. Therefore, this can be a reference for newness or novelty in future research

Abstract

The diversity of students is a challenge for educators to manage effective learning to produce maximum learning outcomes. Learning outcomes are important to research because they are a measure of success in the learning process. Differentiated learning with technology is one learning strategy that can be applied in the classroom to optimize learning outcomes. Technology integration helps educators implement differentiated learning to meet student characteristics. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of using technology in differentiated learning on student learning outcomes. The research method is a systematic literature review. The articles used are articles in English and Indonesian sourced from Sinta, Google Scholar, ERIC, and Scopus, which were published from 2018 to 2023. The results of the analysis show that previous studies have shown that the use of technology in differentiated learning has a positive impact on academic learning outcomes and the development of students' attitudes. These results show a significant influence at the junior and senior high school levels but do not show optimal results at the elementary school level. Thus, technological assistance can help teachers implement differentiation learning, that is, differentiation of content, processes, and products, in order to improve learning outcomes. Keywords: Differentiated Learning, Learning Outcome, Technology

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of Apis dorsata honey on calcium levels in the mandibular bone of Wistar rats after ovariohysterectomy as an animal osteoporosis model for treating cases of osteoporosis. This study used 20 female rats, which were divided into five treatment groups with four replications. SHAM was the negative control group; OH was the ovariohysterectomized group without treatment as a positive control; the AD1, AD2, and AD3 groups were ovariohysterectomized rats with A. dorsata honey at doses of 1 g/kg bw, 2 g/kg bw, and 4 g/kg bw for 84 days. After 84 days of treatment, the left mandibular bones of the rats were collected, weighed, and stored in 10% neutral buffered formalin. Calcium levels were calculated using proximate analysis. The results showed a decrease in bone calcium levels in the ovariohysterectomy group, the highest results were in the SHAM group, and the lowest results were in the AD3 group. It can be concluded that the administration of A. dorsata honey could not maintain the calcium level of the mandibular bone in the ovariohysterectomized Wistar rats.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang pengaruh metode Al Miftah Lil Ulum terhadap pemahaman tata bahasa Arab pada mata kuliah Bahasa Arab. Mengingat betapa pentingnya penguasaan akan ilmu nahwu dan shorof sebagai cabang ilmu bahasa Arab, maka mau tidak mau seseorang yang menginginkan kemampuan bahasa Arab mutlak termasuk calon guru PAI yaitu mahasiswa Prodi PAI IAINU Tuban harus mampu untuk memahaminya. Berdasarkan pada latar belakang masalah, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menjelaskan tentang penerapan metode Al Miftah Lil Ulum (2) Mendeskripsikan pemahaman metode Al Miftah Lil Ulum terhadap pemahaman tata bahasa Arab terhadap mata kuliah Bahasa Arab (3) Mendeskripsikan pengaruh metode Al Miftah Lil Ulum terhadap pemahaman tata bahasa Arab. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis data korelasi spearman rank dengan menggunakan rho hitung diketahui 0,908. Setelah diinterpretasikan dengan tabel keeratan hubungan, hasil di atas masuk pada interperetasi koefisien > 0,90 yang mempunyai kekuatan hubungan mendekati sempurna. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan menggunakan t tabel pada taraf 5% diangka 28 adalah 1,7011. Sedangkan jika dibandingkan dengan t hitung yaitu 11,440, maka 11,440 > 1,7011. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode Al Miftah Lil Ulum berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemahaman tata bahasa Arab pada mata kuliah bahasa Arab mahasiswa semester 2 kelas C Prodi PAI IAINU Tuban.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are (1) to determine and analyze the existence of organizational culture (X1) has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) (2) To determine and analyze the existence of Islamic compensation (X2) has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction ( Y). (3) To find out and analyze organizational culture (X1) and Islamic compensation (X2) together have a simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction (Y). The result of the research is that the significance level is 0.004 < 0.05. Therefore, the probability level is much smaller than 0.05 using a significance level of 5% or 0.05. It can be said that there is a jointly significant influence of organizational culture and compensation on job satisfaction of employees of Koppontren Ausath Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Then from the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.837 which shows that the organizational culture variable (X1) and Islamic compensation (X2) simultaneously affect the employee job satisfaction variable (Y) of 83.7% which means the organizational culture variable (X¬1) and Islamic compensation (X2) has a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Maskulinisasi ikan guppy (Poecilia reticulata) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produksi ikan jantan yang memiliki nilai jual lebih tinggi. Metode konvensional menggunakan hormon sintetik 17α-Methyltestosterone telah dibatasi penggunaannya karena berdampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Sebagai alternatif ramah lingkungan, penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh pemberian ekstrak kulit manggis (Garcinia mangostana L.) dengan dosis berbeda terhadap persentase larva ikan guppy jantan. Proses ekstraksi dilakukan melalui maserasi dengan etanol 70%, diikuti oleh evaporasi dan pengentalan. Larva ikan guppy berumur tiga hari direndam dalam ekstrak kulit manggis selama lima jam, kemudian dipelihara selama 40 hari dengan pakan Daphnia sp. dan pelet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak kulit manggis mampu meningkatkan persentase larva jantan secara signifikan, dengan persentase tertinggi sebesar 57% pada perlakuan C dan terendah sebesar 27% pada kontrol. Analisis statistik menunjukkan perbedaan nyata (p<0,05) antara perlakuan dan kontrol. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan ekstrak kulit manggis efektif meningkatkan produksi ikan guppy jantan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan metode maskulinisasi berbasis bahan alami yang ramah lingkungan, mendukung budidaya ikan guppy secara berkelanjutan dan mengurangi ketergantungan pada hormon sintetik.

Abstract

Penelitaian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa dalam pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan problem solving dan guided inquiry. Populasi ini dalam penelitian diambil tiga kelas. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Randomized Pretest-Postest Comparison Group Design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes berupa essay. Uji instrument digunakan uji validitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas dilanjutkan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari uji hipotesis kelas eksperimen dengan taraf signifikan 5% dan dk = 58 menunjukkan bahwa untuk kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa (posttest) 1) ada perbedaan kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa antara yang menggunakan pendekatan problem solving dan guided inquiry pada siswa kelas VIII SMP, 2) model pembelajaran dengan model guided inquiry lebih efektif daripada model pembelajaran dengan model problem solving terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika

Abstract

This research aims to improve the students’ active engagement in diferential calculus learning using a cooperative learning model type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). The subject of this research was students of mathematics education department of Universitas Ahmad Dahlan who enrolled in the second semester of 2016/2017 academic year. It was classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of : planning, action, observation, and reflection activities. The results suggested that there is an improvement of the students’ active engagement, as it was shown by the positive result given by the students towards the interview. The score of active engagement also improved from 54.99% at the first cycle to 71.03% at the second cycle.
