Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah siswa kelas 3 SMP Negeri 3 SIDIKALANG memahami dan mengenal kalimat efektif, khusus nya dalam penggunaan ketegasan atau penekanan dalam kalimat efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu prosedur penelitian yang menggunakan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan pelaku yang dapat diamati. Dalam hal ini, penulis menggunakan angket dalam membantu proses penelitian. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa masih banyak siswa yang belum memahami penggunaan kalimat efektif. Simpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa diperlukan les tambahan untuk membahas tentang materi kalimat efektif khusus nya dalam penggunaan penekanan dan ketegasan dalam kalimat efektif. Kata kunci : kalimat efektif, penekanan, ketegasan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAnalisis awal pada 2016 (Januari s.d Maret) terhadap 36 orang guru SD di 101801 dan SDN. 108075 Kecamatan Deli Tua Kabupaten Deli Serdang  ditemukan Permasalaahan bahwa guru belum memenuhi butir-butir kinerja guru yang disyaratkan sesuai dengan Peraturan MENPAN dan RB No.16 Tahun 2009.  yaitu: Kompetensi pedagogik, Kompetensi kepribadian, Kompetensi sosial, dan Kompetensi professional. Kegiatan Pendampingan Pemenuhan PKG bagi guru di SDN. 101801 dan SDN. 108075 Kecamatan Deli Tua Kabupaten Deli Serdang menjadi sebuah solusi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian dari Unimed yang dilakukan pada kegiatan kolektif profesi guru (KKG) dalam bentuk workshop, lesson study,  focuss group discussion (FGD), perbaikan pembelajaran di kelas, dan penyusunan laporan perbaikan pembelajaran dalam bentuk artikel ilmiah serta penyusunan portofolio PKG. Selanjutnya luaran kegiatan ini yaitu: (1) adanya RPP guru untuk pembelajaran inovatif, (2) adanya portofolio PKG dan (3) adanya artikel ilmiah guru. Kata Kunci: Pendampingan, Pemenuhan, PKG, Guru SD

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the principal's leadership style and teacher performance in public elementary schools in Simpang Empat District. The research method is correlation. The sample of this research is using purposive sampling technique, so the sample of this research is the teachers of SD Negeri Se-District Simpang Empat who have civil servant status, totaling 33 people. The results showed that the leadership style of the principal of the SD Negeri in Simpang Empat was categorized as moderate with an average score of 74.42. Meanwhile, the performance of elementary school teachers in Simpang Empat sub-district is in the sufficient category with an average score of 102.45. Furthermore, there is a relationship between the principal leadership style variable (X) and the teacher performance variable (Y) with rcount > rtable with a value comparison of (0.437 > 0.344). This shows that there is a positive relationship between the principal's leadership style and the performance of public elementary school teachers in the Simpang Empat District which has a moderate level of correlation. Then the t-test obtained tcount of 2,689 while ttable obtained from the critical list in the table against = 0.05 of 2,039 means tcount > ttable with a comparison value of (2,689 > 2.039) so Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Keywords: Principal Leadership Style, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menerapkan model pembelajaran snowball throwing sebagai upaya meningkatkan aktivitas  belajar dan hasil belajar yang bermuara pada peningkatan keterampilan mengemukakan pendapat siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn. Siklus I mencapai rata-rata  69,09 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 36,36% dan Siklus II mencapai 86,97 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 90,90%.  Data aktivitas siswa menurut pengamatan pengamat pada Siklus I antara lain  menulis dan membaca (47%), mengerjakan LKS (34% ), bertanya pada teman (4%), menjawab pertanyaan teman (4%), bertanya kepada guru (3%), dan yang tidak relevan dengan KBM  (9%). Data aktivitas siswa menurut pengamatan  pada Siklus II antara lain menulis dan membaca (31%), mengerjakan LKS (44%), bertanya pada  teman (11%), menjawab pertanyaan (9%),  bertanya kepada guru (1%), dan yang tidak relevan dengan KBM  (3%). Abstract

This study was conducted by delivering 8-day action research workshop, followed up by mentoring into each group during teacher doing action research focusing on designing action research proposal, wrting their action research report, and wrting report into scientific article,,facilitating teacher to publish their article into journal at  LPM Unimed or journal with  ISSN.This study was conducted at two partner schools:  SD Negeri 101868 Desa Sena Kecamatan Batang Kuis and  SD Negeri 105323 Desa Bakaran Batu Kecamatan Batang Kuis Kabupaten Deli Serdang. The outcome of this  IbM is Primary teachers understand principle and procedure of action research, teachers are able to design and write action research proposal, conduct action research, from planning, action, observation, until  reflection, reporting result of action research and publish them into scientific journal. The output of this IbM is product of action research reports and scientific articles, hopefully they can be published. Key Word: Action Research Workshop, Teaching Learning Innovation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the learning outcomes of Indonesian Language class IV SD Negeri 165732 Tebing Tinggi City. The type of research conducted is classroom action research. The action given is implementation through the Peer Tutor Method. As the subjects in this study were Grade IV students of SD Negeri 165732 in Tebing Tinggi City, amounting to 36 people consisting of 15 male students and 21 female students. This research is planned to be held in the first semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. The results of observational cycle 1 and cycle 2 experienced an increase in cycle 1, the number of active students 55.60% rose to 90.60% in cycle 2, the process skills in cycle 1 were 50.00% up to 88.90 in cycle 2, the number students who complete from 27.22% to 94.44% in cycle 2, the average value in cycle 1 is: 58.33 up to 73.90 in cycle 2. Keywords: Learning outcomes, peer tutors, Indonesian

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Teacher learning plan in SD Negeri 060938 Medan Johor, to know the quality of teaching teachers and to know the effect of lesson planning on improving the quality of teaching Teachers at SD Negeri 060938 Medan Johor. The study population is all teachers in SD Negeri 060938 Medan Johor which amounts to 23 people. The results of this study illustrates that the professionalism of teachers SD Negeri 060938 Medan Johor in teaching is quite good and has achieved the goal of learning as expected, as the results showed that 49.60% success is supported by teachers who have quality competencies and master the material quality curriculum is also reflected in the evaluation results of the semester exam the value of its objectivity is in the category on very well. Keywords: Learning Planning, Teaching Quality, Elementary School Teachers.

Abstract

In the process, educational programs that have been previously planned do not always run as planned, so that there is often a policy to solve the latest problems in order to achieve the goal of achieving equal and quality education in accordance with what is mandated in the law. Indonesia as a developing country is deemed necessary to adopt an education system that has been successfully implemented in other countries. Currently, one of the countries that can be used as a reference in the education sector is Finland. This research uses meta-analysis design. The results of this study there are several aspects that can be implemented from existing educational policies in the country of Finland to Indonesia. Abstract

This research aims to find out how the process of making the pattern using eco print technique and to find out the aesthetic value eco print pattern on the work of first year students of Hasan Al-Banna Class at SMP Swasta An-Nizam Medan 2019/2020 Period. The aesthetic value of the eco print pattern reviewed based on the process of leaves laying, beating technique and steaming cloth. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The population in this research contained of four students. The sample used in this research contained of three students, using the Slovin formula, which is included the population size and error tolerance. The result of the research showed that overall the level of aesthetic quality pattern produced using eco print technique by the students first year of Hasan Al-Banna Class SMP Swasta An-Nizam Medan reviewed based on the process of leaves laying, beating technique and steaming cloth get good category results. On the value of leaves laying, beating technique and steaming cloth get good category results.Keywords: Experiment, Pattern, Eco Print Technique

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa setelah menerapkan model Pembelajaran Keterampilan Proses pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas III SD Negeri  019 Bonandolok tahun pembelajaran 2013/2014. Model Pembelajaran Keterampilan Proses berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa hal ini ditadai dengan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa dalam setiap siklus, yaitu siklus I aktivitas siswa yang paling dominan adalah menulis/membaca yaitu 36% mengalami penurunan menjadi 33% pada siklus II. Aktivitas mengerjakan LKS 19% meningkat menjadi 32%. Bertanya pada teman 16% menurun menjadi 14%. Bertanya pada guru 11% meningkat menjadi 13%. Yang tidak relevan dengan KBM 18% menurun menjadi 8%. Sebelum dilaksanakannya KBM siklus I, peneliti melakukan preetes untuk mengetahui pemahaman dasar setiap siswa. Dari preetes diketahui hasil belajar rata-rata siswa 37,8 dengan nilai tertinggi 70 dan nilai terendah 30. Peningktan hasil belajar siswa dari formatif siklus I dan formatif siklus II  rata-rata 74,4 menjadi 87,5. Ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 53,13% dan pada siklus II sebesar 90,63%.
